Abstract

The research aims to solve the problems that occur in Islamic boarding school Assholach Kejeron related to the arrangement of the schedule for reading the book especially at the time of the holy month of Ramadan, because students who return to school cottage to study the books of the salaf, so there is a need for a schedule arrangement study books that are structured and in accordance with the situation and conditions in the cottage pesantren, so that there is no overlap/ clash between reciting the books of the salaf. Graph coloring is a part of graph theory that can be used To solve problems regarding scheduling, there are three types: The graph coloring used is vertex, edge, Region. The type of cloud used in this study is point coloring. As for the preparation of the schedule for reading the book in this study, namely: using graph coloring with Welch Powel Algorithm. After coloring is done, it will get the chromatic number which is the minimum number of colors used in point coloring. The data that is processed into a schedule in this research are: includes: the number of teachers/supervisors who teach, the number of books to be taught teaching and the place to be used. By linking the books which will be taught as the point and the supervising teacher as the side then a graph is formed which is then colored using the algorithm welch powel, for the point coloring find the coloring result to get the number The chromatic number is then represented as a schedule recite the book in one week, with Friday and Sunday off because the day visit students in Javanese (submission of students) .

Abstract

This research aims to determine the difference in improving problem-solving abilities and mathematical disposition of students who use the Problem Based Learning model assisted by PowerPoint-based interactive learning media and students who are given the application of conventional learning. The research method used is quantitative research in the form of a quasi-experiment. The data collection technique used in this research is using pretest and post test. Data analysis was carried out using parametric tests in the form of t-tests. The results of data analysis show that students’ problem-solving abilities who use Problem Based Learning experience compared to students who take part in conventional learning is 62,55% to 43,5%. Apart from that, the increase in students' mathematical disposition for students who used the Problem Based Learning model compared with students who took part in conventional learning is 73,90% to 68,93%. This means that it can be concluded that there is a difference in the increase in problem-solving abilities and mathematical disposition of students who use the Problem Based Learning model assisted by PowerPoint-based interactive learning media and students who are given the application of conventional learning

Abstract

Culture, as a nation's invaluable asset, must continuously be introduced and preserved in alignment with the progress of time. Integrating cultural studies with scientific knowledge through education fosters the development of cultural awareness attitudes. A generation trained in cultural sensitivity will recognize the significance of heritage and innovate its presentation to suit contemporary developments. This study explores the use of a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model integrated with the ethnochemistry of Malay culture—specifically utilizing traditional curd milk—in teaching chemical kinetics to enhance students' cultural awareness. The research employed a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent pre-test–post-test control group design, conducted at SMAN 2 Siak Hulu, Kampar, Riau Province, involving Grade XI Science students. Cultural awareness attitudes were assessed using indicators adapted from Wunderle, including data and information gathering, cultural consideration, cultural knowledge, cultural understanding, and cultural competence. The results demonstrated that the experimental group achieved an average cultural awareness score of 81.85 (categorized as Very Good), whereas the control group attained an average of 60.84 (Fairly Good). The learning model contributed significantly to enhancing cultural awareness attitudes, with a contribution rate of 56.1%. These findings suggest that integrating ethnochemistry within PBL effectively cultivates both scientific and cultural competencies in students.Keywords: cultural awareness, ethnochemistry, malay culture, PBL

Abstract

Kesehatan mental merupakan suatu keadaan emosional dan psikologis yang baik, dimana individu dapat memanfaatkan kemampuan kognisi dan emosi, berfungsi dalam komunitasnya, dan memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya sehari-hari. Inti dari kesehatan mental sendiri adalah lebih pada keberadaan dan pemeliharaan mental yang sehat. Pemeliharaan mental yang sehat bagi siswa yang berhadapan hukum dengan menggunakan pendekatan logoterapi. Penelitian transformatif ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan menguatkan diri siswa agar kesehatanmentalnya tetap terjaga dalam menghadapi persoalan hukum melalui logoterapi; meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang ketahanan diri dari keputusasaan; dan meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam dalam memanfaatkan potensi diri untuk bangkit dan keluar dari ketakutan. Pendekatan pendampingan berbasis riset ini adalah PAR (Paticipatory Action Research) yang merupakan kolaboratif antara peneliti dengan komunitas untuk melakukan research bersama, merumuskan masalah, merencanakan tindakan, melakukan aksi secara berkesinambungan dan berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa menjadi pribadi yang kuat dalam bersikap dalam menghadapi persoalan hukum; siswa mempunyai kesadaran diri untuk ketahanan dirinya dari keputusasaan; siswa dapat keluar dari tekanan dan ketakutan dalam dirinya.

Abstract

The videography and photography training in Semare Village aims to enhance the soft skills of the youth community by developing creativity and supporting the local economy. This program provides technical skills in photography and videography, as well as the development of essential soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and creativity. Through this training, the village youth can produce creative products with economic value, such as event documentation and promotional content, which can be marketed to boost the village's economy. This program is expected to open new job opportunities and develop the creative economy in the village, despite challenges related to resource limitations and accessibility for some participants.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pada era perkembangan teknologi saat ini, kemampuan menggunakan teknologi dan peralatan digital tidak hanya berlaku dan menyasar kalangan pelajar dan kaum pegawai kantoran saja, tetapi juga penting bagi ibu rumah tangga. Pemanfaatan teknologi dan optimalisasi literasi secara digital seharusnya diterapkan sejak orang tersebut memiliki smartphone atau android. Penggunaan dan pemanfaatan smartphone di kalangan ibu rumah tangga masih sangat terbatas pada perihal entertainment, bersosialisasi dan berkomunikasi antar teman melalui dunia maya. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan literasi digital dan penggunaan aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis android. Kegiatan ini berupa berupa penyuluhan dan edukasi tentang pentingnya peningkatan pemanfaatan literasi digital. Sebanyak 40 ibu rumah tangga di istri karyawan salah satu perusahan milik negara di Kota Pasuruan terlibat dalam kegiatan kali ini. Kegiatan pertama dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menjelaskan pentingnya meningkatkan kemampuan literasi. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan sosialisasi penggunaan Google Forms untuk menulis dan menuangkan ide atau pengalaman melalui link yang disediakan. Disamping itu, para ibu rumah tangga dikenalkan dengan sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis android, cara meninstall, mengeksplor dan berlatih menggunakan software tersebut bersama-sama. Hal ini dapat membantu anak-anak mereka dapat belajar dengan cara yang lebih menyenangkan. Peserta mengikuti kegiatan secara antusias dan semangat. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pengabdian ini berjalan dengan lancar sesuai dengan tujuan yang dicapai.

Abstract

The low proficiency of Mathematics Education students in constructing mathematical proofs, especially using the principle of mathematical induction, highlights the need for enhanced learning approaches. One promising method is the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the proof process within Real Analysis courses. This study aims to describe how students carry out mathematical induction proofs with the assistance of AI. Ten voluntary students enrolled in Real Analysis participated in an initial test involving divisibility problem. From this group, two students were selected through maximum variation sampling based on their answer diversity and communication skills. One student employed a modulo-based approach, while the other used the divisibility-definition concept. Overall, the results demonstrate that AI significantly supports students in understanding problems, planning proofs, implementing strategies, and revising their reasoning. AI played a critical role in concept generation, solution evaluation, and embedded reflection across each stage of Polya’s problem-solving framework, combined with the three aspects of AI-assisted proof: construction, evaluation, and revision

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan berpikir geometri siswa pada materi transformasi geometri ditinjau dari motivasi belajar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, adapun instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini di antaranya, angket motivasi belajar, tes berpikir geometri, dan pedoman wawancara yang telah di validasikah kepada para ahli. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 6 orang siswa yang diambil dari kelas kelas IXB SMPN 1 Pohjentrek. Pengambilan subjek tersebut hasil angket motivasi belajar yang diambil tiap subjek berisi 2 siswa dengan motivasi belajar berdasarkan nilai tugas, keyakinan, siswa, dan efikasi diri. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah angket, tes, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan siswa dengan motivasi belajar berdasarkan nilai tugas memiliki kemampuan berpikir geometri yang tinggi dengan persentase 83,25%, siswa dengan motivasi belajar berdasarkan keyakinan memiliki kemampuan berpikir geometri yang sedang dengan persentase 66,5% dan siswa dengan motivasi belajar berdasarkan keyakinan memiliki kemampuan berpikir geometri yang rendah dengan persentase 37,5%.

Abstract

Budaya merupakan hal yang selalu kita jumpai dalam lingkungan dan juga tidak terlepas dari ilmu kimia. Pengenalan budaya di daerahnya bagi generasi muda pada saat ini cukup sedikit yang diakibatkan oleh arus globalisasi yang berkembang pesat. Pengenalan budaya melalui pendidikan sains sangatlah menarik untuk dipahami. Persaingan pada abad ke- 21 sangat dibutuhkan kemampuan komprehensif, kreatif, literasi tinggi dan kemampuan memecahkan masalah. Penelitian ini merupakan studi pustaka dengan 23 jurnal yang ditemukan memenuhi kriteria inklusif yang telah ditentukan sebagai berikut: 1) jurnal 5 tahun terakhir (2019-2023); 2) jurnal terakreditasi SINTA dan Scopus 3) ruang lingkup penelitian di Indonesia dan Luar Negeri 4) kata kunci jurnal etnosains, etnokimia, laju reaksi. Pencarian jurnal menggunakan aplikasi Publish of Perish 8. Literatur sains menjadi aspek yang diukur secara serius dengan pendekatan etnokimia yang mayoritas melibatkan peserta didik sekolah menengah. Etnokimia menunjukkan minimnya pembahasan dalam materi laju reaksi. Nabun merupakan etnokimia yang dibahas dalam faktor yang mempengaruhi laju reaksi yang merupakan tradisi budaya Betawi. Penyampaian isu ini akan memperluas informasi dan mengubah perilaku siswa dalam menjawab permasalahan yang luas. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan kajian, aspek pengukuran yang masih minim dilakukan adalah berpikir kritis, keterampilan penjelasan ilmiah, dan melestarikan budaya dari pendekatan etnokimia. Pendekatan etnokimia atau etnosains adalah pendekatan yang menyajikan budaya yang ada disekitar atau pengetahuan budaya yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik yang dikaitan dengan konsep ilmu yang sedang dipelajari. Penelitian dalam 5 tahun terakhir secara keseluruhan telah dilakukan aspek pengukuran literasi sains dan masih minim dalam pengukuran aspek berpikir kritis, keterampilan penjelasan ilmiah, dan melestarikan budaya

Abstract

Background: Employee burnout has become a major concern in modern organizations due to increased job demands and work-life imbalance. Specific Background: PT. Welirang Tirta Mandiri faces productivity challenges caused by stress and limited organizational support. Gap: Previous studies have often examined stress or work-family conflict separately, while few analyzed these factors together with organizational climate and support. Aim: This study investigates the relationship among work stress, work-family conflict, organizational climate, and organizational support toward employee burnout. Results: Using quantitative methods and multiple linear regression, findings show that work stress, work-family conflict, and organizational climate positively affect burnout, while organizational support negatively correlates with burnout. Novelty: The simultaneous examination of psychological and organizational factors provides a holistic view of burnout predictors. Implications: The results emphasize the importance of strengthening organizational support to reduce employee burnout.
