Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the administrative role of the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in determining waqf land and the management of waqf land by nazhir from the perspective of Sharia Economic Law in Bolo District, Bima Regency. This study uses a qualitative research type with a phenomenological approach and a sharia approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation with informants consisting of the head of KUA, waqf administration staff, nazhir, wakif, and community leaders in Bolo District. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively qualitatively to provide a comprehensive picture of the administration and management practices of waqf land. The results of the study indicate that the administrative role of KUA in determining waqf land has been implemented through the process of verifying land ownership documents, recording waqf pledges, and issuing Waqf Pledge Deeds (AIW) as proof of legality. This procedure aims to provide legal certainty and protection for waqf assets. However, in practice, waqf is still found to be carried out verbally without official registration, as well as a lack of public understanding of the importance of the administrative aspects and legality of waqf. Meanwhile, waqf land management by the nazhir is generally used for religious and social purposes, such as the construction of mosques and educational facilities. However, this management is not yet fully optimal due to limited managerial capabilities, lack of reporting, and the absence of a structured and professional management system. From the perspective of Sharia Economic Law, this practice reflects the principle of public welfare, but still requires improvements in transparency, accountability, and professionalism to optimize the benefits of waqf for community welfare.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the general public’s particularly students’ lack of knowledge regarding the “tombak kuntul nglangak” motif and the symbolic meanings embedded in its form and application as a batik motif. In fact, this motif holds significant philosophical and cultural value as part of the preservation of traditional heritage through the art of batik. The objective of this study is to uncover and explain the meaning of the tombak kuntul nglangak motif in batik works using Charles Sanders Peirce’s semiotic approach. The method employed is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, literature review, and documentation conducted at several locations in Jepara and Surakarta, involving heritage collectors, museum curators, and batik artisans. The results of the study indicate that the tombak kuntul nglangak motif carries profound symbolic meanings, serving as a representation of life values, spirituality, and cultural identity. This motif functions not only as an aesthetic element but also as a medium for cultural education and preservation, capable of enhancing public understanding of traditional heritage and enriching innovation in the art of batik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami fungsi guru sebagai pelaksana kurikulum dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran anak usia dini di RA Raihanah. Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan kepala sekolah RA Raihanah, Eny Suprihatin, S. Pd, guna mendapatkan informasi mengenai perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kurikulum yang diterapkan di sekolah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran di RA Raihanah menggabungkan konsep deep learning dengan Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta (KBC), yang mengedepankan pembentukan karakter, moralitas, dan nilai-nilai etika anak. Proses perencanaan kurikulum dilaksanakan secara kolaboratif antara kepala sekolah dan guru melalui penyusunan dokumen pengajaran yang kemudian diimplementasikan di kelas. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilakukan dengan seimbang, mencakup pengembangan aspek kognitif, keterampilan motorik, dan nilai-nilai keagamaan melalui berbagai aktivitas seperti menggambar, meronce, menghafal Al-Qur'an, menghafal hadis, serta pengenalan dasar bahasa Arab. Monitoring terhadap pelaksanaan kurikulum dilakukan melalui kegiatan supervisi oleh kepala sekolah untuk memastikan bahwa proses pembelajaran berjalan lancar. Temuan penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa peran guru sangat krusial dalam membimbing, mendampingi, dan menjadi teladan bagi anak-anak selama proses pembelajaran. Selain itu, manajemen kurikulum yang transparan dan kerjasama yang baik antara kepala sekolah, guru, dan orang tua menjadi faktor penyokong dalam peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran anak usia dini.

Abstract

Kajian ini menelaah pemanfaatan Canva dalam pembelajaran sekolah dasar berdasarkan sepuluh artikel ilmiah yang relevan. Fokus utama kajian adalah bentuk penggunaan Canva, manfaat pedagogis yang muncul, serta hambatan implementasi yang masih dijumpai di lapangan. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa Canva digunakan untuk mengembangkan media visual seperti video animasi, komik digital, poster, presentasi interaktif, dan bahan ajar berbasis proyek. Berbagai temuan memperlihatkan bahwa media berbasis Canva cenderung membantu siswa memahami materi, meningkatkan ketertarikan belajar, memperkuat kreativitas, dan mendukung hasil belajar. Di sisi lain, pemanfaatannya masih menghadapi kendala berupa jaringan internet, ketersediaan perangkat, dan kemampuan guru dalam mengoperasikan teknologi. Berdasarkan sintesis tersebut, Canva dapat dipandang sebagai media yang adaptif dan layak dipertimbangkan untuk mendukung pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan berpusat pada siswa di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the RADEC learning model (Read-Answer-Discuss-Explain-Create) on students' critical thinking skills in history learning for class X at MAS Assalam Naga Beralih. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method and experimental design. control group Pre-test-Post-test design. The research sample consisted of class X D as an experimental class using the RADEC model and class X A as a control class using the RADEC model.Problem Based Learning (PBL). Data was collected through a critical thinking ability test in the form ofpre-test And post-test. The results of the hypothesis test usingIndependent Samples t-testshows a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the testing criteria, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which proves that there is a significant influence of the use of the RADEC learning model on students' critical thinking skills. The increase in critical thinking skills can be seen from the average valuepost-testThe experimental class achieved a score of 88.27, significantly higher than the control class's score of 67.50. The N-Gain test results in the experimental class indicated that the increase in critical thinking skills was in the high category and was deemed effective in enhancing critical thinking. Thus, the systematic application of the RADEC learning model has proven effective in triggering higher-level cognitive processes and enhancing students' critical thinking skills in history learning.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the integration of critical thinking and problem-solving skills can be operationalized in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning. This study uses a library research method by analyzing various relevant scientific literature sources. The results of the study indicate that critical thinking has a strong epistemological foundation in Islam, as reflected in the Quran and the thoughts of classical scholars such as Al-Ghazali, Ibn Khaldun, and Al-Farabi. The integration of critical thinking in PAI can be achieved through active learning, a contextual approach, and problem-based learning. The problem-solving method applied through the stages of problem classification, brainstorming, evaluation, and implementation has proven effective in training students to think systematically and responsibly in accordance with Islamic values. PAI educators play a strategic role as facilitators who create a dialogic and reflective classroom culture and utilize educational technology to strengthen students' analytical skills. This research is expected to serve as a reference for educators and researchers in developing PAI learning models that are not only cognitively oriented but also shape students' characters to be analytical, reflective, and able to face real-life challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of character education that focuses on cultural and environmental wisdom in encouraging the creation of the Pancasila Student Profile at the elementary school level. This study employed a systematic literature review method with inclusion criteria consisting of articles relevant to character education, local wisdom, and environmental education at the elementary school level published between 2015 and 2025, with a total of 12 articles analyzed using thematic analysis. The results indicate that local cultural wisdom contributes significantly to instilling values such as cooperation, tolerance, and responsibility, while environmental education builds students' ecological awareness. Several studies demonstrate that local wisdom contributes significantly to character formation, though differences exist in implementation approaches Hidayah et al. (2019) emphasize the integration of values in learning, while Devina et al. (2023) focus more on habituation in daily activities. The integration of both approaches makes learning more contextual and meaningful, thus supporting holistic character formation. However, its implementation still faces obstacles such as a lack of program consistency and teacher readiness in integrating character values. This research contributes to integrating two approaches cultural wisdom and environmental education within the framework of character education in elementary schools

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of education financing and its impact on the quality of primary schools in the era of regional autonomy using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The background of this study is based on the increasing demand for accountability in the management of education budgets, as well as disparities in educational quality across regions as a consequence of decentralization policies. The method employed follows the SLR procedure, including identification, screening, and synthesis of scholarly articles published between 2021 and 2026 from major academic databases. A total of 20 articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns in the relationship between education financing and primary school quality.The findings reveal that the efficiency of education financing is more determined by the quality of school management in utilizing resources rather than the amount of funding available. The effectiveness of financing is strongly correlated with transparency and accountability in financial management, which ensures the appropriate allocation of funds. Furthermore, the impact of education financing on school quality is indirect (indirect effect), mediated by factors such as teacher performance, school leadership, and the quality of the learning process. The study also finds that regional autonomy leads to disparities in education financing and school quality due to differences in fiscal capacity and managerial competence across regions.In conclusion, increasing education funding does not automatically improve the quality of primary schools without effective governance and adequate managerial capacity. Therefore, strengthening financial management systems, enhancing transparency and accountability, and implementing equity-oriented policies are essential to ensure the effectiveness of education financing in the era of regional autonomy.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is how the implementation of augmented reality media in increasing interest in reading Indonesian language of fourth grade students of UPT SDN 20 Turatea, Jeneponto Regency. This study aims to increase students'interest in reading through Augmented Reality media of fourth grade students of UPT SDN 20 Turatea, Jeneponto Regency. This type of research is classroom action research consisting of two cycles where each cycle is carried out for three meetings. The research procedure includes planning, implementation of actions, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study were 24 fourth grade students of UPT SDN 20 Turatea, Jeneponto Regency. The results showed that in the first cycle that was completed individually from 24 students, only 5 or 19% met the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria (KKTP) or were in the low category. Classically it has not been met because the average value obtained was 60.4%. Meanwhile, in cycle II, 20 out of 24 students, or 83%, had fulfilled the KKTP (Eligible Card) and classically, the average score obtained was 79.1%, or in the high category. Based on the results of the study above, it can be concluded that learning Indonesian by fourth-grade students at UPT SDN 20 Turatea, Jeneponto Regency through Augmented Reality media has increased.

Abstract

This study was conducted based on the problem of low student engagement and suboptimal mathematics learning outcomes among fourth-grade students at SDN 127 Inpres Moncongloe. The research aimed to determine the effect of mathematics learning motivation on students’ learning outcomes. This study used a quantitative approach with an ex-post facto design. The population consisted of 97 students, while the sample was 22 students selected using purposive sampling based on data availability and research needs. Data were collected through a motivation questionnaire and documentation of mathematics test scores. Data analysis included descriptive statistics to describe the condition of each variable, followed by prerequisite tests consisting of normality and linearity tests. Hypothesis testing was conducted using simple linear regression analysis, supported by t-test and coefficient of determination to measure the strength and contribution of the relationship between variables. The results showed that learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on mathematics learning outcomes. This is indicated by a significance value less than 0.05 and a regression coefficient of 1.737, meaning that every increase in motivation score is followed by an increase in learning outcomes. The correlation coefficient of 0.958 indicates a very strong relationship between motivation and learning outcomes. In addition, the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.918 shows that 91.8% of learning outcomes are influenced by learning motivation. These findings indicate that motivation plays a major role in improving students’ mathematics learning outcomes and supports efforts to enhance student engagement in the learning process.
