Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of workload and job transfers on performance with work motivation as an interverning variable at Bintara Polri Polres Lombok Barat. The research population was members of the West Lombok Police and Sub Satker (Polsek) of 808 people. The technique of determining the sample used purposive sampling so that 89 people were obtained as respondents. The research instrument used questionnaires as well as several other data collection methods such as observation, interviews and literature and analysis methods using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis. The results showed that workload had a negative effect and significant to performance, position mutations have a positive and significant effect on performance, workload has a negative and significant effect on work motivation, position mutations have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, workload has a negative and significant effect on performance with motivation as an intervening variable and position mutations have a positive effect on performance with motivation as an intervening variable at Bintara Polri Polres Lombok Barat. The implication of the research is the need for an evaluation in assigning tasks to members in order to maintain performance results and transfer of positions at Bintara Polri Polres Lombok Barat needs to be carried out regularly in order to improve the performance of members and eliminate feelings of boredom in carrying out tasks both at Satker Polres Lombok Barat and Sub Satker (Polsek).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the impact of work-related stress, motivation, and environment on the productivity of the staff at one of companies that focused on freight forwarding and logistic company. Research of this kind is quantitative. 100 employees made up the study's sample. 80 respondents were used in a random sampling for data gathering. With the use of the SPSS, several linear regression analysis approaches or models are used in this study. The findings of this study suggest that workplace motivation, stress, and surroundings all have an impact on employee performance. Workplace stress has a positive impact on employee performance, employee motivation has a positive impact, and the work environment has a positive impact on employee performance.

Abstract

In terms of income or costs, good human resource management will optimize firm performance. The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of leadership style, salary, incentive, and punishment on employee performance. This is a quantitative qualitative study using data collected via questionnaires and analyzed using SEM-PLS via the SmartPLS. The sample approach utilized in this study was nonprobability sampling with a total sampling method, namely 40 workers of Perumda marketing division. The findings revealed that directly, leadership style and salary had no significant influence on work discipline, however motivation did. Then, directly, leadership style and motivation have no influence on employee performance, however salary and work discipline have an effect on employee performance. Then, leadership style and salary have no influence on employee performance via work discipline, however motivation has an effect on employee performance through work discipline.

Abstract

The digital era has changed the business and organizational landscape significantly, triggering rapid changes in technology, work culture and market dynamics. In facing the challenges and opportunities presented by the digital era, adaptive leadership is critical in ensuring the survival and success of the organization. Leaders who have the ability to lead and utilize technology are called digital leaders. This study aims to analyze the role of digital leadership in building adaptive organizations in the context of the digital era. This research will use a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results show that digital leadership is not only about understanding technology, but also about formulating a vision that integrates technology into business strategy, builds a culture of innovation, develops employees' digital skills, focuses on customers, and creates organizational flexibility. Digital leaders need to have the ability to adapt quickly to change, design responsive organizational structures, and maintain data security and privacy. By applying these digital leadership principles, organizations can optimize the potential of technology, achieve sustainable business goals, and adapt successfully to the relentless changes of the digital transformation era.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has provided many lessons for front-line employees for their responsiveness in efforts to restore service quality. Predictions from the service recovery model were tested on employees and consumers with variable empowerment on the training and autonomy components as predictor models. Empowerment through training and autonomy leads to higher satisfaction with aspects of employees' jobs. Finally, consumer satisfaction is created after the service is created by higher employee responsiveness.

Abstract

The decline in the level of economic growth that occurred in Badung Regency resulted in low financial well-being. This is not only caused by the Covid-19 Pandemic, but also due to the low financial literacy that individuals have in managing their daily finances. The millennial generation is one of the generations that has felt the impact of the economic crisis in their productive age. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of financial behavior in mediating the effect of financial literacy on financial well-being in the millennial generation in Badung Regency. The research population is the millennial generation in Badung Regency. The sampling technique was carried out by accidental sampling. Questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability were given to 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis. The results of this study indicate that variable financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on financial well-being. Financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on financial behavior. Financial behavior has a positive and significant influence on financial well-being. And financial behavior plays a partial role in mediating the effect of financial literacy on the financial well-being of the millennial generation. The research implication is that the millennial generation needs to have financial literacy supported by healthy financial behavior to achieve financial well-being.

Abstract

Employee performance within an organization is significantly impacted by two crucial factors: work motivation and the work environment. When employees possess high levels of motivation and operate within a favorable work environment, their positive influence on the organization becomes evident, leading to the attainment of organizational goals. The objective of this research is to comprehensively analyze the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Usaha Digdaya Muncul Bali. In this study, there are three main variables under consideration: work motivation (X1) and work environment (X2) as independent factors, and employee performance (Y) as the dependent factor. The research methodology employed is quantitative in nature. The outcomes reveal that work motivation yields a significant and positive impact on employee performance. Moreover, job satisfaction is found to have a noteworthy positive influence on employee performance, both when considered individually and when examined in conjunction with other factors. The combined effects of work motivation and work environment are substantial, contributing to approximately 57.0% of overall employee performance. However, it's important to note that the remaining 43.0% of employee performance is influenced by other variables that have not been explored within the scope of this study.

Abstract

This study discusses the importance of optimizing Knowledge Management (KM) in achieving competitive advantage in the hospitality industry. The highly dynamic and competitive hospitality industry requires a careful approach in managing and utilizing knowledge effectively. The purpose of this research is to analyze how the implementation of KM strategy can improve service quality, operational efficiency, and differentiation in the hospitality industry . This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Research findings reveal that aspects such as deep understanding of customers, strong relationships with stakeholders, accurate knowledge of products and services, and mastery of individual potential in organizations all play an important role in shaping unique experiences for customers, designing effective marketing strategies. , and create high-quality services. Through the implementation of an efficient KM system, hotels can combine this knowledge to win the competition in the dynamic hospitality industry.
