The research method used is SLR research (Systematic Literature Review). The stages of this method are Planningode, Data Collection, Analysis Stage, and Synthesis. Through a literature review of ten relevant journals, this research identifies various positive aspects, such as increased student engagement, character development, and enrichment of the learning context. However, it also found challenges in implementing local wisdom, including a lack of resources and training for teachers. The results of this study show that the application of local wisdom in Indonesian language learning not only enriches students' learning experience but also strengthens their love for their culture and language. Recommendations for educators and education policymakers are proposed to integrate local wisdom more systematically in the curriculum.

This study explores the role of inspirational leadership, often identified with transformational leadership, in enhancing academic achievement within vocational high schools. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach with PRISMA methodology, the research synthesizes findings from 40 articles published between 2018 and 2024. The PRISMA approach is utilized for analysis. Data in systematic reviews that aim to screen, evaluate, and transparently report literature. The steps of data analysis with PRISMA involve a process of identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and inclusion of relevant literature. The analysis highlights the capacity of transformational leadership to foster collaboration, innovation, and motivation among school stakeholders. It underscores the influence of leadership in integrating entrepreneurial values, developing innovative teaching methods, and creating an inclusive school culture. The study also identifies a significant research gap in understanding the direct application of transformational leadership in vocational contexts. Recommendations are made for school leaders to implement transformational leadership practices aligned with contemporary educational challenges, focusing on equipping students with both academic and practical skills for the workforce.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contextualization of classical text teaching in both traditional and modern pesantren through a socio-cultural approach, focusing on adapting teaching methods and their relevance in addressing the changes of the times. A qualitative approach with descriptive-analytical methods was employed to investigate the contextualization of classical text instruction in modern pesantren (Pesantren Persis 67 Benda) and traditional pesantren (Pesantren Miftahul Huda) in Tasikmalaya. Data collection techniques included passive participant observation, structured interviews, and documentation studies, with data analysis based on the Miles and Huberman model conducted before, during, and after fieldwork. Triangulation, extended observations, and enhanced rigor were applied to ensure data credibility. The findings indicate that traditional pesantren maintain classical methods such as sorogan and bandongan, while modern pesantren adopt integrative approaches that combine Islamic traditions with technology-based and contemporary scientific learning methods. Both models successfully preserve the relevance of classical texts in shaping the character of students through strong spiritual and ethical values. In conclusion, the contextualization of classical text teaching in pesantren not only serves as a strategy to preserve the intellectual heritage of Islam but also as an educational paradigm that adapts to global challenges, ensuring that pesantren remains relevant as leading educational institutions in the modern era.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Special Work Placement Unit (SJPU) in Vocational High Schools (VHS) in channeling graduates into the world of work. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach and bibliometric analysis with VOSviewer, this study identified trends and gaps in previous research. With the PICO (Problem, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome) step, the main questions asked include the effectiveness of SJPU in distributing graduates and their supporting and inhibiting factors. The results of the study show that SJPU plays an important role in tracer studies, job training, and partnerships with the business/industry world. However, the limitations of management personnel, ineffective communication of alumni, and the incompatibility of graduate competencies with industry needs are still the main challenges. Therefore, the optimization of SJPU needs to be carried out through increased cooperation with industry, the use of digital technology in employment information, and the alignment of the curriculum with the needs of the job market. This strategic recommendation is expected to help vocational education stakeholders in increasing the absorption of VHS graduates and strengthening the role of SJPU as a link between the world of education and the world of work.
