Abstract

This study was conducted to examine how Human Capital and Growth Mindset influence the performance of MSMEs in Enrekang Regency through Psychological Capital. The purpose of this research is to improve MSME performance by developing human capital and a growth mindset, as well as enhancing the quality of psychological capital among MSME actors. The study used a sample of 100 MSME actors in Enrekang Regency, selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed. The analytical method employed is Partial Least-Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study show that human capital and growth mindset have a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. Additionally, psychological capital is proven to moderate the relationship between human capital and MSME performance, as well as between growth mindset and MSME performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana literasi keuangan memengaruhi perilaku pengelolaan keuangan pada mahasiswa rantau, dengan kontrol diri sebagai variabel intervening. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode PLS-SEM melalui bantuan software SmartPLS 4. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 2.655 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Makassar dengan total sampel sebanyak 100 mahasiswa rantau yang ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa literasi keuangan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kontrol diri, serta terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan. Selain itu, kontrol diri juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan, serta berperan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara literasi keuangan dan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan. Hasil temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan literasi keuangan dan kontrol diri guna mendorong perilaku pengelolaan keuangan yang sehat pada mahasiswa rantau.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi tidak lagi memberikan batasan bagi sesorang untuk melakukan interaksi secara langsung dan cepat, hal juga semakin memudahkan seseorang untuk melakukan kegiatan transaksi pembelian barang atau jasa yang semakin banyak ditawarkan baik melalui media sosial ataupun melalui market place. Jika masyarakat tidak memahami dalam pengelolaan keuangannya maka akan berdampak terhadap pengeluaran yang bisa saja tidak menjadi kebutuhan pokok, hal ini biasa terjadi dikalangan generasi muda utamanya siswa SMK yang masih rendah pemahamannya dalam mengelola keuangannya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 4 Gowa yang mengambil topik SMART Financial Planning: Mempersiapkan Generasi Muda yang Sadar Keuangan sebagai upaya untuk menekan tingginya ketidakpahaman para siswa SMK dalam mengontrol keuangannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yakni Workshopyang dipadukan dengan diskusi dan tanya jawab antara peserta dengan narasumber serta pengisian kuesioner. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa para siswa setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini mereka mulai lebih paham tentang pentingnya melakukan Financial Planning sejak dini yang nantinya dapat diimplimentasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Abstract - This research explores the role of entrepreneurial literacy in shaping the entrepreneurial spirit of Accounting Education students class of 2022 at State University of Makassar. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and participatory observation techniques involving 14 informants selected through purposive sampling. Research findings indicate that entrepreneurial literacy contributes significantly to transforming students' mindset from job seekers to job creators. The cognitive dimension of entrepreneurial literacy manifests through mastery of business opportunity identification concepts, risk management, and sustainable business strategies. Affectively, changes occur in proactive attitudes, uncertainty tolerance, and innovation orientation. The psychomotor dimension is reflected in applicative capabilities for formulating business plans and implementing micro-enterprises. Nevertheless, gaps remain between theoretical competence and practical implementation requiring strengthening through direct experience. Integration of formal learning and experiential learning becomes key to optimizing entrepreneurial spirit formation that adapts to digital economic paradigm changes.

Abstract

One of the Community Service activities that can increase the purchasing value of raw materials is cassava which is processed into cendol ice. Processing this product can increase community income with a home industry business or commonly called a home business in processing sweet potatoes into cendol ice. The methods used in this activity include lectures, questions and answers or discussions, and training. Training and mentoring were carried out in Pangkajene District, Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency for 2 weeks. The results obtained were (1) The training on processing cassava into cendol ice was well responded by the participants; (2) The high interest and motivation of the training participants greatly supported the transfer of knowledge and skills from the service providers to the training participants, so that the training materials provided could be absorbed by all; and (3) The training product of processing cassava into cendol ice can be consumed daily and can be used as a community entrepreneurial product.

Abstract

The function of teachers is crucial in accomplishing educational objectives. The role and competence of the teacher determines the student's learning outcome. The main player in learning is the teacher, who drives the transformation of education that produces a lot of change. The use of learning methods and media by teachers keeps students motivated and not bored in learning. The research method used is qualitative descriptive using literature or library study. There are three aspects of pedagogical competence: planning, implementation and evaluation of learning. The learning plan is the most important thing because it includes curriculum study activities, preparing curricula, RPP, learning strategies, learning resources and the atmosphere of learning activities. The use of media technology as a support for the learning process will help teachers in transferring information to students so that teachers can build active interaction with students. Teachers are able to help and ensure students are actively involved and create learning goals achieved. Learning evaluation is intended to examine various practical strategies for better further learning. Then good pedagogical competence is the success of teaching and learning

Abstract

In today's Times full of opportunities and obstacles, entrepreneurial motivation is an important component of successful entrepreneurial development. This study aims to analyze how the role of entrepreneurial creativity serves as a moderator variable against entrepreneurial motivation among millennials in Makassar (Tamalanrea district) by analyzing the role of growth mindset, self-efficacy, and social support. The research methodology used is descriptive research combined with quantitative research methods. A total of 317 millennials in the city of Makassar became a sample of the study. Analysis of the data using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results obtained are growth mindset, self-efficacy, and social support have a direct and significant effect on entrepreneurial motivation. Entrepreneurial creativity has a significant effect on entrepreneurial motivation. Growth mindset, self-efficacy, and social support significantly influence entrepreneurial creativity. Entrepreneurial creativity was able to mediate the relationship of growth mindset to entrepreneurial motivation, and mediate the relationship of self-efficacy and social support to entrepreneurial motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the digital entrepreneurship education ecosystem through digital entrepreneurship literacy on the entrepreneurial readiness of Generation Z. In the digital era, Generation Z has great potential for entrepreneurship, but often the lack of understanding regarding the basics of entrepreneurship and digital technology hinders their readiness to start a business. This study adopted a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument, which was distributed to 420 Generation Z students in Makassar City who had participated in digital entrepreneurship education. Data analysis used was path analysis using several software for data processing such as Microsoft Excel 2010, SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 20.0, and Partial Least Squares (PLS) techniques using SmartPls (version 4.0). The results of the study indicate that digital entrepreneurship learning and digital industry collaboration significantly influence digital entrepreneurship literacy and entrepreneurial readiness. In contrast, digital entrepreneurship training and digital business incubators did not significantly influence these two variables. This study suggests the need to improve the quality of digital entrepreneurship learning and collaboration with industry to strengthen the entrepreneurial readiness of Generation Z. Furthermore, digital business training and incubators should be optimized by aligning the materials with the latest technological needs.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan PKM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi kewirausahaan berbasis ekonomi kreatif pada guru dan siswa di Pulau Pinang. Metode kegiatan PKM ini dimulai dengan tahap persiapan, meliputi koordinasi dengan pihak sekolah, pengumpulan data awal terkait potensi dan kebutuhan guru serta siswa, serta penyusunan modul dan materi pelatihan yang relevan. Tahap identifikasi permasalahan dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan diskusi kelompok untuk mengetahui tingkat literasi kewirausahaan, potensi kreativitas siswa, kendala dalam pembelajaran, serta kurangnya kemitraan dengan pelaku industri kreatif lokal. Tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan mencakup pelatihan literasi kewirausahaan bagi guru dan siswa, workshop praktik pengembangan produk kreatif, serta pendampingan dalam branding, packaging, dan pemasaran digital. Guru dibimbing untuk mengintegrasikan pembelajaran berbasis proyek, sedangkan siswa diajak menghasilkan produk kreatif yang memiliki nilai jual dan berpotensi dipasarkan. Kegiatan ini juga difokuskan pada penguatan jejaring dengan pelaku industri kreatif lokal untuk memberikan pengalaman praktik nyata dan membuka peluang kolaborasi. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test, observasi keterampilan siswa, penilaian kualitas produk, serta refleksi guru terhadap metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru dan keterampilan siswa dalam ekonomi kreatif, serta kemampuan siswa menghasilkan produk kreatif bernilai jual. Tahap lanjutan yang direncanakan mencakup pendampingan berkelanjutan, pengembangan unit usaha kreatif di sekolah, optimalisasi pemasaran digital, serta monitoring dan evaluasi rutin untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan dampak positif PKM bagi pengembangan kreativitas dan jiwa kewirausahaan peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat literasi keuangan dan penggunaan Fintech Payment dalam mengelola keuangan pribadi mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni metode kuantitatif melalui pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Dengan responden sebanyak 30 mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Ekonomi, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Negeri Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan statistika deskriptif. Hasil survei tingkat literasi keuangan dalam pengelolaan keuangan pribadi mahasiswa, sebanyak 52% mahasiswa mengakui bahwa literasi keuangan sangat bermanfaat dalam menekan pengeluaran, 24% menilai literasi keuangan berdampak positif terhadap perilaku finansial dan layak direkomendasikan kepada orang lain, 19% mampu mengelola keuangannya dengan menabung, serta 5% telah mempraktikkan investasi. Selanjutnya, hasil survei penggunaan fintech payment dalam pengelolaan keuangan pribadi mahasiswa, sebanyak 38% mahasiswa menilai Fintech Payment memudahkan proses transaksi secara praktis, 30% menyatakan membantu efektivitas keuangan, 22% menganggap mempercepat proses pembayaran, dan 10% melihatnya sebagai sarana mencapai efektivitas keuangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa literasi keuangan dan penggunaan fintech payment memiliki hubungan yang saling menguatkan dalam konteks pengelolaan keuangan pribadi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Makassar.Kata Kunci: Literasi keuangan; fintech payment; pengelolaan keuangan; mahasiswa
