Abstract

The background of this research is that teachers often deliver material in the usual way and if they can take advantage of technology and AI while the world has developed, one of which is the development of technology and AI in educational institutions. So educational institutions must follow the development of technology and AI in the teaching and learning process so that the quality of education is good for students, teachers and educational institutions. This is a challenge for educational institutions to change for the better so that utilising technology and AI in the teaching and learning process is a challenge that must be applied in educational institutions. The method in this research is qualitative research, namely: observation, interviews, field observations and obtaining research data in previous research journals that are in accordance with the title that the researcher raises. The results of the research are: teachers or educational institutions have felt and utilised the development of technology and AI in carrying out the learning and teaching process. By utilising AI, there are many conveniences and advantages obtained, one of which makes it easier for teachers and improves the quality of education. So with the development of technology and AI, it is very helpful for education personnel in the learning and teaching process so that the quality of education increases effectively and efficiently. Abstrak Latar belakang penelitian ini yaitu masih sering sekali guru menyampaikan materi dengan cara seperti biasanya dan bila bisa memanfaatkan teknologi dan AI sedangkan dunia sudah berkembang salah satunya yaitu perkembangan teknologi dan AI di lembaga pendidikan. Jadi lembaga pendidikan harus mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan AI di dalam proses belajar mengajar agar mutu pendidikan baik itu siswa, guru mapun lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Ini tantangan lembaga pendidikan agar berubah ke lebih baik lagi agar memanfaatkan teknologi dan AI di dalam proses belajar mengajar ini adalah sebuah tantangan yang harus diterapkan dilembag pendidikan. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yaitu : observasi, wawancara, pengamatan dilapangan dan mendapatkan data-data penelitian dijurnal penelitian sebelumnya yang sesuai dengan judul yang peneliti angkat. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu: para pagu atau lembaga pendidik sudah merasakan dan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi dan AI dalam melaksanakaan proses belajar dan mengajar. Dengan manfaatkan AI banyak kemudahan dan keuntungna yang didapatkan salah-satunya mempermudah guru dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Jadi dengan adanya pekembangan teknologi dan Ai ini sangatlah mebantu para tenaga pendidikan dalam proses belajar dan mengajar sehingga mutu pendidikan bertamabh meningkat secara efektif dan efesien.

Abstract

The lack of an education budget in high schools often makes one of the problems in improving the quality of education. For this reason, it is hoped that with the concept of optimal financial management by elements of school leaders, the quality of education will improve. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the concept of financial management at SMA Negeri 3 Bukittinggi by related elements can improve the quality of education. This research uses qualitative research methods based on literature study. The results of the study explain that the source of funds for SMA Negeri 3 Bukittinggi comes from the School Operational Assistance (BOS) fund, Special Financial Assistance (BKK) and the Committee. With these 3 sources of funds, it is found that optimizing financial management greatly affects the quality of education. The concept of financial management applied by the leadership elements of SMA Negeri 3 Bukittinggi can optimize the source of funds, so that existing funds are right on target and have a strong effect on student achievement and learning so as to improve the quality of school education. Abstrak Minimnya anggaran pendidikan pada sekolah menengah atas, kerap menjadikan salah satu masalah dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Untuk itu diharapkan dengan adanya konsep manajemen keuangan yang optimal oleh para unsur pimpinan sekolah, mutu pendidikan akan meningkat. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana konsep manajemen keuangan pada SMA Negeri 3 Bukittinggi oleh unsur yang terkait dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa sumber dana SMA Negeri 3 Bukittinggi berasal dari dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS), Bantuan Khusus Keuangan (BKK) dan Komite. Dengan adanya 3 sumber dana ini, didapatkan bahwa optimalisasi manajemen keuangan sangat mempengaruhi mutu pendidikan. Konsep manajemen keuangan yang diterapkan oleh unsur pimpinan SMA Negeri 3 Bukittinggi dapat mengoptimalkan sumber dana, sehingga dana yang ada tepat sasaran dan berpengaruh kuat untuk prestasi siswa dan pembelajaran sehingga bisa meningkatkan mutu pendidikan sekolah.

Abstract

Supporting the vision of Indonesian education, and as part of efforts to restore learning, the independent curriculum was developed as a curriculum framework that is more flexible, while focusing on essential material and developing the character and competence of students. Efforts to implement the independent curriculum at this time, is one of the efforts to be able to implement in the implementation of the curriculum, and teachers become very important in playing and implementing this independent curriculum to the fullest and can run well. The implementation of technical guidance in the form of training on the implementation of an independent curriculum for teachers was delivered to religious teachers at MIN Bukittinggi. This training is delivered systematically and simply so that it can be understood easily and can have a significant impact in realizing learner-centered education. This research is a qualitative research. The implementation of the activity is divided into 3 stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the reporting stage. The result was an increase in teachers' understanding in three aspects; (1) theoretically, (2) how to implement it, and (3) how to develop the curriculum. The approach of this activity uses a training model (Technical Guidance) so that the improvement of psychomotor aspects is the main aspect to be achieved. In addition to the presentation of material, participants were provided with assignments in the form of worksheets so that in addition to the cognitive aspects, the psychomotor aspects of the participants increased. Abstrak Mendukung visi pendidikan Indonesia, dan sebagai bagian dari upaya pemulihan pembelajaran, kurikulum merdeka dikembangkan sebagai kerangka kurikulum yang lebih fleksibel, sekaligus berfokus pada materi esensial dan pengembangan karakter dan kompetensi peserta didik. Upaya menjalankan kurikulum merdeka pada saat ini, merupakan salah satu usaha untuk dapat mengimplemetasi dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum, dan guru menjadi sangat penting dalam memerankan dan melaksanakan kurikulum merdeka ini secara maksimal dan dapat berjalan dengan baik. Pelaksanaan bimbingan teknis yang dilaksanakan berupa pelatihan tentang implementasi kurikulum merdeka pada guru di sampaikan untuk guru agama yang bernaung di MIN Bukittinggi. Pelatihan ini di sampaikan secara sistematis dan sederhana sehingga mampu difahami dengan mudah serta dapat memberikan dampak yang signifikan dalam mewujudkan pendidikan yang berpusat pada peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dibagi menjadi 3 tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap implementasi, dan tahap pelaporan. Hasilnya terjadi peningkatan pemahaman guru dalam tiga aspek; (1), secara teoretis, (2), bagaimana mengimplementasikannya, dan (3), bagaimana mengembangkan kurikulum. Pendekatan kegiatan ini menggunakan model pelatihan (Bimbingan Teknis) sehingga peningkatan aspek psikomotorik menjadi aspek utama yang ingin dicapai. Selain penyajian materi, peserta dibekali dengan penugasan dalam bentuk lembar kerja sehingga selain aspek kognitif, aspek psikomotorik peserta mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

The evaluation of Islamic education programs is entrusted to the school principal, with the aim of achieving the educational goals desired by the institution. However, leaders often do not understand their evaluation functions and methods. This study aims to examine the implementation of educational program evaluation at MTsN 1 Kota Pariaman. The study specifically focuses on three aspects: the principal's responsibilities and limitations, and the structure of program assessment. The research method used is qualitative, using a descriptive approach. Data collection involved the use of observations, interviews, and literature study. Data analysis involved the process of collecting, reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions from the data. The research findings show that the principal's main responsibilities in evaluating educational programs are to develop an evaluation program, collect information from various sources, assess the assessment results, implement improvements based on the assessment findings involving teachers, students, parents, and promote a positive perception of evaluation as a means of improvement. Program evaluation takes two different forms: normal evaluation and evaluation based on Islamic principles. Challenges include limited resources, time restrictions, and lack of collaboration with external entities. Abstrak Evaluasi program pendidikan Islam dipercayakan kepada kepala sekolah, dengan tujuan mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang diinginkan oleh lembaga tersebut. Namun, sering kali pemimpin tidak memahami fungsi dan metode evaluasi mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memeriksa pelaksanaan evaluasi program pendidikan di MTsN 1 Kota Pariaman. Studi ini secara khusus berfokus pada tiga aspek: tanggung jawab dan batasan kepala sekolah, serta struktur penilaian program. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melibatkan penggunaan observasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Analisis data melibatkan proses mengumpulkan, mengurangi, menyajikan, dan menarik kesimpulan dari data. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tanggung jawab utama kepala sekolah dalam mengevaluasi program pendidikan adalah untuk mengembangkan program evaluasi, mengumpulkan informasi dari berbagai sumber, menilai hasil penilaian, menerapkan perbaikan berdasarkan temuan penilaian melibatkan guru, siswa, orang tua, dan mempromosikan persepsi positif evaluasi sebagai sarana peningkatan. Evaluasi program mengambil dua bentuk yang berbeda: evaluasi normal dan evaluasi didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip Islam. Tantangan termasuk keterbatasan sumber daya, pembatasan waktu, dan kurangnya kolaborasi dengan entitas eksternal.

Abstract

One of the advantages of technological progress is that it facilitates the rapid dissemination of new information. The availability of detrimental information has a negative impact on children's growth and development. Many videos depict violent and immoral acts, as well as teenagers' social interactions that are contrary to the values of Indonesian society and its culture. The focus of the research is how to incorporate the study of the Koran into the character education program at SD IT Character for Children of Saleh, Padang City. The implementation of character education at SD IT Shaleh Children's Character in Padang City is described using a qualitative research approach. Location in Padang City, West Sumatra, with a sample size of 47 students at the Shaleh Children's Character IT Elementary School. Data collection was carried out through careful observation, in-depth interviews and thorough documentation. Activities at SD IT which aim to instill the values of the Koran in children include teaching the ethics of reading prayers and letters, encouraging five daily prayers, and modeling the life of Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam on how to do it. they must behave well, and reward good behavior and punish bad. Targhib and tarhib methods as well as dialogue and stories are used in forming Al-Qur'an characters for early childhood at SD IT.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the need for planning the procurement of facilities and infrastructure, because the madrasah has submitted proposals to receive assistance but not all of them have provided the expected results, resulting in a less than ideal learning environment due to inadequate facilities and infrastructure. There is still room for improvement in all aspects of facilities and infrastructure management, from initial inventory to final disposal. Therefore, there is room for development in the system used to oversee the operation of infrastructure and facilities. The purpose of the study was to identify and describe the factors that influence the development of infrastructure and services in the Sungai Rambah mountain range of Padang Pariaman Regency, including factors that encourage and hinder development. The analytical scriptural method was used to conduct this qualitative research. Interviews, field notes, and archival research were used to collect this data. Quantitative data analysis methods were not used to present information obtained from words, pictures, and actions. Applying for government assistance to plan facilities and infrastructure, purchasing facilities and infrastructure in accordance with the planning of facilities and infrastructure, using and maintaining facilities and infrastructure in accordance with the needs of students, conducting an annual inventory according to the provisions of the data, and abolishing goods in a timely manner depend on c. Based on these findings, schools are encouraged to prioritise the placement of student facilities to ensure the highest level of satisfaction among its customers. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explore the role of the Qur'an and hadith in managing education oriented towards Islamic moral development at MTsN 1 Padang Pariaman. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. This research aims to understand and describe the role of the Qur'an and hadith in managing education oriented towards Islamic moral development at MTsN 1 Padang Pariaman. The results of this study indicate that the application of the values of the Qur'an and hadith at MTsN 1 Padang Pariaman plays an important role in Islamic-based character education. By integrating religious teachings into the learning process, the school succeeds in forming students who are not only intelligent, but also have good character and noble character. The role of teachers as role models and moral coaches is crucial, as their integrity influences students in applying Islamic values. As a result, students show more disciplined, honest and tolerant behavior. This approach contributes to the birth of a younger generation who can bring Islamic values into their daily lives and become agents of positive change in society.

Abstract

The case of the teacher who dared to reprimand a student for smoking is a clear example of how the partnership between parents and schools can be a decisive factor in overcoming problems that arise in the world of education. This incident illustrates the role of parents who are active in supporting their children's educational process, as well as schools that are committed to character building and student discipline. The purpose of this study is to explain the Urgency of Parent and School Partnerships in Improving Student Discipline (Case Study of Teacher Reprimanded by Parents for Reprimanding Smoking Students). The method used in this study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The case study approach is a powerful tool for exploring a particular situation or event carefully, deeply, and in detail. This approach allows researchers to gain a better understanding of the complexity and dynamics of a phenomenon or problem in a real context. The results of this study indicate that the Urgency of Parent and School Partnerships in Improving Student Discipline. These partnerships have a significant impact in shaping student character and creating an effective educational environment are Strengthening Values and Discipline, Holistic Approach to Education, Open and Constructive Communication, Key Support in Rule Implementation, Improved Academic Performance, Better Monitoring and Support, Reducing Rule Breaking, Teaching Cooperation and Responsibility.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how social media can be utilized to enhance students' religious understanding in Madrasah Aliyah, with a focus on fiqh and aqidah-akhlak. The research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, using interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings indicate that social media, despite its risk of misinformation, can serve as an effective learning tool when wisely utilized by teachers. These findings contribute significantly to the development of digital religious literacy, offering recommendations for educators to guide students in filtering valid religious information. This study also opens opportunities for further research on the long-term impact of social media use in religious education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Small Group Discussion in developing students' collaboration and creativity competencies, as well as to identify obstacles and effective strategies that can support the success of this method. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with field research methods. This approach was chosen to deeply understand the implementation of Small Group Discussion in developing students' collaboration and creativity competencies. The results of this study indicate that the Small Group Discussion Method at SMPN 1 VII Koto Sungai Sariak has great potential in developing students' Collaboration and Creativity competencies, although it still faces challenges such as the dominance of certain students, lack of self-confidence, and limited time and resources. More specific and structured planning is needed to maximize student engagement, while implementation shows increased collaboration in sharing tasks and providing feedback, although contributions within the group are still uneven. Students' creativity begins to develop through original ideas, but the elaboration of ideas requires technical support such as brainstorming and technology. Evaluation with assessment rubrics and joint reflection helps identify students' strengths and weaknesses. With intensive guidance, fair task-sharing strategies, and technology integration, this method can be optimized to create more collaborative and creative learning.
