Abstract

Abstrak: Kabupaten Buleleng, Bali memiliki potensi pertanian dan kehutanan yang besar, namun belum dioptimalkan secara terpadu sebagai basis ekonomi pariwisata berkelanjutan. Desa Selat–Sukasada menghadapi keterbatasan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, rendahnya adopsi teknologi pertanian, serta belum terintegrasinya sistem tani-ternak dan ekowisata hutan. Program Pemberdayaan Desa Binaan (PDB) bertujuan meningkatkan hardskill dan softskill mitra dalam pengelolaan agroforestry tourism dan sistem tani-ternak multilayer berbasis smart farming. Program dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Learning System (PALS) melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, dan pendampingan kepada Kelompok Pengelola Hutan Desa Selat dan Kelompok Tani-Ternak Dharma Wiguna yang melibatkan 60 orang. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan dan pre–post assessment menggunakan 15 butir soal. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan hardskill sebesar 38%, pemahaman pengelolaan wisata edukatif sebesar 42%, serta nilai ekonomi usaha tani-ternak dan HHBK sebesar 27%.Abstract: Buleleng Regency, Bali has significant agricultural and forestry potential, yet it has not been optimally integrated as a sustainable tourism-based economic resource. Selat–Sukasada Village faces limited human resource capacity, low adoption of agricultural technology, and weak integration between crop–livestock systems and forest ecotourism. This Fostered Village Empowerment Program aimed to enhance partners’ hard and soft skills in managing agroforestry tourism and multilayer crop–livestock systems based on smart farming. The program was implemented using the Participatory Action Learning System (PALS) through socialization, training, technology application, and mentoring involving 60 members of the Selat Village Forest Management Group and Dharma Wiguna Farmer–Livestock Group. Evaluation was conducted through field observation and pre–post assessments using 15 questionnaire items. The results showed a 38% increase in technical skills, a 42% improvement in understanding of educational tourism management, and a 27% increase in the economic value of crop–livestock and non-timber forest products.

Abstract

Abstrak: Petani jambu mete di Desa penyangga Kawasan konservasi memiliki potensi komoditas kacang mete yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi, namun menghadapi kendala pada proses pengeringan yang bergantung pada matahari. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, mutu produk, serta kapasitas usaha Kelompok Masyarakat Peduli Hutan Konservasi (MPHK). Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui survei awal, bimbingan teknis pengeringan, pelatihan perawatan mesin, serta evaluasi kadar air dan kepuasan peserta. Sistem evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui post-test dan pre-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan peserta, disertai dengan observasi langusng terhadap praktik pengoperasian mesin, dan angkey kepuasan peserta. Hasil menunjukkan penggunaan mesin pengering kabinet mampu menurunkan kadar air biji mete dari 9,8–10,5% menjadi 5,1–5,6%, memenuhi standar aman penyimpanan. Waktu pengeringan berkurang signifikan dari 3–5 hari menjadi 6–8 jam, dengan tingkat keberhasilan operasional peserta mencapai 95–100%. Pelatihan pengemasan vakum meningkatkan mutu visual dan daya simpan produk, pelatihan manajemen usaha dan digital marketing meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan akses pasar, dengan 85% peserta mulai menerima pesanan daring. Dampak ekonomi terlihat dari kenaikan harga jual produk dari Rp60.000–70.000/kg menjadi Rp130.000/kg. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan hardskill dan softskill mitra, memperkuat nilai tambah produk, dan mendukung keberlanjutan agroindustri mete berbasis konservasi.Abstract: Cashew farmers in the buffer zone of the conservation area has high economic value in cashew commodities, but faces obstacles in the drying process, which depends on the sun. This activity aims to improve production efficiency, product quality, and the business capacity of the Community Forest Conservation Group (MPHK). The implementation method uses a participatory approach through preliminary surveys, technical guidance on drying, machine maintenance training, and evaluation of moisture content and participant satisfaction. The evaluation is carried out through post- and pre-tests to measure the improvement in participants' understanding and knowledge, accompanied by direct observation of machine operation practices and participant satisfaction surveys. The results show that the use of cabinet dryers can reduce the moisture content of cashew nuts from 9.8–10.5% to 5.1–5.6%, meeting safe storage standards. Drying time was significantly reduced from 3–5 days to 6–8 hours, with participant operational success rates reaching 95–100%. Vacuum packaging training improved product visual quality and shelf life, while business management and digital marketing training improved financial literacy and market access, with 85% of participants starting to receive online orders. The economic impact is evident in the increase in product selling prices from IDR 60,000–70,000/kg to IDR 130,000/kg. This program has successfully improved the hard and soft skills of partners, strengthened product added value, and supported the sustainability of conservation-based cashew agroindustry.

Abstract

Abstrak: Salah satu tantangan utama pengembangan produk unggulan desa berbasis kearifan lokal adalah pemenuhan aspek legalitas halal dan kemampuan pemasaran. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman kader PKK Desa X terkait sertifikasi halal produk serta strategi pemasaran produk olahan nipah. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini yaitu ibu-ibu PKK sebanyak 30 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif melalui sosialisasi, edukasi, dan evaluasi pre-test dan post-test dengan 20 soal pilihan ganda. Sosialisasi halal meliputi pemahaman pentingnya sertifikasi halal, alur pendaftaran P-IRT, serta penggunaan sistem SIHALAL. Sosialisasi pemasaran difokuskan pada strategi bauran pemasaran (produk, harga, promosi, dan distribusi) serta pemanfaatan media digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman signifikan, dengan nilai rata-rata pengetahuan sertifikasi halal dan pemasaran meningkat dari 60 menjadi 80 dengan persentase 33,33%. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada kesiapan masyarakat dalam menghasilkan produk halal yang kompetitif dan berdaya saing pasar.Abstract: One of the main challenges in developing superior village products based on local wisdom is providing halal legality and marketing capabilities. This community service activity aims to increase the understanding of Village X PKK cadres regarding halal product certification and marketing strategies for processed nipah products. The partners in this service are 30 PKK mothers. The method used is a participatory approach through socialization, education, and pre-test and post-test evaluation with 20 multiple-choice questions. Halal socialization includes understanding the importance of halal certification, the P-IRT registration process, and the use of the SIHALAL system. Marketing socialization focused on marketing mix strategies (product, price, promotion, and distribution) and the use of digital media. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in understanding, with the average score of halal certification and marketing knowledge increasing from 60 to 80, or a percentage of 33.33%. This activity contributed to the community's readiness to produce competitive and market-competitive halal products.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan dan mengimplementasikan smart freshness label berbasis bromofenol biru dan metil merah sebagai indikator non-destruktif dalam memprediksi tingkat kematangan pisang ambon lumut. Varietas pisang ini memiliki karakteristik unik karena warna kulitnya tetap hijau saat matang, sehingga penentuan tingkat kematangan sering dilakukan dengan menekan buah dan berpotensi menyebabkan memar serta menurunkan mutu dan nilai jual. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui penyuluhan, demonstrasi teknologi, dan pelatihan teknis kepada 23 peserta yang terdiri dari petani dan pedagang produk pisang lokal. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi praktik penggunaan label indikator. Uji coba terhadap 80 prototipe label menunjukkan teknologi ini mudah diaplikasikan dalam proses penyimpanan dan distribusi buah. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan 92% peserta menyatakan label membantu menentukan waktu panen atau penjualan, 84% menilai label mudah digunakan, dan 56% menyatakan bersedia menggunakannya secara berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap teknologi indikator kesegaran serta mendukung penerapan teknologi pascapanen secara non-destruktif.Abstract: his community engagement program aims to introduce and implement a smart freshness label based on bromophenol blue and methyl red as a non-destructive indicator for predicting the ripeness level of Ambon Lumut bananas. This banana variety possesses a unique characteristic in which the peel remains green even at the ripe stage, leading consumers and traders to determine ripeness by pressing the fruit, a practice that may cause bruising and reduce product quality and market value. The activity was carried out through outreach sessions, technology demonstrations, and technical training involving 23 participants consisting of farmers and local banana traders. The program evaluation was conducted using questionnaires and direct observation of participants’ practices in applying the indicator labels. Field trials involving 80 prototype labels demonstrated that the technology is easy to apply during fruit storage and distribution processes. Evaluation results indicated that 92% of participants reported that the label helped determine the appropriate harvesting or selling time, 84% considered the label easy to use, and 56% expressed willingness to adopt the technology continuously. Overall, the program enhanced community understanding of freshness indicator technology and supported the adoption of non-destructive postharvest practices.

Abstract

Abstrak: Stres kerja merupakan permasalahan yang umum dialami pejabat administrator ASN akibat kompleksitasnya tuntutan kerja, tanggung jawab kepemimpinan, dan tugas pelayanan publik. Kegiatan ini bertujuan mengubah softskill peserta yaitu mindset terhadap stres kerja serta melatih respon yang lebih adaptif melalui pelatihan Rethink berbasis pendekatan metakognitif. Metode berupa pelatihan selama empat hari dalam dua batch melibatkan 50 pejabat administrator, bekerja sama dengan BKPSDM sebagai mitra. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi, lembar kerja reflektif, serta pengukuran mindset stres sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman 46 dari 50 peserta (92%) terhadap stres kerja. Evaluasi kuantitatif dari data pre tes dan post test yang tersedia menunjukkan 13 dari 15 peserta (86,7%) mengalami perubahan mindsed stres kerja dari sesuatu yang merusak (debilitating) menjadi tantangan dan memfasilitasi pertumbuhan (enhanching). Secara kualitatif, 15 orang yang mengisi lembar Rethink, seluruhnya (100%) mampu membuat makna baru serta menyusun tindakan yang lebih adaptif dalam konteks kerja. Pelatihan ini berkontribusi pada penguatan soft skill pejabat administrator dalam mengelola stres kerja secara lebih produktif.Abstract: Work-related stress is a common issue among civil servant administrator officials due to complex job demands, leadership responsibilities, and public service obligations. This community service program aimed to enhance participants’ soft skills, particularly stress mindset and to train more adaptive stress responses through a metacognitive-based Rethink training. The program was conducted over four days in two batches, involving 50 administrator officials in collaboration with the Regional Civil Service and Human Resource Development Agency (BKPSDM). Evaluation methods included observation, reflective worksheets, and pre–post assessment of stress mindset. The results showed that 46 of 50 participants (92%) demonstrated improved understanding of work-related stress. Quantitative evaluation based on available pretest–posttest data indicated that 13 of 15 participants (86.7%) experienced a shift in stress mindset from perceiving stress as debilitating to viewing it as a challenge that facilitates growth (enhanching). Qualitative evaluation revealed that all 15 participants who completed the Rethink worksheets (100%) were able to construct new meanings of stress and formulate more adaptive work-related actions. This training contributes to strengthening administrative officials’ soft skills in managing work-related stress more productively.

Abstract

Abstrak: Keterbatasan ketersediaan data spasial desa serta rendahnya pelibatan masyarakat dalam proses perencanaan menjadi kendala dalam mewujudkan pembangunan yang berbasis bukti dan inklusif. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan perencanaan cenderung normatif dan belum sepenuhnya didukung informasi keruangan yang akurat, terintegrasi, dan terdokumentasi dengan baik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemetaan desa sebagai dasar penyusunan rencana pembangunan yang lebih akurat dan transparan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif melalui penyusunan peta dasar, sosialisasi pentingnya data spasial, praktik pemetaan batas dan potensi wilayah, pengolahan data spasial menggunakan perangkat lunak SIG, serta evaluasi kegiatan. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 30 peserta dari pemerintah desa dan organisasi masyarakat. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert untuk mengukur pemahaman konsep, tingkat partisipasi, dan persepsi manfaat kegiatan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata pemahaman dan keterlibatan peserta sebesar 67%, dengan peningkatan tertinggi pada aspek pemahaman konsep pemetaan partisipatif. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan peta desa yang dimanfaatkan sebagai acuan perencanaan pembangunan serta memperkuat tata kelola desa berbasis data dan pemberdayaan masyarakat secara berkelanjutan dan kolaboratif.Abstract: Limited availability of village-level spatial data and low community involvement in the planning process hinder the realization of evidence-based and inclusive development. This condition leads to planning practices that tend to be normative and insufficiently supported by accurate, integrated, and well-documented spatial information. This community service program aimed to enhance community capacity and participation in village mapping as a foundation for more accurate and transparent development planning. The method employed a participatory approach, including the preparation of base maps, socialization of the importance of spatial data, participatory mapping of administrative boundaries and local potentials, spatial data processing using GIS software, and program evaluation. This activity involved 30 participants from village government and community organizations. Evaluation was conducted using a Likert-scale questionnaire to assess participants’ conceptual understanding, level of participation, and perceived benefits of the activity. The results indicated an average increase of 67% in participants’ understanding and engagement, with the highest improvement observed in the understanding of participatory mapping concepts. The activity produced a village map that serves as a reference for development planning and strengthens data-driven governance and sustainable community empowerment.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengelolaan sampah masih menjadi masalah serius di Indonesia, termasuk di Desa Batan, Boyolali. Keterbatasan fasilitas pemilahan dan sistem pengelolaan sampah di tingkat desa menyebabkan masyarakat masih mengelola sampah secara individu melalui pembakaran, penimbunan, atau pembuangan ke sungai yang berdampak negatif terhadap kesehatan dan lingkungan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga secara berkelanjutan melalui pendirian bank sampah. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi dengan media powerpoint, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan pelatihan praktis. Sasaran dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ibu PKK sebanyak 21 peserta. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil antara skor pre-test dan post-test sejumlah 10 soal yang disertai dengan observasi selama sesi pelatihan, indikator keberhasilan dilihat dari adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pengurus bank sampah bisa menjalankan tahapan pengelolaan bank sampah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan pengelolaan sampah dengan rata-rata skor meningkat sebesar 13.45%, bersamaan dengan peningkatan kemampuan mitra dalam mengelola bank sampah sebesar 41%. Pendirian bank sampah dan pelatihan ekoenzim menjadi solusi nyata masyarakat bagi permasalahan sampah di Desa Batan.Abstract: Waste management remains a critical challenge in Indonesia, including in Batan Village, Boyolali. The lack of sorting facilities and village-level management systems has led residents to manage waste individually through burning, burying, or disposing of it into rivers, all of which adversely affect health and the environment. This community service initiative aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of partners in sustainable household waste management through the establishment of a waste bank. The methods employed included socialization using PowerPoint presentations, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and practical training. The target participants were 21 members of the local Family Welfare Movement (PKK). Activity evaluation was conducted by comparing pre-test and post-test scores via a 10-item questionnaire, supplemented by observations during the training sessions. Success indicators were defined by an increase in knowledge and the ability of the waste bank management team to execute operational stages. Results demonstrate that the program successfully improved waste management knowledge, with average scores increasing by 13.45%, alongside a 41% enhancement in the partners' capacity to manage the waste bank. The establishment of the waste bank and eco-enzyme training serve as tangible solutions for the community to address waste-related issues in Batan Village.

Abstrak: Pengabdian ini memfokuskan pada pengutan toleransi dan moderasi beragama pemuda melalui karang taruna pada masyarakat multireligious. Pengabdian ini bertuuan untuk memberikan penguatan toleransi dan moderasi beragama kepada pemuda melalui karang taruna mampu menjadi mediator dan pencegah konflik yang akan timbul pada masyarakat baik diakibatkan oleh isu-isu SARA ataupun isu-isu sosial lainnya pada masa yang akan datang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan karena bertujuan menekankan pada penguatan nilai toleransi dan moderasi beragama pada pemuda karang taruna berbasis potensi dan asset yang dimiliki untuk diberdayakan lebih lanjut. Narasumber yang terlibat dalam pengabdian ini berasal dari unsur akademisi, Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama Kabupaten Lombok Barat dan Provinsi NTB, Babinsa dan Babinkamibmas dan peserta dari pengabdian in berjumlah 50 orang pemuda yang tergabung dalam karang taruna. hasil dari pengabdian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa penguasaan terhadap penguatan toleransi dan moderasi beragama rata rata di atas 90% dan peningkatan pengetahuan secara kognitif meningkat rata-rata sekitar 21% dari sebelumnya. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil pre test dan post tes yang dilakukan terhadap peserta terkait dengan nilai moderasi beragama dan toleransi, nilai-nilai kemanusiaan, kebebasan, tidak diskriminatif, kasih sayang, toleran dan moderat serta bebas dari konflik berdasarkan SARA dan berbentuk kesepakatan yang mereka deklarasikan pada saat pelatihan dan terwujud dalam visi, misi dan program kerja mereka.Abstract: This community service initiative focuses on strengthening religious tolerance and moderation among youth through youth organizations in a multi-religious community. The initiative aims to empower youth through these organizations to serve as mediators and conflict preventers in the community, addressing potential conflicts arising from issues related to ethnicity, religion, race, and intergroup relations (SARA) or other social issues in the future. The method used is mentoring, as it aims to emphasize the strengthening of the values of religious tolerance and moderation among youth in youth organizations based on their existing potential and assets, which will be further empowered. The resource persons involved in this community service initiative came from academia, the Forum for Interfaith Harmony of West Lombok Regency and West Nusa Tenggara Province, Babinsa (military village officers), and Babinkamibmas (police village officers), and the participants consisted of 50 youth members of the youth organization. The results of the community service initiative indicate that participants’ mastery of religious tolerance and moderation averaged above 90%, and their cognitive knowledge increased by an average of approximately 21% compared to previous levels. This is evident from the results of the pre- and post-tests administered to participants regarding religious moderation and tolerance, humanitarian values, freedom, non-discrimination, compassion, tolerance, and moderation, as well as freedom from conflicts based on ethnicity, religion, race, and intergroup relations (SARA), as reflected in the commitments they declared during the training and embodied in their vision, mission, and work programs.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (ABDIMAS) ini berangkat dari permasalahan sistem penyiraman dalam greenhouse yang masih dilakukan secara manual dan keterbatasan media informasi digital pada suatu pusat edukasi pertanian di Jawa Timur. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 5 orang pengelola lembaga sebagai mitra ABDIMAS. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional greenhouse sekaligus memperkuat kapasitas kelembagaan melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital yang mudah dioperasikan. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif–implementatif melalui tahapan observasi dan perencanaan, implementasi solusi teknologi, dan evaluasi kualitatif berbasis pemantauan dan diskusi bersama mitra. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem penyiraman berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) mampu menghadirkan kendali penyiraman yang lebih terpusat, efisien, dan terjadwal, sementara pengembangan website resmi lembaga berhasil memperluas akses informasi, edukasi, dan publikasi kegiatan kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya mengimplementasikan teknologi dan platform digital, tetapi juga mendorong peningkatan literasi teknologi dan kemandirian mitra dalam mengelola inovasi secara berkelanjutan.Abstract: This community service (ABDIMAS) stems from the problem of the watering system in the greenhouse which is still done manually and the limited digital information media at an agricultural education center in East Java. This activity involved 5 institutional managers as the ABDIMAS partner. This activity aims to increase greenhouse operational efficiency while strengthening institutional capacity through the use of easy-to-operate digital technology. The implementation method uses a descriptive–implementative approach through the stages of observation and planning, implementation of technological solutions, and qualitative evaluation based on monitoring and discussions with partners. The results of the activity showed that the implementation of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based watering system was able to provide more centralized, efficient, and scheduled watering control, while the development of the institution's official website succeeded in expanding access to information, education, and publication of activities to the public. This activity not only implements digital technology and platforms, but also encourages increased technological literacy and partner independence in managing innovation sustainably.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penguatan kompetensi profesional guru menjadi kebutuhan mendesak dalam menghadapi tuntutan pembelajaran abad ke-21 yang menekankan integrasi deep learning dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru melalui UKG berbasis deep learning terintegrasi pada 40 guru Sekolah Menengah Atas. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode campuran yang memadukan pelatihan, pendampingan reflektif, dan diskusi kolaboratif. Program dirancang dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif melalui empat tahap, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan UKG, pendampingan reflektif, dan evaluasi. UKG digunakan sebagai instrumen pemetaan awal kompetensi, sedangkan pendampingan difokuskan pada penguatan praktik pembelajaran berbasis refleksi dan kolaborasi. Sistem evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui analisis skor UKG dan angket respon peserta menggunakan skala Likert lima tingkat untuk mengukur persepsi terhadap kebermanfaatan program, peningkatan kompetensi, dan kesiapan implementasi deep learning. Indikator keberhasilan kegiatan ditetapkan berdasarkan capaian rerata skor minimal kategori baik (≥3,50) pada setiap dimensi kompetensi serta tingkat kepuasan peserta minimal 80%. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa dimensi perencanaan pembelajaran (4,04), pelaksanaan pembelajaran (3,85), asesmen (4,15), dan refleksi (4,25) berada pada kategori baik. Sementara itu, dimensi adaptasi ICT memperoleh skor 3,05 dengan kategori cukup, yang menunjukkan perlunya penguatan integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kompetensi pedagogis guru relatif kuat, namun pemanfaatan ICT belum optimal dalam mendukung pembelajaran berbasis deep learning. Kegiatan ini efektif sebagai model pendampingan berbasis UKG untuk pengembangan profesional guru secara berkelanjutan.Abstract: Strengthening teachers’ professional competence has become an urgent priority in responding to 21st-century learning demands, particularly those emphasizing the integration of deep learning and digital technology. This community service program aimed to enhance teachers’ professional competence through an integrated deep learning–based Teacher Competency Test (UKG) involving 40 senior high school teachers. The program employed a mixed-method approach combining training sessions, reflective mentoring, and collaborative discussions. It was designed using a descriptive quantitative framework implemented in four stages: preparation, UKG administration, reflective mentoring, and evaluation. The UKG functioned as an initial competency-mapping instrument, while mentoring activities focused on reinforcing reflective and collaborative instructional practices aligned with deep learning principles. The evaluation system consisted of UKG score analysis and a participant-response questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale to measure perceived program effectiveness, competency improvement, and readiness to implement deep learning. The indicators of success were defined as achieving a minimum average score in the “good” category (≥3.50) across competency dimensions and at least 80% participant satisfaction. The results revealed that lesson planning (4.04), instructional implementation (3.85), assessment practices (4.15), and reflective practice (4.25) were categorized as good. However, ICT adaptation scored 3.05, indicating a moderate level and the need for further strengthening in technology integration. These findings suggest that teachers’ pedagogical competence is relatively strong, yet ICT utilization remains suboptimal in supporting deep learning–based instruction. The program demonstrates effectiveness as a UKG-based mentoring model for sustainable professional development.
