Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine if e-money users' loyalty is influenced by promotional attractiveness, satisfaction, and convenience. The people that use electronic money make up the group that this study used. Purposive sampling was the method employed in this study, and the sample size was one hundred participants. The measurement tools used in this study are ordered according to a Likert scale. In order to collect data for this study, questionnaires and a literature review were employed. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed in this study's data analysis. The following conclusions can be made in light of the analysis and conversation: According to the partial regression test (t-test) results, convenience, satisfaction, and the attractiveness of the campaign all significantly affect the loyalty of e-money users. It is known from the simultaneous regression (f-test) results that convenience, satisfaction, and promotional attractiveness all significantly affect e-money user loyalty at the same time. Then, because it has a higher value than the convenience and happiness variables, the promotion attractiveness variable has the most prominent influence on the loyalty of e-money users.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how successful application use is and what factors influence the successful use of online shopping applications. This research uses quantitative methods. Users of online shopping applications in Jabodetabek were given a questionnaire via Google Form as part of the data collection method used in this study. Users of online shopping apps made up the study's population. Purposive sampling was the method used to choose the study's sample. In this study, a sample of one hundred respondents was used. The two types of data analysis are statistical analysis and demographic analysis. The results of the conducted research support the notion that the presence of online shopping applications is beneficial, and that user perceptions play a significant role in the success of an application's use. Respondents can shop online with convenience and utility thanks to the services offered by online shopping applications. User satisfaction with net benefits is the most significant factor, according to the path coefficient and t-test values. This indicates that consumers are happy with the online shopping app and are inclined to accept the advantages it provides. Consumers believe that an element that can raise the net benefit value of online shopping applications is user satisfaction. According to the path coefficient and t-test values, service quality is the factor that has the least impact on users' perceptions of its usefulness. This indicates that consumers believe the usefulness value they perceive from online shopping applications cannot be enhanced by the quality of those services. So, improvements need to be made so that the success of using the application increases.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze which factors are most determining in influencing interest in using pay-later. This type of research is multivariate analytical research using a quantitative approach. All pay-later service customers who engage in e-commerce make up the study's population. Purposive sampling and non-probability sampling were employed in the sample-taking process based on this study. There are one hundred samples. Researchers have made observations to gather data. The author intends to employ principal component analysis and maximum likelihood estimation techniques for data analysis. Following the completion of the study, the following findings were made. The principal component analysis method's RMSE value is 0.02. The maximum likelihood estimates method's root mean square error is 0.015. Therefore, it can be said that the principal component analysis approach is appropriate for usage because it can explain factor formation due to its strong factor loading value and low RMSE value. The influence of advantages is the most important element determining interest in pay-later utilizing the principal component analysis method since it has the highest loading factor value in decision-making.

Abstract

This study looks at how consumer decisions are impacted by the digitalization of QRIS, financial literacy, and financial inclusion through lifestyle. The participants in this study are clients of Sharia Bank. Non-probability sampling combined with a purposeful sampling approach was the sample strategy employed in this study. A sample of one hundred participants was used by the researchers. This study included both primary and secondary data. In order to acquire the primary data required by the researchers, the data collection strategy used in this study is the distribution of questionnaires. In this quantitative study, the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method of moderated regression analysis (MRA) and descriptive statistical analysis were employed as data analysis techniques. Based on the test results and discussions that have been described, the following conclusions can be drawn: The digitalization of QRIS has a direct influence on customers' decisions to make transactions using QRIS. Financial literacy has a direct influence on customer decisions. Decisions made by customers are directly impacted by financial inclusion. Decisions about transactions are directly influenced by lifestyle. The digitalization of QRIS does not directly impact lifestyle. Lifestyle is not immediately impacted by financial knowledge. There is no direct correlation between financial inclusion and lifestyle. Lifestyle cannot moderate the relationship between QRIS digitization and consumer decisions, nor does it have an indirect effect. Lifestyle cannot moderate the relationship between financial literacy and client decisions, nor does it have an indirect influence. Lifestyle cannot moderate the relationship between financial inclusion and customers' decisions to transact via QRIS, nor does it have an indirect influence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to learn how to create an Android-based location-based service (LBS) application for employee attendance. The author employed four different approaches for gathering data for this study: literature studies, interviews, observation, and similar literature studies. Rapid Application Development (RAD), a system development approach that describes use case diagrams using Microsoft Visio software and UML tools, was employed in the preparation of this study. Requirement planning, RAD design workshop, and implementation are the three stages of the Rapid Application Development (RAD) system development approach. Using Microsoft Visio software to help with diagramming, researchers used UML (Unified Modeling Language) tools to begin creating an Android-based attendance application. It can be inferred from the description and discussion's outcomes that: With this research, employees who work in client offices will find it easier to take attendance because they do not need to go to the head office first but can take attendance directly at the client's office. With this research, the process of absenteeism, absence from work due to leave, permission, sickness, and calculation of overtime at the company becomes faster and easier because employees can do attendance, apply for leave, permission, overtime, and sickness directly via the Android application without having to open a browser first. formerly. With this Android application, it can add to the company's brand as a provider of HR management services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how to create an HRIS application. The following steps make up the data collection approach used in the development of this application: observation, interviews, and literature review. The author develops systems using the Requirements Analysis and Design (RAD) method, which comprises three stages: requirement planning, design workshop, and implementation (application). The author has presented research and authors from which the following conclusions can be made: Using UML (Unified Modeling Language) tools and the RAD (Rapid Application Development) methodology, the HRIS attendance information system was evaluated and designed. through the use of three stages for the design, implementation, and requirements planning processes. Through the attendance function in the developed HRIS (Human Resources Information System) application, the system development can facilitate data processing and employee absence reporting for HR (Human Resources). Obviously, there are still issues with this method. Numerous things can still be done to improve and further expand this system. It is envisaged that development will extend beyond attendance and include the ability to use the HRIS application to distribute information on HRD activities.

Abstract

This research aims to see how TOGAF ADM is applied to modeling information technology architecture in restaurants. In this research, the author used the TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM). In TOGAF ADM, there is a definition of architecture and its understanding, which is in the preliminary phase (the preparatory phase). In this modeling, it starts from zero, so a detailed architectural process is needed. This is needed to simplify the subsequent architectural development process. Detailed architectural processes can be obtained using the framework. In TOGAF ADM, there are stages that have been arranged in such a way that the details of the architecture can be seen in them. The modeling that the author will compile also requires support for architectural evolution. This is needed because, initially, the restaurant did not have technological architecture. In Phase F Migration Planning, the framework provides support for technology architecture evolution. Based on the research steps, there are 8 structured stages plus a preliminary stage. However, in this research, the author will only discuss up to stage F, namely migration planning. From the research conducted by the author, a model of information technology architecture for restaurants was obtained, which was implemented using TOGAF ADM. The information technology architecture model includes service processes, payment processes, and monitoring processes.
