Abstract

Problematika guru merangkap sebagai tenaga administrasi pengelolaan dana BOS terhadap stres kerja di sekolah dasar negeri salah satunya adalah problematika yang masih belum terpecahkan solusinya, sebab pendidikan di Indonesia masih memiliki banyak sekali problematika.Tanpa disadari stres kerja pada guru meningkat akibat banyaknya problematika, dan tentu ada faktor penyebabnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti mengenai apa saja problematika yang dialami oleh guru selama merangkap sebagai tenaga administrasi pengelolaan dana BOS di kecamatan singorojo kabupaten kendal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, yang mana penyajian datanya berupa angka-angka didukung dengan diagram lingkaran untuk menggambarkan suatu fenomena yang sedang terjadi sebagai penyampaiannya kepada pembaca. penelitian ini dapat diambil simpulan bahwa hampir keseluruhan guru di Kecamatan Singorojo mengemban tugas merangkap pengelolaan dana BOS dimana dari tambahan tugas tersebut meningkatkan tingkat stres kerja mereka yang disebabkan oleh tambahan tugas dan tanggung jawab disamping mereka juga memiliki tanggung jawab tugas pokok mereka menjadi guru sebagai pendidik dan pengajar murid-murid yang mereka. Berdasarkan beberapa kuesioner yang sudah disebarkan dimana hasilnya dampak stres kerja dirasakan tidak hanya satu atau dua guru saja melainkan hampir keseluruhan guru merasakan dampak tersebut. Dalam hal ini dampak stres kerja diantaranya ialah menyita waktu dan energi, waktu guru berkurang untuk murid, beberapa guru merasa lebih sering sakit, sering merasa tidak nafsu makan dan bahkan telat makan, pernah merasa ingin putus asa, dan waktu untuk berinovasi dalam pembelajaran tidak ada.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of weight unit material using problem-based learning model for grade II students. This research was conducted at SDN Kalicari 01 Semarang involving 26 grade II students. The research method used was classroom action research method using 2 cycles. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and tests. The data obtained were then analyzed using quantitative and qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that student learning outcomes improve in each cycle. In cycle I students who reached the KKM were only 69.23% (18 students). In cycle II students who reached the KKM increased to 24 students a percentage of 92.30%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that learning outcomes on the material of units of weight of objects in grade 2 students can be improved through the use of Problem Based Learning learning model.

Abstract

Burnout in teachers will affect the teacher's mental health condition. Teacher burnout is rarely researched because it affects teacher credibility. Thus, burnout experienced by teachers must be anticipated because it will be detrimental to the teacher himself, the organization, and the students. Teachers’ self-efficacy and ICT competency are thought to influence teacher burnout. Teachers with low self-efficacy and ICT Competence will tend to be susceptible to burnout. The problem formulation in this research is “Do self-efficacy and ICT Competence have a relationship with teacher burnout?”. This research examines the relationship between self-efficacy and ICT Competence and burnout in teachers. The research uses a quantitative design with SPSS-assisted multiple linear regression. The research results showed an influence of self-efficacy on burnout, an influence of information and computer technology competence on burnout, and an influence of self-efficacy and information and computer technology competence on burnout. Researchers discussed and provided in-depth suggestions for this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe how management planning improves the quality of education at MI Al Mustajab Pringapus. This research uses a qualitative approach with this type of case study research. Research data collection techniques are: (1) observation, (2) in-depth interviews, and (3) documentation. To check the validity of the data, credibility tests are used in the form of source triangulation, triangulation methods and reference materials. The data analysis techniques used are: (1) data reduction (data reduction), (2) data presentation (data display), and (3) conclusion drawing (conclusion drawing image). The results showed that learning planning in the form of: (1) making a management plan to improve the quality of education at MI Al Mustajab Pringapus well would result in better quality education, this is proven by the improvement of madrasah accreditation, academic and non-academic achievements from madrasahs, and also enthusiastic of people abaut madrasah is increase. Artikel ini dapat diakses secara terbuka dibawah lisensi CC-BY-SA

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Work Discipline on PAUD Teacher Performance in Bandungan Raya District, Semarang Regency. The population in this study were PAUD teachers in Bandungan Raya Sub-district, Semarang Regency with a total of 167 PAUD teachers, which then obtained samples using proportional random sampling technique using the formula from Slovin as many as 118 people. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis, prerequisite test and simple regression analysis which was processed using IBM SPSS Statistic 23. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of work discipline on the performance of PAUD teachers in Bandungan Raya District, Semarang Regency, this was evidenced by the correlation between work discipline variables on performance is positive, with a calculated r value of 0.505 with Sig (2-tailed) i.e. 0.000 > 0.05. Furthermore, the value of R square is 0.255 = 25.5%, which means that the magnitude of the influence of the variable X2 on Y is 25.5% and the magnitude of other influences outside of work discipline that affect the performance of PAUD teachers in Bandungan Raya District, Semarang Regency is equal to 74.5%. Furthermore, it is known that the value of t arithmetic is 6.305 > t table (1.658). This means that there is an influence of work discipline on performance, so the hypothesis which states there is an influence of work discipline on PAUD teachers in Bandungan Raya District, Semarang Regency is declared accepted

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of organizational culture to the performance of elementary school teachers in the Regional Coordinator for Education, Jambu District, Semarang Regency. Data collection using instruments. Data processing using normality test and simple regression test. The results of the teacher's performance normality test showed the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.092 and organizational culture shows the value of Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.089. The value is greater than = 0.05.  Thus it can be concluded that the data on organizational culture variables are normally distributed. The results of the regression test show that there is a significant influence of organizational culture on performance which is stated in the equation = 54.538 + 0.353 X1 with a correlation strength of 0.267 with a contribution of 0.072 = 7.2%, meaning that the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance is 7.2% and the remaining 92 ,8% influenced by other factors

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Peran Kepala Sekolah dalam aspek Supervisi Kepala Sekolah yaitu dari segi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan tindaklanjut supervisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDIT Cahaya Ummat Kecamatan Bergas Kabupaten Semarang pada bulan Oktober 2021 sampai dengan bulan Mei  2022. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Sedangkan subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, yayasan, guru,  dan pengawas sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepala Sekolah telah melaksanakan kegiatan supervisi dengan baik mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan tindak lanjut supervisi walaupun terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi namun bisa diselesaikan dengan baik. Peran Kepala Sekolah dalam  meningkatkan  mutu akademik sanagat dominan mengingat kepala sekolah adalah orang yang paling bertanggugjawab dalam pelaksanaan manajemen di sekolah. Kepala sekolah yang mampu  mampu melakukan supervisi yang optimal akan mampu memebawa perubahan sekolah dalam rangka meningkatkan jasa pelayanan pendidikan dan mutu lulusan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Peran Kepala Sekolah sebagai edukator dalam pengembangan karakter disiplin dan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Peran Kepala sekolah sebagai manajer dalam pengembangan karakter  disiplin. Desain penelitian menmggunakan pendekatan kualitatif lapangan dengan bantuan instrument observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian di lakukan di SDIT Izzatul Islam Semarang. Hasilnya diketahui bahwa peran besar Kepala sekolah adalah sebagai educator, sekaligus manajer yang cakap untuk mengembangkan karakter siswa di skeolah. Secara umum penelitian ini mengungkap fakta bahwa kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah harus didukung dengan kemampuan sebagai pendidik agar kepala sekolah tidak hanya cakap dalam merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, dan melakukan control lapangan, tetapi juga cakap sebagai eksekutor langsung sebagai contoh bagi guru lain di sekolah yang dipimpinnya

Abstract

The purpose of the  study is to describe the principal  as a  manager and as a leader in the  development of district education This research uses qualitative descriptive methods.  The subjects of  the study were the Principal, vice principal, teachers, staff and students. Data collected through interviews, observations, and documentations.  The principal is the controller for school resources, especially teachers and school employees.  The results of this study show that the success of character development in  schools cannot be separated from the  role of  the principal.  So great is the role of the principal in the process of achieving educational goals, that it can be said that the success or failure of a school is largely determined by the quality of the principal, especially in his ability to empower teachers and employees in the direction of a conducive working atmosphere. The principal has a role and responsibility as an office manager, including predicting the future of the school, for example about the quality desired by the community, innovating by taking initiatives and creative activities for the progress of the school, creating strategies or policies to succeed these innovative thoughts, compiling plans, both strategic planning and operational planning, finding educational resources  and providing educational facilities, controlling or controlling the implementation of education and its results.  As a manager, the   principal must be able to manage the development character programs   properly, starting from planning, organizing, directing and controlling .  As a leader,    the principal  must be have to set  an example for all school members, and be able to mobilize all school members to carry out  character development  activities

Abstract

The academic quality achieved by SD Negeri Wonoyoso is very proud because of the well-organized management from planning, organizing, implementing to supervising. This study uses a qualitative approach. The research was conducted at SDN Wonoyoso. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data analysis procedure with data reduction, data presentation and data verification. While the research subjects were principals, heads of foundations, teachers, committees and school supervisors. The results showed that: 1) the implementation of academic quality management at SD Negeri Wonoyoso was carried out in a structured manner starting from planning, organizing, implementing and supervising by involving the active roles of principals, teachers, committees, heads of foundations, supervisors and parents of students. . 2) in the functions and responsibilities of academic quality in schools placing personal according to their respective competencies. 3) the obstacles experienced include the urgent need to improve coordination of each field, high loyalty, completeness of administration and infrastructure. Academic quality management is needed in changing educational organizations. This is important for organizational innovation and adaptation to management practices. Academic quality management will be realistic when placing the quality of educational services and the quality of graduates in accordance with the needs of the community
