Abstract

The problem that is often faced by students is the problem of finding the potential talent that exists in them. In addition, the process of self-actualization that is not easy makes it difficult for teenagers to experience it. Talent is an innate ability that is more or superior which is a potential that still needs to be trained and developed. Self-actualization is the tendency to realize and develop the talents, capacities, and abilities of a human being. Academic self-actualization is self-actualization in the academic or educational field. This study aims to determine the effect of self-actualization on the talent potential of SMA Negeri 2 Bengkulu City students. The object of this research is the students of class X and XI science, totaling 100 people. The research variable consists of two variables, namely the independent variable is self-actualization and the dependent variable is the potential talent of students. The data collection method used is a Likert scale questionnaire. The data analysis method used is a simple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that the average level of student self-actualization was included in the very high category, this can be seen from the number of students who fall into that category as much as 65%. Based on the results of the study, there is a significant influence on the need for self-actualization on the potential talents of SMA Negeri 2 Bengkulu City students.

Abstract

Education is a process of educating and guiding students to achieve certain goals in the form of positive changes in children. Education starts from the family, namely parents. Parents are the first madrasa for children. This study aims to determine the role of parents in increasing children's learning motivation in Bandar Klippa Village, Percut Sei Tuan District. This type of research is a field descriptive, which takes place in Banda Village. Klippa Percut Sei Tuan District. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The techniques used in data collection are observation methods, documentation methods, and interview methods. Based on research conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation that the roles played by parents in increasing children's learning motivation are parents as role models, parents as child facilitators, and parents as child motivators, as for the form of motivators that can be given by parents to children are attention, reward, reward, praise, and punishment. Based on the data analysis, it is concluded and understood that the role of parents in increasing children's learning motivation is quite good. This can be seen from interviews and observations that the role of parents has been well realized by parents in Bandar Klippa Village, Percut Sei Tuan District. Abstract

Covid-19 first appeared in Indonesia in March 2020 which had a wide impact on all sectors of life, including education.Adaptation and innovation are necessary to face the conditions of the new learning model, namely distance learning. In dealing with this, educational institutions are required to provide solutive learning strategies, in accordance with existing conditions, as well as SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung. This study aims to analyze Al-Islam learning strategy during pandemic at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung. This research focuses on three problems, namely: 1) Learning organization strategy, 2) Learning delivery strategy, 3) Learning management strategy. The research method used in this study is to use qualitative research methods and the type of research uses descriptive qualitative, for data collection using observation, documentation and interviews, while in analyzing the data using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study are 1) Al-Islam learning organization strategy, namely through ISMUBA guidelines which are implemented into lesson plans by learning through RubelMu. 2) Learning delivery strategy content through the use of RubelMu media which is designed in such a way by Muhammadiyah during online learning due to covid-19 which is proven to be structured, effective and efficient. 3) Learning management strategies are through scheduling making of videos according to the learning material, providing learning notes through concept of daily grades and student test scores, managing motivation through conveying the urgency of understanding the material, and controlling student learning through giving assignments to be do at home. So that the learning strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic using the RubelMu media was considered appropriate and influential for PAI learning at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung City. Abstract

Education plays a significant role to overcome the low Pro-Environmental Health Behavior (PEHB). By and large, PEHB can be defined as a behavior that supports the achievement of a healthy environment. The study aims to describe the PEHB profile of elementary school students in biology learning. The research method used is a descriptive method with a survey as the data collection technique. The number of items in the PEHB instruments employed in the research consists of 12 items, which are the explanation of 6 PEHB indicators. The indicators are (1) The utilization of energy that supports environmental health; (2) Environmental health-oriented transportation; (3) Waste management to sustain environmental health; (4) Environmental health concept-based consumption; (5) Recycle toward a healthy environment; and (6) Social participation to establish a healthy environment. The research results indicate that the average score of the elementary school students’ PEHB is 67.85 (Moderate). The indicator with the lowest average score is those related to recycling. Moreover, the highest average score is in the first indicator that is related to the utilization of energy. The research concludes that the PEHB score of elementary school students is in a moderate category. A suggestion for future research is related to the development of biology learning media concerning environmental health. Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the teacher's social contribution in shaping students' character. Social competence possessed by a teacher here is very important, because if a teacher is able to apply these social competencies, especially in the school environment and students, then directly a teacher has instilled and nurtured students to have better character. With regard to the social competence of Islamic Education teachers in shaping the character of students in schools, Islamic education teachers to have social competence in approaching their students, teachers must of course pay attention to how to communicate and interact with students and must set a good example for students who have good character less can be formed with the approach already owned by islamic education teachers. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to conduct REBT counseling interventions for LGBT actors. REBT counseling intervention was carried out through the A-B-C-D technique with the procedure of changing respondents from irrational beliefs to rational beliefs. The method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, documentation studies, and audio-visual information. Data analysis through data triangulation techniques, synthesizing, analyzing, interpreting data, and making conclusions in the final narrative in the form of propositions. The conclusions of the study were that the REBT counseling intervention resulted in behavioral changes, namely 1) respondents asked to be guided gently, not harshly, verbally, or bullying; 2) respondents improve the quality of their worship by regularly participating in spiritual activities, respondents become more religious as a result of the painful events they experience; 3) respondents try to reduce sexual activity with same-sex, in general respondents are still in a romantic relationship, but romance by not engaging in sexual relations anymore, respondents trying to reduce the intensity of sexual contact.

Abstract

The research entitled Communication Patterns of Islamic Religious Education Teachers and Students at SMP N 1 Pleret Bantul Yogyakarta was motivated by the researcher's curiosity about communication patterns between teachers and students in classroom learning. In the implementation of learning in the classroom, the teacher applies direct communication to students by providing learning material, namely (Knowing Allah through His Name) but the material is not conveyed properly to students if the communication pattern made by the teacher to students is less effective. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of communication between teachers and students in learning (Knowing Allah through His Name) in the classroom. This research is a type of qualitative-descriptive research, the researcher conducts interviews with key-informants and informants. This research refers to Lasswell's theory. To measure communication patterns, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods by conducting direct observations and interviews. Through research that has been carried out by researchers, communication between teachers and students in learning material religious education (Knowing Allah through His Name) is effective. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of "moving schools" in improving the quality of education. This research is a descriptive qualitative type with interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques. Researchers conducted participant observations of principals and teachers at Janeta Weleri Kindergarten and Muslimat NU 06 Lanji Kindergarten with research subjects there were 2 principals and 4 teachers. The results showed that the Principal of TK Janeta Weleri and TK Muslimat NU 06 Lanji as Leaders in schools were able to become the locomotive of change in schools. Learning is planned according to students' abilities and various activities are expected can make students comfortable and happy when learning at school.

Abstract

The article aims to analyze child-friendly schools in terms of facilities and infrastructure standards at elementary school Muhammadiyah Taman 2 Sidoarjo. This type of research is a qualitative research with a case study research design. The subject of this research is the existing facilities and infrastructure at elementary school Muhammadiyah 2 Taman which was taken using the triangulation technique. Collecting data was taken through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses a data reduction model, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification that developed by Miles and Huberman (2016). The results showed that the standard of facilities and infrastructure at elementary school Muhammadiyah 2 Taman had met the standards of child-friendly schools. Among the existing facilities the school meets the standard of facilities and infrastructure by having a land area of ??1562 m² and has a 3-story building that is protected from danger and access to evacuation, the building has met the standard of facilities and infrastructure set by the Education office, and there is a permit builder. Complete facilities and infrastructure such as having a classroom, library, laboratorium of. Science, room leadership, teacher's room, place of worship, latrine circulation room, playground, healthy canteen, symbol of a child-friendly school, communication media and counseling room that are in accordance with the standards that have been set. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the strengthening character education in islamic education of learning planning, strengthening character education in the implementation of islamic education learning and strengthening character education in the evaluation of Islamic Education learning at State of Elementary School 1 Gedung Sari. This research used descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used non-participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification. The results showed that the strengthening character education in Islamic Education learning planning at at State of Elementary School 1 Gedung Sari was integrated into the objectives, materials, methods, and learning activities designed in the syllabus and lesson plans containing religious, nationalist, independent, mutual cooperation, and values ??values. integrity. Second, strengthening character education in the implementation of elementary schoool learning at State of Elementary School 1 Gedung Sari is integrated into preliminary activities containing religious values. The core activities contain religious values, nationalism, independence, mutual cooperation, and integrity. And the closing activity contains integrity and religious values. Third, strengthening character education in the evaluation of islamic education learning at State of Elementary School 1 Gedung Sari was integrated into authentic assessments, namely the realm of attitude, knowledge, and skills, which contain religious, nationalist, independent, mutual cooperation, and integrity.
