Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of interest in reading on social studies learning achievement for class V of SDN in cluster II Kasihan, Bantul in the 2023/2024 academic year and to determine the contribution of interest in reading to social studies learning achievement in class V of SDN in cluster II Kasihan, Bantul in the academic year 2023/2024. The type of research used in this research is quantitative survey. The population of this study was 133 and the sample used was 100 class V students of SDN in cluster II Kasihan, Bantul for the 2023/2024 academic year who were selected based on Michael's issac table. Data collection techniques in this research used questionnaires and tests. The data analysis used is a simple linear regression test. The results of this research concluded that interest in reading had a positive and significant effect on social studies learning achievement in class V. This can be shown by obtaining a value of Fcount = 105,057 while Ftable = 3.94 with a significance value of 0.016. Therefore, it can be concluded that the p value is <0.05, which means that reject Ho with a value of 105,657 > 3.94. Interest in reading contributes to learning achievement by 51,9 and the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate how students' mathematical problem solving abilities are related to the material on three-variable linear equation systems. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were 3 class X students, 1 student with high cognitive abilities, 1 student with moderate cognitive abilities, and 1 student with low cognitive abilities. Research data was obtained through giving tests of mathematical problem solving abilities in the form of essay questions. Based on research, students with high cognitive abilities have good problem solving abilities starting with understanding the problem, planning strategies, implementing strategies, and checking back on the answers obtained. Students with moderate and low cognitive abilities do not have good problem solving abilities, students with moderate cognitive abilities are able to understand problems but are not precise in planning, implementing strategies and checking the answers obtained, and for students with low cognitive abilities not yet able to understand the questions, plan strategies, implement strategies or recheck the results of the answers obtained.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran ICT adalah media pembelajaran inovatif yang dapat digunakan sebagai sarana pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran ICT dapat menjadi penyelesaian yang tepat untuk digunakan sebagai sarana dalam proses pembelajaran. Salah satu media ICT yang dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran yaitu wordwall. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan deskripsi terkait pemanfaatan wordwall dalam pembelajaran matematika untuk menumbuhkan motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas I di SD Negeri 112 Palembang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kelas I SD Negeri 112 Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik observasi yang dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan berbagai informasi dari pengamatan langsung di Kelas I SD Negeri 112 Palembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan memanfaatkan wordwall pada pembelajaran matematika dapat menumbuhkan motivasi belajar peserta didik di kelas, sehingga membuat peserta didik bersemangat dalam belajar, peserta didik dapat belajar dengan situasi yang menyenangkan, serta guru dapat memanfaatkan wordwall untuk menunjang keberhasilan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran.Kata Kunci: Wordwall, Matematika, Motivasi Belajar

Abstract

Transisi TK ke SD masih melekat budaya mewajibkan anak memiliki ketrampilan membaca oleh pandangan orang tua walaupun orang tua sudah teredukasi bahwa pembelajaran di TK dunia anak itu eksplorasi bermain. Bahkan orang tua rela anak les untuk mahir membaca, maka dari itu tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengetahui miskonsepsi orang tua dalam transisi TK ke SD wajib tidaknya ketrampilan membaca. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dilaksanakan di semester dua berlokasi TK Tunas Harapan Nusa Dukuhsalam. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakaan wawancara, observasi, maupun dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan miles, hubernan, dan saldana berupa mencari data, menyajikan, dan penarikan kesimpulan melalui instrumen pedoman wawancara dan peneliti sendiri. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan tetap adanya harapan anak mahir membaca dalam transisi TK ke SD karena kekhawatiran orang tua terhadap pembelajaran di jenjang tersebut walaupun orang tua sudah teredukasi tetap saja mencari cara agar anak mahir dalam ketrampilan membaca termasuk pemberian hadiah dan menunggu kondisi hati anak mau belajar membaca dengan hakikat keliru karena kebiasaan lingkungan dan kebudayaan transisi TK ke SD yang memang dianggap memerlukan hal tersebut. Tidak ada yang salah memberikan pengenalan membaca karena bermanfaat seumur hidup, hanya saja lebih baik tidak mewajibkan biarkan anak distimulasi sehingga memiliki minat baca dari diri sendiri menjadikan anak senang, tidak rugi, dan orang tua pun bahagia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Quasi Eksperimental dengan menggunakan desain penelitian Non-Equivalent Pretest-Postest Control Group Desain yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran ASSURE berbantuan media audiovisual terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV SD Inpres Tamalanrea V Kota Makassar. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran ASSURE berbantuan media audiovisual, sedangkan varibel terikatnya adalah hasil belajar IPA. Pemilihan sampel yang dilakukan jenis Sampling Total dengan hasil kelas IVa sebagai kelompok eksperimen dengan jumlah 28 siswa dan kelas IVb sebagai kelas kontrol sebanyak 29 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian yaitu observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Data dikumpulkan dari pemberian tes pada ranah kognif kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan statistik inferensial menggunakan uji Independent Sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hasil belajar IPA dengan materi Mengubah Bentuk Energi. Hal ini terlihat pada rata-rata Posttest kelas eksperimen mencapai 71.43. sedangkan rata-rata Posttest kelas kontrol mencapai 56.03. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis menggunakan independent sample t test diperoleh nilai thitung = 3.471, sedangkan nilai ttabel = 2.004. Berdasarkah hasil yang diperoleh thitung > ttabel (thitung = 3.471 > ttabel = 2.004). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima.

Abstract

Learning that still uses conventional learning models, where schools still apply scientific learning models and the use of learning media is still lacking so this study aims to (1) describe the application of Project-Based Learning based learning models assisted by Food Nets Pyramid media in class V Food Net Science subject matter, and (2) describe student learning outcomes based on the application of learning models Based on Project Based Learning assisted by Media Pyramid of Food Nets on the subject matter of Science Nets Food Webs class V. The research method used was qualitative descriptive with research subjects as many as 20 students. The participants of the study were grade V students of MI Nurul Huda who were involved in learning using the PjBL model assisted by the Food Net-Web Pyramid media. Data was collected through classroom observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results showed a significant increase in students' understanding and grades after the application of the PjBL model assisted by the Food Net-Web Pyramid media. This is shown by most students achieving and exceeding the Minimum Learning Completeness Criteria (KKTP). There was an increase in student learning outcomes from 53% of students whose scores were still below Minimum Learning Completeness Criteria to 17.6% and an increase in the average score from 66.47 to 83.53 which indicates the average score above Minimum Learning Completeness Criteria.

Abstract

Perencanaan keuangan keluarga memiliki peran krusial dalam membiayai pendidikan anak-anak. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi berbagai pendekatan perencanaan keuangan yang dapat digunakan oleh keluarga dalam memastikan ketersediaan dana untuk pendidikan anak-anak. Melalui analisis literatur dan penelitian terkait, artikel ini mengidentifikasi strategi perencanaan keuangan, seperti pembentukan tabungan pendidikan, alokasi anggaran khusus, dan pencarian bantuan keuangan eksternal, yang dapat membantu keluarga mengatasi tantangan finansial dalam membiayai pendidikan anak-anak. Artikel ini juga membahas faktor-faktor eksternal yang memengaruhi perencanaan keuangan keluarga, seperti fluktuasi ekonomi dan inflasi. Selain itu, artikel ini memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan dan strategi untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas pendidikan bagi semua anak di Indonesia. Dengan demikian, artikel ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya perencanaan keuangan keluarga dalam mendukung pendidikan anak-anak dan memberikan pandangan tentang langkah-langkah yang dapat diambil untuk memperbaiki situasi pendidikan di Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze learning technology trends. This research uses the literature study method. The research results are: Learning Technology is a systematic effort to design, process and assess all learning processes that have specific objectives and are based on research on learning processes and interactions that combine human resources and effective learning. The role of learning technology is: (1) Building collaborative communication networks between teachers and students, (2) Providing various complex, realistic and safe problem solving environments, (3) Building and forming meaning actively via the internet. The principles of learning technology are absolutely necessary to implement, in order to increase the progress of a nation in an increasingly modern era of development. In implementing learning technology, you can utilize information technology and network-based learning media such as Zoom, Google Meet, Google Drive, Google Form, Google Classroom and YouTube Studio. The positive impacts of using learning technology are: (1) The emergence of Mass Media, especially electronic media as a source of knowledge and a center for education, (2) The emergence of new learning methods, (3) The learning system does not have to be face-to-face, (4) The existence of assessment results data processing system that uses technology, (5) Meeting the need for educational facilities can be met quickly. Meanwhile, the negative impacts are: (1) Utilization of information technology but not optimally, (2) Can be affected by information overload, (3) Many students become addicted to cyberspace or the internet, (4) There are criminal acts (Cyber ​​Crime).

Abstract

Initial observations serve as the basis for the implementation of this research. It was found that the majority of Grade III students at SD N 3 Pengadegan still lack communication skills, and the overall mastery level has not reached the predetermined KKM (Minimum Mastery Criteria), which is 65. This research was conducted using the classroom action research method consisting of two cycles through four stages of each cycle: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 21 Grade III students of SD N 3 Pengadegan. The research instruments used were observation, evaluation questions, and questionnaires. Data analysis shows that students' communication skills have significantly improved from the beginning (55%) to the end (95%), indicating a significant change in students' communication skills. Additionally, academic achievement also increased from 38.10% to 78.56%, with the overall average scores for each cycle being 60.31 and 76.74, respectively. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Team Games Tournament model using concrete media in Grade III of SD N 3 Pengadegan can enhance students' communication skills and academic achievement.

Abstract

ABSTRACT To create a learning environment that suits students' needs, teachers need to first recognize the characteristics of each students such as learning styles. This study aims to describe the learning style categories (kinesthetic, auditorial, and visual) of first grade students of SDN Sawah Besar 01 in Indonesian language learning. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive that focuses on using research data collection techniques including interviews and questionnaires that distributed to students. This study describe the conditions when the research was conducted. The population of this study was 29 students, consisting of 16 male students and 13 female students. The results showed that the learning style of first grade students was dominated by a visual learning style which had a percentage of 44.8%, then 31% of students had a tendency to auditory learning styles, and there were 24.1% of students who had a tendency to kinesthetic learning styles.
