Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan model latihan keseimbangan gerak untuk sekolah dasar, 2) untuk mengukur bagaimana pengembangan model latihan keseimbangan gerak dan memperbaiki motorik anak sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini diawali dengan analisis kebutuhan dengan metode survei dan kemudian mengembangkan model latihan keseimbangan dengan karakteristik sesuai dengan hasil analisis kebutuhan. Pengembangan model latihan ini menghasilkan suatu produk dari model latihan keseimbangan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kesesuaian dengan apa yang dibutuhkan. Model latihan keseimbangan untuk sekolah dasar digunakan sebagai alat bantu agar peserta didik mampu meningkatkan kemampuan keseimbangannya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada uji coba kelompok kecil didapat rata-rata pilihan sebesar 75,60%, hal ini menyatakan bahwa model latihan keseimbangan memilki kategori baik. Sedangkan pada uji coba kelompok besar rata-rata pilihan sebesar 86,49% ini menyatakan bahwa model latihan keseimbangan memilki kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to develop a concentration training model on free throw shots basketball players and to measure the extent of the process of concentration training model on free throw shots basketball players. The process of this research began with a need analysis with field observation method and continued with the process of the development of a concentration training model on free throw shots basketball players according to the characteristics needed. The development of this training model was carried out by applying 10 steps according to Brog and Gall and producing a product from concentration training model on free throw shots basketball players according to the needs and the suitability needed. Based on the results of the analysis on the small group trials the average choice was 82.10%, whereas in the medium group trials the average values obtained was 87.56%, while in the large group trials the average choice was 90.49 %. This stated that the concentration training model on free throw shots basketball players was very feasible to use.

Abstract

This research and development aim to develop the model of hand ball handling practice. This study begins with a needs analysis with survey method and then develops a hand ball handling model with characteristics in accordance with the results of needs analysis. The development of this exercise model produces a product of a hand-balled passing practice model in accordance with the needs and conformity with the handball playing pattern. The research method used is research and development method with development steps designed by Borg and Gall. Of course, the method is modified by researchers according to the needs of the study. Are 30 physical health and recreation students who have received  handmade hand-ball training subjects before. Based on the data needs analysis results obtained that 100% of students need the development of the source of this hand ball training model. Meanwhile, according to the first expert of hand-ball training model, it?s obtained average score of 3.55 (very good) with a percentage of 88.38%, according of second expert obtained an average score of 3.79 (very good) with a percentage of 89.44%, the lecture of hand-ball training obtained an average score of 3.75 (very good) with a percentage of 93. 75%. The results of small group testing obtained an average score of 3.25 (good) with a percentage of 81.09%, while the results of large group trials obtained an average score of 3.66 (very good) with the percentage of 86.96%

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan video feedback (VFB) terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa. Metode dalam penelitian adalah eksperimen dengan desain the randomized posttest-only control group design. Penelitian dilaksanakan di STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan pada Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi (PJKR) dengan sampel berjumlah 49 mahasiswa, 23 mahasiswa diberikan feedback dengan VFB dan 26 mahasiswa sebagai kelompok kontrol. Instrumen untuk mengukur motivasi menggunakan kuesioner Situational Motivation Scale (SIMS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelas eksperimen memiliki motivasi lebih signifikan setelah diberi perlakuan VFB dalam pembelajaran futsal daripada kelas kontrol. Aktivitas pembelajaran futsal dengan menggunakan VFB merupakan salah satu strategi guru pendidikan jasmani dalam rangka mengoptimalkan lingkungan kelas untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar, meningkatkan kompetensi, meningkatkan keterampilan bermain, dan eksplorasi dalam kegiatan fisik motorik. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menggunakan VFB dalam rangka perolehan keterampilan teknik bermain futsal.

Abstract

Sepak bola merupakan sebuah permainan dengan tingkat kompleksitas yang tinggi, sehingga pemain tidak terlepas dari rasa cemas yang berlebihan, baik sebelum bertanding, pada saat bertanding, maupun mendekati waktu akhir pertandingan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan hipnoterapi dapat memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap penanggulangan tingkat kecemasan yang berlebihan terhadap pemain spak bola. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan desain the one-group pretest-posttest design. Populasi seluruh pemain Sepak bola STKIP Muhammadiyah kuningan dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 15 orang dengan teknik pengambilan samel menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen untuk mengukur gangguan kecemasan menggunakan kuesioner HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan hipnoterapi, pemain menjadi lebih percaya diri, rileks, dapat mengolah emosi, dan dapat mentransformasi kecemasan yang tinggi menjadi sebuah kesiagaan.

Abstract

Kesehatan sangat penting bagi manusia, karena tanpa kesehatan yang baik, setiap manusia akan sulit dalam melaksanakan aktivitasnya sehari-hari. Salah satu upaya untuk mewujudkan derajat kesehatan yang optimal adalah berolahraga salah satunya yaitu jogging. Namun, olahraga pada masa kini lesu hal ini terkait dengan kebijakan pemerintah terkait pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda Indonesia. Melalui kegiatan Fun Run, tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu untuk membangkitkan semangat berolahraga dengan sedikit bumbu penghargaan medali untuk semua peserta dan juga penghargaan uang untuk finisher pertama sampai ketiga untuk masing-masing kategori dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan saat pandemi Covid-19. Metode kegiatan ini yaitu dengan menyelenggarakan kegiatan Fun Run untuk masyarakat umum dengan menggandeng komunitas lari se Provinsi Gorontalo. Kegiatan ini berhasil memperoleh 81 peserta yang berjalan dengan sukses dan mendapatkan apresiasi dari peserta.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this study was to determine the effect of Reciprocal teaching styles and teaching styles Exercise as well as learning motivation towards learning outcomes Lay UpShoot.The research was conducted on students and SMA Negeri 1 Cigugur. This study uses a treatment by the level of 2 x 2. The sample consisted of 28 students as well as students. The data analysis technique is a two-track analysis of variance (ANOVA) and then followed by Tukey's test at a significance level α = 0, 05. The results of this study indicate that (1). Value of learning outcomes Lay Up Shoot in the treatment higher Reciprocal teaching style with the results of 50% (14) above the average of the value style of teaching exercises that only 39.29% (11) above average in SMA 1 Cigugur. (2). Value learning outcomes Lay Up Shoot in the treatment of Reciprocal teaching style of learning motivation high (A1B1)is higher than the value of teaching style Exercise high learning motivation (A2B1)in SMA Negeri 1 Cigugur. (3). Value learning outcomes Lay Up Shoot in the treatment of Reciprocal teaching style low learning motivation (A1B2)is lower than the value of teaching style Exercise low learning motivation (A2B2)in SMA Negeri 1 Cigugur.Keyword: Reciprocal teaching styles, teaching styles Exercise, learning motivationAbstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari gaya mengajar Resiprokal dan gaya mengajar Latihan serta motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar Lay Up Shoot. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa maupun siswi SMA Negeri 1 Cigugur. Penelitian ini menggunakan treatment by level 2 x 2. Sampel terdiri dari 28 siswa maupun siswi. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis varians dua jalur (ANAVA) dan selanjutnya dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey pada tingkat signifikansi α = 0, 05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1). Nilai hasil belajar Lay Up Shoot pada perlakuan gaya mengajar Resiprokal lebih tinggi dengan hasil 50% (14 orang) di atas rata-rata dari nilai gaya mengajar Latihan yang hanya 39,29% (11 orang) di atas rata-rata di SMA Negeri 1 Cigugur. (2). Nilai hasil belajar Lay Up Shoot pada perlakuan gaya mengajar Resiprokal motivasi belajar tinggi (A1B1) lebih tinggi dari nilai gaya mengajar Latihan motivasi belajar tinggi (A2B1) di SMA Negeri 1 Cigugur. (3). Abstract

French beans are foodstuff from agricultural products that are useful, for nutrient sources that needs continue to increase to rise as cunsumed by the whole society, so it needs to be improved productivity, for example by the giving of PGPRM. This reseacrh aims to determine the most appropiate time when giving the PGPRM which give growth and yield the best french beans. This reseacrh was conducted at the experiment station Mercu Buana University Faculty of Agroindustri Yogyakarta, located in Gunung Bulu, Sedayu, Bantul, Yogyakarta in February-April 2015. This reseacrh uses a single factor experimental design with 4 treatments were arrenged in the field using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 3 replications, namely Giving PGPRM at the time of preparation of the seed; Giving PGPRM at the planting time; Giving PGPRM one week after planting; and Giving PGPRM during vegetative growth, given once a week. The results from the reseacrh showed that while giving PGPRM (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizospheric Microorganism) effect on growth and yield french bean, that giving PGPRM once a week at the vegetative stage of growth showed a better french beans and giving PGPRM in preparing french bean seeds provide results better.Keywords : French beans, PGPRM (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizospheric Microorganism), The exact timing of PGPR

Abstract

The sport of football is a game that is very popular in all circles; it is proven that in every region that has a football field, there must be someone who plays either from achievement or to fill in his spare time. Therefore, this research aims to develop a football game that moves. This research method is development research that has been modified, starting from preliminary studies to testing products that have been designed. The result of this research is that a mobile goal football development product was created as a learning medium for junior high schools, which is adjusted to the level of development and growth of students.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the 2017 PORDA activity coaching program in Yogyakarta City. This study uses program evaluation research which consists of a context evaluation approach, input, process, product. The sample in this study used purposive sampling with criteria considered to know best about what is expected, which then determined the number of 21 people. The results of this study are that: The context evaluation approach has a good category. The input evaluation approach has a good class. The process evaluation approach has a reasonable level. The product evaluation approach has a week category. Meanwhile, the overall analysis of the context, input, process, and product management evaluation is a good category.
