Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Bogorejo Kabupaten Blora. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 136 guru yang berasal dari 22 sekolah dasar. Analisis uji prasyarat menggunakan uji normalitas, uji liniearitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji multikolinearitas. Uji hipotesis meliputi uji korelasi, uji anova, uji summary, dan uji koefisien regresi. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru sekolah dasar sebesar 78,0% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 22.0% dipengaruhi oleh faktor atau variabel lain dengan persamaan regresi sederhana Y = 12,980 + 0,638X1; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja guru sekolah dasar sebesar 62,8% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 37,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor atau variabel lain dengan persamaan regresi sederhana Y = 19,771 + 0,822X2; (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan budaya sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru sekolah dasar sebesar 65,2% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 34,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor atau variabel lain dengan persamaan regresi sederhana Y = Y = 17,169 + 0,918X3; dan (4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru sekolah dasar sebesar 77,9% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 22.1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor atau variabel lain dengan persamaan regresi berganda Y = 10,782 + 0,528X1 + 0,086X2 + 0,104X3.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Sekolah Murid Merdeka, Indonesia's first blended learning school, focusing on Total Quality Management (TQM). This study aims to describe and analyze TQM in technology-based schools in addressing the challenges of 21st-century education. The research employs a qualitative approach and descriptive case study method. Data was collected through observations, interviews, and documentation studies involving research subjects such as school development heads, teachers, and program heads at various levels. The results of the study indicate that operational control management and performance measurement are carried out based on the following principles: (1) continuous improvement, (2) establishing quality assurance standards, (3) cultural change, (4) organizational change, and (5) maintaining relationships with customers.

Abstract

Quality education must be supported by the selection of appropriate resources and learning models. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning model in improving Mathematics Learning Outcomes for Class I SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang. This research is quantitative research. The research design used was pre-experimental with a one group pretest posttest design system. The population in this study was 26 students with 14 female students and 12 male students. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample. Data collection techniques use tests. Data analysis techniques include normality tests, homogeneity tests and hypothesis tests. The results obtained were that the pretest score obtained an average score of 59.23 with a posttest score of 80.00. Based on the results of the t-test, the sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The research results show an increase in learning outcomes through the Problem Based Learning learning model in class I.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of use of technology-based learning media in mathematics learning for class VA students at Sendangguwo 01 State Elementary School student learning activity was low and learning seemed monotonous so students were less enthusiastic about studying mathematics. This research aims to analyze the use of wordwall game-based learning media on students' mathematics learning activities. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. This research was carried out in the class of VA Sendangguwo 01 State Elementary School, with 27 students as research subjects. Data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. The data analysis used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the research prove that the word wall game learning media is an interactive media that is easy to use and in learning activities can make a good contribution as a form of supporting mathematics learning activities for class VA students at Sendangguwo 01 State Elementary School. So it can be concluded that the wordwall game media has become a technology-based media in the 5.0 era. which is easy to use, interesting and creates learning, especially in mathematics subjects so that it is effective in increasing student learning activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan proses hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi struktur lapisan bumi dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam 2 siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahapan yang meliputi perencanaan (planning), tindakan (acting), observasi (observing) dan refleksi (reflecting). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VA SD Negeri Peterongan yang berjumlah 24 peserta didik yang terdiri dari 10 laki-laki dan 14 perempuan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan analisis deskripstif komparatif untuk membandingkan hasil belajar setelah tindakan siklus I dan siklus II. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, rubrik penilaian produk, tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan kuantitatif. Penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi struktur lapisan bumi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan mendapat persentase 58,3% atau 14 peserta didik yang tidak tuntas dan 41,6% atau 10 peserta didik tuntas pada siklus I. Di siklus II sebanyak 22 peserta didik tuntas dengan persentase 91,6% dan 2 peserta didik tidak tuntas dengan persentase 8,3%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran IPAS materi struktur lapisan bumi kelas V SDN Peterongan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menggambarkan kualitas layanan administrasi kepegawaian, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pendukung maupun penghambat kualitas layanan di Korwilcam Bidang Pendidikan Kecamatan Tuntang. Para peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah para pegawai pengadministrasi kepegawaian di Korwilcam Bidang Pendidikan Kecamatan Tuntang Kabupaten Semarang. Diharapkan dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan administrasi pendidikan pada Korwilcam Bidang Pendidikan Kecamatan Tuntang di Kabupaten Semarang dapat memenuhi harapan penggunanya. Salah satu ukuran keberhasilan dalam menyajikan pelayanan yang berkualitas sangat tergantung pada tingkat kepuasan pelanggan atau tenaga pendidik serta kependidikan yang dilayani. Korwilcam Bidang Pendidikan Kecamatan Tuntang telah berupaya keras untuk memberikan pelayanan yang cepat, responsif, akomodatif, inovatif, produktif, dan efisien. Selain itu, pelayanan di Korwilcam Bidang Pendidikan Kecamatan Tuntang mengedepankan lima unsur pelayanan yaitu reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, tangible. Kurang memadainya sarana prasarana menjadi faktor penghambat dalam melakukan pelayanan.

Abstract

SD Negeri Karangjati 03 tengah mempersiapkan kurikulum Merdeka berbasis digital sebagai respons terhadap perubahan paradigma pembangunan di abad ke-21. Kurikulum ini akan mencakup topik-topik seperti pembangunan kesejahteraan berbasis peradaban, modal pembangunan sebagai peradaban, modal pembangunan sebagai sumber daya manusia yang beradab, dan warga sebagai pelaku atau produsen. Dalam pergeseran paradigma pembelajaran abad ke-21, penting untuk mengembangkan pemikiran kritis dalam pengambilan keputusan, merumuskan masalah daripada hanya menyelesaikannya, dan mencari pengetahuan dari berbagai sumber. Tujuan pengembangan kurikulum ini adalah memahami landasan pengembangan kurikulum di SD Negeri Karangjati 03, mengembangkan struktur kurikulum Merdeka berbasis digital, dan memastikan relevansi pengembangan kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah tersebut. Dalam era revolusi industri keempat, pengembangan kurikulum yang khusus diperlukan untuk mendukung pembelajaran abad ke-21, termasuk peningkatan jumlah guru berkualitas dan infrastruktur sekolah yang memadai. Dengan menggunakan kurikulum Merdeka, diharapkan siswa dapat mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, pemecahan masalah, komunikasi, kolaborasi, kreativitas, dan penemuan, serta tetap terhubung dengan nilai-nilai budaya mereka. Abstract

Industry 5.0 continues to develop rapidly along with technological developments around us. The role of information technology must be able to meet organizational needs or data and system requirements that support the organization's business strategy. Management Information System is a system that processes organizational data and However, in its implementation there are several problems and challenges faced by the world of education related to digitalization, namely the professionalism of educational staff which is not yet optimal, learning strategies which are still conventional while the development of digitalization of education continues to grow, the challenge of improving the system school management information that needs to be improved, digitalization developments that must continue to be developed, as well as the challenges of advances in science and technology. Information that is useful for carrying out tasks within the organization. UPTD SPNF SKB Salatiga City in its education process also uses the dapodik management information system. Basic Education Data, hereinafter abbreviated to Dapodik, is a data collection system managed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology which contains data on schools, students, educators and educational staff, and educational substance whose data is sourced from schools which are continuously updated (update ) online. Problem formulation, namely: 1) What is the description of the implementation of digitalization of the dapodik management information system at UPTD SPNF SKB Salatiga City?, 2) What are the obstacles that occur when implementing digitization of the dapodik management information system at UPTD SPNF SKB Salatiga City? This research is field research, namely the author goes directly to the field to collect data about the implementation of digitalization of the Dapodik management information system at UPTD SPNF SKB Salatiga City. The result of the research is the implementation of digitalization of the management information system at UPTD SPNF SKB Salatiga City. Several examples have provided knowledge that has been applied. data on schools, students, educators and education personnel, and educational substance whose data comes from schools which are continuously updated online. The obstacles that occur with the implementation of this operation are the inaccuracy of time in the data input process, the application changes very quickly, namely frequent updates, the Dapodik usage guide is not detailed enough, does not explain in detail the sub menus in Dapodik, the impracticality of the Dapodik web is still semi-online, that is, you can only use 1 PC, filling in student grades in the Merdeka Curriculum has not been updated and still refers to K13, and there are too many websites connected via Dapodik which often makes operators confused, such as verval, sp.datadik, etc.

Abstract

Peranan media pembelajaran sangat penting dalam membantu memudahkan siswa memahami materi. Selain itu media pembelajaran juga membuat siswa tertarik dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan ketertarikan peserta didik pada pembelajaran Matematika kelas II di SDN Pandeanlamper 03 dengan penggunaan media konkret. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II A SDN Pandeanlamper 03. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Penggunaan media konkret dapat meningkatkan ketertarikan peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran. Terbukti pada hasil dari tindakan 1 yang hanya mencapai rata-rata 44,4%, mengalami peningkatan pada tindakan kedua dengan rata-rata 76,78%. Terdapat peningkatan sebesar 32,3%.

Abstract

The quality achievement of an educational institution can be determined in various ways, one of which is based on an integrated quality management approach/Total Quality Management (TQM). This research aims to describe the implementation of integrated quality management at SDI Al Azhar xx. The research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation studies. The research subjects were school principals, teachers and students. The results of the research show: (1) The implementation of integrated quality management really helps schools in efforts to improve quality, (2) In implementing integrated quality management, the school principal involves all school personnel, (3) In efforts to improve quality it is seen from the aspects of service, human resources , the environment, learning process, and products (graduates) of SDI Al Azhar xx are good, (4) The impact that arises from the implementation of integrated quality management is the high educational costs that must be paid by parents of students so that schools must be very clever in setting strategies in PPDB, (5) the solution is to expand the PPDB publication and schedule the PPDB time earlier.
