Abstract

Teknologi internet telah menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari kehidupan manusia di era modern ini. Masyarakat yang bergantung pada teknologi dan internet menginginkan efisiensi dan kemudahan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, salah satunya dalam hal berbelanja. Tren belanja online berdampak pada e-commerce secara keseluruhan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh positif perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, website design terhadap customer satisfaction dan pengaruh customer satisfaction terhadap purchase intention pada e-commerce serta menambah variabel information quality yang berpengaruh positif terhadap customer satisfaction. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada individu yang telah melakukan pembelian pada platform e-commerce setidaknya minimal 5 kali dalam 1 tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner online (Google Form) yang disebarkan kepada 263 responden. Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil yang telah didapatkan adalah perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, website design, information quality berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap customer satisfaction, dan customer satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of investment knowledge , and risk perception on investment interest , and determine whether technological advances can moderate their influence. This study uses a population of all students of the Faculty of Economics in the Provinces of Central Java, West Java, East Java, and the Special Region of Yogyakarta they were born in 1998-2003. Data analysis uses the E-views application by analyzing the validity, reliability, classical assumptions, regression analysis , and moderated testing. The results of this study indicate that the more you have adequate knowledge, especially on stock indexation, one of which is IDX-MES BUMN 17, the higher the interest in investing in the capital market. The existing technological advances are can also moderate the effect of investment knowledge , and risk perception on investment interest. If the desired increase in investment interest is in the advancement of the Islamic capital market, especially among Z-generation, then what needs to be improved

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara perilaku mencari variasi, tingkat kepuasan, dan loyalitas pengguna Netflix di Kota Pontianak dengan kinerja situs website Netflix menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0. Populasinya adalah semua pengguna Netflix di Kota Pontianak dan sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga jumlah sampel mencapai 100 responden yang digunakan sebagai minimal responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner online yang disebarkan melalui Google Form. Hasil analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) 3.0 menunjukkan bahwa kualitas kegunaan, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas interaksi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sedangkan kepuasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Namun, perilaku mencari variasi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

The millennial generation dominates digital banking activity in Indonesia becauseof their dynamic behavior in accessing the internet. This study will analyze theeffects of Millennial behavior and their perception of Islamic banks on theirinterest in using its mobile banking with PLS analysis. The results showed thatonly Millennials' online behavior significantly influenced their perception ofIslamic banking and their interest in using mobile banking of Islamic banks, whileMillennials' financial behavior only influenced their interest in using it.Conversely, Millennial online transportation behavior does not affect eitherperception or interest in using mobile banking of Islamic banks. This study alsoshows that although Millennials' online and financial behavior significantly affectstheir interest in using mobile banking of Islamic banks, most Millennials prefer touse e-wallets such as Go-pay or OVO for their daily online transactions’ activitiesfor several different reasons.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dan menguji faktor apakah yang mempengaruhi perilaku pencari kerja generasi z yang ada di Provinsi Riau. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Provinsi Riau. Teknik pengambilan menggunakan Teknik pengambilan sampel Taro Yamane dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 mahasiswa Gen Z yang ada di Provinsi Riau yang berfokus pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Angkatan 2019 karena mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang akan menjadi pencari kerja yang relevan dengan topik yang akan diteliti. Alat analisis penelitian ini menggunakan anailisis jalur dengan menggunakan smartPLS. Dari hasil yang penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, fleksibilitas kerja dan reputasi perusahaan pada pencari kerja mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Provinsi Riau mempengaruhi perilaku mereka dalam mencari pekerjaan, hasil tersebut dapat menjadi referensi penyedia lapangan kerja yang ingin melakukan perekrutan generasi z di Provinisi Riau agar memberikan lingkungan kerja yang baik serta jam kerja yang fleksibel untuk meningkatkan reputasi perusahaan sehingga banyak diminati pencari kerja generasi z. Kata kunci: Lingkungan kerja; Fleksibilitas kerja; job seeking behavior.

Abstract

Among many of the government-sector programs are the Top Priority and National Priority Programs. These programs translate the government's vision, which is known as Nawacita. It is undeniable that the Top Priority and National Priority Programs certainly require a budget. However, whether the Top Priority and National Priority programs received preferential treatment in budgeting still became an issue. For this reason, this study was intended to analyze whether there was any special treatment given to the budgeting process compared to other programs in general. This qualitative research utilized a case study model based on observations, interviews, and literature studies on Performance-Based Budgeting (PBB) management in the public sector. It was revealed that there was no special treatment for budgeting the Top Priority and National Priority Programs. This study also found several problems related to the budgeting coordination, so that activity plans were not fully following the budget. Finally, this study suggested that a greater need for budgeting skills and the importance of detailing budget information were also crucial.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work discipline, motivation, income, on morale in improving employee performance at BP Swalayan in Peureulak District. The data used in this studyis primary data using a questionnaire and distributed to the respondents in the study. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this studyshows that the variables of work discipline, motivation, income have no effect on employee performance. For work discipline and motivation variables have no effect on morale. Meanwhile, leadership style and work enthusiasm affect employee performance. Leadership style and income variables influence work morale. The variables of work discipline and motivation have no effect on morale through employee performance. Leadership style and income variables affect morale through employee performance. The adjusted R Square value of the variable leadership style, work discipline, motivation, income, and morale is able to explain the employee performance variable of 85.3% and the Adjusted R Square Value of the morale variable is 40.5%.

Abstract

In financial market dynamics, a deep understanding of economic factors that affect JCI performance such as interest rates, inflation, and the rupiah exchange rate is essential in making investment decisions. This study aims to analyze the effect of interest rates, inflation, and the rupiah exchange rate on JCI with profitability as moderation. Through a quantitative approach with purposive sampling techniques in 21 LQ45 companies, data were analyzed using SPSS 26. The results showed that interest rates had a negative and significant impact on JCI, while inflation and the rupiah exchange rate had a significant positive impact. Profitability managed to moderate the relationship between interest rates and inflation with JCI significantly. However, profitability did not have a significant impact in moderating the relationship between the rupiah exchange rate and JCI. Researchers highlighted that the combination of low interest rates, controlled inflation, and stable exchange rates boosted JCI growth and the economy as a whole.

Abstract

Researches of Organizational Ccommitment had become the popular topic to be one of the main ways to achieve the organizational goal. The objective of this study is to find the strategy to improve.organizational commitment of the employee. This study conducted among employees of Education Office in Bogor, Indonesia. The sample for the study consisted of 107 permanent employees derived randomly from its population. The study mainly utilized quantitative data (from questionnaires). The regression (path analysis) used to find out the relationship among variables. The findings revealed that self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Similarly, job involvement had positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Research finding also shows that self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through job involvement. Based on the research finding, this study proposed some recommendations toward employee at Education Office to strengthen indicators of self-efficacy and job involvement in order to improve employees’organizational commitment.

Abstract

Pengkajian keunggulan kompetitif memiliki tujuan yaitu menganalisis variabel budaya serta kapabilitas dengan strategi keunggulan kompetitif usaha kecil orang asli Papua yang ada di Kota Jayapura. Kategori riset ini merupakan kajian survey. Dengan pendekatan riset adalah metode kuantitatif riset. Jangka waktu riset digunakan cross sectional dan lokasi penelitian melibatkan pelaku usaha kecil yang beraktifitas pada bisnis jasa dan dikelola serta dimiliki oleh orang asli Papua yang berdomisili di Kota Jayapura, subyek penelitian adalah para usaha kecil orang asli Papua di Kota Jayapura. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian menggunakan teknik sampling nonprobabilitas, jumlah sampel sesuai dengan prosedur Structural Equation Modeling, maka diperoleh jumlah sampel 150 orang responden.Sesuai karakteristik usaha kecil orang asli papua yang berada di Kota Jayapura. Setelah melakukan pengamatan intensif pada kuisioner, dan disesuaikan dengan sampel yang benar-benar valid untuk dianalisa pada riset ini diperoleh 114 lembar jawaban responden. Pada riset ini diperoleh juga data-data kualitatif dari informan dimana informan tersebut merupakan pimpinan usaha kecil orang asli Papua, dan informan tersebut merupakan pelaku usaha kecil yang sangat berhasil dan sudah menjalankan usaha kecil atau bisnis kecil kurang lebih lima tahun keatas. Pembahasan pada riset ini dapat membuktikan budaya orang asli Papua memiliki keterkaitan yang erat terhadap peningkatan kapabilitas usaha kecil orang asli Papua. Serta mampu meningkatan keunggulan kompetitif berkelanjutan usaha kecil orang asli Papua dan didukung juga melalui pembahasan kualitatif yang mendukung hasil pembahasan kuantitatif.
