Abstract

This study used multiple linear regression data analysis techniques to determine the effect of learning burnout and academic procrastination of students, both individually and together, on mathematical problem-solving abilities. The study was conducted on 88 students of class X of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya, who were selected by simple random sampling. Data collection used a test for problem-solving abilities and a questionnaire for each learning burnout and academic procrastination. Before conducting multiple linear regression, prerequisite tests were carried out, namely: normality test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity test, autocorrelation test, and multicollinearity test. After meeting the prerequisite tests, the analysis was carried out and the results obtained were that there was an effect of learning burnout on students' mathematical problem-solving abilities, there was an effect of academic procrastination on students' mathematical problem-solving abilities, and there was an effect of learning burnout and academic procrastination together on the mathematical problem-solving abilities of class X students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of marriage agreements among the Dayak Ngaju community, which are made before the marriage and stipulate that if one of the spouses violates the marriage, such as through infidelity or by attempting to unilaterally dissolve the marriage, they will be subjected to 'jipen/singer' by the customary leader, which involves the payment of a fine agreed upon at the time the marriage agreement was made. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive, with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings of this research show that marriage agreements among the Dayak Ngaju people serve to provide legal protection for women and their children concerning property matters during the marriage. Additionally, the marriage agreement also functions as a guarantee of fidelity between spouses, ensuring that the marriage cannot be easily dissolved without clear reasons and by the law.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengulas pentingnya integrasi kearifan lokal dalam pembelajaran bahasa dan sastra sebagai upaya menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter pada siswa. Konteks pendidikan kontemporer menyoroti perlunya mempertahankan nilai-nilai tradisional dan karakter di tengah-tengah globalisasi yang berpotensi mengikis warisan budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki potensi infiltrasi kearifan lokal dalam pembelajaran bahasa dan sastra sebagai sarana untuk mengembangkan karakter siswa, sekaligus menjawab kebutuhan akan pendekatan pendidikan holistik. Metode penelitian dilakukan melalui systematic literature review menggunakan panduan PRISMA dengan fokus pada tren pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan minat dalam topik ini, namun implementasi kearifan lokal dalam konteks pembelajaran bahasa dan sastra masih tergolong minim. Temuan menarik melalui visualisasi overlay menunjukkan potensi besar bagi penelitian selanjutnya untuk lebih mendalami implementasi kearifan lokal sebagai sarana penanaman nilai dan karakter dalam pembelajaran bahasa dan sastra di Indonesia. Rekomendasi meliputi penggalian lebih dalam tentang kearifan lokal, integrasinya secara signifikan dalam kurikulum, pelatihan bagi guru, serta desain strategi pembelajaran yang kreatif dan relevan dengan budaya lokal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung efikasi diri dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap motivasi belajar biologi peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Kabupaten Bone. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif jenis ex-post facto yang bersifat korelasional. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu dua variabel bebas meliputi efikasi diri (X1), kecerdasan emosional (X2), satu variabel intervening yaitu motivasi belajar (Y) dan satu variabel terikat yaitu hasil belajar biologi (Z) peserta didik pada pembelajaran biologi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Tanete Riattang, Kabupaten Bone, yang terdiri dari 4 sekolah. Sampel penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Kabupaten Bone. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini yaitu Probability Sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner atau angket dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis statistik inferensial dan pengujian hipotesis. Efikasi diri dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi belajar biologi peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Kabupaten Bone. Efikasi diri, kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh langsung terhadap hasil belajar biologi peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Kabupaten Bone. Efikasi diri dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap hasil belajar biologi melalui motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Kabupaten Bone.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of emotional intelligence, learning independence, and critical thinking abilities on learning outcomes for high school students in Pallangga District. This type of research uses ex-post facto research. This research was carried out in January-February 2024 at SMA Negeri Pallangga District. The population in this study were all students in class XI Science at State High Schools in Pallangga District for the 2023/2024 academic year consisting of 2 schools. The sampling technique used in this research is stratified random sampling. The total sample used was 236 students. The research results include: (1)There is an influence of emotional intelligence on the critical thinking abilities of class XI SMAN students in Pallangga District; (2)There is an influence of emotional intelligence on the learning outcomes of class XI SMAN students in Pallangga District; (3)There is an influence of independent learning on the critical thinking abilities of class XI SMAN students in Pallangga District; (4)There is an influence of independent learning on the learning outcomes of class XI SMAN students in Pallangga District; (5)There is an influence of critical thinking skills on the learning outcomes of class XI SMAN students in Pallangga District; (6)There is an indirect influence of emotional intelligence on learning outcomes through the critical thinking abilities of Class XI SMAN students in Pallangga District; (7)There is an indirect influence of learning independence on learning outcomes through the critical thinking skills of Class XI SMAN students in Pallangga District.

Abstract

Critical views see the media not only as a tool of the dominant group but also as a producer of ideology. The media helps spread its ideas and control other groups, it is also a subject that constructs reality, complete with its views, biases, and partisanship. Suara Aisyiyah magazine is one of the mass media published since 1926 and is the oldest women's magazine in Indonesia. So it is very interesting to read how Suara Aisyiyah provides discourse on ecofeminism. An approach that seeks to understand and address the root causes of social injustice, ecological imbalance, and exploitation of nature by linking the close relationship between the oppression of women and the oppression of nature. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis research method by describing each data which is then analyzed in detail and synthesized effectively. The results state that Ecofeminism in the Suara Aisyiyah magazine that is built is a relationship related to the role of women in nature conservation in the form of protection, utilization, and preservation of natural resources, maintaining family food security, and access to utilizing natural resources for the daily economy.

Abstract

Image processing is a branch of informatics that deals with transforming one image into another using certain techniques. Deep learning algorithms have become one of the effective approaches to solving this problem. In this paper, we propose a deep learning algorithm that uses Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) architecture to recognize leaf types based on a given leaf image. We outline the main steps in model development, including data pre-processing, CNN architecture selection, and model training. The experimental results show that the proposed deep learning algorithm can achieve a high level of accuracy in leaf-type image recognition. In this study, the CNN method is used to identify and classify objects in digital images, specifically leaves. The dataset used consists of 33 leaf classes, with a division of 16,500 data for training, 3,300 for validation, and 1,650 for testing. The training and validation processes were carried out in as many as 150 epochs, which resulted in the highest accuracy of 94% with the lowest loss of 0.28. While in the testing process, the accuracy value obtained reached 84%. The researched method, which integrates CNN with data augmentation and transfer learning, demonstrated superior performance with an accuracy of 94% in leaf type recognition. This outperforms other methods that rely solely on traditional CNN or do not utilize augmentation and transfer learning, which generally achieve lower accuracy rates. The combination of these techniques enables more robust feature extraction and better generalization, leading to more accurate and reliable classification results compared to other approaches.

Abstract

The guarantee business is a risky business, where the recipient of the guarantee (bank) transfers the debtor's credit risk to the guarantee company. Guarantee companies have been burdened with lousy credit claims and layoff claims since March 2020, following the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic. Guarantee companies need to manage risk well so that the transfer of this risk can be an advantage in the form of a guarantee fee (IJP) and profit. The research is qualitative research through a review of relevant literature published in 2010-2021. Researchers seek to understand the implementation of risk management that has been carried out, especially in the non-bank financial industry. The study results show that the insurance company needs to prepare to implement risk management and risk mitigation. It can be done by preparing internal SOPs, reinsurance, co-guaranteeing, and subrogating the post-COVID-19 pandemic. Guarantee companies need to identify risks, measure risks, and then accept, reject, mitigate, or transfer risks. It can be done by implementing embedded enterprise risk management (ERM) in enterprise business processes.

Abstract

Technological advances are currently changing the direction of policies, including in the agricultural sector so that they are based on technology and information. The goal is of course to provide efficiency and effectiveness in the results obtained. However, in the agricultural process in Pulang Pisau district, this is not fully applicable, as evidenced by the Food Estate policy which experiences various obstacles. Therefore, this is a special concern when it is associated with the success of agriculture based on the local wisdom of the Dayak tribe. So the urgency of this research is that various obstacles occur in the leading agricultural commodities in Pulang Pisau Regency that have been carried out. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Exploration Policy of Agricultural Commodities Based on Local Wisdom in Encouraging the Development of Sharia Economy in Pulang Pisau Regency. A qualitative method with a descriptive approach is the method of this research. In the findings of the research, it is illustrated that the agricultural sector has had an extraordinary impact on improving the economy for the lives of the people in Pulang Pisau Regency, but there are still various obstacles including the availability of irrigation governance is not completely good, the resources owned are still minimal, the transfer of farming commodities, the transfer of land functions, and the absorption of crop yields are not by the desired expectations and in economic development is still in the conventional system.

Abstract

The increase in cases of drug abuse victims has an impact on various aspects of life, including the inability of victims to carry out their social functions. Therapeutic communities are present to increase social functioning as part of efforts to restore drug abuse victims. Therefore, this study focuses on the forms of social functioning resulting from the implementation of therapeutic communities concerning the theory of social functioning put forward by Suharto, which in each aspect combines various information from previous studies. This study aims to provide an overview of the forms of social functioning resulting from the implementation of a Therapeutic Community. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, the selection of informants is carried out using purposive sampling techniques, and data sources are obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Based on the results of the study, therapeutic communities are implemented in stages, residents can move up to the next stage if the resident's condition is by the criteria at that stage. Former residents currently show social functioning as seen by their ability to meet basic needs, carry out social roles, and deal with shocks and pressures. However, long-term exposure to narcotics can cause former residents to be unable to fully achieve optimal social functioning in terms of fulfilling basic needs.
