Abstract

Keterbatasan alat praktikum jaringan komputer Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) menyebabkan siswa mengandalkan teori tes sebagai pengukuran kompetensi. Saat pree test, terdapat 16 siswa dari total 29 siswa belum mencapai kompetensi, sehingga perlu peningkatan strategi metode pembelajaran efektif bagi siswa kelas XI Teknik Komputer Jaringan SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Purbalingga. Partisipasi aktif siswa terlibat langsung menciptakan pembelajaran dinamis dan pemanfaatan fasilitas yang tersedia di sekolah menjadi kunci optimalisasi penggunaan fasilitas, teknologi, materi pembelajaran, sehingga tercipta pertumbuhan kompetensi siswa. Siswa dapat mengembangkan kompetensi melalui media Cisco Packet Tracer, sebagai pembelajaran dinamis dengan menyediakan tools simulasi, perangkat jaringan, kabel, protokol jaringan, eksperimen, menguji skenario, memahami konsep jaringan komputer. Penggunaan Cisco Packet Tracer diharapkan siswa merespon positif terhadap kurangnya ketersediaan peralaatan Praktik untuk mencapai kompetensi. Tujuan penelitian ini: mengetahui peningkatan kompetensi siswa dalam penguasaan materi VLAN, optimisme kemandirian siswa dapat membantu belajar lebih kreatif, dalam pembelajaran VLAN melalui Cisco Packet Tracer. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode tindakan kelas berdasarkan model Kurt Lewin. Pelaksanaannya mencakup beberapa langkah di setiap siklus, yakni perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan refleksi. Hasil penelitian kompetensi belajar VLAN pada siswa ditemukan 44,83% tidak mencapai Kriteria Ketercapaian Tujuan Pembelajaran (KKTP). Setelah penelitian pada siklus 1 melalui penerapan Cisco Packet Tracer tingkat ketuntasan klasikal meningkat menjadi 72,41%. Meskipun pembelajaran pada siklus 1 belum mencapai ketuntasan klasikal, pembelajaran dengan penerapan Cisco Packet Tracer dilanjutkan pada siklus 2. Siklus 2 diperoleh ketuntasan klasikal 93,10%, hal ini menunjukkan tercapainya ketuntasan belajar. Hasil penelitian pembelajaran melalui penerapan Cisco Packet Tracer dapat meningkatkan kompetensi siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model with a differentiated approach in mathematics lessons, specifically on pictogram material for second-grade elementary school students. PBL is a student-centered learning approach that encourages active problem-solving through investigation and collaboration. Differentiated instruction is oriented towards the needs of students, adjusting the learning process according to individual needs, abilities, and interests. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods. The subjects of this study were all second-grade students. The results indicate a diversity of learning styles among students, namely visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. Implementing PBL with a differentiated approach has proven effective in teaching mathematics, particularly in pictogram material, as it provides students with learning facilities tailored to their needs. The application of PBL with a differentiated approach has a positive impact because it allows students to express their potential according to their interests, thereby creating a more meaningful learning experience.

Abstract

This study aims to develop valid and practical interactive video learning media for informatics subjects using the Powtoon and H5P applications. This research uses Research and Development (RD) research with the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 stages, namely: (1) Analysis (2) Design (3) Development (4) Implementation (5) Evaluation. The collection technique in the research was using a questionnaire. The results showed that interactive video learning media using the Powtoon and H5P applications based on the results of media validation by media experts obtained an average value of 0.82 in the "Valid" category, while the results of material validation by material experts obtained an average value of 0.88 with “Valid” category. The results of practicality by the teacher obtained an average value of 91.74% in the "Very Practical" category, while for student practical results an average value of 89.19% was obtained in the "Very Practical" category, so it can be concluded that interactive video learning media The informatics lesson developed was declared valid and practical as a learning medium.

Abstract

One of the factors for the low learning outcomes of PAI is the lack of interest of students in learning PAI. Therefore this research was conducted because of the learning outcomes of class VII students of PAI. 1 SMP Negeri 11 Lubuklinggau is still low due to the lack of technical development in the learning process. In this study aims to improve student learning outcomes in accordance with the Maximum Completeness Criteria (KKM). Which in this study used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method which was carried out in 2 cycles with data collection techniques using observation, documentation, interviews, and tests. From the research that has been carried out, the results of this study are that there is an average percentage of learning outcomes of students with the Mnemonic Technique in the learning process with the following details: 1) in the application of this Mnemonic Technique there is an increase in the learning outcomes of students in each cycle, this can be proven for learning outcomes in cycle I reached 72.81% (good), while in cycle II it reached a percentage of 86.25% (very good), 2) there was an increase in student learning outcomes in each cycle. It was proven that the average score of students in cycle I was 21.06 with a percentage of 40.69%, while in cycle II it had increased by 13.44 with a percentage of learning outcomes of 18.45%, so that in cycle II it was declared successful because it had achieve performance indicators.

Abstract

This study aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes by using the Inquiry Based Learning method with Vocational Collaboration. The subjects of this study were 33 students of class X Health Service 2 SMK Muhammadiyah Lumajang in semester 1 of the 2021/2022 academic year. The research method is descriptive qualitative and the data collection techniques used are: (1) test; (2) observation; (3) documentation. The data obtained from this study were analyzed descriptively using simple descriptive statistics. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the application of the Inquiry Based Learning method with Vocational Collaboration could improve the learning outcomes of participants in learning mathematics and carried out well. Classically, learning outcomes in the first cycle reached 55% and in the second cycle it reached 85%, resulting in an increase of 30% from the first cycle to the second cycle.

Abstract

Manajemen adalah suatu rangkaian yang mengatur kegiatan-kegiatan sesuai dengan tujuan agar berdaya guna bagi pembangunan dan segala keperluan perubahan dalam masyarakat dengan strategi yang jelas yang dianut dalam suatu sistem yang efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu manajemen sekolah di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Studi literatur ini dilakukan dengan mencari beberapa sumber tertulis berupa buku, arsip, jurnal, artikel dan jurnal, serta dokumen yang dapat memudahkan peneliti untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang peran kepala sekolah dalam pembangunan. kualitas pendidikan. Analisis data kualitatif dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara interaktif dan dilanjutkan tanpa terputus sampai selesai sehingga datanya jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap, yaitu: pengumpulan data, kategorisasi data, penyajian data, dan penjumlahan. Data yang telah dianalisis kemudian diinterpretasikan dan dirumuskan kembali melalui pembahasan deskriptif.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to improve expressive language skills in children aged 5-6 years by using hand puppet media in group B at Prima Sakinah PAUD. This research is a class action research (CAR). . This method was carried out in four stages, namely planning, action, implementation, and reflection. The research subject was group B of Prima Sakinah PAUD, which consisted of 10 children. Data collection methods used are observation and documentation. The success indicator set is that 75% of 10 children achieve expressive language skills in children aged 5-6 years. This research was conducted in two cycles. Cycle I was held in 6 meetings and Cycle II was held in 4 meetings. The results showed that there was an increase in the expressive language skills of children aged 5-6 years using the media "hand puppets". improved by using hand puppet learning media. By proving the results of the average percentage in the pre-action conditions of 13.9% after the first cycle increased by 65.6% then after the second cycle increased by 89.4%.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang hakikat guru, peserta didik, dan interaksi edukatif dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas X SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Kisaran. Permasalahan yang diambil berupa kurangnya pemahaman guru mengenai peranannya sebagai pendidik yang mengutamakan interaksi edukatif yang positif, serta partisipasi peserta didik yang cenderung pasif dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari tiga siklus, dengan subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa sebanyak 30 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan tes hasil belajar untuk menilai perubahan dalam interaksi edukatif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa melalui peningkatan pemahaman guru terhadap hakikat dirinya sebagai fasilitator dan motivator, serta penerapan strategi pembelajaran yang melibatkan peserta didik secara aktif, interaksi edukatif yang lebih produktif dan positif dapat tercipta. Begitu juga dengan peserta didik menunjukkan peningkatan yaitu partisipasi aktif dan motivasi belajar yang lebih tinggi. Oelh karena itu, penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai hakikat guru dan peserta didik, serta pengelolaan interaksi edukatif yang efektif, dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the collaboration skills of students in math lessons by applying cooperative type TGT (Teams Tourism Games) learning with class presentation steps, studying in a team, game, game, group announcements, group announcements. This study is a Research on Class Action held in Mangunsari 02 City Prayers in the class V Semester I of 2023/2024 in two cycles with the number of 16 students where 7 men and 9 women. dikumpukkan data using observation sheets of students’ skills in collaborating. Data was analyzed descriptively by comparing the meaningfulness and learning at the results of students from pre cycles, the I cycle and the cycle II. The results show that peningkatakan collaboration skills by implementing the Teams Tournament learning model in the Mathematics subject were the I cycle from 16 students who exist, there are 7 (44%) students who have met the indicator of collaboration skills, compared to pre-19% of students, while in the II cycle from 169 students who are very able to collaborate. Therefore, the TGT model can improve collaboration skills in the cargo of Mathematics learning.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the urgency of providing educators with views on effective teaching through a teaching performance competency model, focusing on 10 aspects of teacher competency. The research method involved literature analysis and case studies on teachers' teaching practices. The research results highlight the key role of performance competency models in improving teacher performance, with a positive impact on student achievement. Principal strategies, including classroom visits, training, motivation, and rewards, were identified as central contributors to improving teacher performance. Measuring teacher performance includes professional duties and considers internal and external factors. Efforts to improve teacher performance also involve learning plans, class management skills, and support from supporting factors. Teacher self-development, through functional training and collective activities, is considered the key to increasing professionalism with material that includes educational planning, teaching methodology, use of information technology, learning innovation, and competency in writing scientific publications. The research conclusion confirms that teacher participation in self-development and application of the performance competency model can significantly improve the quality of learning, have a positive impact on student learning achievement, and emphasizes the urgency of empowering teachers through school principal strategies to improve the quality of education.
