Abstract

Pada  analisis situasi yang dilakukan kepada  masyarakat desa lalowaru kecamatan moramo utara kabupaten konawe selatan diketahui masih kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat terkait pencemaran lingkungan serta dampaknya terhadap kesehatan masyarakat. Salah satu dampak yang disebabkan oleh pencemaran lingkungan berupa polusi udara yang berakibat terjadinya penyakit gangguan pernafasan. Berdasarkan data survey awal menunjukan bahwa Kelurahan Lalowaru memiliki jumlah sebaran penyakit gangguan pernafasan per tahun 2023 merupakan prevalensi penyakit tertinggi yaitu sebanyak 792 kasus, diikuti oleh hipertensi sebanyak 192 kasus dan penyakit TB + Paru sebanyak 82 kasus.  Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, mencegah penularan, dan penanganan ISPA serta hipertensi pada masyarkat kelurahan Lalowaru. Model kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu sosialisasi mengenai pencemaran lingkungan, cara pencegahan dengan penggunaan terapi Uap sederhana dan workshop pembuatan minuman jahe madu untuk mencegah terjadinya penyakit gangguan pernafasan seperti ISPA, Bronkhitis dan TBC.  Serta dilakukan pula pembinaan terkait peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesadaran akan penanganan Pola Hidup Bersih Sehat.

Abstract

Introduction: Chronic Energy Deficiency is a health problem for pregnant women that can lead to premature birth, birth defects, low birth weight, and even death. The prevalence of chronic energy deficiency in 2022 at the Lamparinga Community Health Center was 11.8% and at the Tetewatu Community Health Center 8.3%. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of providing local food supplements on weight gain for pregnant women with chronic energy deficiency at the Lamparinga and Tetewatu Community Health Centers in North Konawe Regency. Method: The type of research is quantitative (Quasi-experiment), with a pre-test, post-test, control group design. The population was 64 pregnant women with chronic energy deficiency in the working area of the Lamparinga and Tetewatu Health Centers in January 2024, and a sample of 18 people using cluster random sampling. Data were analyzed using the independent t-test, Mann-Whitney U test, and Kruskal-Wallis test. Result: The results of the study obtained an average control weight of 48.67 kg pre-test and 48.66 kg post-test, intervention weight, 50.2 kg pre-test and 51.9 kg post-test. The results of the independent t-test p-value 0.001 and the results of the Kruskal-Wallis analysis obtained a p-value of 0.001 on the body weight variable. Conclusion: Providing local food supplements on increasing the weight of pregnant women with chronic energy deficiency and the effectiveness of providing local food supplements on increasing the weight of pregnant women with chronic energy deficiency at the Lamparinga and Tetewatu Health Centers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatan status gizi untuk kesehatan ibu hamil dan bayi sangat diperlukan untuk mengurangi kejadian risiko stunting dengan melalui program pemberian makanan tambahan, pelatihan pengolahan berbasis makanan lokal juga memberikan ilmu parenting tumbuh kembang anak sehingga dapat meningkatkan taraf kesehatan masyarakat di desa. Peningkatan akses terhadap sumber air bersih dan sanitasi yang baik di Desa Wawatu juga dapat mengurangi penyakit yang diakibatkan oleh lingkungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemberian edukasi kesehatan terkait stunting kepada seluruh masyarakat Desa Wawatu. Pemberian informasi ini dilakukan melalui media leaflet cetak dan slide PowerPoint, dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi. Informasi yang disampaikan mencakup panduan dan pengetahuan tentang pemberian nutrisi yang tepat bagi keluarga dalam upaya mencegah stunting. Hasil penelitian dengan Intervensi Fisik berupa Pemberian Paket Stunting, Demo Masak Abon Ikan, Nugget Kelor, Dan Jahe Latte, Pemberian Makanan Tambahan, Pembagian Masker, Pengadaan Kalender Edukasi Cegah Potensi Stunting, Kunjungan Keluarga Potensi Stunting Melalui Door to Door, Pemberian Vitamin, Pembuatan Kompos Takakura, Pembuatan Saringan Sederhana. Sedangkan Intervensi Non Fisik berupa Penyuluhan Cegah Stunting, Belajar Bersama Masyarakat (BBM) Tentang Bahaya & Pencegahan ISPA, Survey Kepemilikan Jamban Layak, Parenting Pemantauan Tumbuh Kembang Anak. Setelah dilakukan intervensi maka didapatkan hasil yang pengetahuan Masyarakat meningkat dan menambha wawasan lebiih luas tentang pentingnya Kesehatan dan kebersihan lingkungan sekitar.

Abstract

Anemia is a common health problem in adolescent girls that risks causing complications during pregnancy and stunting in children. Blood supplementation tablets are an effective intervention, but the compliance of adolescent girls in consuming them is still low. Objective: This study aimed to analyze adherence to taking blood supplement tablets in adolescent girls. Methods: With a mixed-method design and involving 124 respondents from a total population of 180 adolescent girls, this study used simple random sampling and chi-square statistical analysis to assess the relationship between knowledge variables and the role of parents, as well as in-depth interviews to assess the role of health workers and schools. Results: The results showed that there was a significant association between knowledge (p < 0.001) and parental role (p 0.001) with the compliance of adolescent girls in taking blood supplement tablets. Interview findings also revealed that health workers and schools distribute blood supplement tablets every month to support efforts to increase adherence. Conclusion: knowledge, parental support, and the active role of health and school personnel play an important role in improving the adherence of adolescent girls to taking blood supplement tablets. It is recommended that all parties, especially parents and schools, collaborate to improve adolescents' understanding and adherence to taking blood supplement tablets.

Abstract

Providing quality services is inseparable from human resources that produce good performance and achievement. One of the factors related to the performance or work performance of nurses is the low satisfaction of a person with their job. Currently, it is known that the main problem that often arises in human resource management is how to find the best way to achieve employee job satisfaction. Employee complaints about supervision that is very rarely carried out. This makes employees feel that their work is not supervised. This study aims to study the relationship between organizational policies and supervision with the satisfaction of health workers in the BLUD inpatient room of Bahteramas Hospital. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study approach, and research was conducted on February 2023 in the inpatient room of Bahteramas Hospital. The population in this study were all health workers who worked in the BLUD inpatient room of Bahteramas Hospital, totaling 213 people with a sample of 139 respondents. Data analysis was carried out computerized using the SPSS version 25.0 program, to analyze the relationship between the independent and dependent variables together, the Logistic Regression test was used. Results of the analysis show that all variables that have a probability value (p-value) <0.05 include organizational policies (p=0.141), and supervision (p=0.032). These results indicate that the supervision variable has a significant relationship. Meanwhile, the organizational policy variable does not have a significant relationship with the satisfaction of health workers in the BLUD Inpatient Room of Bahteramas Hospital. There is a moderate relationship between organizational policies and supervision with the satisfaction of health workers in the BLUD Inpatient Room of Bahteramas Hospital.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah adalah semua kegiatan atau aktivitas yang dilakukan untuk menangani sampah mulai dari sejak ditimbulkan sampah sampai dengan pembuangan akhir dari sampah tersebut seperti pengumpulan, pengangkatan, pemprosesan, pendaurulang sampah tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga, yang di laksanakan di Desa Tanjung Batu Kecamatan Wawonii Barat Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan pada bulan Agustus. Peneltian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Cross -Sectional Study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh (KK) dengan jumlah 204. Teknik pengambilan sampel random sampling yaitu sebanyak 55 sampel. Dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan hubungan pengetahuan (X2 hitung = 20,354 dengan phi = 0,648). pendidikan (X2 hitung = 20,584 dengan phi = 0,651), sarana prasarana (X2 hitung = 17,884 dengan phi = 0,610) dengan pengelolaan sampah. Ada hubungan kuat antara pengetahuan, pendidikan, dan sarana prasarana dengan pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga di Desa Tanjung Batu Kecamatan Wawonii Barat Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan. Diharapkan bagi seluruh masyarakat Desa Tanjung Batu selalu menjaga kebersihan lingkungan sehingga dapat mengurangi risiko kejadian penyakit yang bersumber dari sampah sehingga mengurangi berkembangbiaknya vektor penyakit.

Abstract

Introduction: Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem in children. The prevalence of stunting in the North Konawe District Health Service area in 2022 will be 21.6% and in 2023 it will be 25.6%. One of the public policy steps taken by the North Konawe Regency Government is the implementation of the URC KISS program, but it has never been evaluated effectively. The aim of the research is to evaluate the rapid response unit's policies for handling extreme poverty, inflation and stunting in harmony with efforts to reduce stunting rates. Methods: The type of research is qualitative research, case study design. The subjects in this research were 12 people consisting of 2 key informants and 10 ordinary informants. Sampling technique using the Snowball Sampling. Data analysis, by analyse the data reduction stages, data display and drawing conclusions. Results: The results of the research on the evaluation of financing input were funded directly from the regional government, available human resources and according to their competence, available infrastructure in the form of cars, motorbikes and anthropometric measuring equipment. And accompanied by guidelines for efforts to reduce stunting rates in North Konawe Regency. Then the planning process implemented is to collect family card data, organization is structured and implementation is by providing additional food and groceries. Then monitoring the toddler's height every week is carried out. Output is in the form of providing additional food and foods such as oil, eggs. The outcome is that the prevalence of stunting will decrease, namely in 2023 it will be 6% and in 2024 it will be 5.4%. Conclusion: Input evaluation available as needed. The process was carried out well. The output was implemented by providing local supplementary food and the outcome was that the prevalence of stunting reached 5.4%.
