Abstract

Covid-19 is still a public health problem in the world, causing more than five million deaths. Indonesia is one of the countries that has quite a large number of Covid-19 cases, namely more than four million confirmed cases with one hundred and four thousand deaths. One of the efforts that have been made by the government in the context of preventing and controlling the disease is vaccination. However, even though the program is very good, not all people have accepted the COVID-19 vaccination program. This situation was also experienced at partner locations where in the preliminary survey, the results obtained were that public knowledge and awareness of the COVID-19 vaccine was still low. The participants were 50 posyandu cadres consisting of 25 people from Baruga Village and 25 people from Watubangga. The dedication method used is a lecture that begins with a pre-test, then counseling is carried out and ends with an evaluation using a post-test. The results of the evaluation showed an increase in knowledge after education about the benefits of the COVID-19 vaccine was carried out. The community and the head of the village agreed to help the government increase the coverage of the vaccine, which will start from the posyandu they have fostered.

Abstract

As many as 27% of female adolescents in developing countries suffer from anemia. Anemia can have a big impact on the health of young women, especially pregnant women. The problem of anemia in adolescents needs to be overcome because teenagers will become pregnant women who of course need a healthy body more later. One effort is to take iron (Fe) supplements. This study aims to analyze the risk factors for attitudes and side effects of Fe tablets on the consumption of Fe tablets in female adolescents in high school. This study used a case-control study design. The population of this study was all young women who received Fe tablets at SMA Negeri 10 Kendari with a total of 85 students who were held from February 2020 to completion. The sample consisted of 40 people, namely 20 cases and 20 controls, the sampling technique was simple random sampling. The results showed that attitude is a risk factor for consuming Fe tablets, obtained OR = 6,000 (95% CI 1.458-24.686) and side effects of Fe tablets are a risk factor for consuming Fe tablets, the value of OR = 5.571 (95% CI 1.420-21.860) was obtained. It is necessary to increase communication, education, and information (IEC) in schoolchildren to increase positive attitudes and reduce the number of complaints of side effects of Fe tablets in school children.

Abstract

Implementation of information systems in hospitals (SIMRS) is very important to achieve quality services. However, monitoring and evaluation need to be carried out to find out how the benefits of SIMRS in hospital work units are. Thus, it allows hospitals to develop SIMRS by considering the factors that influence and benefit the use of SIMRS. The case study approach was carried out using the Human, Organization, Technology–Fit (HOT-fit) framework introduced by Yusof in 2006. The study was conducted at Bahteramas Hospital with a sample size of 162 respondents. The results of the analysis show that there is an influence of information quality on the use of the SIMRS system, SIMRS system development, user satisfaction. The inhibiting factors include SIMRS not according to needs, the perception that using manual recording is easier and faster, the perception that the use of SIMRS adds to the workload, and SIMRS output is considered not relevant to user needs.

Abstract

Tuberculosis and COVID-19 are infectious diseases, both of which cause respiratory problems. Treatment adherence is interpreted as what is instructed in treatment should be followed properly. The methods in this study use analytical observational research design with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study is the same as the population of BTA+ pulmonary Tuberculosis patients who re-treat tb and mandatory treatment for 6 months in 2021, as many as 85 people. Because ≥100 then use 10-15% or 20-25% or more of the existing population. Meanwhile, if the population ≤100 all existing populations are sampled (Arikunto, 2014). Because the number of samples in this study ≤100, the sample was taken in total sampling, namely all TB patients as many as 85 people. Statistical test using the Chi Square test. The results showed 85 respondents (100%), respondents with a less compliant category of 49 respondents (57.6%) and respondents with a compliant category of 36 respondents (42.4%), found that there was a meaningful relationship of attitude (p value = 0.000< 0.05), health services (p value = 0,002< 0.05), otherwise there was no meaningful relationship between treatment with OAT (p value = 0.118 > 0.05).

Abstract

Gastritis is an inflammation of the gastric mucosa that results in swelling of the gastric mucosa until  the epithelium is released. The incidence of Gastritis in the world is estimated to affect more than 1.7 billion people. This study aims to analyze the risk factors of diet, stress and economic status of Gastritis disease incidence in patients in the working area of Puskesmas Wawotobi Konawe District in 2020. This study used a case control study design. The population in this study were all patients who checked themselves at The Public Poly of Wawotobi Health Center Konawe Regency in January to August 2020. The samples in this study were 104 samples (52 cases and 52 controls). Sampling using probability sampling technique by means of simple random sampling. The results showed risk factors for Gastritis disease, namely diet obtained p-value = 0,000, OR = 5,127 (CI 95% 2,218-11,850) and stress obtained p-value = 0.000, OR = 4,632 (CI 95% 2,028-10,583), while non-risk factors for Gastritis disease are economic status obtained p-value  = 0.554, OR = 1.367 (CI 95% 0.629-2.971). The conclusion is that diet and stress are risk factors and economic status is not a risk factor for Gastritis disease in patients in the working area of Puskesmas Wawotobi Konawe District in 2020. People are expected to always maintain health by conducting clean and healthy living behaviors and also can maintain a balanced diet by applying balanced nutrition.

Abstract

The current spread of the COVID-19 outbreak is so fast, causing the world to be in a state of emergency, so that the World Health Organization or WHO has declared the current status of world health in danger. Health workers as the frontline have a very important role in handling COVID-19, where they are in direct contact with infected patients/people so they are very vulnerable to being exposed and infected by the virus, which causes health workers to experience anxiety. The reason is that health workers experience anxiety because they are afraid of being infected with the virus and spreading it to their families. High anxiety can affect the body's immune system to decrease, so that health workers are more at risk of contracting it. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the anxiety of health workers during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Baubau city regional public hospital . This research method used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional study design with a population of 274 people using a proportional random sampling technique, amounting to 163 people. Statistical test using the Chi square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between the use of personal protective equipment and anxiety with p value = 0.000 <0.005, there was a relationship between marital status and anxiety with p value = 0.003 <0.005 and there was a relationship between knowledge and anxiety with p value = 0.000 <0.005

Abstract

Gastritis in police patients in the working area of the Muna Police Clinic still has a high prevalence, which is still the top 5 main diseases in 2019-2021. Factors that trigger gastritis include: diet, socioeconomic, family history of gastritis, alcohol consumption, smoking, stress, and drugs. Gastritis can attack all levels of society from all levels of age and gender. This study aims to determine the risk factors for eating regularity, type of food, stress and smoking on the incidence of gastritis in Polri patients in the working area of the Muna Police Clinic in 2022. The type of research used was observational analytic with a Case Control Study design. The population in this study were all patients who checked themselves at the Muna Police Clinic from January to August 2021. The sample in this study amounted to 76 samples (38 cases and 38 controls). Sampling used two approaches, namely random and non-random sampling. The results showed that the risk factor for gastritis, namely regularity of eating, obtained p-value = 0.000, OR = 37.593, while the non-risk factor for gastritis, namely stress, obtained p-value = 0.723, OR = 1.288. The police are expected to be more aware of the factors that cause gastritis, and more importantly know how to prevent gastritis as early as possible, so that complications do not occur. And the police should be able to maintain health and maintain a good and healthy diet with balanced nutrition.
