Abstract

This study aims to analyze the forms of students' misconceptions in understanding the concept of Greatest Common Factor (FPB) and Least Common Multiple (KPK) when viewed from the perspective of numeracy literacy skills. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research subjects consisted of six fourth-grade elementary school students who were selected purposively based on the categories of high, medium, and low ability. Data collection techniques were carried out through essay tests based on numeracy literacy and semi-structured interviews. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was tested through triangulation of techniques, sources, and time. The results showed that students with high ability did not experience significant misconceptions, but were still weak in providing conceptual explanations. Students with medium ability experienced conceptual and procedural misconceptions, especially in determining the use of FPB and KPK. Meanwhile, students with low ability experienced conceptual, procedural, and representational misconceptions. These findings indicate that numeracy literacy skills play an important role in minimizing mathematical misunderstandings in elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of constructivism and humanism learning theories in building elementary students’ imagination through art education. The problem addressed in this study is that art learning in elementary schools is often teacher-centered and limits students’ opportunities to explore their imagination and creativity. This research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method by examining relevant books, scientific journals, and previous research findings. The results show that constructivism supports the development of imagination through active learning, exploration, and experience-based creative processes. Meanwhile, humanism emphasizes the importance of self-expression, emotional development, and personal freedom, which significantly contribute to students’ imaginative growth. The integration of these two theories creates a student-centered learning environment that encourages creativity, engagement, and meaningful learning experiences. Therefore, the implementation of constructivism and humanism is highly relevant in enhancing students’ imagination and improving the quality of art education in elementary schools.

Abstract

The rapid growth of app-based food delivery services in Indonesia has intensified competition among platforms, including ShopeeFood. In this competitive landscape, price and service speed are key factors influencing consumers' platform choices, making it essential to understand how price sensitivity and time sensitivity affect customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. This study aims to analyze the effect of price sensitivity and time sensitivity on repurchase intention with satisfaction as a mediating variable among ShopeeFood users who follow the official Instagram account @shopeefood_id in Bekasi. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through an online questionnaire from 180 respondents who met the research criteria. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that price sensitivity and time sensitivity have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Furthermore, satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. However, price sensitivity and time sensitivity do not have a significant direct effect on repurchase intention. The indirect effect analysis shows that satisfaction fully mediates the relationship between price sensitivity and repurchase intention, as well as between time sensitivity and repurchase intention. Therefore, customer satisfaction plays a crucial role in enhancing repurchase intention in ShopeeFood services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the improvement of students’ critical thinking skills through the implementation of the guided inquiry learning model. This research used a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design in the form of one group pretest-posttest. The subjects were 30 students of class VIII-B at SMP Negeri 5 Surabaya in the 2025/2026 academic year. The instruments used included critical thinking tests, observation sheets of learning implementation, and student response questionnaires. Data were analyzed using N-Gain, normality test, paired sample t-test, and Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the average N-Gain score was 0.82 (high category). A total of 77% of students were in the high category and 23% in the medium category. Learning implementation reached 100% (very good), and student responses were in the very good category. Thus, the guided inquiry learning model is effective in improving students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the low level of students’ interest in participating in physical education classes, as indicated by limited participation, feelings of boredom, and the use of monotonous teaching methods. This study aims to determine the effect of the Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) model on students’ interest in sports at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Terpadu Pekanbaru. This research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method using a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample consisted of 48 students divided into an experimental group and a control group. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed a significant increase in students’ interest in the experimental group after the implementation of the TGfU model, with the mean score rising from 53.91 to 82.60. Meanwhile, the control group, which used conventional methods, only showed a slight increase from 47.28 to 53.68. Hypothesis testing indicated that the TGfU model had a significant effect compared to conventional teaching methods. Therefore, the TGfU model is considered effective in enhancing students’ interest as it provides a more active, enjoyable, and game-based learning experience.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Problem-Based Learning (PBL)-based multimedia learning tool using the Kahoot platform for acid-base topics, as well as to determine the feasibility of the tool and students’ responses to the developed product. This study employs the Research and Development (R&D) method using the Lee & Owens development model, which comprises five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The analysis stage was conducted through observation, teacher interviews, and the distribution of questionnaires to identify learning needs, student characteristics, and technological readiness. The design stage involved product design, including the preparation of materials, flowcharts, storyboards, and research instruments. The development stage involved the creation of a prototype, which was then validated by subject matter experts and media experts, evaluated by teachers, and revised based on feedback. The implementation stage involved a small-group pilot test with 9 twelfth-grade students. The evaluation stage aimed to assess the feasibility and practicality of the product. The data collected consists of qualitative and quantitative data obtained through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis was performed descriptively using a Likert scale and percentages. The results of the study indicate that the educational multimedia developed falls into the “acceptable” category and has received a positive response from students, making it suitable for use as an interactive and innovative alternative learning medium.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of the Community Language Learning (CLL) method in improving Arabic language learning outcomes for fifth-grade students at MI Ikhlasiyah Palembang. The problem identified in this research stems from observations indicating that most students consistently scored below the Minimum Competency Criteria (KKM = 65), due to the predominance of rote-memorization-based instruction. This study aims to describe students' Arabic learning outcomes before and after the implementation of the CLL method, as well as to determine the significance of its effectiveness. A quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design (pretest-posttest control group) was employed, involving 24 students in the control class and 26 in the experimental class. Data were collected through written tests and analyzed using normality (Shapiro-Wilk), homogeneity (Levene's Test), and hypothesis testing (Independent Sample T-Test). The results show that the experimental class's mean score increased from 37.8 (pretest) to 83.4 (posttest), with a gain of 45.6 points, and 100% of students achieved the KKM. The control class improved from 39.8 to 66.6 with a gain of 26.8 points, and only 54.2% achieved the KKM. The T-test yielded t = -3.633 with Sig. (Two-Sided p) < 0.001, indicating that the CLL method significantly and effectively improved Arabic language learning outcomes at MI Ikhlasiyah Palembang.

Abstract

The diversity of Indonesian society, which includes differences in ethnicity, religion, and culture, has the potential to create conflict if it is not accompanied by mutual respect. Therefore, religious moderation becomes essential to be internalized, particularly through Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in schools. This study aims to describe the process of internalizing religious moderation values in PAI learning at SMP Negeri 7 Kuala Jambi District, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive field research design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the internalization of religious moderation values has been implemented systematically through the integration of school policies, contextual and dialogical learning processes, and habituation in daily life. The school's efforts are carried out through policies, learning programs, and the creation of a conducive environment, while PAI teachers play roles as educators, mentors, and role models in instilling values of tolerance, justice, balance, and non-extremism. In conclusion, the internalization of religious moderation values is able to shape students’ characters to be moderate, inclusive, and respectful of differences, and requires continuous support from schools, families, and the community.

Abstract

The Mandailing Natal Regency Education and Culture Office’s strategy for post-flood recovery management focuses on integrating rehabilitation schemes that are both responsive and preventive in nature for affected school infrastructure. This strategy is implemented through cross-sectoral coordination involving the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) and the Public Works Office to conduct accurate damage assessments as the basis for determining repair priorities. Mandailing Natal Regency is one of the areas in North Sumatra with a high level of vulnerability to flood disasters. These disasters not only impact the economic and social sectors but also damage educational infrastructure, hindering the teaching and learning process. This study aims to analyze the strategies implemented by the Mandailing Natal Regency Education and Culture Office in post-disaster recovery management, particularly regarding the rehabilitation of affected school infrastructure. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with the Education Office, principals of affected schools, as well as field observations and documentation related to infrastructure damage reports. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze students' learning activities in understanding key concepts of geography in the material of Indonesia's Strategic Position and to analyze the increase in geographic literacy after the implementation of learning based on key concepts of geography in class XI Phase F of SMA Negeri 1 Lolofitu Moi. The method used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design. The research sample consisted of class XI-1 F as the experimental class (33 students) and class XI-4 F as the control class (32 students) selected using a purposive sampling technique. Learning activity data was obtained through observation sheets, while geographic literacy was measured through pre-test and post-test, then analyzed using normality test, homogeneity test, t-test, and N-Gain results. The results showed that student learning activities in the experimental class increased from 36% to 78%, while in the control class from 17% to 48%. The average post-test score of the experimental class was 84, higher than the control class at 64.4. The results of the t-test showed a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so there was a difference in learning based on key concepts of geography on students' geographic literacy. The N-Gain results showed an increase of 66.56% in the experimental class (medium category) and 29.75% in the control class (low category). Thus, learning based on key geography concepts has proven effective in improving students' learning activities and geographic literacy.
