The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of the Ice Breaking Technique on the Learning Motivation of Class VIII Students at One Roof Middle School Negeri 5 Pangururan in Christian Religious Education and Character Education Subjects for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The research method used is a quantitative method with a pre-experimental design type in the form of a One Shot Case Study. The population is all 102 class VIII students at One Roof 5 Public Middle School in Pangururan for the 2023/2024 academic year and a sample of 41 people was determined using random sampling techniques. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 28 items, namely 12 items for variable Negeri 5 Pangururan Subjects of Christian Religious Education and Character Education for the 2023/2024 Academic Year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test, obtained a value of rxy = 0.456> rtable(α=0.05,n=41)=0.308. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained a value of tcount= 3.200> ttable (α =0.05, dk=n-2=39)= 2.021. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 20.8%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount> Ftable=( α =0.05, dk numerator k=15, dk denominator=n-2=41-2=39) namely 10.24>1.92. Thus Ha accepted and H0 rejected.

The research aims to determine the positive and significant influence of the spiritual competence of Christian Religious Education teachers on the character of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence between the spiritual competence of Christian Religious Education teachers on the character of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year.Descriptive and inferential quantitative research methods. The population of all class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians is 163 people. Random sampling was taken, namely 25% of the total population, namely 41 people. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis obtained: a) The value rcount=0.625>rtabel=0.308 and tcount=5,000>ttable=2.021 shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between the spiritual competence of Christian Religious Education teachers and the character of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung for the 2023 Academic Year/ 2024. b) Regression equation. c) The determination test revealed that the influence was 39.06%. d) Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount=25.078>Ftable=3.23, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The research concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between the spiritual competence of Christian Religious Education teachers on the character of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year.

This research analyzes the management strategy for hot springs in Sipoholon sub-district with the aim of increasing tourist visits. Sipoholon sub-district has extraordinary natural potential, with stunning views and natural hot springs as the main attraction. This research uses qualitative research methods, namely direct field research and conducting observations and interviews. The hot springs located in Situmeang Habinsaran, Sipoholon District, North Tapanuli have become an inspiration for hot spring owners to open hot spring tourism, hot water flows with temperatures of 40 to 70 degrees Celsius make this place feel like another paradise on Indonesian soil. The results of this research are to find out the profile of the owner of the hot spring tourism object and how the management is carried out by the owner of the hot spring tourist attraction in Situmeang Habinsaran Village. The bath owner always prioritizes maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the hot spring location. This hot spring is still natural from nature, the hot spring owner only needs to maintain beauty and cleanliness so that visitors feel comfortable while at the tourist location. The indigenous people in Tano Batak continue to inherit the culture of their ancestors. Indigenous peoples cannot be lulled by the development of modernization. Currently, society must better protect and preserve the culture passed down by its ancestors so that it is not eroded by the progress of the times. Apart from that, indigenous peoples must also pay attention to the younger generation to serve as their next generation, so it is necessary to establish traditional education as a place of learning to learn more about their history and culture. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, to understand the phenomenon of what is happening in the field. The traditional school in Sihaporas Village has an important role in preserving Toba Batak culture so that the younger generation continues to understand their culture and makes the younger generation the next generation of their parents. So that the customs inherited from their ancestors can be preserved. Parents must also invite their children to follow traditions and all ritual events carried out from ancient times. Because with this traditional education, the younger generation will know more about how important it is to preserve culture

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of toxic parents on the character development of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung T.A 2023/2024. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive statistics. The population is all 169 students in class VIII of SMP N 3 Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians and a sample of 32 people was determined using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 30 items, namely 15 items for variable ) Test analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy = 0.613 > rtable(=0.05,n=32) = 0.349. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained a value of tcount= 4.245 > ttable(=0.05, dk=n-2=30)= 2.042. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="21.45"+0.56X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 37.5%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(=0.05, dk numerator k=17, dk denominator=n-2=32-2=30) namely 17.99 > 1.62. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model on the PAK Learning Motivation and Characteristics of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with inferential descriptive data analysis. The population is all 122 students of class VIII of SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians and a sample of 49 people was determined using random sampling techniques. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire with 45 items, namely 21 questionnaire items for variable Class VIII of SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 Academic Year, proven through the following data analysis: 1) Test analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.561 > rtable(=0.05,n=49) = 0.281, so it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable significant difference between variable b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 31.5%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(=0.05, dk numerator k=20, dk denominator=n-2=49-2=47) namely 21.59 > 1.51. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The purpose of this study was to determine how to generate PAK teacher attention in increasing self-confidence in class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Raya, Simalungun Regency, 2024/2025 Academic Year. The research method used is a qualitative method. The determination technique used to collect informants is using purposive sampling. The data collection technique used in this study used semi-structured interviews. The results of the study showed that the attention of PAK teachers in increasing the self-confidence of class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Raya, namely: (1) PAK teachers have provided optimal attention by providing supervision, guidance, ideas and input. The supervision provided by PAK teachers is classified as very good with a percentage of 75%; (2) providing motivation to students. The motivation given by PAK teachers is classified as very good with a percentage of 85%; (3) some students lack self-confidence which is shown in an optimistic attitude but already have a responsible attitude which is classified as sufficient with a percentage of 43%; and (4) PAK teachers have used good communication with students which aims not to weaken students' self-confidence. PAK teacher communication is classified as good with a percentage of 80%.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Mastery Learning Model on learning outcomes of Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti Learning Year 2024/2025. The research hypothesis is: "There is an Effect of Mastery Learning Model on Student Learning Outcomes of Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sipahutar Learning Year 2023/2024." The population is all VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Sipahutar for the 2024/2025 Learning Year, totaling 252 people. The research sample was determined with a purposive sampling system, namely VIII-2 class students totaling 31 people as an experimental class using the Mastery Learning Model and VIII-1 class totaling 31 people as a control class that did not use the Mastery Learning Model. This research method is a quantitative approach with a true experimental design method and with a posttest only control group design. The instrument used in this research is a test question as many as 30 questions. Research data for questionnaires were analyzed using the Pooled Variance t test formula. From the calculation results obtained t count value = 13.727 > t table(α = 5%) = 2.000. The tcount value is in the H0 rejection and Ha acceptance curve area. Thus it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is an effect of the Mastery Learning Model on the Learning Outcomes of Christian Religious Education Students and Budi Pekerti class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sipahutar Learning Year 2024/2025. The difference in learning outcomes of Christian Religious Education and Ethics students in class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sipahutar in the 2024/2025 Learning Year is known from the average learning outcomes of Christian Religious Education and ethics students by using the Mastery Learning Model is 28.06 higher than the average learning outcomes of Christian Religious Education and ethics students by not using the Mastery Learning Model which is 21.77.

This research aims to analyze tourist satisfaction in Ekowisata Hutan Mangrove in Gosong Telaga Selatan village, North Singkil District, Aceh Singkil Regency in 2023. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents using purpose sampling whose validity and reliability have been tasted. The results of descriptive statistical analysis were an average of 3.34. The percentage of achievement of the analysis of factors that influence tourist satisfaction in Ekowisata Hutan Mangrove in Gosong Telaga Selatan Village, North Singkil District, Aceh Singkil Regency in 2023 is 83.52% consulted with the interpretation criteria of a very satisfied score. The results of hypothesis testing t_count > t_tabel (8.71 > 0.2542) show that tourist satisfaction with Ekowisata Hutan Mangrove in Gosong Telaga Selatan Village, North Singkil District, Aceh Singkil Regency in 2023 is ≥ 75% of what was expected. The results of the research explain that tourist satisfaction with Ekowisata Hutan Mangrove in Gosong Telaga Selatan Village, North Singkil District, Aceh Singkil Regency in 2023 is ≥ 75% of what was expected.

This research aims to analyze efforts to manage and develop the Batu Gajah Beach tourist attraction and to identify the challenges faced in managing and developing the Batu Gajah Beach tourist attraction. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach and data collection techniques through observations, interviews and documentation of several informants, namely managers, the community and tourists. Researchers describe that the Batu Gajah Beach tourist attraction has attractive tourism potential with its natural scenery, as well as management efforts in managing and developing the Batu Gajah Beach tourist attraction such as facilities and infrastructure, maintenance and conservation, security and safety, promotion and marketing, and financial management.
