Abstract

This research aims to analyze the inbound and outbound flow processes at the frozen food warehouse of UD. Al Barkah in Palu City, Central Sulawesi. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, the research was conducted in January 2025 with data collection techniques including direct observation, in-depth interviews with 12 key informants, and document analysis. The results show several constraints in UD. Al Barkah's warehouse management includes a time-consuming goods receiving process due to the continued use of physical checking and manual documentation, inadequate implementation of information technology in managing goods movement, and an unintegrated stock management system. This research recommends several improvements, including standardization of operational procedures, implementation of warehouse management information systems, optimization of warehouse layout, enhancement of quality monitoring systems, and development of human resource competencies. Implementing these recommendations is expected to improve operational efficiency, reduce the risk of errors in goods management, and enhance the quality of UD. Al Barkah's frozen food distribution services.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to understand preschool teachers' understanding of physical literacy in implementing children's motor activities. Physical literacy is an important concept in the physical development of young children, encompassing basic physical skills and the ability to move confidently and competently. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with several preschool teachers and observations of motor activities conducted in the classroom. The findings show that most preschool teachers have a basic understanding of physical literacy, although the level of understanding and its implementation in children's motor activities varies. Some teachers have successfully designed and carried out activities that optimally support children's motor development, while others require further knowledge enhancement and training regarding this concept. Factors influencing this understanding include educational background, teaching experience, and school support. The study concludes that enhancing the understanding of physical literacy among preschool teachers is crucial for creating an environment that fully supports children's physical development. It is hoped that the findings will contribute to the development of early childhood education curricula, particularly in relation to motor learning. Abstract

Industri 4.0 telah mengubah paradigma operasional pabrik melalui digitalisasi, automasi, dan integrasi sistem berbasis cloud. Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi Node-REDsebagai gateway komunikasi antara PLC Mitsubishi Q Seriesyang digunakan pada robot spot welding 5 D03 dan server berbasis cloud, menggunakan protokol Ethernet UDP. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengatasi permasalahan integrasi antar perangkat yang memiliki protokol komunikasi berbeda, meminimalisir biaya, dan meningkatkan akurasi monitoring produksi secara real-time. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis sistem, konfigurasi parameter komunikasi, pengembangan program Node-RED berbasis flowchart, serta uji coba di lapangan pada departemen welding dan stamping. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Node-RED memberikan kompatibilitas tinggi, efisiensi biaya, dan performa konektivitas yang konsisten yang mendukung operasional sistem manufaktur berbasis cloud.

Abstract

Pengaruh keterampilan gerakan dasar, aktivitas fisik, dan motivasi berolahraga terhadap pengurangan durasi bermain video game pada siswa Sekolah Dasar Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh keterampilan gerakan dasar, aktivitas fisik, dan motivasi berolahraga terhadap pengurangan durasi bermain video game pada siswa sekolah dasar. Pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan teknik analisis jalur dan korelasi diterapkan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel independen (keterampilan gerakan dasar, aktivitas fisik, dan motivasi berolahraga) dan variabel dependen (pengurangan durasi bermain video game). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner aktivitas fisik dan tes keterampilan fisik, termasuk tes lari 30 meter, sit-and-reach, dan tes menangkap bola. Hasilnya menunjukkan korelasi positif yang signifikan antara keterampilan gerakan dasar, aktivitas fisik, motivasi untuk berolahraga, dan pengurangan waktu bermain video game. Antara ketiga hal tersebut, keterampilan gerakan dasar memiliki korelasi terkuat, diikuti oleh aktivitas fisik dan motivasi untuk berolahraga. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meningkatkan keterampilan motorik anak, meningkatkan partisipasi dalam aktivitas fisik, dan meningkatkan motivasi untuk berolahraga dapat secara efektif mengurangi ketergantungan mereka pada video game. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa intervensi yang berfokus pada peningkatan keterampilan motorik, promosi aktivitas fisik, dan penguatan motivasi berolahraga sangat penting untuk mengurangi kecanduan video game pada anak-anak. Implikasi dari temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya mengintegrasikan program aktivitas fisik dalam kurikulum sekolah serta keterlibatan orang tua dalam mendukung kebiasaan hidup sehat pada anak-anak.

Abstract

The loading in and loading out processes are crucial stages in event production. Although often invisible to the audience, they have a direct impact on the smooth running and quality of the event. This study aims to examine the implementation of the loading process at the Pancaverse event held at Depok City Square, focusing on technical dynamics, field challenges, and the implemented solution strategies. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach through a case study, where data was obtained through field observations, in-depth interviews with five key informants, and technical documentation of the event. The results show that the success of the loading process is highly dependent on several key factors, including detailed planning, clear work zone division, and responsive inter-team communication. Thorough planning before the event begins is crucial to minimize technical errors during the loading process. Furthermore, a structured work zone division facilitates coordination between teams and accelerates workflow. Effective communication between teams, both internally and with external parties, also significantly influences the smooth running of the loading process. However, external factors such as bad weather and miscommunication between vendors are major challenges faced. These challenges can impact the smooth logistics and the overall loading process. Therefore, risk mitigation is carried out through cross-checking logistics, intensive coordination with external parties, and providing backup plans in case of obstacles. The use of a logistics checklist and tagging system has also proven effective in accelerating the identification of goods during unloading, thereby streamlining the loading and unloading process. Overall, this study emphasizes the importance of technical and managerial readiness in handling the loading process as an integral part of event production. These findings are expected to provide practical insights for event industry players in designing and implementing more adaptive and efficient logistics strategies in the field.

Abstract

In the ever-evolving creative industry, event management has evolved beyond mere entertainment to become a strategic tool for conveying messages and building public awareness. This study aims to examine the crucial role of coordination in the event production process, using the Pancaverse event, a case study that focused on a sustainable lifestyle. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the study analyzes the coordination structure implemented, the cross-team communication system, and the challenges and solution strategies employed in the event's implementation. Data were collected through internal documentation, technical observations, and informal interviews with the organizing team. The results indicate that the success of the Pancaverse event was significantly influenced by a well-organized coordination structure, involving key roles such as the event director, stage manager, and vendor liaison. Each team had clear responsibilities, facilitating task allocation and ensuring the smooth running of the event. The use of communication tools such as walkie-talkies, instant messaging groups, and logistics applications significantly assisted in supporting real-time communication between teams, enabling them to stay connected and responsive to changes occurring on the ground. Obstacles encountered in the event implementation process, such as miscommunication, changes to the rundown, and external factors like weather and permits, were addressed through various strategies. Developing clear SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), technical simulations to prepare for potential issues, and incorporating buffer time into the event rundown are effective solutions to address these issues. The findings of this study confirm that solid coordination is a key element in unifying the vision, streamlining operations, and delivering an event that is not only technically successful but also emotionally and educationally impactful for the audience. Coordination in an event is not merely a technical mechanism, but also a strategic foundation that is crucial for organizing an effective and meaningful event.

Abstract

Indonesian agriculture faces various challenges such as climate change, land-use conversion, and the low interest of younger generations in the sector. To address these issues, it is necessary to improve the quality of human resources through training based on modern agricultural technology. This study aims to analyze the potential use of screenhouses in agribusiness-oriented melon cultivation and to develop a training model implemented at the UPT. Pelatihan Pertanian Jawa Timur. The methods used include participatory observation and a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing both primary and secondary data sources. The results show that screenhouses have significant potential as educational and productive facilities in enhancing the efficiency of melon cultivation through controlled growing environments, the use of technologies such as drip irrigation and direct planting systems, as well as integrated pest and disease management. In addition, the training model implemented is holistic, covering technical aspects of cultivation, agribusiness management, and digital marketing, using an andragogical approach that encourages active participant engagement. The integration of QR codes as interactive learning media further strengthens the role of technology in the training process. The optimization of screenhouses not only boosts agricultural productivity but also strengthens the capacity of young farmers to adapt and innovate in response to the dynamic future of agribusiness.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Posko 05 UNIVERSITAS PGRI Sumenep 2025 dengan tema “Merah Putih: Menjadi Mitra Kemajuan Desa” yang sejal dengan visi kelompok melalui program “Kolaborasi, Inovasi, Dedikasi untuk Kemajuan Desa.” Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan oleh 13 mahasiswa di Desa Pakandangan Sangra, Kecamatan Bluto, Kabupaten Sumenep, selama satu bulan mulai dari tanggal 23 Juli–23 Agustus 2025. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memperkuat peran mahasiswa sebagai mitra masyarakat melalui program di bidang pendidikan, sosial, dan lingkungan. Dalam pelaksanaan diawali dengan observasi desa, kunjungan ke sekolah, serta peninjauan lahan pertanian. Hasil observasi digunakan untuk menyusun program yang kemudian dikonsultasikan kepada Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan (DPL) dan Kepala Desa, sehingga program sesuai dengan kondisi dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Program utama yang dilaksanakan ( pembangunan tugu ekobrik sebagai Inovasi pengolahan sampah plastik dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan ). Dengan adanya kolaborasi, inovasi, dan dedikasi, kegiatan ini berhasil mewujudkan tujuan tema Merah Putih sebagai mitra kemajuan desa serta memberikan manfaat nyata bagi masyarakat Desa Pakandangan Sangra.
