Abstract

This article aims to develop learning tools using the PBL model with SA-TPACK on the water cycle science material for fifth-grade students of SDN Bulusari 3. The background of this study is the problem that fifth-grade students of SDN Bulusari 3 still have difficulty in understanding the water cycle material and students often get bored during the learning process. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model which includes the stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research instruments are interviews, validation by validator 1 and validator 2, response questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. Data analysis techniques include qualitative and quantitative analysis. The validation results show that the learning tools using the PBL model with SA-TPACK meet the criteria of Very Valid with validator 1 obtaining results of 93% and validator 2 obtaining results of 97%. The practicality of the learning tools based on the teacher response questionnaire obtained results of 92% and student responses of 94%, included in the Very Practical category. The effectiveness test shows that 89% of students achieved learning mastery with post-test scores above the KKM, included in the Very Effective category. The learning toolkit using the PBL model with SA-TPACK was declared valid, practical, and effective for use in science teaching, particularly on the air cycle. This learning toolkit can be an alternative solution to improve elementary school students' understanding and learning outcomes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan model PBL dengan SA-TPACK pada materi IPA siklus air siswa kelas V SDN Bulusari 3. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah permasalahan bahwa siswa kelas V SDN Bulusari 3 masih mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami materi siklus air dan siswa sering bosan selama pembelajaran berlangsung. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi tahapan: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Instrumen penelitian berupa wawancara, validasi oleh validator 1 dan validator 2, angket respon, serta tes hasil belajar. Teknik analisis data meliputi analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan model PBL dengan SA-TPACK memenuhi kriteria Sangat Valid dengan diperoleh hasil validator 1 93% dan validator 2 diperoleh hasil 97%. Kepraktisan perangkat pembelajaran berdasarkan angket respon guru memperoleh hasil 92% dan respon siswa 94%, termasuk dalam kategori Sangat Praktis. Uji keefektifan menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh 89% siswa mencapai ketuntasan belajar dengan nilai post-test di atas KKM, termasuk dalam kategori Sangat Efektif. Perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan model PBL dengan SA-TPACK dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPA, khususnya pada materi siklus air. Perangkat pembelajaran ini dapat menjadi alternatif solusi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan hasil belajar siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how school principals implement transformational leadership in an effort to improve the quality of human resources (HR) in education at SDIT Jayapura. The approach used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and document study. The informants in this study include the principal, permanent teachers, and student representatives. The research findings indicate that the school principal implements four dimensions of transformational leadership. First, idealized influence is demonstrated through exemplary behavior in discipline, integrity, spirituality, and an inclusive attitude. Second, inspirational motivation is reflected through verbal and nonverbal support for teachers, viewing the profession as a form of worship, and a culture of sharing best practices within the school environment. Third, intellectual stimulation is shown through the encouragement of critical, creative, and continuous thinking, although the description only mentions this through examples of discipline and integrity. Fourth, individual consideration is evident in the principal's attention to the individual needs of both teachers and students, although this is not explicitly stated.The implementation of transformational leadership has a positive impact on improving the quality of educational human resources, such as increased teacher commitment, enjoyable and innovative learning, a positive work culture, adequate facilities, and harmonious interpersonal relationships. Students also experience a comfortable learning environment and enjoyable interaction with their teachers. In conclusion, transformational leadership is a crucial key in building excellent educational human resources and improving the quality of education in integrated Islamic schools.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a digital reading media based on e-book as a learning tool to enhance the reading interest of third-grade students at SDN Mojoroto 4, Kediri City. The research employed the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects consisted of 28 students. The instruments used included expert validation questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and a reading interest questionnaire validated by a literacy expert. The validation results indicated that the media achieved a validity level of 90%, categorized as highly valid. The practicality of the media, based on student responses, reached 94.5%, while its effectiveness was shown by a 30% increase in reading interest scores from pretest to posttest. Based on these findings, the developed digital reading media based on an e-book is considered highly valid, highly practical, and highly effective, and is suitable for use in primary school reading instruction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of video media based on local wisdom on the mathematics learning outcomes of elementary school students. This research is an experimental research using a quantitative approach. This research took place at UPT SPF SD Inpres Perumnas antang III. The population of this study is students who are randomly selected in classes IVA, IVB, and IVC by sampling, namely using simple random sampling. The sample in this study was 28 students in class IVC consisting of 14 males and 14 females. The research instruments used were observation sheets, learning outcome tests and documentation. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Descriptive statistical analysis where the teacher's activity obtained an average score of 3.5 with the very good category, then the results of the analysis of student activities obtained an average score of 3.5 with the very good category. The average score of pretest student learning outcomes was 9.61, and posttest 80.00. Furthermore, the inferential statistical analysis in this study shows that the results of the prerequisite test consist of pretest normality test 0.128 and posttest 0.158, homogeneity test results 0.369 and hypothesis test 0.044. So that H₁ is accepted, H₀ is rejected. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the use of video media based on local wisdom has an effect on students' mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of observations that have been conducted in grade IV SDN Betet 1 Kediri City, it is known that grade IV students have obstacles or difficulties in reading and memorizing various cultural diversities that exist in Indonesia. In addition, learning outcomes are also not optimal as indicated by the average value of students being less than the KKM value in the material of cultural diversity. This development research resulted in a learning media product, the Indonesian Cultural House Flip Sheet on the material of cultural diversity in grade IV SDN Betet 1. The research method used is the ADDIE development method. The results of the study show that this media has very good validity, with a value of 88% from media experts and 90% from material experts. The effectiveness of the media can be seen from the average student evaluation value which reached 86.6% in the limited test and 84.7% in the extensive trial, exceeding the minimum completeness criteria. Teacher and student responses also showed positive results, indicating this media is practical to use.

Abstract

This study aims enhace collage activities for grade students and foater environmental awareness. This study analyzes creative collage products by fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Montongsari using plastic waste and seeds. A interviews with teachers and students, and documentation of the collage results. The results showed that students were able to express ideas, color combinations, and pasting teachniques. The students collage reflected novelty in material selection, for exsample, the use of plastic waste, originality in individual style, and benefist in developing fine motor skills, self confidence, and environmental awareness.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal how the creativity process of grade V students ini participating in fine arts learning at SD Negeri 1 Montongsari. The research is motivated by the lack of attention to the process of student creativity, because fine arts learning tends to emphasize the final result of the work. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interview, and documentation. The reserch findings reveal that although fine arts learning has referred to an independent curriculum, it has not been fully directed to develop student creativity. In addition, this activity also plays a role in fostering positive character values such as responsibility, cooperation and independence. Therefore, a more explorative and student-centered learning approach is needed so that the potential for creativity can be developed to the fullest.

Abstract

The background of this research focuses on observations at SDN Mojoroto 4, Kediri City, which indicate that the use of learning media for Natural Science and Social Science (IPAS) on the topic of Indonesia's Cultural Wealth is still suboptimal, relying more on textbooks and lectures. This has resulted in low interest and active participation from students. This study aims to develop a Technology Augmented Reality learning media based on a snake and ladder game for fourth-grade students, focusing on its validity, practicality, and effectiveness in enhancing students' learning interest.The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The subjects of the study are fourth-grade students, with data collected through observations, interviews, and validation questionnaires from subject matter experts, media experts, and interest in learning, as well as student response questionnaires. Data analysis is conducted using both qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches, including N-Gain tests for effectiveness.The validation results show that the snake and ladder-based TAR learning media is highly valid, with validation scores of 88% from subject matter experts, 84% from media experts, and 95% from interest in learning experts, resulting in an overall average of 89%. In terms of practicality, student response questionnaires in the limited trial reached 90% and in the extensive trial 95%. For effectiveness, students' interest in learning increased from 65% to 85%, with an N-Gain score of 0.57, indicating that this learning media is quite effective in enhancing students' learning interest.

Abstract

The background of this research is that in the learning process, teachers have not utilized learning materials optimally. Learning activities still use images found in textbooks, worksheets, and ordinary printed images as aids so that students feel bored in the learning process. The type of research used in this study is quantitative experimental research. Quantitative experimental research is research that aims to test the cause and effect relationship between variables. This research was conducted in class V SDN 3 Kepoh Kota Blora located at Karangtengah 11/7, Kepoh, Jati District, Blora City, Central Java. The results of the study show the results of a research questionnaire on 15 research subjects, obtained from questionnaire data based on 7 statement items. The results of the questionnaire show that as many as 15 students are classified as having very high learning outcomes with a percentage of 100%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the research subjects' learning motivation with the use of digital wordwall media is very high. The use of digital wordwall media can influence students' learning motivation. Based on the results of the hypothesis test calculations, the p-value is 0.000. These results indicate that the p-value <α (0.05), thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means there is a significant difference between the two groups. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the influence of the use of digital media Wordwall on the learning motivation of elementary school students.

Abstract

Teachers are still minimally familiar with Personal Branding in building teacher profiles, in general teachers still imitate the same patterns as other teachers so they do not show a Personality that distinguishes them from other teachers. The next phenomenon is the lack of strategy in marketing content, content is one of the important elements in building Personal Branding, in an era full of technological advances like this internet access is very easy to find so it is important for teachers to be able to utilize this in building Personal Branding, the content in question is not only limited to videos or sharing information via the internet but can also be a motivator for students so that it becomes an added value for teachers this will make the view of students that a teacher must be a motivator and will motivate students especially in learning motivation. The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Personal Branding of PPKn Teachers on Student Learning Motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Kuantan Hilir Seberang, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research will be conducted using a survey method with a descriptive quantitative approach. Quantitative descriptive research is research that describes variables as they are supported by data in the form of numbers generated from actual conditions. The data collection methods used were observation, questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. The Personal Branding of PPKn Teachers (Variable X) was categorized as Very Good. This can be seen in the average recapitulation of the percentage of student respondents as many as (30.47%) answered "Very High", as many as (63.52%) answered "High", and as many as (5.63%) answered "Not High" and as many as (0.2%) answered "Very Not High".
