Abstract

Konflik berkepanjangan di Jalur Gaza telah menyebabkan krisis kemanusiaan yang kompleks, termasuk keruntuhan sistem kesehatan dan terbatasnya akses layanan medis bagi warga sipil. Dalam upaya mendukung pemulihan sektor kesehatan secara berkelanjutan, Rahma Worldwide menginisiasi program pemberdayaan tenaga medis internasional, salah satunya melibatkan profesional kesehatan dari Indonesia dalam sinergi kemitraan global. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kapasitas tim medis multinasional dalam memberikan respons darurat serta membangun ketahanan sistem kesehatan lokal di Gaza. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup pelatihan bersama, simulasi manajemen darurat kesehatan, pendampingan teknis di lapangan, serta pengembangan jejaring kolaboratif antar-profesional kesehatan lintas negara. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan tim medis dalam merespons situasi kritis, peningkatan koordinasi lintas batas, serta perluasan jangkauan layanan kesehatan dasar kepada masyarakat rentan. Selain itu, partisipasi aktif tenaga kesehatan Indonesia turut memperkuat diplomasi kemanusiaan dan reputasi profesional medis Tanah Air di kancah internasional. Kesimpulannya, inisiatif Rahma Worldwide dalam membangun sinergi kemanusiaan global berhasil menciptakan model kolaborasi yang efektif dan berkelanjutan dalam mendukung ketahanan kesehatan di wilayah pasca-konflik.

Abstract

This report presents the results of a community service activity conducted in Malacca, Malaysia, with the aim of engaging the local community in a dialogue through the lens of Islamic thought. The discussion focused on the contributions of Prameswara, the King of Palembang, in establishing Malacca as a trade and cultural center in Southeast Asia. Using a participatory approach, the dialogue invited the community to reflect on the Islamic values that shaped Malacca's history and its pivotal role in social, economic, and cultural interactions. The findings show that historical awareness and understanding of Islamic thought can strengthen the identity of the Malaccan people and encourage collaboration in the preservation of cultural heritage. This report aims to contribute to the development of Islamic and historical studies in the region and promote increased community involvement in safeguarding and enhancing their cultural legacy

Abstract

Rukun Tetangga (RT) and Rukun Warga (RW) which functions to serve residents at the policy of the Village or Sub-District Government based on the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Indonesia No. 49 of 2001 concerning Structuring Village Community Resilience Institutions or Rukun Tetangga. This policy is to assist the Village/ Kelurahan in providing services and population administration directly to residents. The purpose of this study was to determine and evaluate the duties of the Head of RT/RW in the Campago Guguk Bulek Village, Mandiangin Koto Selayan, Bukittinggi, related to social problems of residents (children with disabilities and their families), which were pushed to the court to become a criminal matter. This research uses qualitative and descriptive methods. The results showed that the Head of RT/RW in the Campago Guguk Bulek Village, Mandiangin Koto Selayan, Bukittinggi provided assistance to two children with disabilities who were suspected of having experienced domestic violence (KDRT) by their grandmother and aunt, but not according to existing regulations. namely the Bukittinggi City Regional Regulation Number 11 of 2016 concerning Community Institutions in the Village Keywords: policy, neighborhood association, deliberation, evaluation, public service

Abstract

This study aims to deconstruct the concept of accounting, which is dominated by capitalism, through the integration of the liberation theology paradigm in Islamic accounting. Using a qualitative approach and literature review method, this research explores how the liberation theology paradigm can provide a more just and humanistic ideological foundation in accounting practices. The study involves a critical analysis of literature related to Western epistemology in accounting, as well as ontological, epistemological, and axiological approaches from an Islamic perspective. The findings show that the liberation theology paradigm in Islamic accounting can offer a more ethical and just alternative compared to conventional accounting, which is often driven by capitalist interests. This research concludes that the integration of liberation theology in Islamic accounting not only expands the scope of accounting but also strengthens its role as a tool for social liberation. The results indicate that the Islamic metaphysics approach successfully deconstructs the dominance of Western epistemology in accounting by rejecting the concept of binary oppositions often used to separate economic and spiritual aspects. Through the liberation theology paradigm, Islamic accounting is presented as a more just ideological framework, where God is placed at the center of the ontology of accounting, emphasizing the importance of integrating spiritual values into every economic decision. This approach not only critiques but also offers an alternative by integrating ontological, epistemological, and axiological aspects in accounting, creating a more holistic and ethical concept, and reaffirming accounting’s role as a tool for social liberation based on justice and Islamic values.

Abstract

Background: Dyslexia is a specific learning disorder affecting reading skills, especially phonological awareness and language processing. Multisensory speech therapy based on Amthal (Quranic parables) offers rhythmic stimulation, symbolic meaning, and cultural contexts that can enhance neuroplasticity and reading abilities in children with dyslexia. Objectives: This study aims to explore the potential of Amthal verses as a speech therapy medium that integrates melody, symbolic meaning, and multisensory stimulation to improve reading skills and brain activation in children with dyslexia. Methods: A qualitative literature review was conducted, synthesizing scientific and theoretical sources related to neurocognition, neuroplasticity, and multisensory speech therapy to identify mechanisms of Amthal use in therapy. Results: Findings indicate that Amthal verses contain rhythmic linguistic patterns enhancing phonological awareness through superior temporal gyrus activation; culturally meaningful contexts strengthen emotional engagement via cortisol reduction and ventral striatum activation; and visual metaphors support semantic processing via fusiform gyrus and hippocampus integration. Conclusion: Quranic Amthal verses serve as an effective therapeutic medium within multisensory speech therapy for dyslexic children, offering holistic neurocognitive and cultural benefits.
