Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the physical condition of each futsal player at SMA Negeri 1 Gorontalo; this was to provide an overview to the coach regarding the physical condition of each individual. This research method uses a descriptive method to reveal facts in the field; the sample of this study consisted of 33 futsal players at SMA Negeri 1 Gorontalo. The results of this study are from 33 futsal players who have been tested and measured. All players fall into the category of lacking in VO2Max conditions, strength, speed and reaction speed. This study concludes that the tests and measurements gave the coach a basic picture of the player's physical condition. Hence, the coach needs to be careful in choosing and sorting out training programs to improve the physical condition of futsal players.

Abstract

This research explores how women aged 18-22 play video games and their gaming habits regarding nutritional intake, sleeping habits, and daily physical activity while playing video games. The research method used is quantitative research with a cross-sectional research design. Data collection is carried out by collecting exposure and results simultaneously to describe the subject's characteristics and the relationship between variables. The research results were that video game players did not adopt a healthy lifestyle due to poor physical activity, poor diet, consuming relatively large amounts of caffeine while playing video games, and poor sleep quality. Conclusion: Everyone who plays video games must also pay attention to their health to live an everyday life as usual.

Abstract

There are many cases of MSMEs in Indonesia that are not precise in carrying out business strategies due to a lack of knowledge and understanding in building the business. Therefore, a business can achieve its target if the implementation of a business strategy is the driving force for increasing the income of a business. So, this study aims to analyze the strategy of an MSMEs in Waru sub-district, Sidoarjo regency with a descriptive qualitative research method and data collection using interviews, observation or observation, and data analysis was also carried out to strengthen the data needed by researchers. This study uses the SWOT theory to determine the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats at UD. ALDO MOTOR. The results of this study indicate that there are problems at UD. ALDO MOTOR is a location that is not strategic because it is not right on the main highway so consumers who want to go to the showroom location have a little difficulty with the bookkeeping at UD. ALDO MOTOR is still a mess because the owner still doesn't understand and understand.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pembinaan dalam pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan Sertifikat Halal dalam upaya memajukan usaha UMKM di Desa Jangkurang. Melalui pendampingan secara door to door terhadap warga Desa Jangkurang. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode door to door dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi terlebih dahulu kepada warga lalu mendata serta memberikan pembinaan atas pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan Sertifikat Halal. Hasil dari kegiatan Program Kerja ini bahwasanya beberapa UMKM di Desa Jangkurang belum sepenuhnya memiliki Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan Sertifikat Halal, pada kenyataannya surat tersebut sangatlah penting dan wajib dimiliki oleh setiap badan usaha, namun kami memberikan sebuah fasilitas agar setiap usaha yang ada di Desa Jangkurang ini mempunyai Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan Sertifikat Halal terkait usahanya. Karena Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan Sertifikat Halal sangat membantu dalam berbagai kegiatan usaha yang dijalankan terutama dalam hal perizinan, peminjaman, dan lainnya.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to understand preschool teachers' understanding of physical literacy in implementing children's motor activities. Physical literacy is an important concept in the physical development of young children, encompassing basic physical skills and the ability to move confidently and competently. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with several preschool teachers and observations of motor activities conducted in the classroom. The findings show that most preschool teachers have a basic understanding of physical literacy, although the level of understanding and its implementation in children's motor activities varies. Some teachers have successfully designed and carried out activities that optimally support children's motor development, while others require further knowledge enhancement and training regarding this concept. Factors influencing this understanding include educational background, teaching experience, and school support. The study concludes that enhancing the understanding of physical literacy among preschool teachers is crucial for creating an environment that fully supports children's physical development. It is hoped that the findings will contribute to the development of early childhood education curricula, particularly in relation to motor learning. Abstract

Perancangan UI/UX aplikasi Flash Coffee bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dalam melakukan pemesanan kopi secara digital. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan user-centered design (UCD) untuk memastikan aplikasi memenuhi kebutuhan dan preferensi pengguna. Proses perancangan dilakukan menggunakan software Adobe XD yang menyediakan fitur-fitur prototyping interaktif dan kolaboratif. Tahapan penelitian meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pembuatan wireframe, desain visual, hingga pengujian prototipe. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa antarmuka aplikasi yang intuitif, konsisten, dan responsif mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengguna dalam melakukan pemesanan dan pembayaran. Pengujian usability dilakukan dengan melibatkan pengguna untuk mengevaluasi kemudahan navigasi, kenyamanan visual, dan efisiensi sistem. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi penting bagi pengembang aplikasi Flash Coffee dalam mengimplementasikan desain UI/UX yang optimal untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pengguna.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the investment and trading prospects of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BBRI) shares with a fundamental and technical analysis approach. BBRI is one of the largest banks in Indonesia that focuses on financing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and has an important role in national economic growth. The results of fundamental analysis show strong financial performance with consistent net income, stable financial ratios, and significant credit growth through the distribution of People's Business Credit (KUR). On the other hand, technical analysis indicates a bullish trend in BBRI stock, with buy signals emerging from indicators such as Moving Average and Relative Strength Index (RSI). The combination of these two analyses provides a comprehensive guide for long-term investors and short-term traders to maximize profits while being mindful of market risks. This study concludes that BBRI stock offers an attractive investment opportunity, although it is necessary to consider external factors that may affect price movements.

Abstract

Hasil belajar siswa merupakan indikator penting dalam menilai efektivitas proses pembelajaran. Namun, rendahnya motivasi dan sikap belajar siswa dapat mempengaruhi pencapaian akademik mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sikap dan motivasi terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Gambar Teknik di Jurusan Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan (DPIB) SMKN 10 Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan metode analisis regresi linier sederhana dan regresi berganda. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 78 siswa yang dipilih secara acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar dengan nilai t hitung 6,992 dan signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05). Sikap juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar dengan nilai t hitung 2,819 dan signifikansi 0,006 (< 0,05). Analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar dengan nilai F hitung 63,852 (> F tabel 3,117). Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 62,7% menunjukkan bahwa variasi hasil belajar dapat dijelaskan oleh motivasi dan sikap siswa. Kesimpulannya, peningkatan motivasi dan sikap positif siswa dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar secara signifikan

Abstract

Although various theories emphasize the importance of sensorimotor activities in child development, the application of concrete media, such as sensory boards, in Montessori learning remains limited. Therefore, this study aims to develop and explore the use of sensory board media to enhance the sensorimotor skills of children in Montessori kindergartens. This research follows a Research and Development (RD) approach involving ten stages of Borg Gall’s educational research and development that the results are summarized in three key results, namely need assessment, development stage, model feasibility and product trial. The instruments used in this study included questionnaires and expert validation sheets. The findings of this study indicate the urgency of developing media that support rhythm relay activities. The results uncovered that the developed sensory board media is highly suitable for use in Montessori learning. The media expert provided a score of 89%, and the content expert rated it at 89.6%. Meanwhile, small-group testing yielded a score of 87.5%, and large-group testing resulted in 88.5%. The study suggests that sensory boards can effectively support sensorimotor development in early childhood students, and further dissemination of sensory board media in rhythm relay activities can further stimulate sensorimotor skills in early childhood.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the inbound and outbound flow processes at the frozen food warehouse of UD. Al Barkah in Palu City, Central Sulawesi. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, the research was conducted in January 2025 with data collection techniques including direct observation, in-depth interviews with 12 key informants, and document analysis. The results show several constraints in UD. Al Barkah's warehouse management includes a time-consuming goods receiving process due to the continued use of physical checking and manual documentation, inadequate implementation of information technology in managing goods movement, and an unintegrated stock management system. This research recommends several improvements, including standardization of operational procedures, implementation of warehouse management information systems, optimization of warehouse layout, enhancement of quality monitoring systems, and development of human resource competencies. Implementing these recommendations is expected to improve operational efficiency, reduce the risk of errors in goods management, and enhance the quality of UD. Al Barkah's frozen food distribution services.
