Abstract

This research explores the implementation of teacher performance management and its impact on the quality of education. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, this research explores an in-depth understanding of tesacher experiences, implementation challenges, and the contribution of performance management to student achievement. Teachers' awareness of performance management was found to be high, but was faced by implementation challenges, such as high workload and limited resources. School leadership plays a critical role in creating a culture that supports teacher performance management. These findings suggest that good implementation of teacher performance management correlates with improved quality of education. Recommendations include training program development, strengthening school leadership, implementation of a clear reward system, revision of school policies, and follow-up research. These recommendations are designed to strengthen practices and policies that support teacher engagement and education improvement. This research contributes to a better understanding of the complexity of teacher performance management implementation and its relevance to education quality. The implications and recommendations of this research can lay the foundation for improvements in practices and policies at the broader education level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan perguruan tinggi di Indonesia dalam mengadaptasi potensi teknologi Metaverse dan implikasinya terhadap pendidikan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka atau analisis konten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat kesadaran akan potensi Metaverse, perguruan tinggi di Indonesia masih menghadapi tantangan terkait infrastruktur teknologi yang terbatas, kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan terkait Metaverse, serta kebijakan pendidikan yang belum sepenuhnya mendukung integrasi teknologi ini. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menyoroti perlunya peningatan investasi dalam infrastruktur digital, pelatihan terkait Metaverse bagi tenaga pendidik, serta penyusunan kebijakan yang progresif untuk memfasilitasi adopsi teknologi ini demi meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan inovasi dalam sistem pendidikan berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) di Indonesia dan China. Fokus utama adalah menganalisis kebijakan, implementasi teknologi AI, serta dampaknya terhadap kualitas pembelajaran di kedua negara. Studi ini juga mengeksplorasi tantangan dan peluang pengembangan AI dalam pendidikan untuk memberikan rekomendasi bagi peningkatan sistem pendidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa China telah lebih maju dalam mengintegrasikan AI ke dalam sistem pendidikan, didukung oleh kebijakan nasional yang kuat, investasi besar-besaran dalam penelitian dan pengembangan, serta kolaborasi erat antara pemerintah, industri, dan akademisi. Sementara itu, Indonesia masih dalam tahap awal adopsi AI dengan beberapa inisiatif lokal dan uji coba terbatas, namun menghadapi kendala seperti infrastruktur yang belum memadai, kurangnya sumber daya ahli, dan regulasi yang belum matang. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa Indonesia dapat belajar dari model China, khususnya dalam memperkuat kebijakan, meningkatkan kapasitas SDM, dan membangun ekosistem pendidikan berbasis AI yang lebih terstruktur.

Abstract

Education is a barometer for the progress of a nation. Or simply put, the progress of a state or nation lies in its education. This research examines Office Management, Office Management Based on Quality Culture and Quality Culture of Superior Islamic Educational Institutions. The research method used is qualitative research with library research methods. In this research process, the Implementation of Quality Culture-Based Office Management in Realizing Superior Islamic Educational Institutions, its management is carried out through the stages of planning, organizing, initiating and  directing operations, by having a cultural basis for the quality of superior programs in it, having a vision and mission that can be realized by all elements in the Islamic Educational Institution in a measurable manner and focused on customer needs, have adequate facilities, as well as the creation of responsibility for all elements in the organization with values that are still fought for in their duties or work and the latter have the principle of loyalty to the organization.Keywords : Management, Quality Culture, Islamic Education

Abstract

Abstract (English): The worksystem built by all institutions of Islamic Education Institutions requires every employee and lecturer to work in order to provide excellent service to all stakeholders. With the improvement of good service, there is no doubt that employees or lecturers often feel stress in their work. This study aims to reveal the factors that cause work stress experienced by employees and lecturers at the Faculty of Tarbiyah Sciences and Teacher Training IAIN Ambon. The research method, which was used to streamline this research was to use qualitative research methods, with informants totaling six people selected based on work stress factors they often experienced. The results showed that several factors caused the stress experienced such as work pressure, work dedline, the number of applications, co-worker involvement, the use of elusive applications, and family. Then for his work stress management includes approaching himself to God, making work priority schedules, social support in this case colleagues and family, being firm in work, healing, eating a lot and also exercising.Keywords: Management; Work Stress; Islamic; Educational InstitutionsAbstrak (Indonesia): Sistem kerja yang dibangun oleh semua intitusi Lembaga Pendidikan Islam mengharuskan setiap pegawai dan dosennya untuk bekerja dalam rangka memberikan pelayanan yang prima kepada seluruh stakeholder. Dengan adanya peningkatan pelayanan yang baik, tak ayal para pegawai atau dosen sering merasakan stres dalam pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan faktor penyebab stres kerja yang dialami oleh pegawai dan dosen di Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyan dan Keguruan IAIN Ambon. Metode penelitian, yang digunakan untuk mengefektifkan penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan informan berjumlah enam orang yang dipilih berdasarkan faktor stres kerja yang sering mereka alami. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa beberapa faktor penyebab stress yang dialami seperti tekanan pekerjaan, dedline pekerjaan, banyaknya aplikasi, keterlibatan rekan kerja, penggunaan aplikasi yang sukar dipahami, dan keluarga. Kemudian untuk manajemen stres kerjanya meliputi pendekatan diri kepada Allah, membuat jadwal prioritas kerja, dukungan sosial dalam hal ini rekan kerja dan keluarga, tegas dalam kerja, healing, banyak makan dan juga olahraga.  Kata Kunci : Manajemen; Stres Kerja; Islam; Lembaga Pendidikan

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the impact of digital transformation in educational office management through a comprehensive literature review. Digital transformation, which is mainly triggered by the development of information technology, has reshaped the educational landscape by introducing innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of office management in educational institutions. This literature review involves a review of the evolution of information technology in the education sector and an in-depth understanding of the application of management information systems. In this context, we explore the positive impact of digital transformation on operational efficiency and productivity of educational institutions. In addition, this study identifies and analyzes challenges and barriers that educational institutions may face during the digital transformation process, including data security issues and ethical dilemmas. By detailing best practices and success cases from the relevant literature, the research provides in-depth insights into how educational institutions can take maximum advantage of digital transformation in the context of office management. The results of this literature review are expected to provide valuable guidance for education practitioners and researchers who are interested in optimizing the use of information technology in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of office management in educational institutions.Key Words: Digital Transformation, Education Office Management. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak transformasi digital dalam manajemen perkantoran pendidikan melalui tinjauan literatur yang komprehensif. Transformasi digital, yang terutama dipicu oleh perkembangan teknologi informasi, telah membentuk kembali lanskap pendidikan dengan memperkenalkan solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas manajemen perkantoran di lembaga-lembaga pendidikan. Kajian literatur ini melibatkan peninjauan terhadap evolusi teknologi informasi di sektor pendidikan dan pemahaman mendalam tentang penerapan sistem informasi manajemen. Dalam konteks ini, kami mengeksplorasi dampak positif transformasi digital terhadap efisiensi operasional dan produktivitas lembaga pendidikan. Selain itu, kajian ini mengidentifikasi serta menganalisis tantangan dan hambatan yang mungkin dihadapi lembaga pendidikan selama proses transformasi digital, termasuk isu keamanan data dan dilema etika. Dengan merinci praktik terbaik dan kasus sukses dari literatur yang relevan, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang bagaimana lembaga pendidikan dapat mengambil manfaat maksimal dari transformasi digital dalam konteks manajemen perkantoran. Hasil dari kajian literatur ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan berharga bagi praktisi pendidikan dan peneliti yang tertarik untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas manajemen perkantoran di lembagalembaga pendidikan.Kata Kunci: Transformasi Digital, Management Perkantoran Pendidikan. Abstract

This study investigates the practice of instructional leadership with qualitative methods with a descriptive approach to analysis. Involving principals, teachers, and teaching staff with a total of 15 respondents. The data collection method used is through observation, documentation and interviews. Data analysis techniques through data collection, data presentation and data verification. The results show that instructional leadership includes concrete steps in shaping an inclusive and proactive learning culture. These findings are in line with the literature emphasizing the positive role instructional leadership plays on teacher motivation and commitment. However, to evaluate its concrete impact on student achievement, further research is needed. The study recommends developing leadership training programs, strengthening teacher collaboration and participation, and developing supportive school policies. Periodic monitoring and evaluation is also proposed as an important step in ensuring the effective implementation of instructional leadership practices. Through the implementation of these recommendations, it is expected to continue to improve the quality of education and contribute to the development of the literature on instructional leadership
