Abstract

Teacher performance is the result of teacher work that reflects work performance as an expression of knowledge, attitudes and skills. This research aimed to determine the increase in teacher performance in evaluating student learning outcomes through the supervision of the principal at SD Inpres Mapoli for the 2019/2020 academic year. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The research subjects were 17 teachers of SD Inpres Mapoli consisting of 10 ladies and 7 gents with a period of time from June to July 2020. Data collection techniques were interviews, observation and document study. The result of the research is that the increase in teacher performance has increased after coaching by the principal through continuous academic supervision. The conclusion of this research is the guidance of school principals in an effort to improve teacher performance through school principals showing an increase in each cycle.

Abstract

Remaja merupakan masa awal seseorang mencari jati diri dan cendirung memiliki keinginan untuk tampil cantik. Konsep diri merupakan pemahaman seseorang terhadap dirinya yang meliputi fisik, pribadi seseorang, keluarga, sosial dan moral etik, emosional, aspiratif dan prestasi yang mereka capai. Perilaku penggunaan produk merupakan perilaku yang ditunjukkan melalui pencarian, pembelian, pengevaluasian, serta penggunaan dan penentuan produk yang diharapkan seseorang untuk memuaskan kebutuhan mereka. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan juni 2023. Desain penelitian yaitu deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah remaja putri berusia 15-18 tahun yang ada di SMKN 1 Rantepao berjumlah 93 siswi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu total sampling, pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar koesioner. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan mayoritas responden yaitu konsep diri negatif sebanyak 59 (63,4%) dan positif sebanyak 34 (36,6), mayoritas perilaku menggunakan produk sebanyak 38 (40,9%) dan mayoritas tidak menggunakan produk sebanyak 55 (59,1%). Setelah dilakukan uji analisis dengan menggunakan uji statistic SPSS didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara hubungan konsep diri remaja putri dengan perilaku menggunakan produk kosmetik pemutih wajah dengan nilai p= 0,002 p˂α (0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan konsep diri remaja putri dengan perilaku menggunakan produk kosmetik pemutih wajah di SMKN 1 Rantepao pada Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi remaja menggunakan produk kosmetik pemutih wajah.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya minat belajar siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Sangalla Selatan khususnya pada mata pelajaran IPS. Dimana permasalahan dalam pembelajaran IPS adalah banyaknya hafalan, materi terlalu banyak, siswa cenderung pasif, aktifitas rendah, hanya sebagai pendengar dan malu bertanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatakan minat belajar siswa kelas IX dengan model Project Based Learning pada mata pelajaran IPS materi Ekonomi Kreatif. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas kolaborasi yang terdiri dari 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IXA SMP Negeri 1 Sangalla Selatan yang berjumlah 25 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Data yang dikumpulkan merupakan hasil angket minat belajar kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model Projek Based Learning dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS dapat dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan minat belajar siswa mulai dari kondisi awal (prasiklus), siklus I dan siklus II telah mencapai target yang ditargetkan oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian siklus I diperoleh siswa yang tuntas secara individu sebanyak 20 orang, sedangkan hasil penelitoan siklus II mengalami peningkatan dengan jumlah siswa yang tuntas secara individu sebanyak 25 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model Projek Based Learning dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di kelas IXA SMP Negeri 1 Sangalla Selatan. Sehingga hasil belajar yang diharapkanpun dapat meningkat. Where the problems in social studies learning are a lot of memorization, too much material, students tend to be passive, have low activity, are only listeners and are embarrassed to ask questions. This research aims to increase class IX students' interest in learning with the Project Based Learning model in Social Sciences subjects, Creative Economy material. The type of research is collaborative classroom action research which consists of 2 cycles. The subjects of this research were 25 class IXA students at SMP Negeri 1 Sangalla Selatan. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data collected was the result of a learning interest questionnaire and then analyzed using quantitative descriptive techniques. The results of this research show that the Project Based Learning model can increase students' interest in learning in social studies subjects, which can be proven by an increase in students' interest in learning starting from the initial conditions (pre-cycle), cycle I and cycle II which have achieved the target targeted by the researcher. The results of the first cycle of research showed that 20 students completed individually, while the results of the second cycle of research increased with the number of students completing individually amounting to 25 people. Based on the results of this research, learning using the Project Based Learning model can increase students' interest in learning in class IXA of SMP Negeri 1 Sangalla Selatan. Abstract

Desain grafis adalah bidang yang penuh dengan tantangan kreatif dan artistik. Desainer grafis memecahkan masalah komunikasi yang ditugaskan kepadanya dan melahirkan rancangan yang menggugah, menyentak, membujuk, mengganggu atau memaksa pemirsanya menangkap gagasan tertentu yang bisa membangkitkan emosi, pekerjaan pekerjaan dengan memanfaatkan desain grafis sangat besar peluangnya untuk dimanfaatkan oleh warga, Dalam dunia kerja sekarang jika sumber daya manusia tidak memiliki kemampuan atau skil tambahan maka akan sulit bersaing dalam memperoleh kerja. Melalui pengenalan ini para warga juga diharapkan dapat mengenal tools- tools yang ada pada aplikasi photoshop. Dengan pengenalan Photoshop ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan serta pengetahuan baru kepada warga kampung bremi tentang pembuatan desain grafis sebagai salah satu peluang usaha.

Abstract

This research examines the theological construction of human role and responsibility in creation care based on an in-depth analysis of Genesis 1:26-28. The contemporary ecological crisis reveals a fundamental gap between the divine mandate given to humanity as stewards of creation and the reality of exploitative practices that damage the environment. Through a qualitative-descriptive approach that employs biblical exegesis, this study examines the theological significance of the human role as imago Dei within the context of creation. Textual analysis demonstrates that humanity is called not as absolute rulers, but as God's representatives (vice-regents) responsible for maintaining and preserving the integrity of creation. The theological-practical implications of this research include: the need for reformulating Christian environmental ethics that integrates ecological spirituality with concrete conservation actions, developing an ecological praxis that views environmental concern as an expression of love for God and neighbor, and forming faith communities committed to environmental justice for the well-being of all creation. This research contributes to the development of contextual eco-theology that bridges biblical insights with the challenges of the global ecological crisis.   Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji konstruksi teologis tentang peran dan tanggung jawab manusia dalam pemeliharaan ciptaan berdasarkan analisis mendalam terhadap Kejadian 1:26–28. Krisis ekologis kontemporer menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan fundamental antara mandat ilahi yang diberikan kepada manusia sebagai penatalayan ciptaan dengan realitas praktik eksploitatif yang merusak lingkungan. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan metode eksegesis biblika, penelitian ini menelusuri makna teologis dari peran manusia sebagai imago Dei dalam konteks penciptaan. Analisis tekstual menunjukkan bahwa manusia dipanggil bukan sebagai penguasa absolut, melainkan sebagai representasi Allah (vice-regent) yang bertanggung jawab memelihara dan menjaga integritas ciptaan. Implikasi teologis-praktis dari penelitian ini mencakup: perlunya reformulasi etika lingkungan Kristen yang mengintegrasikan spiritualitas ekologis dengan tindakan konkret pelestarian alam, pengembangan praksis ekologis yang memandang kepedulian lingkungan sebagai wujud kasih kepada Allah dan sesama, dan pembentukan komunitas iman yang berkomitmen pada keadilan ekologis untuk kesejahteraan seluruh ciptaan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan eko-teologi kontekstual yang menjembatani wawasan biblika dengan tantangan krisis lingkungan global.

Abstract

Market sanitation is disease prevention through observation and investigation of market impacts that are directly related to the emergence or spread of a disease. This study aims to describe the hygienic conditions in traditional markets in Kupang City. This type of research is descriptive with a survey design. The research population is traditional markets in the city of Kupang as many as 5 traditional markets. In this study, descriptive analysis is used as an analytical method to describe the hygienic conditions of traditional markets in Kupang City. The results of the study show that the sanitary condition of the availability of clean water for traditional markets in the City of Kupang 2021 is categorized as fulfilling the requirements. While the sanitation conditions of facilities and buildings (handwashing area, trash bins, SPAL, toilets and parking lots), the sanitary conditions of the construction (roof, walls, floors, ventilation and lighting) of traditional markets, the sanitary conditions of animal control of disease transmission or vectors of traditional markets are all This category does not meet health requirements. Suggestions to the local government of Kota Kupang should enact stronger regulations on market management in the private sector to promote a healthy market

Abstract

Obstacles In Determining Research Title Faced by The Students of English Study Program at UKI Toraja. The objective of the research is to know the obstacles are experienced faced by the Students of English Study Program at UKI Toraja in determining research titles. The researcher used quantitative method to analyze the data. The participants of this study were students at UKI Toraja in the academic year 2023/2024. To collect data, the author used the Likert scale quantitative method. This research found that there are still many students who experience obstacles in determining research titles, are: facing obstacles related to interest, academic ability, literature limitations, personal motivation, uncertainty of topic relevance, time limitations, lack of knowledge, resource limitations, and lack of ideas or inspiration in determining the title of their research. Based on the result above, it can be concluded that in determining research titles, especially for English students, there are still many obstacles that they experience as mentioned above.

Abstract

Clean water is essential for various daily needs such as drinking, cooking, bathing, and washing. Ensuring proper hygiene and sanitation is critical to prevent waterborne diseases, particularly those caused by Escherichia coli. This descriptive observational study conducted from March to June 2024. The aim of this research is to worker hygiene practices and sanitation conditions at Refill Drinking Water Depots (RDWDs) as well as their relation to the presence of E. coli in the Timika Jaya Health Center area, Mimika Regency. All 20 certified RDWDs in the area were included in this study, involving workers and managers as respondents. Data were collected through sanitation inspections and water sampling for laboratory testing, and analyzed using SPSS to determine frequency distributions and percentages. The majority of respondents were male (87.1%), aged 25–30 years (38.7%), had completed senior high school (54.8%), and worked ≥8 hours per day (100%). In terms of hygiene compliance, only 3.2% of workers met the required standards, while 96.8% did not. All depots (100%) met sanitation standards related to location and equipment. However, 6 depots (30%) were found to be contaminated with E. coli. These findings indicate that inadequate personal hygiene among workers is a key risk factor for E. coli contamination, despite compliance with infrastructural sanitation standards. Regular monitoring, hygiene training, and enforcement of health regulations are strongly recommended to ensure the safe distribution of drinking water.

Abstract

Arrest Marriage is a marriage process that is carried out by force, Capture Marriage is carried out by kidnapping the bride, kidnapped to become a wife. The captive marriages that are taking place now are not the custom of Southwest Sumba, especially the Kodi area. Based on the results of research in Limbu Kembe Village, (1) What is the philosophy of the practice of catch marriage according to customary law in force in Southwest Sumba? (2) What is the process for resolving the practice of catch marriage according to customary law in force in Southwest Sumba? The research method used in this research is normative research, namely research that is based on applicable legal regulations by examining various applicable laws and regulations related to the problem under study. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the current practice of captive marriage is not the tradition/culture of Southwest Sumba, especially the Kodi area, but rather the practice of captive marriage which has developed by hiding behind cultural claims in order to avoid legal action.
