Abstract

Pembelajaran dengan menggunakan buku ilmiah populer berdasarkan potensi lokal yang dimiliki sebuah daerah merupakan salah satu solusi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang sering muncul dalam pembelajaran materi invertebrata khususnya echinodermata yang memiliki materi cukup banyak dan kompleks. Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan validitas prototipe buku ilmiah populer yang berjudul “Hewan Berduri dari Pesisir Pulau Denawan”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah model pengembangan oleh Plomp dan Nieveen yang dibatasi sampai pada fase evaluasi formatif berdasarkan model Tessmer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku ilmiah populer yang telah dikembangkan memperoleh kriteria sangat valid berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 88,02% dan guru mitra dengan persentase sebesar 90,1%, sedangkan berdasarkan uji perorangan buku ilmiah populer ini mendapatkan kriteria sangat baik dengan persentase rata-rata sebesar 90,1%. Hasil tersebut menggambarkan bahwa buku ilmiah populer yang telah dikembangkan memiliki tingkat validitas yang sangat tinggi karena telah bersifat kontekstual, memiliki bahasa yang mudah dipahami, memiliki tampilan yang menarik, sesuai dengan pembelajaran saintifik, dan dapat mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Buku ilmiah populer “Hewan Berduri dari Pesisir Pulau Denawan” dapat menjadi media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi echinodermata. The validity of echinodermatas popular scientific book in Pulau Sembilan Kotabaru for senior high school students in the coastal area. Learning by using popular scientific books based on local potential owned by a region is one solution that can be used to overcome the problems that often arise in the learning of invertebrate materials, especially echinoderms that have enough material and complex. This development research aims to describe the validity of the prototype of a popular scientific book entitled “Hewan Berduri dari Pesisir Pulau Denawan”. The research method used is a development model by Plomp and Nieveen which is limited to formative evaluation phase based on Tessmer model. The results showed that the popular scientific books that have been developed to obtain criteria very valid based on the validation of experts with average percentage of 88.02% and partner teachers with a percentage of 90.1%, while based on the individual test of this popular scientific book get very criteria both with an average percentage of 90.1%. These results illustrate that popular scientific books that have been developed have a very high degree of validity because they are contextual, have a language that is easy to understand, has an attractive appearance, in accordance with scientific learning, and can develop critical thinking skills. The popular scientific book “Hewan Berduri dari Pesisir Pulau Denawan” can be a medium of learning to improve the quality of learning and student learning outcomes on echinodermata material.

Abstract

This study aimed to (1) analyze the nutrient content of liquid bokashi fertilizer (LBF) derived from cattle waste and rice straw, (2) analyze the effect of liquid bokashi fertilizer dose on plant height, age of first flowering, and the number of fruits in the first harvest, the weight of the first fruit, and the weight of fresh fruit biomass. Analyzing revenue (income versus cost) and the feasibility of planting the Hiyung cayenne pepper by applying LBF at various dosage levels. The method used in this study was a Single Complete Randomized Design (CRD) with data analysis using ANOVA with further testing of Real Differences (LSD). B0 was control (without bokashi). B1 consisted of 125 ml of LBF and water to dilute the solution up to 500 ml. B2 consisted of 250 ml of LBF and water to dilute the solution up to 500 ml. B3 consisted of 375 ml of LBF and 125 ml of water. B4 consisted of 500 ml of LBF. The results showed that the highest growth response (69 cm) occurred with the addition of 125 ml of LBF, while the lowest growth occurred in the control (B0). In the first age, the most optimal flowering occurs in the B2 of 60.00 dap, and lowest in the control (B0) of 50.00 dap. The highest number of fruits was obtained from B2 of 170.00 g, and the lowest was in B0 (control) of 94.00 g. The average weight of the first fruit was found in B2 of 285.00 g, and the lowest in B0 (control) of 126.00 g. The highest weight of plant biomass was found in B2 of 405.00 g, and the lowest was in B0 (control) of 177.75 g. The highest revenue analysis and business feasibility were found in B2, namely Rp. 17.065,00 and the ratio of 4,96. The lowest revenue occurred in Control, which was Rp 5.318,75, with a TR/TC value of 2,28. Based on the revenue analysis, B2 treatment produced the highest revenue and was the most feasible to be applied compared to other treatments.

Abstract

Palm oil plantation in Kalimantan has potency as a carrying capacity in the development oflivestock, as a source of forage feed source of ruminant livestock. The purpose of thisresearch was to know the digestibility of in vitro complete forage wafer. The method used inthis study was Completely Randomized Design consisting of 5 treatments and 4 replicationsso that there were 20 units of experiments: PT0 = 50% field grass + 50% Legume. PT1 = 50%palm plantation waste + 50% legume; PT2 = 50% palm plantation waste + 50% grass ; PT3 =50% Waste Palm Plantation + 25% Legume + 25% Grass Field. PT4 = 100% Palm Waste.Parameters evaluated were physical properties, wafer quality and characteristics offermentation digestion digestibility of local goat rument fluid. The results showed that theutilization of palm plantation waste with wafer technology had water content, absorbency,density and good texture on PT4 treatment which was 50% of palm plantation waste, 25%lugume and 25% field grass, and also had good nutrition.

Abstract

Penerapan moral di kalangan remaja kurang begitu mendapat perhatian atau diterapkan baik oleh remaja sendiri ataupun oleh lingkungan. Berdasarkan survey lapangan di pesisir Pantai Kotabaru bahwa banyak kegiatan yang dilakukan di daerah pesisir mengakibatkan daerah ini sangat rentan terhadap pencemaran lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tahap perkembangan moral siswa SMPN terhadap permasalahan pesisir pantai di Kotabaru melalui penyelesaian masalah yang valid dan reliabel. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, subjek dalam penelitian ini ada 8 siswa SMPN 2 Kotabaru yang telah dipilih melalui teori hipotetik. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan triangulasi. Analisis data ada 3 tahapan yaitu: reduksi data (data reduction), paparan data (data display), penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi (conclusion drawing/ verifying). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Tahap perkembangan moral siswa SMP terhadap permasalahan di pesisir Pantai Kotabaru melalui penyelesaian masalah diperoleh 4 tahap PMPPP yaitu 1) merumuskan masalah, 2) menyusun penyelesaian, 3) mengelompokkan data, dan 4) menarik kesimpulan.

Abstract

Masalah lingkungan hidup adalah masalah moral, dan itu berkaitan dengan perilaku manusia. Berdasarkan survei lapangan di sepanjang pesisir Pantai Takisung bahwa banyak kegiatan yang dilakukan di daerah pesisir mengakibatkan daerah ini sangat rentan terhadap kerusakan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tahap perkembangan moral siswa SMP terhadap permasalahan lingkungan melalui penyelesaian masalah yang valid dan reliabel. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 8 siswa SMPN 1 Takisung yang telah ditentukan melalui teori Hipotetik. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan triangulasi. 4 tahapan pada analisis data yaitu: data collection, data reduction, display data, dan conclution drawing and verification. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tahap perkembangan moral siswa SMP terhadap permasalahan di sepanjang pesisir Pantai Takisung melalui penyelesaian masalah diperoleh 4 tahap PMPMPP. PMPMPP 1 yaitu explore idea, PMPMPP 2 yaitu selection idea, PMPMPP 3 yaitu relational, dan PMPMPP 4 yaitu implementasi & extended abstract.

Abstract

Berdasarkan survei lapangan ditemukan pola pandang dan tanggapan siswa yang berbeda-beda terhadap permasalahan bantaran Sungai Barito sesuai dengan perkembangan moral siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perkembangan moral dan karakteristik perkembangan moral siswa SMP terhadap penyelesaian masalah yang terjadi di bantaran Sungai Barito secara valid dan reliabel. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode penelitian kualitatif, subjek penelitian ada 8 orang siswa SMPN 1 Anjir Muara. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara dan trianggulasi. Analisis data dengan Reduksi data, Penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan Triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Tahapan perkembangan moral siswa terhadap permasalahan bantaran Sungai Barito melalui penyelesaian masalah diperoleh 4 tahap teori TPMBSB. TPMBSB 1 subjek mampu memahami masalah dan membuat rumusan masalah tentang permasalahan dibantaran Sungai Barito, TPMBSB 2 subjek mampu memeberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan, TPMBSB 3 subjek mampu menggali/mengumpulkan data terhadap permasalahan, TPMBSB 4 siswa mampu melakukan pengecekan kembali atau membuat kesimpulan terhadap permasalahan. (2) Karakteristik perkembangan moral siswa terhadap permasalahan bantaran Sungai Barito melalui penyelesaian masalah berdasarkan hasil wawancara diperoleh tanggap siswa yang berbeda-beda, dimana setiap tanggapan siswa menunjukkan karakteristik dari tahapan perkembangan moral.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the effect of soaking time with pineapple extracts on cooking shrinkage and organoleptic test on the meat of rejected laying hens. The method used was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with five treatments and four replications, the treatment given was a different immersion time, P0 (without soaking pineapple fruit extract), P1 (soaked with 250 ml pineapple fruit extract for 30 minutes), P2 (soaked with 250 ml pineapple fruit extract for 60 minutes), P3 (soaked with 250 ml pineapple fruit extract for 90 minutes), P4 (soaked with 250 ml pineapple fruit extract for 120 minutes). Variables measured are cooking shrinkage and organoleptic (color, flavor, tenderness and flavor). Data analyzed on cooking shrinkage using analysis of variance (ANOVA), if analyzed significantly, it will be continued with a mean difference test using the Duncan's Multiple Region Test (DMRT) while the non parametic organoleptic test will be tested using Kruskall Wallis test. The results showed that the effect of soaking meat of culled laying hens with the use of pineapple extract solution can increase the cooking shrinkage provides highly significant effect (P˂0,01) against the meat of laying hens culled and able to improve the organoleptic meat of culled laying hens which provide different influences real (P˂0,05). The average of organoleptic test with soaking laying hens with the use of pineapple extract solution which was given the best treatment was achieved in P4 treatment. Keywords: soaking time, pineapple extract, rejected laying hens, cooking shrinkage, organoleptic test.

Abstract

Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency is an agricultural area where the distribution of the economic sector which is dominated by the agricultural sector accounts for 46,68% of the regional PAD. This makes HSS Regency has the potential to become an agropolitan area supported by agribusiness. The Tungkaran area of Ulin Village with the majority of the population as farmers is currently developing the main farming crop, namely rice. Meanwhile, on dry land (gardens) chili plants and other vegetables are planted. The application of fertilization is a very important factor so that the vegetative growth and productivity of chili plants can increase. The use of inorganic fertilizers, besides being expensive, also has an impact on the lower quality of land and its dependence is increasing over time. Therefore, the use of liquid organic fertilizer fermented rabbit urinee (POCFERUCI) is an alternative solution in overcoming problems in the use of inorganic fertilizers. POCFERUCI fertilization affected the growth and production of chili plants and a fertilizer dose of 10 ml plant-1 gave the best response to all parameters of chili plant growth and production.

Abstract

Source of drinking water used of household in Banjarbaru is 50,97% water well protected/unprotected. The results Anisyah (2011) reported that the water quality of wells dug in Banjarbaru less fit for use as a water quality standard. This research aimed to analyze the effect of the combination of calcium oxide and zeolite and get the best combination to improve water quality dug into the raw material of drinking water in accordance Permenkes No.492/MENKES/PER/IV/2010. Dug well water as much as 10 l was added 1 g calcium oxide, in stir. Then passed through a zeolite column with 50 cm height with discharge 1 liter / minute, output collected and analyzed 2 liters (another treatment with the same procedure). Percentage reduction showed combination of the best Z1K2, which can reduce iron parameters 0,228 mg/l, manganese 0,136 mg/l, and 5 NTU turbidity, and then combination Z2K2 able to improve water quality dug well on parameter 51,50 TCU colors, smell and taste 2,55 (a bit smelly and tasteless), and pH of 7,95, and combination Z2K1 can reduce amount of E. coli 14,33 per 100 ml sample.
