Abstract

Studi ini mengeksplorasi hubungan antara dukungan pemerintah, pembangunan infrastruktur, akses pasar, dan pertumbuhan bisnis wirausaha di daerah perkotaan di Jawa Barat. Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian metode campuran, data dikumpulkan melalui survei dari 300 pengusaha dan wawancara dengan para pemangku kepentingan utama termasuk pejabat pemerintah, pakar industri, dan pengusaha. Analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan korelasi positif yang signifikan antara pendanaan pemerintah dan indikator pertumbuhan bisnis, serta dampak pembangunan infrastruktur dan akses pasar terhadap berbagai metrik pertumbuhan bisnis. Analisis kualitatif mengidentifikasi tema-tema utama yang berkaitan dengan pentingnya dukungan pemerintah, kualitas infrastruktur, serta ukuran pasar dan permintaan untuk keberhasilan wirausaha. Temuan-temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya menumbuhkan lingkungan yang mendukung melalui program-program dukungan pemerintah, peningkatan fasilitas infrastruktur, dan peningkatan akses pasar bagi para wirausahawan di Jawa Barat. Rekomendasi dari studi ini dapat menjadi panduan bagi para pembuat kebijakan dan praktisi dalam merumuskan strategi untuk mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis wirausaha di daerah perkotaan di Jawa Barat.

Abstract

Sungai Penuh City is one of the cities in Jambi Province with great potential in developing micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs); coffee and coffee is one of the leading commodities of Sungai Penuh City. The coffee industry in Sungai Penuh City has contributed to the local economy. However, the development of coffee MSMEs in the area is still not optimal. For this reason, a strategy is needed to develop coffee MSMEs in Sungai Penuh City by first conducting IFE and EFA analysis to determine the existing conditions of coffee MSMEs in Sungai Penuh City after knowing the internal and external factors; a SWOT analysis is carried out. The results of this study show that coffee MSMEs are on the criteria of maintaining and maintaining. Strategies that can be used in this hold and maintain position are market penetration strategies, market development, and product development

Abstract

In the cassava cracker production process in Talang Lindungi Village, three sweet potato cracker business partners were found facing Masalah. Where  there are limited drying facilities for potato crackers that are still made from plastic mats, so the drying process takes a relatively long time. This is a service that aimsto improve the welfare of the three potato cracker business partners. The method of service activity consists of 3 stages: The initial stage, namely the analysis of the situation and condition of partners in the form of identification of problems and needs. The second stage is to provide drying rack equipment and training to potato cracker business partners. The third stage is monitoring and evaluation. The results of this community service show an increase in production volume and consistency of product quality, which can increase the household income of the three business partners

Abstract

Mitra dalam PKMS ini adalah “Usaha Setia Anyaman Bambu” milik Ibu Dahliar, yang beralamat di Desa Bunga Tanjung Kecamatan Tanah Cogok, Kabupaten Kerinci. Usahanya menghasilkan Anyaman Bambu. Berdasarkan hasil kunjungan lapangan, wawancara, dan pengamatan terhadapMitra, dapat diidentifikasi beberapa permasalahan prioritas dihadapi mitra diantaranya : a) Untuk proses produksi anyaman masih menggunakan sistem manual, sehingga kapasitas produksinya relatif sangat rendah, seperti pemboran dengan sistem manual yang masih menggunakan tangan, sehingga hasil dari produksinya tidak maksimal. b) hasil dari layout produk anyaman yang tidak tersimpan dengan rapi. c) Dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan yang masih manual dan tidak termanage dengan baik.  Berdasarkan permasalahan prioritas yang harus ditangani maka beberapa solusi yang ditawarkan tim PKMS kepada  mitra adalah: a) Bidang produksi dengan Memberikan alat mesin bor dalam proses pengolahan produksi diharapkan ouput yang dihasilkan dapat membantu untuk peningkatan produktivitasnya dan juga berpengaruh pada kesejahteraan Mitra. b) Bidang Keuangan dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam membuat Laporan Keuangan berbasis Sistem Akuntansi UMKM dan Aplikasi Si APIK. c) Bidang Layout dengantersusun nya layout produk dengan baik sehingga Terjaganya hasil dari produk Anyaman. Sedangkan Target luaran PKMS ini adalah a) Meningkatkan produktivitas dari Mitra dengan penggunaan Mesin Pemboran dalam proses produksi, hal ini dapat mempercepat proses pembuatan  b) Meningkatkan kerapihan dan menariknya produk yang dipajang c) Meningkatkan pengetahuan dari Mitra untuk membuat Laporan Keuangan. Tahapan pelaksanaan yang akan dilaksanakan meliputi: Tahap Analisis Situasi dan Kondisi Mitra, Tahap sosialisasi PKMS, tahap pelatihan dan pendampingan (Pelatihan peningkatan produktivitas, Perbaikan lay out produk, pelatihan penggunaan media pemasaran berbasis digital marketing) dan tahap Evaluasi PKMS. Hasil PKMS ini dapat meningkatkan daya saing usaha mitra minimal sebesar 70%, Penerapan IPTEK sebesar 75% dan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan skill 75%.Kata Kunci : Kualitas produk, UMKM, Anyaman bambu, peningkatan pendapatan mitra, lay out produk

Abstract

The coffee agroindustry's progress in Sungai Penuh city is still not optimal because of human resources' low ability and lack of knowledge and authority about technology. It ultimately impacts the level of efficiency and productivity value of the coffee agroindustry in Sungai Penuh City. This study aims to look at the general efficiency of coffee agroindustry in Sungai Penuh City from 2017-2021 by data envelopment analysis method and measure each coffee agroindustry's productivity level Malmquist index method. The results showed from the quadrant efficiency value and productivity level of Sungai Penuh city coffee agroindustry from 2017-2021 there are three coffee agroindustries in the category of High Efficiency, High Productivity, while the other four coffee agroindustries are in the category of High Efficiency, Low Productivity, there is no coffee agroindustry in the category of Low Efficiency, High Productivity, then found there are three coffee agroindustries in the category of Low Efficiency, Low Productivity.

This paper conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to explore the evolving landscape of sustainable agriculture business in the context of government policies. The study delves into the multifaceted realm of agribusiness, examining its global significance, economic impacts, and the challenges it faces, particularly in the transition to Agriculture 4.0. The paper highlights the intricate relationship between government policies and the sustainability of agriculture businesses, addressing barriers, technological advancements, and the growing complexity of global agri-food systems. Notably, the implications for practitioners, policymakers, and researchers are elucidated, offering strategic insights for each stakeholder group. The research aims to answer three fundamental questions: the classification of existing research, identification of research trends, and the exploration of potential future research opportunities. Employing bibliometric techniques, the study presents a mapping of terms, overlay visualizations, and density visualizations to unravel the interconnectedness of research clusters and their temporal evolution. Additionally, the paper identifies the most highly cited articles and explores the thematic priorities within the discourse on sustainable agriculture and farm-related issues. Comparative analyses with previous studies in related domains contribute to a deeper understanding of the current research landscape. The findings provide actionable insights for practitioners, inform evidence-based policymaking, and guide future research endeavors in the dynamic field of sustainable agriculture business.

Abstract

This research investigates the landscape of entrepreneurship literature through a comprehensive analysis that integrates bibliometrics and keyword examination. Utilizing VOSviewer for bibliometric analysis, influential works, thematic clusters, and intellectual relationships are identified, offering a macroscopic view of the field's evolution. Concurrently, a keyword analysis illuminates prevalent themes, shedding light on the interdisciplinary nature of entrepreneurship studies. The results reveal a dynamic landscape characterized by foundational concepts, emergent trends, and a commitment to addressing societal challenges. Key themes include entrepreneurship education, economic and social development, sustainability, and gender considerations. The findings provide valuable insights for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers, guiding future research directions and informing strategies for fostering entrepreneurship in diverse contexts.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to identify key factors in travel agent management and then differentiate their impact on the value creation of these companies. Researchers group methodologies for analyzing value creation in travel agencies into several main categories. The methods are interview and economic-financial analysis. Then we identify value creation indicators to determine economic value-added options, then we conduct empirical contrast. The research results reveal that travel agents, acting as intermediaries, have become highly relevant, absorbing nearly all industries of this sector's production. The historical analysis concludes that travel agents underwent a positive evolution in value creation during the studied period. The revolution in information technology, which increased staff productivity, and the process of sector concentration and association, which increased rotation, are the main factors driving this evolution. Investments in financial assets, tangible assets, and intangible assets also play an important role in transforming the sector's productive structure. While the evolution of margins plays a less significant role in value creation, the sector faces challenges due to price wars and strong competition. The positive impact of the sector's debt also increased, contributing to a significant increase in economic value-added. Finally, travel agents need to pay attention to these factors in their management in order to remain competitive and achieve their ultimate goal of creating value in this sector.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam menggerakkan perekonomian, menciptakan lapangan kerja, dan mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan. Tujuan dilakukan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM melalui program pelatihan manajemen dan pemasara. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan studi literature atau Library Research. Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis perbandingan teori-teori yang ada dengan teori-teori sebelumnya pada literature hasil penelitian. Literature yang digunakan adalah literature dari hasil Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat atau review yang tersaji dalam artikel ilmiah berupatasi nasional dan internasional yang bersesuaian dengan topik yang akan dikaji. Berdasarkan kajian literature pada hasil dan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: dengan memberikan pelatihan manajemen dan pemasaran dapat meningkatkan kapasistas UMKM. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk memberikan solusi bagi permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu peningkatan pengetahuan tentang manajemen dan pemasaran.
