Abstract

This study aims to analyze studies on statistical literacy skills in Sekolah Siaga Kependudukan (SSK). Statistical literacy skill is part of mathematical literacy skill which is an assessment of students' mathematical abilities. The method used was a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of all research articles indexed in Scopus, Sinta, Google Scholar, Semantic, and ERIC in the period 2018-2023. The search strategy was adjusted to the selection criteria. It used the PRISMA protocol with study characteristics such as education level, year of publication, research method, sample size, journal indexer, and research location. Data analysis of this study was conducted in a quantitative descriptive manner. The results of this SLR study stated that research related to students' statistical literacy skills has relatively increased research trends over the past five years. The research database that has been published and is the result of SLR research shows that most journal indexers are Q2 rank Scopus and are dominated by qualitative research. The majority of research locations were carried out in Indonesia in accordance with the existence of the Sekolah Siaga Kependudukan, which only exists in Indonesia. Further research recommendations can accommodate statistical research and learning with collaborative modules and student activities so as to improve aspects of statistical literacy skills in the form of interpreting, communicating, evaluating, and making data-based decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of self-assessment and peer assessment in learning, the factors affecting the accuracy of self-assessment and peer assessment, and efforts to enhance the accuracy of self-assessment and peer assessment. This research was a qualitative approach with a systematic literature review method. The data collected are from national and international scholarly journals related to self-assessment and peer assessment in learning, which were then analyzed using content analysis. According to the study's findings, using peer and self-evaluation to evaluate students' learning had a very beneficial effect. Thus, it should be put into practice. Additionally, a number of factors, such as self-confidence, emotional intelligence, self-perception of abilities, prior experience, feedback quality, assessment instrument clarity, assessor agreement, and trust in peer assessment, affect how accurately learners assess themselves and each other. Clear assessment criteria and procedures, which provide students direction for both their own and their peers' evaluations, can increase the accuracy of peer and self assessments. Good feedback is essential to improving both assessment techniques' accuracy. In addition, sufficient instruction for pupils is required to guarantee that evaluations are more precise, impartial, and beneficial.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of online training and material mastery partially and simultaneously on Buddhist pre-marriage guiding skills. This research used a quantitative approach with a correlational survey design. The population were 235 Buddhist pre-marriage guiding facilitators. The sampling technique was purposive sampling; 148 respondents were taken as samples, which was determined using the Yamane formula. This research used questionnaires as instruments with 120 items using Likert scale assessments, which were distributed to respondents after passing the validity and reliability test. Incoming data was tabulated in Excel and processed using SPSS 29. The techniques used to analyze the data were descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression Analysis, as well as the T-test, F test and Coefficient Determination test after the classical assumption test was carried out. This research showed that online training and material mastery had a positive and significant influence partially and simultaneously on the Buddhist pre-marriage guiding skills; this research indicates that the facilitators have good guiding skills in providing Buddhist pre-marriage guidance. This research also indicated that facilitators could follow the online training model well because they could use information technology to follow the learning process holistically and continuously. This research also indicated that the facilitators mastered the pre-marriage guidance material well because they know and understand the material, apply it, analyze it, evaluate it, and create or compile, summarize, combine, and formulate Buddhist pre-marriage guidance material.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a ‘smart egg puzzle’ as an innovative learning media to introduce numbers to 5-6-year-old children at TK Lab.School IKIP PGRI Jember. This research method used research and development with the ADDIE model, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The instruments used in this study included validation instruments, response questionnaires, pretests, and posttests. Quantitative data analysis was processed by presenting percentages using the Likert scale as a measurement scale. Expert validation in media and material has been conducted to assess the feasibility of developing the 'smart egg puzzle' learning media. Practicality testing was performed by evaluating practicality questionnaire sheets conducted by teachers. Effectiveness testing was carried out using pretests and posttests, with the first test conducted before using the 'smart egg puzzle' media (pretest) and the second test conducted after using the 'smart egg puzzle' media (posttest). The results of this study indicated that the ‘smart egg puzzle’ was found to be highly valid, with an 88.75% validation rate from media experts and an 83.92% validation rate from material experts. Additionally, practical assessments by teachers indicated that the learning media was very practical, with an average score of 90.38%. The effectiveness of the ‘smart egg puzzle’ was tested with pretests and posttests, showing a significant improvement in students' number recognition skills. Developing the ‘smart egg puzzle’ was effective and met the validity, practicality, and effectiveness criteria, making it a suitable learning tool for students at TK Lab.School IKIP PGRI Jember.
