Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the UKT Payment System and the ability to complete payments on studies until graduation of Bachelor's Degree of Economics Education Students at Universitas PGRI Wiranegara. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population of the study was all Economics Education students at Universitas PGRI Wiranegara who had completed their Bachelor's degree. The research sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique of 139 students. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the UKT Payment System and the ability to complete payments have a significant influence on studies until graduation of Bachelor's Degree of Economics Education Students at Universitas PGRI Wiranegara. A transparent and fair UKT Payment System and the ability to complete payments on time can motivate students to complete their studies. This study provides recommendations for Universitas PGRI Wiranegara to improve transparency and fairness in the UKT payment system, as well as provide assistance and mentoring programs for students who have difficulty in completing UKT payments. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh Sistem Pembayaran UKT dan kesanggupan menyelesaikan pembayaran terhadap studi sampai lulus Strata-1 Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas PGRI Wiranegara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas PGRI Wiranegara yang telah menyelesaikan studi Strata-1. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 139 mahasiswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Pembayaran UKT dan kesanggupan menyelesaikan pembayaran memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap studi sampai lulus Strata-1 Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas PGRI Wiranegara. Sistem Pembayaran UKT yang transparan dan adil serta kesanggupan menyelesaikan pembayaran tepat waktu dapat memotivasi mahasiswa untuk menyelesaikan studinya. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi Universitas PGRI Wiranegara untuk meningkatkan transparansi dan keadilan dalam sistem pembayaran UKT, serta memberikan program bantuan dan pendampingan bagi mahasiswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan pembayaran UKT.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendapatan Orang Tua dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Prestasi Akademik Siswa Kelas X dan XI SMK PGRI 1 PASURUAN. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan 32 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik, dengan tingkat signifikan yang sangat kuat. Secara keseluruhan, model regresi yang digunakan dinyatakan valid dan cukup kuat, karena mampu menjelaskan sebesar 69% variasi dalam Prestasi Akademik, sementara sisanya sebesar 31% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar model. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun model regresi memberikan gambaran yang baik tentang hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang dianalisis, terdapat faktor eksternal lain yang juga berkontribusi terhadap Prestasi Akademik siswa, seperti lingkungan belajar, kualitas pengajaran, dukungan keluarga, dan faktor psikologis lainnya.

Abstract

This article aims to examine innovation management in distance education with a focus on the effectiveness of online learning. This study uses a literature study method to identify and analyze various relevant sources related to the application of innovation in online learning, as well as the challenges and opportunities that arise in the context of distance education. This study suggests that innovation in distance education can improve learning effectiveness through the use of advanced technology, adaptive teaching strategies, and the application of flexible learning models. However, there are various factors that influence the success of innovation implementation, such as the readiness of technological infrastructure, teacher skills, and active student participation. Through this literature review, the author also found the importance of effective management in integrating learning innovation to ensure the quality of education is maintained. These findings are expected to provide insights and recommendations for the development of more effective and sustainable distance education policies in the future. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji manajemen inovasi dalam pendidikan jarak jauh dengan fokus pada efektivitas pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis berbagai sumber yang relevan terkait dengan penerapan inovasi dalam pembelajaran daring, serta tantangan dan peluang yang muncul dalam konteks pendidikan jarak jauh. Studi ini menyarankan bahwa inovasi dalam pendidikan jarak jauh dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran melalui penggunaan teknologi canggih, strategi pengajaran yang adaptif, serta penerapan model pembelajaran yang fleksibel. Namun, terdapat berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi inovasi, seperti kesiapan infrastruktur teknologi, keterampilan pengajar, dan partisipasi aktif siswa. Melalui tinjauan literatur ini, penulis juga menemukan pentingnya manajemen yang efektif dalam mengintegrasikan inovasi pembelajaran untuk memastikan kualitas pendidikan tetap terjaga. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan dan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan jarak jauh yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan di masa depan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan tuntutan zaman menuntut pendidikan untuk terus beradaptasi. Penelitian ini secara khusus mengkaji bagaimana inovasi dalam manajemen pendidikan dapat membangun sistem pembelajaran yang lebih efektif. Melalui kajian literatur, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa inovasi seperti pembelajaran berbasis proyek, pembelajaran jarak jauh, dan pemanfaatan teknologi kecerdasan buatan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, mengembangkan keterampilan abad 21, dan memperluas akses pendidikan. Namun, penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya mempertimbangkan konteks lokal dan budaya dalam mengimplementasikan inovasi. Kajian literatur ini menyimpulkan bahwa inovasi dalam pendidikan memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan mempersiapkan generasi muda untuk menghadapi masa depan. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa inovasi dalam pendidikan memiliki potensi yang sangat besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan mempersiapkan generasi muda untuk menghadapi masa depan. Dengan menerapkan berbagai inovasi seperti pembelajaran berbasis proyek, pembelajaran jarak jauh, dan pemanfaatan teknologi AI, kita dapat menciptakan sistem pembelajaran yang lebih efektif, relevan, dan inklusif. Namun, keberhasilan implementasi inovasi sangat bergantung pada dukungan dari berbagai pihak, termasuk pemerintah, sekolah, guru, siswa, dan masyarakat. The development of technology and the demands of the times require education to continue to adapt. This study specifically examines how innovations in education management can build a more effective learning system. Through a literature review, this study found that innovations such as project-based learning, distance learning, and the use of artificial intelligence technology can increase students' motivation to learn, develop 21st century skills, and expand access to education. However, this research also highlights the importance of considering local and cultural contexts in implementing innovation. This literature review concludes that innovation in education has great potential to improve the quality of education and prepare the young generation to face the future. This study obtained the results that innovation in education has a huge potential to improve the quality of education and prepare the young generation to face the future. By implementing various innovations such as project-based learning, distance learning, and the use of AI technology, we can create a more effective, relevant, and inclusive learning system. However, the successful implementation of innovation is highly dependent on the support of various parties, including the government, schools, teachers, students, and the community.

Abstract

Education is an important element in developing children's minds, especially in rural areas where education is often not a priority. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of education on the way children think in Kalirejo Village, Kraton District, Pasuruan Regency. The method used was a quantitative design with a survey approach, with 22 randomly selected respondents. Information is obtained through surveys that assess educational variables and children's thinking patterns. The results show that the applied regression model shows satisfactory performance, with an R Square value of 0.634, which means that education can explain around 63.4% of the variation in children's thinking patterns. The t test results show that education has a significant influence on children's thinking patterns, with a significance value of 0.000. The impact of this research is the importance of increasing access and quality of education in rural areas, as well as the need for policies that encourage public awareness of the role of education in children's future. It is hoped that this research can become a reference for the government and related parties in designing more effective education strategies.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how children's purchasing habits in Mayangan Village, Panggung Rejo District, Pasuruan City are influenced by the family's economic situation and level of education. Many factors, such as parents' education level and family financial situation, can influence children's consumption habits and preferences for products and services. One hundred respondents who were parents and children in Mayangan Village were given questionnaires and survey methodology as part of the quantitative methodology used in this research. Based on the study's findings, children's purchasing habits are strongly influenced by their parents' level of education, and more educated parents often have a greater awareness of the importance of controlling consumption and how it affects children's lifestyles. Children's consumption levels can also be influenced by the economic circumstances of their families; families with higher incomes are more likely to meet their children's consumption needs, while families with lower incomes usually have tighter spending controls. Therefore, it is hoped that the government and society will pay more attention to improving the quality of education and the economic conditions of families in order to create a generation that is wiser in managing consumption and their needs. This research concludes that the two factors, namely the level of parental education and the family's economic conditions, have a significant influence on children's consumer behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse the impact of MSMEs on economic growth and e-commerce usage of furniture stores in Krapyak Village, Pasuruan City With the help of a quantitative approach, data was collected by distributing questionnaires to furniture entrepreneurs in the village through WhatsApp groups. The survey aimed to measure the impact of using e-commerce platforms on sales growth, market access, and job creation. The findings show that the use of e-commerce has a significant positive impact on sales volume growth. Sales volume that was previously limited to the domestic market can now reach a wider market both domestically and internationally. In addition, e-commerce will also help increase the number of workers in the furniture industry. However, obstacles that need to be overcome include the lack of skills in using digital platforms and the limited internet infrastructure that is not evenly distributed throughout the villages. In conclusion, the utilisation of e-commerce has opened up greater market opportunities, generated new jobs for Krapyak villagers and boosted the village's economic growth.

Abstract

Education is the foundation for developing high-quality human resources. Students' academic success is influenced by internal factors, such as study habits, and external factors, such as social support. Study habits include time management, reading, and structured learning strategies, while social support involves attention, recognition, and assistance from family, friends, and the academic environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of study habits and social support on the academic achievement of students at Universitas PGRI Wiranegara. A quantitative research method with a causal-comparative design was employed. A sample of 93 active students from the 2021-2023 cohorts was selected using stratified random sampling. Data were collected through validated and reliable questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression. The results revealed that study habits and social support simultaneously contributed significantly to academic achievement. Study habits had a greater impact compared to social support. Social support creates a conducive learning environment, strengthens motivation, and enhances students' comfort in completing academic tasks. However, structured and disciplined study habits remain the key to academic success. These findings underscore the importance of developing effective study habits, such as time management and the use of effective learning methods, alongside strengthening social support to achieve optimal academic outcomes. Collaborative efforts between individuals, families, and educational institutions are essential.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of time management and activeness in organizations on the academic achievement of Economics Education students at PGRI Wiranegara University. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected through questionnaires given to 60 students and analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant positive relationship between good time management and active participation in organizations on student academic achievement. These findings emphasize the importance of personal discipline and extracurricular activities in supporting academic success.

Abstract

This research seeks to explore how Part-Time Work and Time Management influence students' academic performance. A quantitative methodology was employed to investigate the relationship between the independent variables, part-time work and time management, and the dependent variable, academic achievement. The study focused on students from Universitas PGRI Wiranegara during the 2021–2024 period who are actively engaged in part-time work. The sample was selected using a probability sampling method, ensuring every student in the population had an equal chance of inclusion. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire, which underwent validity and reliability testing. The findings revealed that part-time work significantly affects academic performance, with both positive and negative outcomes, depending on how well students manage their time. Additionally, effective time management proved to be a crucial factor in enhancing academic performance, even when students juggle their time between work and study. Further analysis indicated that both variables collectively have a meaningful impact on academic achievement. This research underscores the critical role of time management skills for students balancing work and study and highlights the importance of institutional support in helping students maintain this balance.
