This research aims to determine the effect of jump to box training on the lay up shoot ability of basketball extracurricular students at SMK NEGERI 2 Palembang. This research uses an experimental method. This research is a quantitative research that uses the "One Group Pretest - Posttest Design" research design method. The sample used is 20 male students. There is one assessment in this research, namely the lay up shoot ability of extracurricular students. basketball. The analysis technique uses the "t-test" method. After carrying out the exercises and carrying out the Posttest, there was an increase in the average of 38.5 from the previous Pretest only getting an average of 27.3, as well as the hypothesis results for the lay up shoot ability of extracurricular basketball students. shows that the calculated t value is greater than the t table, namely 27.5 > 1.73, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, this shows that the jump to box training method has an influence on the results of the lay up shoot ability of basketball extracurricular students at SMK NEGERI 2 Palembang.

This research explores the relationship between training motivation and parental social support on the mental toughness of athletes at the Brother Jaya Group (SJG) Volleyball Club. Mental toughness is considered an important factor that influences athletes' performance and resilience in facing challenges. Using quantitative methods, data was collected through questionnaires that measured training motivation, parental social support, and level of mental toughness. The sample consisted of 50 active young athletes at SJG. Data analysis using the Pearson correlation technique shows that there is a significant positive relationship between exercise motivation and mental toughness, as well as between parental social support and mental toughness. These findings imply that increasing training motivation and social support from parents can increase mental toughness, which has a positive impact on athlete performance. It is hoped that this research will provide insight for coaches and parents in their efforts to support the development of the mental character of young athletes.

The purpose of this study was to determine the development of a valid and effective bolang game model for inclusive education children. The research method is a research and development method by adopting the Borg and Gall stages into three stages, namely research, development and diffusion. The expert validators of the research include expert game validators and competition experts in the field of inclusive education. Data collection using a questionnaire sheet (questionnaire). Data analysis using percentage analysis. This study concluded that the bolang game model for inclusive education children's competitions was declared very valid with an average expert validation of 93.5%. The results of the field trial explained that the small scale had a percentage of 91.6 while the large scale was 89.5 with very good criteria. The bolang game is a term for a hole ball game, played using both hands to put the ball into a small hole as a target. The bolang game model can be used as a media for competitive sports of choice for inclusive education children, due to limited access to space for movement, making it difficult to do the types of sports that are usually played by normal children.

The purpose of the study was to determine how much the resilience of volleyball extracurricular student training at SMA Muhammadiyah Makarti Jaya in the 2023/2024 school year. The research method uses a survey method with a single variable type. The population in the resilience study amounted to 15 female students in volleyball extracurricular activities and the sample was taken from a total population of 15 female students. Data collection techniques using online questionnaire distribution using Google Form. The reliability value of the questionnaire based on resilience indicators including emotion regulation (0.8422) with a total of 9 items, impulse control (0.8066) with a total of 6 items, optimism (0.8066) with a total of 5 items, and self-efficacy (0.7090) with a total of 5 items, The data grouping analysis technique uses a Likert scale. The results of the study are in accordance with the indicators that the average athlete who has good emotional regulation in extracurricular activities is 36.33 (46%) with good criteria. The average athlete's ability to impulse control is 24.73 (53%) with very good criteria. The average athlete's ability to deal with optimism during training is 23.53 (47%) with good criteria. The average athlete's ability to solve self-efficacy problems during training is 16.46 (33%) with good criteria. In the overall answer of the student group, the results of the Interval value of all students' answers were 33% very good, 33% good, and 33% of students' answers were sufficient. The validity hypothesis test shows the results with a significant level of 5%, therefore getting the results of r count> r table with r table 0.553 with a valid statement. Based on data analysis and discussion of the research results, it can be concluded that there are student resilience disorders that are in accordance with the indicators of each question item given to students who experience resilience disorders. Based on observations and the latest information, when researchers took part in training with SSB Bima Muda Disdikbud, the athletes looked very weak when passing and not optimal. This problem is caused by the leg muscle power not being optimal. So it is necessary to carry out exercises to increase leg muscle power for passing skills. The research method used is an experimental one group pre-test post-test design, which is carried out by providing treatment to research subjects. This research, which involved 21 SSB Bima Muda Disdikbud athletes with 16 treatments in the form of leg muscle power training, gave results where the average passing before was 66.5 which changed to 84.8 after being given the leg muscle power training treatment. Meanwhile, the results of the paired sample t-test show that there is an influence of leg muscle power training on the passing skills of SSB Bima Muda Disdikbud athletes because the sig. (2-tailed) is 0.05. Meanwhile ttable at α 0.05 Df = N-1 where (DF = 21 -1 = 20) so that ttable is obtained with a value of 1.725. So this research meets the requirements where tcount > ttable (13,005 > 1.725) thus Ha is accepted and it can be concluded that there is an influence of leg muscle power training on passing skills in the soccer game of SSB Bima Muda Disdikbud athletes.

Pembelajaran Pendidkan Jasmani di Sekolah Dasar menjadi penting untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran siswa secara menyeluruh. Selain itu juga dapat memudahkan Siswa untuk berkomunikasi dengan guru dan teman, pembelajaran Pendidkan Jasmani juga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah Pengembangan Instrumen Tes Kemampuan Shooting Futsal Siswa SMP 1 T njung Raja. Metodelogi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Adalah Pengembang dengan jenis R&D. menggunakan teknik Prototype. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat Pengembangan yang signifikan pada penerapan instrument tes kemampuan Shooting Futsal siswa SMP 1 Tanjung Raja. Sebagaimana hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, ternyata terdapat perbedaan kemampuan shooting futsal antara diberikan treatment dan sebelum lakukan treatment di lihat dari nilai Validasi Ahli pertama adalah 90% dengan kriteria sangat valid dimana rincian produk pengembangan bermakna valid. The problem in this research is that the volleyball players at the Ispri Club, Palembang City, have not mastered the smash ability well. The aim of this research was to determine whether there was an effect of circuit training on the smash ability of Club Ispri volleyball players in Palembang City. The research method is an experimental method. The research design is a one group pretest posttest design. The population is 16 athletes. The sample was taken using a total population technique of 16 people. The data collection technique uses a smash ability test. Data analysis uses statistical analysis with the t test. The research results showed that there was a change in the average ability of students in smashing before being given treatment, where the player's ability increased by (19.64) points to (21.77) points after being given four-post circuit training. There is a significant influence of circuit training on the smash ability of the Ispri Palembang City volleyball club because tcount > ttable (9.604 > 1.73) at α 0.05.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada pengaruh gaya mengajar resiprokal terhadap hasil belajar materi passing sepak bola pada siswa SMP Negeri 2 Belitang Mulya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen sebagai langkah pelaksanaannya. Pola eksperimen yang dipilih adalah quasi eksperimen one group pretest-postest. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII berjumlah 102, sedangkan sampel diambil menggunakan acak cluster berjumlah 31 orang siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar afektif, psikomotor dan kognitif hasil belajar passing sepak bola. Analisis data menggunakan uji paired sample t test dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa nilai t -8,407 bersifat negative artinya nilai postest memiliki pengaruh lebih besar dari nilai postest. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa gaya mengajar resiprokal memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar materi passing sepak bola pada siswa SMP Negeri 2 Belitang Mulya. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya tingkat ketepatan short service pada pemain bulu tangkis PB ORGIPP, yang dapat memengaruhi performa dalam permainan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan drill short service terhadap ketepatan short service pemain bulu tangkis di PB ORGIPP. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest, di mana perlakuan diberikan sebanyak 14 sesi latihan, serta pengambilan data dilakukan dua kali, yaitu sebelum dan setelah perlakuan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 26 pemain bulu tangkis yang tergabung dalam klub PB ORGIPP. Sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu metode pemilihan sampel berdasarkan kriteria tertentu yang telah ditetapkan, sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 10 pemain. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes ketepatan short service. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji t Berpasangan (Paired Sample t-Test) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latihan drill short service memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan short service pemain bulu tangkis PB ORGIPP. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 4.113, yang lebih besar dari t-tabel 2.262, serta nilai signifikansi 0.003 < 0.05. Berdasarkan kriteria keputusan, maka dapat disimpulkan H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga terbukti bahwa latihan drill short service berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan short service pemain bulu tangkis PB ORGIPP.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan siswa SD Negeri 240 Palembang terhdap pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Masalah dalam penelitian ini bagaimana tingkat kepuasan siswa terhadap implementasi kurikulum merdeka dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di SD Negeri 240 Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey. Jumlah populasi dalam penenlitian ini 683 orang dengan samper 105 orang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan intrument angket yang terbagi menjadi 2 faktor yaitu faktro internal dan faktor eksternal. Berdasarkan tabel frekuensi dari keseluruhan faktor yang masuk kedalam kategori sangat tinggi berjumlah 71 peserta didik atau 68% yang masuk kedalam kategori tinggi sebanyak 34 peserta didik atau 32% sedangkan kategori cukup, rendah, dan sangat rendah mendapatkan persentase 0%. Dengan ini dapat dinyatakan bahwa hampir keseluruhan faktro internal dan faktor eksternal masuk kedalam kategori tingi dan sangat tingi, maka dapat disimpulkan tingkat kepuasan siswa SD Negeri 240 Palembang terhadap implementasi kurikulum merdeka pad pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani termasuk kedalam kategori “Sangat Tinggiâ€
