Abstract

Abstrak: Banyaknya komplikasi yang terjadi pada ibu maternal, maka sejak dari   kehamilan sangat diperlukan pengawasan Ante Natal Care (ANC)  dengan baik dan tepat, apalagi dalam situasi pandemi COVID-19 saat ini menyebabkan bangsa Indonesia mesti memulai beradaptasi dengan kebiasaan baru agar tetap dapat hidup sehat. Perlu upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan ANC yang dapat diterapkan dalam masa pandemic COVID-19 dalam memperbaiki dan mencegah timbulnya masalah komplikasi selama kehamilan, yang dapat dilakukan melalui Kelas ANC secara berkelompok sebagai sarana belajar bersama tentang kesehatan ibu hamil. Tujuan kegiatan PKM ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu-ibu mengenai kehamilan,   persalinan, nifas, bayi baru lahir dan meningkatkan kesehatan ibu hamil dengan Prenatal Yoga selama masa pandemic ini. Pelaksanaannya di Klinik Bidan Praktek Mandiri Islah Wahyuni desa Kualu Kampar oleh tim PKM dosen Prodi Sarjana Kebidanan dan Profesi Bidan beserta mahasiswa. Teknis pelaksanaannya luring tatap muka dan dilanjutkan online via WhatsApps. Keberhasilan kegiatan PKM tampak dari antusias ibu hamil dalam bertanya seputar masalah kebutuhan Yoga selama hamil dan respon ibu hamil dalam melakukan ulang latihan Prenatal Yoga saat dirumah mereka, ibu hamil tertarik dan sadar akan pentingnya kegiatan kelas ANC dan Prenatal Yoga ini dalam menjawab masalah dan kebutuhan mereka saat hamil masa pandemic ini. Abstract:   Many complications that occur in maternal, Ante Natal Care (ANC) supervision is needed, especially in the current situation of the COVID-19 pandemic which causes the Indonesian people to start adapting to new habits. An effort is needed to improve the quality of ANC services that can be applied during the COVID-19 pandemic to improve and prevent complications, which can be done through group ANC classes, as a means of learning together about the health of pregnant women. The purpose of PKM is to increase the knowledge, skills of mothers regarding pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborns and improve the health of pregnant women with Prenatal Yoga during pandemic. The implementation at the Islah Wahyuni Independent Practice Midwife Clinic, by PKM team of lecturers and students of Program Study Midwifery. The technical implementation by face-to-face and continued online via WhatsApps. The result of PKM   can be seen from the enthusiasm of pregnant women in asking questions about the problem of yoga needs during pregnancy and the response of participants in re-practicing Prenatal Yoga at their home, pregnant women are interested and aware of the importance of  ANC and Prenatal Yoga classes in answering their problems and needs. when pregnant during this pandemic.

Abstract

Abstrak: Hasil pre-test yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa ketuntasan klasikal mata kuliah Kalkulus Diferensial masih di bawah rata-rata. Oleh sebab itu, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan media pembelajaran berupa software Maple sebagai upaya peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 81 mahasiswa semester awal. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui 3 tahapan yakni pre-test, penyampaian materi dan praktik meliputi penggunaan operator aritmatika dan fungsi pada worksheet, expressions, dan penggunaan tools tutors dalam penyelesaikan persoalan limit dan turunan, terakhir post-test berupa angket yang terdiri dari 6 soal. Kegiatan berjalan dengan baik dengan hasil post-test sebesar 73,11% mahasiswa memahami cara penggunaan dan penyelesaian persoalan kalkulus menggunakan Maple. Abstract:  The results of pre-tests that have been done show that the completion of classical courses in Differential Calculus is still below average. Therefore, this activity aims to introduce learning media in the form of Maple software as an effort to improve student understanding. This activity was attended by 81 early semester students. Activities are carried out through 3 stages, namely pre-test, submission of materials and practices including the use of arithmetic operators and functions in worksheets, expressions, and the use of tutors tools in solving limit and derivative problems, the last post-test in the form of questionnaires consisting of 6 questions. The activity went well with post-test results of 73,11% of students understanding how to use and solve calculus problems using Maple.

Abstract

Abstrak: Masa pandemik COVID-19 mengharuskan pembelajaran daring. Masalahnya bencana yang datang tiba-tiba menyebabkan guru-guru SD Darul Ilmi Murni kurang memiliki persiapan untuk mengatasi pembelajaran daring. Untuk itu kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan berupa workshop mengenai aplikasi Google Classroom kepada guru-guru SD Swasta Darul Ilmi Murni yang bertujuan untuk membantu guru membuat pembelajaran daring efektif dimasa pandemik COVID-19. Banyak peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan PKM ini adalah 15 orang guru dari SD Swasta Darul Ilmi Murni. Dari hasil test evaluasi praktek penerapan aplikasi Google Classroom diperoleh 85% guru berhasil membuat pembelajaran daring efektif menggunakan aplikasi google classroom. Guru-guru memiliki keterampilan untuk mengelola pembelajaran daring menggunakan Google Classroom. Prestasi siswa meningkat setelah guru menerapkan Google Classroom pada pembelajaran daring. Respon siswa, orang tua dan guru sangat baik terhadap media pembelajaran daring Google Classroom.Abstract:  The period of the COVID-19 pandemic requires online learning. The problem is that the sudden disaster caused the teachers of primary school Darul Ilmi Murni to be less prepared to handle online learning. For this reason, PKM activities are carried out in the form of workshops on the Google Classroom application for teachers of Darul Ilmi Murni Primary School which aims to help teachers make online learning effective during the COVID-19 pandemic. The number of participants participating in this activity was 15 teachers. From the results of the test evaluation of the practice of implementing the Google Classroom application, it was found that 85% of teachers succeeded in making online learning effective using the google classroom application. Teachers have the skills to manage online learning using Google Classroom. Student achievement increased after the teacher implemented Google Classroom in online learning. Student, parent and teacher responses are very good to Google Classroom online learning media.

Abstract

Abstrak: Mendeley adalah sebuah perangkat lunak yang dapat digunakan untuk mengintegrasikan antara citation dan reference manager dalam penulisan karya ilmiah atau artikel. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk melatih mahasiswa untuk membuat kutipan dan daftar pustaka dengan memanfaatkan mendeley dan meningkatkan kualitas karya ilmiah sehingga hasilnya dapat dipublikasikan di jurnal nasional maupun internasional. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan pemanfaatan mendeley ini adalah ceramah dan praktek (pelatihan). Survei dilakukan dengan mendistribusikan pre-test sebelum kegiatan dan post-test setelah kegiatan kepada seluruh peserta pelatihan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukan bahwa pelatihan yang dilaksanakan dapat memberi dampak positif terutama dalam meningkatkan kecakapan untuk melakukan citation dan reference maneger dalam rangka menghasilkan karya ilmiah yang terhindar dari plagiat dan sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi digital.Abstract:  Mendeley is a software that can be used to integrate citation and reference manager in writing scientific papers. This training aims to train students to make citations and bibliography using Mendeley and improve the quality of scientific papers so that the results can be published in national and international journals. The method used in this Mendeley utilization training is lecture and practice (training). The survey was conducted by distributing pre-test before the activity and post-test after the activity to all training participants. The results of the training show that the training carried out can have a positive impact, especially in improving skills to carry out citations and reference managers in order to produce scientific works that are free from plagiarism and in accordance with the development of digital technology.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kualitas hidup yang terjadi pada rentang usia Lansia sering kali mengalami penurunan. Hal ini berdampak terhadap menurunkan kemampuan lansia dalam memenuhi kebutuhan aktivitas lansia sehari-hari dan menurunkan status kesehatan lansia. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu melakukan Terapi Komplementer yaitu dengan terapi SEFT. Kegiatan Pengabdian ini dilakukan di Wilayah Kelurahan Labuh Baru Timur Terhadap 36 Kelompok Lansia. Metode Kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu Pelatihan dan Role Play tentang Terapi SEFT pada Lansia. Hasil Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa Kegiatan Dilaksanakan sesuai dengan waktu dan proses yang sudah direncanakan. Hasil Analisis Pretest dan Postest Menunjukkan Peningkatan Kualitas Hidup Lansia dimana Nilai Mean Prestest Sebesar 54,11 meningkat menjadi 70,6 setelah dilakukan Terapi SEFT pada Lansia. Disarankan kepada Lansia agar senantiasa aktif melakukan terapi SEFT dirumah dengan Pendampingan Keluarga secara terus menerus. Abstract:  The quality of life that occurs in the elderly age range often decreases. This has an impact on reducing the ability of the elderly to meet the needs of daily activities of the elderly and reducing the health status of the elderly. One of the efforts that can be done is to do complementary therapy, namely SEFT therapy. This service activity was carried out in the East Labuh Baru Village Area for 36 Elderly Groups. Methods The activities carried out are Training and Role Play on SEFT Therapy in the Elderly. The results of the implementation of service activities show that the activities are carried out according to the planned time and process. The results of the pretest and posttest analysis showed an improvement in the quality of life of the elderly where the mean prestest value of 54.11 increased to 70.6 after SEFT therapy was carried out in the elderly. It is recommended for the elderly to always be active in doing SEFT therapy at home with continuous family assistance.

Abstract

Abstrak: Anak usia sekolah berjumlah 30% dari masyarakat di Indonesia. Anak pada usia tersebut sangat penting dibekali pemahaman tentang kebiasan perilaku hidup bersih sehat karena beresiko terkena penyakit. Upaya promosi kesehatan di sekolah akan lebih efektif dengan menggunakan pendekatan sebaya. Optimalisasi hasil dalam rangka kegiatan tersebut, perlu dibentuk dan dilatih siswa sekolah dasar menjadi kader kesehatan sekolah yang disebut Ners Cilik. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pembentukan Kader Ners Cilik sebagai bentuk upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat di sekolah dasar, sehingga dapat berperan sebagai agen perubahan penggerak perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Kader Ners Cilik dipilih dari kelas 4 dan 5 SD Uswatun Hasanah berjumlah 20 orang yang telah mengikuti pelatihan. Peningkatan pengetahuan dilakukan dengan bentuk penyuluhan kesehatan dengan metode permainan edukatif ular tangga yang berisikan pertanyaan seputar PHBS dan P3K. Hasil evaluasi terlihat ada peningkatan nilai rerata pre dan posttest. Rerata pengetahuan PHBS dari nilai 78,25 meningkat menjadi 91,75 dan rerata pengetahuan P3K dari nilai 61,25 meningkat menjadi 80. Pembentukan Kader Ners Cilik diharapkan dapat dibentuk sejak dini sebagai upaya pelayanan kesehatan sederhana di lingkungan sekolah.Abstract: School age-children is 30% of the people in Indonesia. It is very important for children at that age to be equipped with an understanding of clean and healthy living habits because they are at risk of getting disease. Health promotion efforts in schools will be more effective by using a peer approach. Optimizing the results in the context of these activities, it is necessary to form and train elementary school students to become school health cadres called Little Nurses. The aim of this community service activity is the formation of a cadre of young nurses as a form of community empowerment in elementary schools, so that they can act as agents of change in driving clean and healthy living behavior. The cadres of Little Nurses were selected from the 4th and 5th grades of SD Uswatun Hasanah totaling 20 people who had attended the training. Knowledge improvement is carried out in the form of health education with the snake and ladder educational game method which contains questions about PHBS and first aid. The results of the evaluation showed that there was an increase in the mean pre and posttest scores. The average PHBS knowledge increased from 78.25 to 91.75 and the average P3K knowledge increased from 61.25 to 80. The formation of a cadre of little nurses is expected to be formed early on as an effort to provide simple health services in the school environment.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini di latar belakangi dari masih bingungnya siswa kelas 12 Sekolah Menengah Atas dalam memilih langkah sesudah lulus sekolah nantinya, apakah melanjutkan kuliah, bekerja, kursus atau membuka lapangan kerja sendiri. Maka perlu adanya sosialisasi tentang Merdeka Belajar se-bagai bentuk memberikan pandangan kepada siswa 12 di Yayasan Pendidikan Kesuma LKM. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode seminar dan Talk Show. Merdeka belajar memberikan konsep bagaimana peserta didik bebas berkreasi sesuai bakat dan minat masing-masing. Jika melanjutkan kuliah, akan diberikan ma-gang 3 semester kuliah di perguruan tinggi diluar kampus tempat kuliah. Namun jika lulusan Sekolah Menengah Atas tidak mampu melanjutkan ke jenjang perguruan tinggi karena beberapa faktor, mereka dapat mengikuti pelatihan yang difasilitasi oleh Kemenaker dengan website yang disediakan. Dengan kegiatan PKM ini disambut positif oleh siswa dan pihak sekolah dimana output yang didapatkan, siswa ke-las 12 sudah dapat gambaran akan kemana sesudah lulus sekolah. Mereka dapat menentukan pilihan sesuai minat dan bakat masing-masing.Abstract:  This Community Service Activity (PKM) is motivated by the confusion of grade 12 high school students in choosing what steps to take after graduating from school, whether to continue studying, work, take courses or open their own jobs. So there is a need for socialization about Merdeka Learning as a form of giving views to stu-dents at the Kesuma LKM Education Foundation. Activities are carried out using seminar and talk show methods. Freedom to learn provides the concept of how stu-dents are free to be creative according to their respective talents and interests. If you continue to study, you will be given an internship of 3 semesters of study at a col-lege outside the campus where you are studying. However, if high school graduates are unable to continue on to higher education due to several factors, they can take part in training facilitated by the Ministry of Manpower with the website provided. With this PKM activity, the students and the school received a positive response. The output obtained was that the 12th graders had an idea of where they were going after graduating from school. They can make choices according to their respective interests and talents.

Abstract

Abstrak: Bencana alam berupa gempa bumi yang menimpa masyarakat Lombok NTB pada tanggal 29 Juli 2018 dengan kekuatan 6,8 SR kemudian disusul dengan gempa bumi pada tanggal 5 Agustus 2018 dengan kekuatan 7,0 SR. Desa Pohgading merupakan salah satu bagian dari daerah kabupaten Lombok Timur berdekatan dengan desa Batuyang Kecamatan Pringgabaya yang termasuk salah satu desa yang terdampak bencana alam berupa gempa bumi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya kegiatan psikososial support di Posko SMA Muhammadiyah Pohgading Kecamatan Pringgabaya pada tanggal 18 Oktober 2018 yang dilakukan oleh Tim Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Pada kegiatan tersebut, Tim memberikan berbagai macam permainan edukasi serta ada kegiatan membaca buku-buku cerita anak sekaligus pembagian hadiah bagi seluruh anak yang berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan tersebut. Rasa senang dan gembira terpancar dari raut wajah para adik-adik hari itu. Dalam hal ini tim pengabdian UMMAT kembali melakukan pemulihan trauma healing lewat cara-cara yang familiar di mata masyarakat dengan pendekatan sastra. Pendekatan sastra yang diberikan untuk mengungkapkan gejolak jiwa mereka dan mewakili ungkapan hati mereka lewat puisi yang diungkapkan sehingga titik jenuh dari trauma tersebut menjadi hilang. Hal ini sesuai dengan manfaat sastra dalam kehidupan yaitu memperkaya rohani penikmatnya.Abstract: Natural disasters in the form of an earthquake that struck the people of Lombok NTB on July 29, 2018 with a magnitude of 6.8 SR and then followed by an earthquake on August 5, 2018 with a magnitude of 7.0 SR. Pohgading Village is one part of the East Lombok regency area adjacent to Batuyang Village, Pringgabaya District, which is one of the villages affected by natural disasters in the form of earthquakes. This is evidenced by the existence of psychosocial support activities at the Muhammadiyah Pohgading High School Pringgabaya Subdistrict on October 18, 2018 conducted by the East Lombok Regency Library and Archives Service Team. In this activity, the Team provided various educational games and there were activities to read children's story books as well as the distribution of prizes to all children participating in the activity. Joy and joy emanated from the faces of the younger siblings that day. In this case, the UMMAT service team returned to trauma recovery through ways that were familiar to the public with a literary approach. Literary approach to express the turmoil of their souls and represent their heart's expressions through poetry that is expressed so that the saturation point of the trauma disappears. This is in accordance with the benefits of literature in life that is to enrich the spiritual audience.

Abstract

Abstrak: Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) budidaya itik petelur berlokasi di Desa Bontomanai Kecamatan Bontomarannu Kabupaten Gowa Sulawesi Selatan. PKM ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan mitra yang kurang produktif dan mengedukasi masyarakat mengenai budidaya itik dengan sistem semi intensif. Masalah yang dihadapi mitra adalah kurangnya pemahaman mengenai sistem pemeliharaan itik yang baik agar menghasilkan telur yang maksimal, pengolahan telur itik untuk meningkatkan nilai jualnya, dan manajemen produksi. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tahapan-tahapan sebagai berikut; (1) Sosialisasi dan pelatihan, (2) Pengadaan bibit itik, (3) Monitoring pemeliharaan itik, (4) Pengolahan telur itik. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah  mitra mampu melaksanakan pemeliharaan itik secara semi intensif, mitra mampu melakukan pengolahan telur itik. Adapun produk yang dihasilkan setelah pelaksanaan program ini berupa telur itik segar, telur asin aneka rasa dan pupuk dari kotoran itik.Abstract: The Community Service Program (PKM) for laying duck farming is located in Desa Bontomanai, Kecamatan Bontomarannu, Kabupaten Gowa, South Sulawesi. This PKM aims to take advantage of less productive partner yards and educate the public about duck farming with a semi-intensive system. The problems faced by partners are a lack of understanding of a good duck rearing system in order to produce maximum eggs, processing duck eggs to increase their selling value, and production management. Based on these problems, this activity is carried out in the following stages; (1) Socialization and training, (2) Procurement of duck seeds, (3) Monitoring of duck maintenance, (4) Processing of duck eggs. The results obtained were partners were able to carry out duck maintenance semi-intensively, partners were able to process duck eggs. The products produced after the implementation of this program are fresh duck eggs, salted eggs of various flavors and fertilizer from duck dung.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kecemasan remaja terhadap perubahan fisik maupun psikis pada masa pubertas sering terabaikan dari perhatian orang-orang terdekat, karena adanya pandangan masyarakat bahwa belum saatnya anak-anak usia dini untuk memahami pendidikan seksualitas. Remaja sering merasa tidak nyaman bercerita dengan orang yang lebih dewasa dibandingkan dengan teman seusianya. Pada masa pubertas ini teman sebaya mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam menyikapi masalah kecemasan terhadap perubahan fisik maupun psikologis. Tujuan dari pemberdayaan ini untuk meningkatkan peran teman sebaya dalam pemberian informasi mengenai pubertas, sebagai bagian dari identitas diri untuk berekspresi, bersikap dalam pemecahan masalah pubertas pada remaja. Metode pemberdayaan ini dilaksanakan dalam 3 tahapan yang diawali dengan pretest dan diakhiri dengan pot test yaitu melalui penyuluhan, peer group diskusi, simulasi bermain peran dan evaluasi. Peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini adalah siswa kelas 6 SD yang berjumlah 40 orang. Hasil: setelah dilaksanakan pemberian penyuluhan, diskusi dan simulasi didapatkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta yang signifikan tentang pubertas, mawas diri terhadap perubahan masa pubertas dan saling mengingatkan terhadap bahaya pelecehan seksualitas dini. Pentingnya keterlibatan orangtua dalam memberikan dukungan dan motivasi bagi remaja dalam menghadapi masa pubertas ini.Abstract: Teenagers' anxiety about physical and psychological changes during puberty is often neglected from the attention of those closest to them, because of the public's view that it is not the time for early childhood to understand sexuality education. Teenagers often feel uncomfortable telling stories with people who are more mature than their peers. At this puberty, peers have a very important role in addressing the problem of anxiety about physical and psychological changes. The purpose of this empowerment is to increase the role of peers in providing information about puberty, as part of self-identity to express, behave in solving puberty problems in adolescents. This empowerment method is carried out in 3 stages, starting with a pre-test and ending with a pot test, namely through counseling, peer group discussions, role-playing simulations and evaluation. The participants who took part in this activity were 40 grade 6 elementary school students. Results: After providing counseling, discussions and simulations, it was found that there was a significant increase in participants' knowledge and understanding about puberty, being aware of changes in puberty and reminding each other about the dangers of early sexual harassment. The importance of parental involvement in providing support and motivation for adolescents in dealing with this puberty period.
