An organization or company can be said to be successful if the employee's performance is in accordance with the expectations of the organization or company. Improvement of the performance of the State Civil Apparatus is always carried out in order to achieve the target of excellent service for the community. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the influence of organizational culture and motivation on the performance of state civil servants through work discipline as an intervening variable (Study at the Situbondo Transportation Service). This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study is the State Civil Apparatus of the Situbondo Regency Transportation Service. The sampling technique used a saturated sample. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on work discipline, motivation has a significant positive effect on work discipline, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on ASN performance, Motivation has a positive significant effect on ASN performance, Discipline work has a significant positive effect on the performance of ASN. The results of the indirect hypothesis test show that the organizational culture variable on ASN performance through work discipline has a positive but not significant effect, motivation on ASN performance through work discipline has a positive significant effect.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of taste, location and service quality on consumer loyalty with purchasing decisions as an intervening variable at the Yo Wes Mie Situbondo outlet. The sampling technique used in this research is a saturated sample. The data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used Structural Equation Models – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The taste has a positive and insignificant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Taste has a positive and insignificant effect on Consumer Loyalty, Location has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions, Location has an insignificant negative effect on Consumer Loyalty, Service Quality has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions, Service Quality has an effect positive and insignificant effect on Consumer Loyalty, Purchase Decision has a significant positive effect on Consumer Loyalty, Taste has a positive and insignificant effect on Consumer Loyalty through Purchasing Decisions, Location has a significant positive effect on Consumer Loyalty through Purchasing Decisions, Service Quality has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty through Decisions Purchase.

In today's era of global trade, there is intense competition in marketing products and services. Marketing plays a vital role in the business landscape, mainly because it focuses on the community's needs, especially consumers. The business environment is developing dynamically, along with changes in consumer preferences and the surrounding ecosystem. As consumer demand increases, this provides opportunities for businesses to innovate and meet the needs, desires, and expectations that continue to grow. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the influence of Product Packaging, Brand Image and Product Price on Consumer Satisfaction Through Purchasing Decisions as Intervening Variables at Conato Bakery Situbondo using the simple random sampling method. Data analysis and hypotheses using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS- SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Product Packaging has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions. Brand Image has a negative but not significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Product Price has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions. Product Packaging has a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Brand Image has a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Product Price has a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Purchasing Decisions have a significant positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Product Packaging has a significant positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction through Purchasing Decisions. Brand Image has a negative but not significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction through Purchasing Decisions. Product Price has a significant positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction through Purchasing Decisions.

This study aims to determine the effect of location and food quality on consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Warung Tanjung in Situbondo. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study were visitors to Warung Tanjung in Situbondo. The sampling technique was determined by probability sampling with simple random sampling of 95 respondents. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural-Partial Least Square (PLS) Equation Model. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that the location has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Food Quality has a significant positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Location has a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Loyalty. Food Quality has a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Loyalty. Location has a significant positive effect on Consumer Loyalty through Consumer Satisfaction. Food Quality has a significant positive effect on Consumer Loyalty through Consumer Satisfaction.

ABSTRACT Mitra Sehat Situbondo Hospital is a private public hospital and is one of the type D hospitals located in the Situbondo Regency area. As a community service, hospital employees certainly need training, as well as a comfortable work environment and there must be organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of training and work environment on organizational commitment that has an impact on the performance of non-medical employees at Mitra Sehat Hospital, Situbondo. The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) model. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicating that the Effect of Training has no significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Work Environment has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, the influence of training has a significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the variable Effect of Training on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment has a positive but not significant effect, Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment has a significant positive effect.

The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Work Facilities on Employee Performance at the Situbondo Regency Employment Service through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. The population in this study were employees of the Situbondo Regency Employment Service. The sampling technique is determined by Non-Probability Sampling using Total Sampling or saturated samples. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of direct hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Work Discipline has a positive but not significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Motivation has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation has a positive but not significant effect on Performance Employees, Work Facilities have a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Facilities have a negative but not significant effect on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of service quality, product diversity and shop atmosphere on consumer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Somaya Situbondo Cosmetic Shop. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sample. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work discipline on ASN performance with motivation as an intervening variable at the Satpol PP Situbondo Regency. T The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling by taking proportionate stratified random sampling with the Slovin formula with a tolerable error rate of 10% as many as 50 people. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS- SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that transformational leadership has a positive but not significant effect on motivation, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on motivation, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance ASN, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance, transformational leadership has a positive but not significant effect on ASN performance through motivation, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance through motivation.

The increasingly sophisticated world of technology makes the development of information and communication in the current era of globalization develop very rapidly, this is supported by people who are very dependent on technology in their daily activities. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of loyalty in mediating trust and experiential marketing on the interest in repurchasing ABC Coffee in Battal Village, Panji District, Situbondo Regency. The population in this research is Koipi ABC consumers. The sampling technique is determined by quota sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Trust has a significant positive effect on Loyalty, Experiential marketing has a significant negative but not significant effect on Loyalty, Trust has a significant positive effect on Repurchase Intention. Experiential marketing has a negative but not significant effect on repurchase intention. Loyalty has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention. Trust on repurchase intention through loyalty has a significant positive effect, experiential marketing on repurchase intention through loyalty has a positive effect.

The role of human resource management is vital in ensuring a company's longevity by upholding and improving the caliber and efficiency of its workforce. The considerable effect of a company's requirement for impactful employees underscores the indispensability of human resources for every business. Organizations inherently possess tactics that impact both their own functioning and their staff. This study aims to scrutinize and validate the impact of human resource management strategies on enhancing employee performance at PT. Tambak Robil. The research encompasses all PT. Tambak Robil employees situated in Situbondo Regency. The sampling method employed is non-probability sampling using the exhaustive sample approach. Analyzing data and assessing hypotheses in this study are conducted using the Smart PLS 3.0 software (Partial Least Squares) alongside a Structural Equation Model. The outcomes of hypothesis testing through the Smart PLS 3.0 application demonstrate that the work environment exerts a noteworthy and positive impact on work discipline, while compensation also significantly bolsters work discipline. Additionally, the work environment substantially contributes to performance improvement, whereas compensation shows a negligible and unfavorable association with performance. Notably, work discipline prominently enhances performance. The results from the indirect effects analysis via Smart PLS 3.0 indicate that the work environment substantially enhances performance by operating through the conduit of work discipline. Similarly, compensation significantly enhances performance by channeling its influence through work discipline.
