Abstract

The rapid development of information technology encourages companies to improve customer service quality through integrated information systems. PT Goresan Pena Runcing, a company engaged in business legality services, still faces challenges in customer data management, communication history recording, service monitoring, and customer follow-up processes that are handled manually. These conditions reduce operational efficiency and may affect service quality. This study aims to design and develop a web based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application capable of managing customer data centrally, recording communication activities, monitoring service progress, and generating reports automatically. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The results indicate that the proposed CRM application can improve operational efficiency, simplify customer data management, accelerate service monitoring, and support data-driven decision-making processes. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen the company's competitiveness in the business legality service sector.

Abstract

Public service is one of the primary functions of village government in fulfilling administrative needs and delivering information to citizens. However, the manual service process currently implemented at the Bojong Village Office causes several problems, including delays in handling reports, difficulties in retrieving data, lack of transparency in service status, and risks of archive loss. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Helpdesk Ticketing Information System to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of public services. The system development method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, and Apache technologies. The results indicate that the system provides online complaint services, real-time report tracking, structured data management, and improved service transparency. The implementation of this system is expected to support the digital transformation of public services at the village level and increase community satisfaction with government services.

Abstract

Raudlatul Makfufin Braille Printing Foundation (YARFIN) is a social institution producing Braille books for the visually impaired with a production capacity of 150 books per day. The production process requires book catalogue data in database format before being sent to the printing machine. However, data is still stored manually in separate Microsoft Excel files, making the transfer to the database a time-consuming manual process. This condition hinders the targeted increase in production capacity. This study develops a web-based application using PHP, MySQL, and the PhpSpreadsheet library to automatically convert book data from Excel to MySQL through validation, duplicate cleaning, and column mapping processes. Development uses the waterfall method with data collected through observation and interviews. Black-box testing on 10 scenarios shows a 100% success rate across all features. This system is expected to accelerate production datapreparation and support the improvement of YARFIN's printing capacity.

Abstract

Omaira Fas Internet is an Internet service provider (ISP) based on the RT/RW Net WiFi network that specializes in network installation, network maintenance, and customer service. In addition to its full-time staff, the company regularly hosts a significant number of students participating in Field Work Practice (PKL) programs from various vocational schools, with the number sometimes reaching dozens of students during certain periods. Currently, the attendance process at Omaira Fas Internet is still done manually by sending photos to a WhatsApp group as proof of attendance. This process poses several challenges, such as attendance data that is not systematically organized, the difficulty of compiling attendance records, and suboptimal supervision of PKL students. The objective of this internship is to design and develop a web-based attendance system that can assist the company in managing employee and PKL student attendance data more effectively and accurately. The methods used in preparing this report include observation, interviews, and literature review, while the system development method employs the Waterfall model. The developed system features QR code scanning, selfies for attendance validation, office location radius validation, check-in and check-out attendance, leave and sick leave, automatic attendance summaries, user data management, WhatsApp notifications to parents and supervising teachers, as well as report export to Excel and PDF formats. The expected outcome of this system is the creation of a more effective, accurate, and structured attendance process, as well as simplifying the task of managing and reporting attendance data for interns and employees for company administrators.

Abstract

Inventory management is an important aspect of company operations as it plays a role in maintaining product availability and supporting business processes. PT. Perfekta Nusa still faces several challenges in inventory management, such as unintegrated recording processes, delays in data updates, and the potential for errors in inventory input and reporting. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Inventory Management Information System at PT. Perfekta Nusa using the Waterfall system development method. The stages carried out include requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using web-based technology with MySQL database support. The main features developed include user authentication, product data management, incoming and outgoing goods transactions, inventory monitoring, and report generation. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method and showed that all system functions operated according to requirements. The results indicate that the developed system can improve inventory management effectiveness, minimize recording errors, and accelerate data processing and information presentation.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap berbagai aspek bisnis, termasuk strategi pemasaran produk. CV Banbuk Mandiri Jaya merupakan perusahaan distribusi yang masih menggunakan metode pemasaran konvensional dalam memperkenalkan produk kepada pelanggan dan mitra bisnis. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan keterbatasan jangkauan promosi, lambatnya penyampaian informasi produk, serta kurang optimalnya proses pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh tim sales. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi E-Catalogue berbasis web yang dapat digunakan sebagai media pemasaran digital yang efektif, modern, dan mudah diakses. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, serta metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Waterfall yang terdiri dari tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem yang dikembangkan memiliki fitur utama berupa katalog produk digital, pencarian dan filter produk, pengelolaan data produk oleh administrator, integrasi kontak WhatsApp untuk pemesanan, serta tampilan responsif yang dapat diakses melalui berbagai perangkat. Implementasi sistem dilakukan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem E-Catalogue yang dibangun mampu meningkatkan efektivitas penyampaian informasi produk, mempermudah tim sales dalam melakukan promosi, memperluas jangkauan pemasaran, serta meningkatkan citra profesional perusahaan. Selain itu, pelanggan dapat memperoleh informasi produk secara cepat dan real-time tanpa harus menunggu proses manual dari pihak perusahaan. Dengan adanya sistem ini, proses pemasaran di CV Banbuk Mandiri Jaya menjadi lebih efisien, terukur, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis di era digital.

Abstract

The employee attendance recording process in the company was previously conducted manually, causing delays, data inaccuracies, and difficulties in monitoring attendance. To address these issues, a mobile-based attendance system was designed to improve efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility for both employees and management. The system was developed using web and Android platforms, with observation, interviews, literature study, and descriptive methods applied for requirements analysis and system design. Key features include employee login, real-time attendance recording, admin monitoring, and monthly attendance reports. Testing showed that the system accelerates the attendance process, reduces recording errors, and facilitates employee attendance monitoring. With the implementation of this system, the company can manage attendance data in a structured, transparent, and integrated manner, thereby enhancing human resource management quality.

Abstract

Divisi pengiriman pada perusahaan logistik saat ini masih mengandalkan sistem konvensional berbasis lembar kerja elektronik untuk mencatat pergerakan paket. Praktik ini mengakibatkan rendahnya efisiensi waktu, tingginya potensi kekeliruan entri data, serta absennya arsip mutasi status kiriman yang terdokumentasi dengan baik. Studi ini bertujuan membangun aplikasi pelacakan nomor resi daring bernama WaybillTracker sebagai pengganti aliran kerja tradisional tersebut. Pendekatan pengembangan yang dipakai adalah model air terjun dari SDLC, yang mencakup tahapan penggalian kebutuhan, penyusunan desain dengan UML, penulisan kode menggunakan PHP murni dan basis data MySQL, serta uji coba dengan metode kotak hitam. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem yang memiliki fasilitas pengelolaan data resi, konversi dokumen Excel, modifikasi status pengiriman (eksekusi tunggal maupun massal), pelacakan resi secara langsung, serta pengaturan akun dengan dua tingkatan wewenang (Pengelola dan Operator). Verifikasi menggunakan metode kotak hitam terhadap 25 situasi uji menunjukkan seluruh fungsi berjalan seperti yang diantisipasi (tingkat kesuksesan 100%). Dengan diterapkannya sistem ini, diharapkan terjadi peningkatan produktivitas kerja di area gudang, penurunan frekuensi kekeliruan pencatatan, serta ketersediaan layanan penelusuran paket yang lebih terbuka bagi konsumen.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 1 Jakarta mengelola berbagai aset institusional meliputi peralatan laboratorium, komputer, perlengkapan kelas, dan sarana penunjang lainnya. Sistem pengelolaan inventaris yang berjalan saat ini masih menggunakan metode manual berbasis Microsoft Excel dan catatan kertas, sehingga berpotensi menyebabkan kehilangan data, keterbatasan pemantauan kondisi aset secara real-time, serta ketidakakuratan laporan inventaris. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen inventaris aset berbasis web untuk menggantikan sistem manual dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metodologi SDLC Waterfall dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Stack teknologi yang digunakan meliputi React.js untuk antarmuka pengguna, Node.js untuk pemrosesan backend, PostgreSQL dan Supabase untuk manajemen basis data berbasis cloud, serta Tailwind CSS untuk tampilan antarmuka. Sistem yang dihasilkan mencakup fitur manajemen data aset, kategorisasi, pemantauan kondisi, pengelolaan transaksi peminjaman dan pengembalian, pelaporan inventaris real-time, dan manajemen pengguna berbasis peran. Hasil pengujian Black Box Testing menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan 100% pada dua belas skenario pengujian fungsional yang dilakukan. Implementasi sistem ini secara nyata meningkatkan akurasi data, mempercepat proses pelaporan, dan meminimalkan risiko kehilangan data inventaris aset di SMK Negeri 1 Jakarta.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi memberikan kemudahan dalam pengelolaan data dan penyampaian informasi secara lebih efektif dan efisien. Namun, pada tingkat organisasi masyarakat seperti Rukun Tetangga (RT), pengelolaan data warga dan pencatatan kas masih sering dilakukan secara manual menggunakan buku catatan sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, kesulitan dalam pencarian data, serta kurangnya transparansi dalam penyampaian laporan keuangan kepada warga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi pengelolaan dan pelaporan kas serta data warga berbasis web di lingkungan RT 01 RW 10 Kelurahan Cipulir, Kebayoran Lama. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Next.js dan basis data PostgreSQL dengan dua peran pengguna yaitu admin dan warga. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi lapangan dan studi literatur. Pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box Testing terhadap sepuluh skenario fungsional utama menghasilkan seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai kebutuhan. Sistem yang dibangun mampu meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi serta transparansi laporan keuangan kepada warga.
