Abstract

In a company, the most important thing is labor or human resources. Human resources are the most important assets driving company dynamics. Every company wants to excel in everything, especially in the field of work. This study aims to find the influence of Self-Awareness, Self-Regulation, Self-Motivation, Empathy and Social Skills on the performance of PT. United Tractors Tbk Lampung Branch. This type of research used in this research is a type of quantitative research using the associative method. The data source used is primary data. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The population in this study amounted to 33 employees of PT. United Tractors Tbk Lampung Branch. The sampling method in this research is nonprobability sampling and uses saturated sampling techniques. The results of the study show that SelfAwareness, Self-Regulation, Self-Motivation, Empathy and Social Skills have no effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstrak Fenomena yang terjadi di Koperasi XYZ adalah tingkat turnover karyawan yang cukup tinggi, Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara diduga bahwa peningkatan turnover karyawan terjadi karena faktor motivasi kerja dan kepuasaan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkonfirmasi dan menguji pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap turnover intention dan menguji pengaruh kepuasaan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada Koperasi XYZ Bandar Lampung. Kuesioner didistribusikan kepada 36 responden. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda, dengan pengujian uji T untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh pada turnover intention, dan kepuasaan kerja juga dapat mempengaruhi turnover intention. Abstract

Higher education is a party that can be the driving force or driving force for the emergence of young entrepreneurs. This is because tertiary institutions will strengthen mental attitudes, provide academic support, and social support to students to become entrepreneurs. In addition, universities provide knowledge to students about the sciences of becoming entrepreneurship. One of the universities that is trying to create young entrepreneurs based on technology or technopreneurs is the Darmajaya Institute of Informatics and Business (IIB Darmajaya). Regarding the progress of entrepreneurship in the Darmajaya IIB campus environment, the lecturer team who is also a community service team submitted a grant from the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education's DRPM (Entrepreneurship Development Program) 2019-2021 program. This program is used as one of the flagship programs at the Darmajaya IIB campus as a means of increasing interest and the number of young entrepreneurs. The method of implementing PPK (Entrepreneurship Development Program) activities, namely: Understanding of technopreneurship, provision of tenant skills regarding technopreneur skills and development teams, product prototypes, making business plans and initial product / service presentations, incubation process to complete products / services, product launching and become a starup company. The results of the PPK activities carried out were the formation of six best tenants, namely: Essa Solution, Recycle_Indonesia, Informatika Ganesha, Beauty Start, Kutilang, IGE.Net

Abstract

This article had a purpose to identify research themes related to work settings during the Covid-19 pandemic. The benefit of this research was to provide an overview of research related to work settings in the future. The approach in this study used bibliometric analysis. In the first stage, a search for articles with the keywords work setting and Covid-19 was carried out, with the search year 2020. Furthermore, there were found as many as 458 articles sourced from Elsevier data. After obtaining the article data, the researcher used the VOSviewer software to describe the research work setting. This article showed that there were 7 clusters in the latest work setting research, namely: Cluster 1 consisted of clinical work, depression, disability, feasibility, hospitality setting, mental health, physical activity, sick leave, and workability. Cluster 2 consisted of autonomy, emotional exhaustion, recovery experience, social support, stress, work characteristics, work management. Cluster 3 was included burnout, career, happiness, job satisfaction, work environment, work-life balance, and workplace violation. Cluster 4 consisted of complexity, identity work, motivation, self-care, and workload. Cluster 5 consisted of cognitive problems, communication technology, social work, and social workers. Cluster 6 covered a commitment organization, Equal pay, productivity, and workshops. Abstract

JT Express is  an express delivery company that applies technology development as the basic system. Extensive network that JT Express facilitates express services for customers throughout Indonesia. JT Express serve the delivery within city, inter-city, inter-provincial, and also e-commerce customer. JT Express provides pick up service with high transmission speed, at the same time also support the growth of e-commerce business. JT Express in operation management provide the good services to customers for had good time e-shopping and quality goods cooperate with some companies like Tokopedia, Shopee and Bukalapak and etc. JT Express always improve their services by used the new technologies as like AI system for control the shipping of goods and also social media as like Facebook, WeChat, Twitter, Instagram, Line and YouTube for connected with customers and always upload new information at there. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of E-Recruitment on employee recruitment effectiveness. This research is a quantitative research, with a questionnaire as a method of data collection. Questionnaires were distributed to 300 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, with the criteria of respondents is generation Z, born in 1995-2010. Data analysis tools use simple linear regression. The results of this study found that E-recruitment affects the effectiveness of employee recruitment. This shows that when a company uses technology, one of them is E-recruitment, then job seekers will be interested in using the facility. Thus, companies can obtain candidates with a very large number of workers and have the opportunity to get the best competent employees.Keywords : E-Recruitment, Effectiveness Of Employee, Generation Z

Abstract

The purpose of community service activities that will be carried out is to foster an entrepreneurial spirit and increase knowledge about the business model canvas, design thinking, business plan proposal, digital marketing, and marketplace. Community Service Activities will be held at the SMK Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Depok. The target participants are students of SMK Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Depok. The problem faced by the school is the lack of training activities in schools related to entrepreneurship. The solutions offered to partners are providing training to partners on building an entrepreneurial spirit, training on digital marketing and marketplace. The method used in this PKM activity is the method of socialization / counseling, discussion, simulation, and application. The results of community service activities that have been carried out are that students of the SMK Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Depok have knowledge and are able to business model canvas, design thinking, business plan proposal, digital marketing, and marketplace.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate job security, compensation, and interpersonal relationships on job satisfaction. In addition, the purpose of this study was to see the impact of job satisfaction on job performance. This study uses a quantitative approach, and uses primary data. Questionnaires are used as a data collection tool. Respondents in this study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with the condition that they are employees in private companies who have worked for 1 year or more. Data analysis tool using SmartPLS. The results of this study are job security has an effect on job satisfaction, compensation has an effect on job satisfaction, interpersonal relationships have an effect on job satisfaction, and the final finding of this research is job satisfaction has an effect on job performance.Keywords : Job Satisfaction, Job Performance, Job Security, Compensation, Interpersonal Relationship

Abstract

This type of research is case study research. The data used in this study are primary data. The population is high school students in Lampung province. The sampling technique uses probability sampling techniques, namely Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling using the Slovin formula. Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling is a sampling technique when a population has heterogeneous members or elements and is proportionally stratified. Therefore, the sampling to be taken is high school / vocational students grade 1, 2, and 3 in this study. Furthermore, the measurement of variables in the study used the Semantic Differential Scale with factors of interest, motivation, parental background, expected work, and learning environment as variables.

Abstract

To become competitive, companies cannot rely solely on their internal factors. Macro-environmental factors have become essential for companies. These factors can be analyzed using PESTEL analysis, which shows how political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and legal aspects can affect the industry. This study examines the PESTEL framework for three industries affected by COVID-19: aviation, education, and technology. The method used is case studies where the PESTEL framework analyzes the industrial competitiveness of those three industries. The results show that each sector has different characteristics and that PESTEL factors have various effects. This study gives insights into what kind of macro-environmental factors are crucial for the industries and how companies should act to maintain their competitiveness in the industry. Additionally, risk analysis is used within this study to help companies raise their business performance and function better amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. The findings reveal that political and environmental factors significantly impact the aviation industry, social and technological factors influence the education sector, and economic and technological factors drive the e-commerce industry. This comprehensive analysis highlights the need for tailored strategies for each industry to navigate external challenges effectively. The limitation of this study is the lack of primary data. Therefore, future research using surveys or interviews can enrich this study. By understanding these dynamics, companies can develop more robust strategies to thrive in a post-pandemic world.
