Abstract

Rural literacy is a container for improving society's human resources by studious interest in reading and knowledge. Where that increase can be felt in terms of education, technology and economics. Therefore, the existence of a local agency has been very helpful in boosting coastal knowledge to advance and expand. The goal of this study is to identify and describe the potential of local agencies on the payable coast known as the dolphin kub (group of joint venture groups). The research site is located on Joint business group “Lumba-Lumba” selected using a stringent area technique. The identification technique of the informer used is an integral sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The authentication technique of data involves extension of participation, persistence in observation, and triangulation. As for the triangulation used were technical triangulation, source triangulation, and time triangulation. Data analysis USES the miles and huberman theory by data collecting, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The result of this research is that local institutions' role is crucial to improving community knowledge to advance and expand. Increased public knowledge can be supported by rural communities through the potential of those around and also various forms of activities

Abstract

Learning citizens must be able to use and understand things related to digital technology, this is what is called digital literacy. The purpose of this study is to identify and describe the use of digital literacy in PKBM Sunan Kalijaga. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. The research location is in PKBM Sunan Kalijaga, selected using the purposive area technique. The technique of determining informants is purposive sampling and to complete the data by selecting the category of informants using snowball sampling. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data validity checking technique using increased persistence and triangulation. Data analysis used the theory of Miles and Huberman with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that at PKBM Sunan Kalijaga literacy used the SetaraDaring application as a learning medium. Because this application was developed for distance learning equivalence education and features are complete and detailed, such as: module material, communication, assignments, exams, assessments, attendance, and virtual learning

Abstract

This study aims to determine the form of institutional strengthening carried out by the Pancer Puger Beach Tourism Community Group (Pokmas) in an effort to resolve the problems of the characteristics of coastal communities and forms of coastal community participation as a result of institutional strengthening. The research method used by researchers is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research show that institutional strengthening is an effort to build the right organization, partnerships, human resources, and processes to carry out certain plans or agendas. Community Participation is the ability possessed by community members to be involved in development activities with a sense of awareness and accountability for the potentials that can be utilized in their environment. Institutional strengthening found in this study includes institutional capacity building, human resource capacity building, service capacity building, and partnership network expansion. Meanwhile, the form of coastal community participation as a result of institutional strengthening includes economic participation, environmental participation, and socio-cultural participation

Abstract

In modern times today there are many problems that arise in society, one of which is the difficulty in finding a job due to lack of provisions or experience. Training is very important for our lives. Nowadays there are very many training institutions that have begun to emerge in big cities, therefore a new innovation has emerged, namely the Mobile Training Unit (MTU) for those who are difficult to reach the training location. This study used a qualitative research approach. UPT Jember Regency Job Training Center as a research site using purposive area, observation, interviews, and documentation. As for the technique of determining research informants using snowball sampling, the key informants of this research are MTU program managers, and supporting informants are MTU participants. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The conclusion of this study is that the management carried out by instructors from UPT Job Training Center has been effective and efficient in empowering trainees.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to describe the local knowledge ofcoastal women in the management of fisheries resources (study oncoastal women of Puger, Jember Regency). Local knowledge ofcoastal women is analyzed through the theory of ecofeminism.Meanwhile, the management of fisheries resources carried out bywomen can be seen from community participation andcommunication skills. The type of research used is descriptive witha qualitative approach. Data collection techniques throughobservation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysistechniques used were data reduction, data presentation, andconclusion drawing. The results showed that coastal women's localknowledge is based on their experience from generation togeneration which will cause them to be able to dominateparticipation in fisheries resource management. The ability ofcoastal women in selling their catches is based on theircommunication skills. In the view of ecofeminism, the involvementof coastal women must be recognized in managing and protectingnature in addition to their needs

Abstract

Dalam mengembangkan aspek perkembangan motorik pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di PAUD Kartini melalui pembelajaran seni tari gandrung memiliki posisi sangat penting karena pembelajaran seni tari gandrung yaitu media seni yang diungkapkan melalui media gerakan tubuh. Namun yang perlu diketahui adalah bagaimana pembelajaran seni tari gandrung itu berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan motorik anak. Sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan motorik anak melalui pembelajaran seni tari gandrung. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan analisis data yaitu model Miles dan Huberman data informasi yang dibutuhkan akan diperoleh melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gerekan kaki dan gerakan persendian anak sudah mampu melakukannya tetapi masih dalam bimbingan guru, pada gerakan jari dan permainan sampur anak sudah mampu meskipun belum sempurna. Hal tersebut untuk melatih otot-otot motorik kasar dan motorik halus anak, serta melatih rasa percaya diri anak. Dengan pembelajaran seni tari gandrung terhadap perkembangan motorik anak yang sebelumnya anak kurang aktif untuk bergerak setelah mengikuti pembelajaran seni tari gandrung ada peningkatan terhadap perkembangan motorik kasar dan motorik halusnya dan manfaatnya juga sudah dirasakan kepada orang tua murid setelah anaknya di ikutkan kegiatan ektrakulikuler pembelajaran seni tari gandrung. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran literasi informasi masyarakat pesisir Puger Wetan dalam pengelolaan lingkungan pesisir. Literasi informasi merupakan kunci untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumberdaya masyarakat pesisir khususnya dalam hal pengelolaan lingkungan. Penelitian dilakukan di kawasan pesisir Puger Wetan. Jenis penelitian yang diterapkan adalah penelitian korelasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Literasi informasi masyarakat pesisir memiliki skor melebihi rata-rata yang artinya bahwa kemampuan literasi masyarakat pesisir sudah berada pada kategori sangat baik Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan literasi informasi masyarakat pesisir cukup baik dengan tingkat literasi menujukkan nilai yang cukup besar. Kemampuan literasi yang cukup baik berdampak pada kemampuan pengelolaan lingkungan. Kemampuan literasi informasi ternyata mampu memberikan damapak yang positif terhadap pengelolaan lingkungan pantai pesisir

Abstract

Kompetensi profesional instruktur merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar pada peserta pelatihan. Hasil belajar itu sendiri adalah tujuan dari pembelajaran pada lembaga kursus dan pelatihan. Oleh sebab itu, instruktur harus menguasai kompetensi sebagai seorang pelatih agar dapat memberi pengajaran yang efektif. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah, maka peneliti dapat merumuskan masalah yaitu adakah hubungan antara kompetensi profesional instruktur dengan hasil belajar pada peserta pelatihan di lembaga kursus dan pelatihan El-Rahma Jember?. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah dakah hubungan antara kompetensi profesional instruktur dengan hasil belajar pada peserta pelatihan di lembaga kursus dan pelatihan El-Rahma Jember. Manfaat dari penelitian ini yaitu digunakan sebagai masukan yang terkait dengan kompetensi profesional instruktur dengan hasil belajar untuk peserta pelatihan, instruktur dan pengelola lembaga kursus dan pelatihan El-Rahma Jember, serta prodi PLS. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan datanya menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis menggunakan rumus korelasi tata jenjang yang dibantu dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) seri 24.0. Dari proses tersebut diketahui adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kedua variabel yang menunjukkan bahwa r hitung sebesar 0,713. Jika dikonsultasikan dengan harga r tabel sebesar 0,506 pada taraf kepercayaan 95%, menunjukkan bahwa r hitung > r tabel = 0,713 > 0,506. Saran dari penelitian ini yaitu bagi pengelola dan instruktur agar dapat menguasai kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh instruktur. Bagi pembaca skripsi ini dapat kiranya mengambil point penting dari hasil penelitian ini. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut terkait dengan faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar pada peserta pelatihan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran boneka gender dan buku cerita terhadap perkembangan kognitif dan sosio emosional anak usia dini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.Lokasi penelitian ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling area. Kelompok penelitian dibentuk menjadi dua jenis, yaitu kelompok kontrol yang tidak memperoleh perlakuan khusus dan kelompok eksperimen dengan perlakuan berupa pembelajaran menggunakan media boneka gender dan buku cerita. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa ada pengaruh dari media pembelajaran boneka gender dan buku cerita. Berdasarkan uji regresi, nilai R square pada kelompok kontrol sebesar 33% sedangkan pada kelompok eksperimen sebesar 40,4%, hal ini menunjukkan jika kelompok eksperimen memiliki perkembangan kognitif dan sosio emosional yang lebih baik daripada kelompok kontrol. Artinya media pembelajaran boneka gender dan buku cerita yang diterapkan pada kelompok eksperimen dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif dan sosio emosional anak usia dini.
