Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the governance system of the Qur'an program at Pondok Pesantren Maskanul Huffaz, one of its flagship programs that plays a strategic role in producing high-quality Qur'an memorizers. The evaluation was conducted using the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product) to provide a comprehensive overview of the program's effectiveness from planning, implementation, to the outcomes achieved. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the Qur'an program's governance system has been implemented systematically, supported by a solid managerial structure and special institutional attention. However, challenges remain, particularly regarding some instructors’ limited understanding and application of the established system, as well as the participants’ punctuality in attending learning sessions. Approximately 70% of the students have successfully completed the memorization of 30 juz with high-quality recitation based on fluency, articulation (makhārij al-ḥurūf), lengthening (mad), and tajwīd accuracy. The alignment between the financial resources utilized and the outcomes achieved demonstrates a high level of efficiency and productivity. The program’s excellence is further evident in its integration of character education and Islamic insight into the learning system.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pendidikan di desa masih tertinggal dibandingkan dengan di kota. Salah satu faktor utama adalah rendahnya minat guru di desa untuk mengikuti perkembangan zaman, khususnya teknolog AIi dalam memudahkan menulis artikel ilmiah. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk memberdayakan masyarakat khususnya para guru untuk lebih memahami esensi menulis artikel ilmiahberbasis teknologi AI. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakann yaitu menyelenggarakan pelatihan intes tentang tips dan trik untuk menulis artikel ilmiah dalam menuntaskan syarat kenaikan jabatan fungsional guru. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa sangat diperlukan teknik untuk memudahkan menulis artikel ilimiah bagi guru berbasis teknologi AI, dengan cara melaksanakan pelatihan menulis artikel ilmiah berbasis teknologi AI. Pelatihan ini diharapkan nantinya memiliki pemahaman akan pentingnya menulis artikel ilmiah serta mempunyai keterampilan menulis artikel ilmiah sehingga bisa menerbitkan berbagai karya ilmiah dengan menggunakan teknologi AI. Pengabdian ini berimplikasi untuk mengembangkan kemampuan serta professional guru di masa depan agar tidak gagap teknologi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between understanding financing management (X1) and problem-solving abilities (X2) with the performance of school principals (Y) in the Bekasi district, both partially and together. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. Data analysis used Partial T Test and F Test. The results showed that there was a relationship between variable X1 and variable Y where the tcount > ttable (7,402 > 1.652) and the relationship between X2 and Y variables with tcount > ttable (6,404 > 1.652). Whereas for the F Test where X1 and X2 are against Y, Fcount > Ftable which means X1 and X2 jointly affect Y. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between management understanding and problem-solving abilities with the performance of school principals both partially and collectively -The same.

Abstract

This research aims to learn how preacher coaching is handled in the community service program at STID Mohammad Natsir. A qualitative technique is used in this investigation. Using interviews, observations, and documentation to acquire data. Analysis of data with Miles and Huberman. Data and source triangulation are utilized to verify the accuracy of the data. The study found several problems. Some people thought the preachers were Wahhabis or Salafis because they didn't understand their da'wah's fiqh, and there was no guide to fiqh books of worship specifically for students. This program isn't working well because there isn't enough information about where preaching will take place. As a result, the incorrect people are sent to the wrong places, and there are budget issues. This study concludes that the da'i must be better managed, particularly when knowing fiqh, obtaining accurate location information, and creating a budget.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of the Tawhid Curriculum implemented at SDIT Labschool Al Fatah Bekasi city, which includes, planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis using Miles and Hubberman analysis. The results of the study describe the management of the Tawhid curriculum including: 1). Planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the curriculum has been going well, but it still needs to be improved to make it even better. 2). The inhibiting factors faced, among others; Limited resources, diverse acceptance and understanding from stakeholders, with solutions including conducting training and optimizing the use of existing resources and conducting effective communication 3). The social care character of students is good, this is evidenced by the many social activities carried out. From this research, it can be concluded that the management of the tawhid curriculum implemented needs to be improved.

Abstract

The quality and success of learning are also influenced by the competency and accuracy of the teacher in choosing and using learning methods. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Drill method in Islamic Religious Education lessons and the constraints faced at SMK Iman and Taqwa Darurrahim Jakarta. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach by conducting interviews to gather information. The subjects of this study were students at the SMK level. This study's results indicate that applying the Drill method to PAI subjects can improve student learning outcomes at SMK Iman and Taqwa Darurrahim Jakarta. With the drill method, students do the same thing, repeatedly in earnest, to strengthen an association or perfect a skill so that it becomes permanent. The results showed that the average student learning outcomes had increased.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low performance of academic services in an educational institution. The research uses qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The data sources are principals, teachers. Staff and learners. Research shows that the Academic Administration Service of SMK Karya Guna 1 Bekasi Teachers of SMK Karya Guna 1 Bekasi have the competence to create a pleasant learning atmosphere so that the material taught can be understood by students well.  All satisfaction with students has been achieved, by providing quality services characterized by the comfort of students in receiving academic services provided by SMK Karya Guna 1 Bekasi and school fees that are implemented into values (benefits) that are in accordance with student expectations. The strategy to improve the quality of academic services at SMK Karya Guna 1 Bekasi by increasing the satisfaction of students in the quality of service is evidenced by the adjustments in the field including the suitability of the curriculum between expectations and reality, the suitability of learning infrastructure between expectations and reality, the suitability of learning implementation between expectations and reality, the suitability of academic assistance between expectations and reality.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the role of school principals in improving teacher professionality, the obstacles faced by school principals in increasing teacher professionality, what efforts the principal makes to increase teacher professionality at Al Azhar 4 Islamic High School Kemang Pratama. The method used in this research is a type of qualitative research. This research was written by describing or describing what the researcher saw and found. The subjects in this research were school principals, curriculum representatives, teachers and students. The results of this research show that the role of the principal in increasing the professionality of teachers at Al Azhar 4 Islamic High School Kemang Pratama Bekasi is  The principal plays a role as a leader in directing and providing direction to teachers. They are responsible for designing professional development strategies, providing training, and providing support to improve teachers' skills and knowledge. The principal also plays a role in creating a school environment that supports professional growth. Obstacles occur due to limited resources, resistance to change from some teachers, heavy workload demands, time constraints, lack of support from the education center. Techniques for increasing the professional competence of School Principals include regular training, individual approaches in developing teacher professionality, collaboration between teachers for the exchange of experiences.

Abstract

Adab (moral conduct) plays a fundamental role in shaping students’ character, integrity, and social responsibility within the framework of Islamic education. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Adab Education Strengthening Program at Al Azhar Islamic Senior High School 4, Bekasi, using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. Utilizing a qualitative research design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. A total of 12 informants were purposively selected, consisting of the school principal, Adab subject teachers, vice principal, and students from various grade levels. The findings indicate that, in the context dimension, the program aligns well with the school’s mission to nurture morally upright students. In the input dimension, adequate teaching resources and qualified educators were available to support program implementation. The process evaluation showed that while the program is well-executed, it lacks systematic and continuous monitoring to ensure consistency and effectiveness. In the product dimension, students demonstrated improved manners and ethical behavior; however, areas such as teacher training and formative assessment still require development. In conclusion, the program has positively contributed to students' moral and character formation, although continuous teacher development and structured evaluations are essential for long-term sustainability. The study provides valuable insights for improving character education in Islamic schools.
