Abstract

Given the growing demand for halal cosmetics, understanding the drivers of purchasing behavior among Muslim consumers is essential. This study applies the Theory of Consumption Values (TCV) to examine the purchase intensity of halal cosmetics. The research was conducted among 194 Muslim consumers in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area, Indonesia, a significant market for halal goods. Using a quantitative methodology, survey data were analyzed with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicated that emotional value exerted the strongest influence on purchase intensity, followed in significance by functional, social, and conditional values. In contrast, epistemic value did not demonstrate a significant impact. These findings provide actionable insights for the halal cosmetics industry, highlighting the importance of developing products and marketing strategies that enhance emotional appeal, showcase functional benefits, leverage social influence, and optimize conditional triggers. Abstrak Intensitas Pembelian Kosmetik Halal di Kalangan Konsumen Muslim: Pendekatan Theory of Consumption Values. Meningkatnya permintaan kosmetik halal di kalangan konsumen Muslim membuat penting untuk memahami faktor-faktor pendorong perilaku pembelian mereka. Studi ini menerapkan Teori Consumption Values (TCV) untuk menguji intensitas pembelian kosmetik halal. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 194 konsumen Muslim di Wilayah Metropolitan Jakarta, Indonesia, yang merupakan salah satu pasar signifikan untuk produk halal. Menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif, data survei dianalisis dengan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai emosional memberikan pengaruh terkuat terhadap intensitas pembelian, diikuti secara signifikan oleh nilai fungsional, sosial, dan kondisional. Sebaliknya, nilai epistemik tidak menunjukkan dampak yang signifikan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan yang dapat ditindaklanjuti bagi industri kosmetik halal, menekankan pentingnya pengembangan produk dan strategi pemasaran yang meningkatkan daya tarik emosional, menonjolkan manfaat fungsional, memanfaatkan pengaruh sosial, dan mengoptimalkan pemicu kondisional.

Abstract

Menurut informasi yang diperoleh dari posyandu Melati 1 Durian Payung (DUPA) Bandar Lampung, beberapa anak sebelumnya telah mengalami demam tinggi akibat Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD), dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan tentang pencegahan Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) dan masih banyak nya kebiasaan menggantung pakaian, jarang menguras bak mandi dan lain sebagainya. Diharapkan dengan menerapkan edukasi ini, virus Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) dapat dikendalikan dengan menggunakan 3M Plus. Juga diantisipasikan bahwa edukasi ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat di wilayah posyandu Melati 1 Durian Payung (DUPA) Bandar Lampung. Metode yang dilakukan pada edukasi kesehatan ini terdiri dari pre-test, dilangsungkan dengan tinjauan materi, uji pemahaman atau tanya jawab, dan post-test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya perubahan Pengetahuan Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan nya edukasi dengan nilai (p=0,004) α = 0,05 dengan nilai (p= 0,004) α = 0,05. Diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai informasi kepada Masyarakat posyandu Melati 1 Durian Payung (DUPA) Bandar Lampung tentang pentingnya pengetahuan dan pencegahan 3M plus terhadap kejadian Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD).

Abstract

Lansia cenderung lebih rentan terhadap peningkatan insiden masalah kesehatan, dengan penurunan kekuatan dan daya tahan sistem kekebalan tubuh, seiring bertambahnya usia. Saat seseorang  semakin tua, mereka menghadapi tantangan psikososial, sehingga penanganan masalah tersebut harus ditangani secara efektif dan memerlukan perawatan yang lebih intensif. Hal ini menyoroti pentingnya panti jompo sebagai fasilitas yang didedikasikan untuk pemeliharaan dan kesejahteraan lansia. Oleh karena itu, menjadi sangat penting untuk fokus pada kesehatan mental lansia di UPTD PSLU Tresna Werdha Natar. Tujuan dari tinjauan literatur ini adalah untuk menjelaskan masalah kesehatan mental yang umum terjadi pada lansia di UPTD PSLU Tresna Werdha Natar. Metode yang digunakan pada edukasi tentang kesehatan yang diadakan di UPTD PSLU Tresna Werdha Natar adalah pre-test, pemaparan materi, diskusi tanya jawab, dan post-test.  Tujuan dari kegiatan ini diharapkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata nilai pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan edukasi. Hasil pengabdian ini diharapkan agar para lansia memiliki pengetahuan tentang bagaimana cara menjaga Kesehatan mental mereka.  Sebagai kesimpulan, dari hasil yang didapatkan tiga masalah kesehatan mental pada lansia yaitu: depresi, kecemasan, dan demensia. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi munculnya masalah kesehatan mental pada lansia seperti: usia, dukungan keluarga, hubungan spiritual, riwayat medis, hipertensi, merokok, dan konsumsi alkohol

Abstract

This PPM activity aimed to provide literacy through socialization and direction regarding the use of various online media to culinary MSME actors in the district and city of Bandung, West Java in an effort to increase product sales in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic and during the recovery period from pandemic conditions. The decline in economic levels in various sectors was one of the most serious impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, as experienced by culinary MSME entrepreneurs in Indonesia, including culinary MSME entrepreneurs in the district and city of Bandung. The decline in sales levels for culinary MSME business actors had resulted in a decline in income and welfare levels. The presence of online media as a technology that could help and facilitate culinary MSME business actors as a strategy to carry out promotions with the aim of increasing sales in the midst and the recovery period of the Covid-19 pandemic. The method in this PPM activity was through literacy for culinary MSMEs through socialization activities, briefings, and sharing pamphlets. This PPM activity was expected to produce output to provide solutions for culinary MSME actors to be able to increase sales of their products through the use of online media in the midst and the recovery period of the Covid-19 pandemic. From this PPM activity, it is suggested that culinary MSMEs be more active in participating in activities such as workshops or training to improve their ability to do business digitally or online.

Abstract

Kesehatan Reproduksi adalah suatu keadaan dimana fisik, mental dan sosial ada di dalam keadaan yang sejahtera serta utuh tidak semata-mata bebas dari penyakit atau kecacatan yang berkaitan dengan sistem reproduksinya, isu tentang kesehatan reproduksi menjadi salah satu permasalahan utama di Indonesia walaupun kesehatan reproduksi perempuan sudah dijamin dalam Undang-undang 1945 dan hak asasi manusia, hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya literasi atau edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya kesehatan reproduksi. Salah satu bentuk tanggung jawab pemerintah dalam menyediakan pelayanan kesehatan termasuk kesehatan reproduksi diwujudkan melalui program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional merupakan program yang dibentuk sebagai komitmen pemerintah untuk memberikan suatu kepastian jaminan hak kesehatan bagi masyarakat Indonesia agar dapat hidup sehat dan sejahtera. Adanya Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional ini merupakan perwujudan dari Pasal 34 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Tahun 1945 bahwa negara mengembangkan sistem jaminan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat dan memberdayakan masyarakat yang lemah dan tidak mampu sesuai dengan martabat kemanusiaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan studi kasus dengan pendekatan kombinasi antara kualitatif (observasi dan wawancara) dan kuantitatif (analisis dokumen). Lokus penelitian kami adalah wilayah Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bogor di 11 Puskesmas, yaitu Puskesmas Cibungbulang, Cigombong, Cigudeg, Leuwiliang, Ciomas, Jasinga, Rumpin, Parung, Ciseeng, Kemuning, dan Dramaga. Analisis data kuantitatif dengan melakukan analisis isi menggunakan matrix hasil wawancara Hasil wawancara ini juga dibatasi untuk memperdalam dan mendukung pembahasan hasil penelitian.

Abstract

COVID-19 is a virus that was first discovered in the city of Wuhan, China which spreads through small droplets from the sufferer’s nose or mouth. World Health Organization (WHO) has classified this disease as a global pandemic. The Indonesian government has established several policies to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. This policy harmed the local community activities, such as loss of income, mass layoffs, and significant changes in people’s lifestyles. Consumption is one aspect of life that is influenced by various factors such as income, needs, and the price of goods itself. During epidemics and changes in government policies, the amount of public consumption will also change, including the pattern of public consumption which can change according to many existing factors. A consumption pattern is a picture of the amount, type, and frequency of goods and services consumed by a person or group of people to meet their needs. From consumption patterns, we can see the level of welfare or economic condition of a group from the types of goods and services consumed or the income spent to meet these needs. The results of several studies state that there has been a shift or change in consumption activities for goods and services in Indonesia during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Urban areas face increasing challenges in managing transportation systems due to rising population densities and traffic congestion. Traditional traffic management methods often lack the flexibility and responsiveness needed to address dynamic conditions in real time. This study explores the utilization of multi-agent systems (MAS) as a solution for optimizing smart transportation systems within urban environments. The research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of MAS in improving traffic flow, reducing congestion, and enhancing system responsiveness through autonomous decision-making and coordination among multiple agents. A simulation-based methodology was employed to analyze MAS performance in managing various transportation variables, including traffic density, signal timing, and incident response. Each agent was programmed to perform specific tasks, such as monitoring traffic, optimizing traffic signals, and re-routing vehicles, with collaborative decision-making to address congestion in real time. Results indicate that MAS implementation led to a 30% improvement in traffic flow efficiency and a 25% reduction in congestion levels. The system also demonstrated adaptive capabilities, allowing for real-time adjustments to unexpected conditions, such as accidents or road closures. The findings suggest that multi-agent systems provide a viable, scalable solution for smart transportation management in complex urban settings. Implementing MAS can significantly enhance the efficiency and adaptability of urban transportation systems, contributing to more sustainable and efficient mobility solutions in rapidly growing cities.

Abstract

Research aim: This research aims to study the factors that influence halal tourist visits. Design/Methode/Approach: This research uses a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques, namely structural equation modeling. Research Finding: Travel motivation, accommodation, ease of obtaining halal food and drinks, tourist attractions, destination image, sharia tourist guides, promotions, facilities, religiosity, accessibility, and safety have a significant influence on tourists' decision-making, while knowledge and electronic word of mouth do not have a significant influence on decision making. tourists' decision to visit halal tourism. Theoretical contribution/Originality: The study provides valuable insights into the dynamics of this emerging sector. It highlights the significance of factors such as religiosity, accessibility, and security in influencing tourist decisions within the halal tourism domain, thus adding to the body of knowledge concerning the behavior of Muslim travelers and the development of halal-friendly destinations. Practitioner/Policy implication: The study provides actionable insights for improving destination competitiveness, enhancing visitor experiences, and strategic marketing of halal tourism products and services. Research limitation: The research focuses on halal tourism in Kampung Daun and Eco Sunnah.
