Abstract

Some microorganism can be amylose degradation which have large starchcomponent in plant. A research about isolation and identification of fungusdegradation in core of plant sago (Metroxylon sagu Rottb.), had been doneusing purposive sampling method, isolation and selection of microbes alreadyexisted in sago. This research aimed to look fungus species in core of plant sagowhich amylose degradation potential and to know can be able in amylosedegradation. Result showed that species of fungus have amylose degradationpotential. Kinds of fungus isolate which founded are Aspergillus niger,Geotrichum sp., Aspergillus oyzae dan Rhizopus oryzae. All the fungus isolatehave good and big potential in amylose degradation with afforded to starchdegrade at medium to fast rate

Abstract

The aims of this study was to determinethe species of birds in Sipogas lake. This study has been carried out in december 2014 to Januari 2015 with survey method andline transek. Birds which founded than identified by describing the species of the birds.Result showed 3 order, 8 family, 9 genera, 11 species and total 53 individual of birds was found in this study. The species were Aplonis pananyensis, Choloropsis cynopogon, Delichon dasypus, Geopelia striata, Loriculus galgulus, Passer montanus, Prinia inornata, Pycnonotus aurigaster, P. brunneus, P. simplex dan Streptopelia chinensis.

Abstract

Dragonflies (Anisoptera) plays an important role for the sustainability of ecosystems. In an ecosystem, these insects serve as bio-indicators of the environment. This study aims to determine the species of dragonflies in Local Komplek Perkantoran Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. This study has been conducted on December 2014 with a survey method. Dragonflies are then identified by describing the types of dragonflies are obtained. Results of the study found 5 species including to 1 family and 4 genera with 17 individuals. As for the types of dragonflies obtained is Orthetrum sabina, O. chrysis, Pantala faverscens, Portamarcha congeners and Diplocoded trivialis

Abstract

The study to determine the effect of cooperative learning team assisted individualization (TAI) on learning outcomes biology class XI MA PP. Hasanatul barokah. This is a quasi- experimental study with a sample of students class XI A and XI B. the design study control group postest-only design. The result of the analysis of data obtained an average of 79,8 experimental class learning outcomes and grade control 78. Can thus be concluded that the implementation of cooperative learning team assisted individualization (TAI) provides a positive effect on learning outcomes biology class XI MA PP. Hasanatul Barokah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the influence of educational kooperatif type TGT model to result biology education for seven grade students SMPN 3 Rambah Hilir for object klasification. This research is as reseach an un real eksperiment, To take sampel with tecnic purposive sampling, This sampel the seven student grade class VIIA as the eksperiment and class VIIC as the instrument control. That using as the test.t. Result data count is deferent average both of the groups gets taccount = 3,50 with ttable =2,0066.for significant 5% (3,50 > 2,0066,) so we can conclude that any influence educational model cooperative TGT to result biology educational seven grade student SMPN 3 Rambah Hilir for topic object klasification the year 2014/2015.

Abstract

Theaims of thisstudy was to determine the species of ferns along the campus road Pasir Pengaraian Universitytoward the Local Governmentof Rokan Hulu Regency. Results showed there were 7 families and 10 species of fernsCyclosorus interruptus, Davallia denticulata, D. solida, Drynaria quersifolia, D. rigudula, Gleichenia linearis,Neprholepis bisserata, N. falcata, Lygodium flexuosum dan Selaginella doederleinii.

Abstract

Study about the diversity of fresh fish that sold in Modern Market Rokan Hulu Regency Riau Privince has been conducted in December 2014 to Januari 2015 by using survey method. Result showed 24 species of fresh fish were found, they were Caesio caerulaurea, C. cuning, Caranx rotteri, Channa striata, C. Micropeltes, Clarias gariepinus, C. batrachus, Cyprinus carpio, Elagatis bipinnulata, Euthynnus affinis, Hampala macrolepidota, Lutjanus sanguineus, Mastacembelus erythrotaenia, Monopterus albus, Mystus nemurus, Ompok hypophthalmus, Oreochromis niloticus, Osphronemus gouramy, Pangasius pangasius, Pristolepis grooti, Rasbora caudimaculata, Rastrelliger kanagurta, Thynnichthys polylepis and Wallago leeri

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the effect of cooperative learning type of Think Pair Share toward biological student’s learning result on the human digestive system at grade VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Kepenuhan hulu for academic years on 2014/2015. The method was quasi experiment with Control Group Pretes-Posttest Design type. The sample was taken by using Purposive sampling. The sample was students as experiment class at grade VIIIA and students as a control class at grade VIII B. The instrument of the study was the test. The data analysis used t-test, and obtained ttest = 3,74 of significant 0,05 that ttable = 2,03 , so it can be concluded that by t-test> t-table means that alternative hypothesis was accepted

Abstract

This study about species of selais fish (Pisces: Siluridae) in Kumu river Rokan Hulu Regency Riau Province which has been carried out from July to September 2014. The study was conducted by survey method mean while samples were collected by stratified sampling method. Samples were caught later identified and analyzed by describing the fish until species that were obtained from catching by usinggill nets, fish netand fishing with three repetitions on the upperstream, middlestream and downstream. Results showed 114 individual of selais fish were found with five species, namely Ompok eugeneiatus, O. hypophthalmus, Kryptopterus schilbeides, K.mononema, K.limpok

Abstract

Study on diversity of bada fish (Pisces: Rasbora) in Kumu River Pasir Pengaraian Rokan Hulu, Riau has been conducted from July to September 2014 by using the survey method. Samples were collected with gill nets, acting nets, hooks and trap by stratified sampling method with three repetitions in upperstream, middlestream, and downstream. Result showed, five species were found as Rasbora caudimaculata, R. argyrotaenia, R. trilineata, R. elegans, and R. rutteni. The environmental factors that affect diversity of the fish were temperature, pH, depth, current speed, DO, BOD5, and CO2, while the TSS was not affect.
