Abstract

Entrepreneurial interest in vocational high school students is an important factor in preparing independent graduates who are ready to face the competitive world of work. However, various studies have shown that psychological aspects such as emotional intelligence, positive emotions, negative emotions, and self-efficacy are still less comprehensively explored. This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, positive emotions, and negative emotions on entrepreneurial interest with self-efficacy as a mediating variable in grade XII students of SMK Negeri 1 Giritontro. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey technique on 187 respondents, while data analysis was carried out through Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS 4. The results showed that emotional intelligence and positive emotions had a significant positive effect on self-efficacy, while negative emotions had a significant negative effect. Self-efficacy was also shown to have a positive effect on entrepreneurial interest and mediated the relationship between the three predictor variables. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening emotional regulation and self-efficacy in entrepreneurship learning in vocational high schools

Abstract

This study discusses poverty alleviation efforts through ecotourism in Rengel Village, Rengel District, Tuban Regency. This study aims to analyse the application of adaptive governance in poverty alleviation efforts through Ngerong Cave Ecotourism in Rengel Village. This research method used a descriptive qualitative approach and data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the adaptive governance theory from Sharma-Wallace (2018), the study results lie on the eight indicator: collaboration, coordination, social capital development, community empowerment and involvement, capacity building, connecting knowledge and decision-making through data collection, improving leadership capacity, and utilizing or creating governance opportunities. The findings reveal that efforts to alleviate poverty through Ngerong Cave Ecotourism have not shown significant improvement in poverty caused by lack of collaboration among various parties, the lack of community empowerment and involvement, and the absence of proactive measures to create governance opportunities. On the other hand, managers have coordinated professionally, built substantial social capital, increased capacity, and made decisions in accordance with the adaptive governance approach. This study contributes to expanding the literature on adaptive governance used in rural ecotourism as an effort to reduce poverty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Financial Technology, E-Commerce, Environmental Security, Capital, and Labor on the Development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Medan City. The research method used was a quantitative approach with regression analysis to examine the relationships between variables. The results show that Financial Technology, Environmental Security, and Labor have a positive and significant influence on MSME Development in Medan City. This indicates that the use of financial technology, a safe environment, and the availability of an adequate workforce can encourage MSME growth. Conversely, the variables E-Commerce and Capital did not significantly influence MSME Development, indicating that the use of online platforms and the availability of capital are not yet fully determining factors in improving MSME performance in Medan City. These findings are expected to be considered by MSME actors and policymakers in optimizing factors that support the development of the MSME sector in the region.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of differentiated learning and digital literacy on the readiness of pre-service teachers at Makassar State University with self-efficacy as a mediating variable. The background of this study is based on the importance of mastering pedagogical competencies, digital technology, and professional self-confidence in meeting the demands of 21st-century learning. The study used a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis and involved 280 pre-service PPG students as respondents. The results showed that differentiated learning had a positive and significant effect on teacher readiness, as did digital literacy, which was proven to improve prospective teachers' ability to utilize learning technology. Self-efficacy also has a direct influence on teacher readiness and is influenced by both variables. Furthermore, the mediation test results show that self-efficacy significantly mediates the influence of differentiated learning and digital literacy on pre-service teacher readiness. These findings confirm that the professional readiness of prospective teachers does not only depend on pedagogical skills and digital literacy, but also on their level of self-confidence, which enables them to optimize learning strategies and technology effectively. This study concludes that strengthening self-efficacy can reinforce the role of differentiated learning

Abstract

This study Describes about the commitment of the Tuban Regency Government in supporting Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 12 through the Zero Waste Emission program in 2025. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach to provide a comprehensive overview of policy and program strategies aimed at minimizing waste generation and promoting sustainable consumption and production. Findings indicate that the Tuban Regency Government has demonstrated ecological responsibility through strategic planning, community engagement, and infrastructural support, such as the development of Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF) facilities and the expansion of community-based waste banks. However, challenges persist in achieving full participation from the community and aligning local practices with broader SDG 12 targets. The study contributes to understanding how local governments operationalize sustainability principles and highlights the need for integrated efforts between government, community, and industry to ensure long-term environmental stewardship.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of Islamic crowdfunding as an alternative financing instrument for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and its challenges in strengthening financial inclusion within Indonesia’s Islamic economic ecosystem. The research focuses on examining the dynamics of Sharia-based crowdfunding platforms, their regulatory framework, the implementation of Sharia principles, and the challenges faced by MSMEs in accessing digital financing. A qualitative approach was employed through in-depth interviews with academics, practitioners, and Islamic finance experts, supported by secondary data from industry reports, OJK regulations, and relevant literature. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that Islamic crowdfunding has grown significantly as a response to the limited access of MSMEs to formal financial institutions. Platforms such as Ammana and Santara play an important role in facilitating Sharia-compliant financing through profit-sharing contracts such as mudharabah and musyarakah. National statistics indicate strong market growth, with Sharia-based securities crowdfunding accounting for 52.1% of total SCF funding in 2024. However, several challenges persist, including low Sharia literacy, limited digital skills among MSMEs, regulatory inconsistencies, and gaps in technological infrastructure. The study concludes that Islamic crowdfunding contributes meaningfully to MSME financial inclusion and supports the expansion of Indonesia’s Islamic economic sector. To optimize its impact, stronger regulatory harmonization, continuous literacy programs, technological improvement, and stakeholder collaboration are required to enhance trust, accessibility, and Sharia compliance.

Abstract

This research examines a model of muallaf development based on local wisdom within a Muslim minority community, with a case study in Ngadas Village, Poncokusumo District, Malang Regency. This village has a unique socio-religious character, where Muslims are a minority group, mostly increasing through conversion due to marriage and social interaction. This condition necessitates a development pattern that is not only doctrinal but also adaptive to local culture and interreligious relations. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data was collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed interactively through condensation, presentation, and conclusion drawing with data triangulation. The results show that muallaf development is carried out through a non-directive community-based model that integrates local wisdom into socio-religious traditions, such as tahlilan, Friday prayers, and daily interactions. This model contributes to strengthening the Islamic identity of muallaf and maintaining social harmony, although it still faces limitations in resources and development planning.
