Abstract

The growing technological advances have an impact on the field of education, one of which is the education curriculum. In utilizing technological developments, schools to integrate curriculum management can use Management Information Systems (MIS) to facilitate management. In addition, this study has the aim of further discussing the use of Management Information Systems (MIS) in the field of curriculum at PGII senior high school 1 Bandung. A qualitative approach is used in this research with a case study method, the type of data used is qualitative data and there is also quantitative data as complementary data. The data collection techniques used are interview techniques, observation, and analyzing documents. Another purpose of this research is to find out how schools conceptualize information system design and how to operate information systems, planning information systems in the curriculum field, implementing the use of information systems in the curriculum field, and evaluating the use of information systems in the curriculum field. Based on the results of the research, the implementation of the Management Information System (MIS) in the curriculum field is running well, although the implementation of the platform used needs to be re-optimized.

Abstract

This research is based on the Merdeka Belajar policy regarding the Sekolah penggerak Program. This study aims to analyze the implementation of this policy in Junior High Schools through Edward III's theory of public policy implementation, which consists of four aspects, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structures that play a role in the implementation of the policy. The research method used in this research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach and uses data collection techniques, namely interviews and documentation studies. Researchers use software to help facilitate data and information processing, thus helping facilitate data and information management. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the Sekolah Penggerak program policy at Junior High Schools has met the aspects of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure well, even though in the first year the Sekolah penggerak Program experienced many obstacles in its implementation. In the second and third years, The implementation of the three Sekolah Penggerak programs is running more smoothly. The aspect that needs to be improved is the resource aspect, especially budget resources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sebaran artikel penelitian dengan tema pengambilan keputusan kiai di pondok pesantren. VosViewer digunakan sebagai alat Analisis dalam penelitan serta menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik, referensi artikel didapat google scholar dengan dukungan publish or perish dan ditemukan 987 artikel yang dianggap relevan topik terkait. Periode penelitian yang digunakan sebagai dokumen yang terindeks google scholar adalah dari 2014-2023. Hasil penelitian difokuskan untuk mencari dan menganalisis topik yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan penambilan keputusan kiai di pondok pesantren dan analisis data lainnya. Kata Kunci tentang pendidikan akrakter di pondok pesantren dikaitkan dengan 4 cluster dengan total 189 link dan 1754 total link strength. Hasil analisis perkembangan publikasi dalam periode 2019-2022 penelitian tentang tema pengambilan keputusan kiai di pondok pesantren cukup banyak di teliti oleh para peneliti tentang kiai atau pondok pesantren. Jumlah publikasi terbanyak tahun 2023 sebanyak 272 artikel dan paling sedikit tahun 2014 sebanyak 14 artikel. Topik ini menjadi hal yang menarik untuk terus diteliti oleh peneliti selanjutnya, hal ini berkenaan dengan adanya grafik peningkatan tema ini setiap tahun yang menandakan bahwa topik riset berkenaan dengan kiai dan pondok pesantren semakin di minati oleh para peneliti, hal ini akan memberikan dampak yang sangat besar bagi pngembangan pondok pesantren kedepannya. This research aims to analyze the distribution of research articles on the theme of kiai decision-making in Islamic boarding schools. VosViewer was used as an analysis tool in research and used a bibliometric approach. Article references were obtained by Google Scholar with publish or perish support, and 987 articles were found that were considered relevant to the related topic. The research period used for documents indexed by Google Scholar is from 2014 to 2023. The research results focused on finding and analyzing topics that are related to kiai decision-making in Islamic boarding schools and other data analyses. Keywords about character education in Islamic boarding schools are associated with 4 clusters with a total of 189 links and 1754 total link strengths. The results of the analysis of the development of publications in the 2019–2022 period show that research on the theme of kiai decision-making in Islamic boarding schools has been studied quite a lot by researchers about kiai or Islamic boarding schools. The highest number of publications in 2023 was 272 articles, and the least in 2014 was 14 articles. This topic is an interesting thing to continue to be researched by future researchers. This is due to the graph of the increase in this theme every year, which indicates that research topics relating to kiai and Islamic boarding schools are increasingly of interest to researchers. This will have a very big impact on the future development of Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This research starts from the thought of kiai leadership that develops salafiyah boarding school environment that tends to form an authoritarian leadership. So the pattern of leadership that occurs in Asy-Syafi'iyyah boarding school whether it has similarities with other boarding schools or has differences. The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership of kiai in Asy-Syafi'iyyah boarding school, authority, decision-making, succession system and regeneration. This research uses qualitative research with a Case Study approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, observations, and document studies. Data analysis in the form of data unitization, categorization, and interpretation of data and a test data. The results of the study concluded that the pattern of kiai leadership in Asy-Shafi'iyyah boarding school, kiai led by using the leadership style of developers and missionaries, then the type of Democratic and charismatic leadership. The authority of kiai in pesantren is not absolute, he shares Authority and authority with other pesantren elites. Decision making he did use participatory decision making from all elements of pesantren and society. The system of succession and regeneration is carried out scientifically and with a long process, kiai prepares their children to become successors and prepares scientific, experiential and moral competencies for their future successors. Abstract

Tenaga administrasi sekolah/Madrasah (TAS/M) memerankan peran penting dalam sistem sekolah, peran penting ini sama hal nya dengan peran guru dalam proses mendidik. Selain betugas dalam pengelolaan yang berkenaan dengan hal administratif di sekolah, tenaga administrasi sekolah juga berperan aktif dalam memberikan pelayanan administrasi kepada seluruh pihak yang berkepentingan. Peran vital tenaga administrasi yang begitu penting dalam pengelolaan suatu sekolah sehingga pemerintah melalui Permendiknas Nomor 24 Tahun 2008 menetapkan standar tenaga administrasi sekolah. Standar ini mengatur tentang kualifikasi dan kompetensi minimal yang harus dipenuhi oleh seorang tenaga administrasi sekolah. Kompetensi yang dimaksud adalah kompetensi kepribadian, sosial, teknis dan manajerial. TAS/M harus terus mengembangkan kompetensi dan profesionalisme nya sebagai bagian tanggung jawab dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Proses pengembangan dan penguatan kompetensi ini harus terus dilakukan seperti halnya pengembangan kompetensi untuk guru yang dilakukan secara terus menerus. Self-Directed Learning (SDL) adalah satu pembelajaran yang mana pembelajar dapat terlibat dalam menentukan apa yang mereka pelajari. Hal tersebut jelas berbeda dengan konteks belajar sendiri dan mereka dapat lebih aktif dan leluasa dalam menentukan apa yang mau mereka capai. Melalui metode diharapkan berdampak positif pada proses pengembangan dan penguatan kompetensi tenaga admistrasi sekolah

Abstract

This study seeks to describe and analyze scientific articles centered on Salafi/traditional Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren). The analysis uses VOSviewer with a bibliometric approach, drawing article references from the Google Scholar database via the Publish or Perish application. Character education in pesantren serves as a guiding theme for the search process, resulting in the identification of 200 relevant articles. The study period for the indexed documents spans from 2014 to 2024. The findings focus on identifying and analyzing topics/themes related to character education in pesantren, alongside other data analyses. Keywords associated with Salafi/traditional Islamic boarding schools are linked to 8 clusters and 81 connections, resulting in a total link strength of 93. The analysis of publication trends from 2014 to 2024 indicates that research on character education in pesantren has gained significant popularity among researchers. The most publications occurred in 2023-2024, with 44 articles, while the lowest was in 2015, with 3 articles. The researcher examines the published articles on character education in pesantren and their connections to relevant issues using VOSviewer. This study can serve as a foundation for future research related to pesantren and the broader exploration of topics concerning the pesantren world.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam bidang pendidikan sangat dibutuhkan dalam mewujudkan tujuan baik pada sekolah maupun lembaga pendidikan lainnya untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi tersebut Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan kompetensi guru berbasis kegiatan supervisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Analisis data berupa unitisasi data, kategorisasi dan penafsiran data serta uji absah data.. Kegiatan supervisi akademik di SMA An Naja Boarding School dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi yang dilakukan setiap semester. Kegiatan pembinaan guru yang dilaksanakan sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas guru di SMA An Naja Boarding School yaitu IHT, workshop, dan seminar pendidikan. Adanya pembinaan guru dan supervisi akademik tersebut sangat membantu guru dalam mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kompetensinya.

Abstract

The development of economic independence for Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren) has become an urgent necessity in facing the dynamic challenges of social and economic change. These institutions are required not only to rely on donations but also to develop productive enterprises to ensure the sustainability of the institution and the empowerment of the surrounding community. The purpose of this study is to examine the strategic role of the Kiai in managing the pesantren's resources through various decisional roles, such as entrepreneur, disturbance handler, resource allocator, and negotiator, as well as their effects on the economic development of the pesantren. The method used is a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through document analysis, observation of pesantren business activities, and interviews with pesantren managers. The study also analyzed data from pesantren businesses, including sectors such as fisheries, agriculture, mining, and waste processing. The results indicate that the effective leadership of the Kiai in executing decisional roles contributes significantly to the development of enterprises and the economic independence of the pesantren. The success of pesantren economic ventures not only increases revenue but also creates employment opportunities and empowers the local community. The synergy between leadership, resource management, and negotiation with various external parties is the key to creating pesantren that are independent, sustainable, and competitive in a modern context.

Abstract

Digitalisasi sekolah penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, aksesibilitas, dan keamanan data. Ini menyederhanakan administrasi, mempermudah proses pembelajaran sehingga memudahkan dalam pengelolaan arsip di lembaga pendidikan. Digitalisasi arsip memungkinkan penyederhanaan proses organisasi, pencarian, dan penyimpanan informasi, serta mengurangi ketergantungan pada sistem berbasis kertas yang rumit. Perangkat lunak memungkinkan pencarian dan akses cepat ke catatan, menghemat waktu staf, dan meningkatkan produktivitas. Tujuan pelatihan ini untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang kearsipan digital dalam meningkatkan mutu layanan pendidikan. Pelatihan ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan aplikatif melibatkan seluruh peserta kegiatan dalam kegiatan baik dalam kegiatan pemaparan materi hingga praktis digitalisasi arsip di lembaga pendidikan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah bahwa kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam 3 sesi kegiatan yang mana secara keseluruhan diikuti oleh 30 peserta. Sesi pertama adalah pemaparan materi tentang digital leadership, manajemen kearsipan dan pengawasan arsip, sesi kedua merupakan kegiatan mandiri berupa kegiatan analisis yang dilakukan secara mandiri terkait kondisi arsip di lembaga nya masing-masing dan sesi 3 merupakan penguatan dan praktik digitalisasi arsip di lembaga pendidikan untuk meningkatkan mutu layanan pendidikan Keterampilan arsip digital juga mendukung komunikasi yang efektif, memastikan keamanan data, serta memfasilitasi kolaborasi dan akses informasi dalam lingkungan pendidikan yang semakin terhubung dan berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the career development that exists at UPI Laboratory School High School. Career development in Human Resource Management (MSDM) is very important in improving and increasing the effectiveness of the implementation of existing work in a school institution so that it can realize the goals that have been set following the school's vision and mission. In Human Resource Management at present time it is carried out by developing Information Technology (IT), which is an opportunity and a challenge in achieving goals that have competitiveness in creating jobs. This study uses a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and document studies. Data analysis in the form of unitization of data, categorization, and interpretation of data as well as a data validation test. This career development can have a positive impact on the change process by carrying out a series of positions, jobs, and positions. Schools provide facilities in development to increase the knowledge and ability of an employee to be more effective. Strong Human Resources can give birth to schools with the adaptability and capacity to update the system. In this case, of course, it must aim to develop an environment that encourages employees to learn and develop better than before.
