<![CDATA[Tingginya angka pengangguran diakibatkan banyaknya jumlah tenagakerja yang tidak tertampung pada sektor formal di Indonesia. Juga disebabkan rendahnya minat lulusan pendidikan tinggi untuk menjadi wirausaha. Lulusan PT masih banyak yang berharap untuk menjadi Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Untuk itu, penting membuat alternatif pekerjaan yang sesuai dan cocok dengan keterampilan, bakat dan minat serta hobi. Pekerjaan tersebut tidak harus memenuhi kualifikasi tertentu, tetapi yang dekat dengan keseharian. Salah satu pilihannya yaitu dengan membuka usaha sendiri berdasarkan passion yang dimiliki. Berdasarkan fenomena awal, lulusan PT masih kebingunan untuk menemukan passion mereka dalam berwirausaha dan juga cara mendapatkan pendanaan usaha. Dengan demikian, Tim PKM dan Mitra masyarakat yang belum produktif secara ekonomis, merumuskan ada 2 (dua) masalah utama yakni peningkatan pengetahuan akan pentingnya menggali entrepreneurial passion (EP) untuk menemukan usaha yang sesuai, dan mengakses pendanaan, serta keterampilan dalam pengelolaan usaha berbasis green economy dan digital dengan memanfaatkan sarana dan bahan yang mudah didapat dan mengurangi dampak negatif pada lingkungan sekitar usaha. Untuk itu tujuan dari PKM ini adalah memberi edukasi mengenai EP, pemanfaatan teknoligi dan cara mengakses pendanaan, pembuatan produk dan pengelolaan usaha berbasis green economy. Metode yang dilakukan melalui edukasi, pendampingan dan pelatihan. Hasil dari Kegiatan ini adalah telah terjadi peningkatan kemampuan mitra dalam mengenali dan memanfaatkan passion untuk berwirausaha, kemampuan menciptakan produk berbasis green economy dan keahlian pemsaran online, yang dibuktikan dari hasil evaluasi dan memonitor keberlanjutan kegiatan melalui berjalannya usaha yang diinginkan oleh mitra.]]>

<![CDATA[Sangatlah penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja pengelolaan bank sampah oleh karena yang perlu diperhatikan antara lain aspek produksi, aspek manajemen usaha yang memuat aspek sumber daya manusia, aspek manajemen keuangan dan aspek manajemen pemasaran. Tim pengabdi bersama mitra mengidentifikasi tiga permasalahan prioritas yang di hadapi Mitra Bank Sampah “Sawo Kencana”. Dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang di hadapi mitra dapat di lakukan dengan pendekatan partisipatif menggunakan teknik pelaksanaan pengabdian ‘participatory rural appraisal’ yang dilakukan dengan 3 (tiga) orang peserta tim pengabdi. Pada pengabdian ini pengabdi memberi Solusi yang ditawarkan kepada mitra yang terkait dengan 3 (tiga) prioritas permasalahan yang teridentifikasi pada Mitra Bank Sampah “Sawo Kencana” antara lain (1) Pendampingan pengadaan alat produksi dalam hubungannya dengan supply chain berupa gerobak sampah; (2) Pendampingan pengadaan papan mading sebagai sarana sosialisasi dan edukasi; dan (3) Pendampingan pengadaan seragam bagi para pengurus Bank Sampah Sawo Kencana. Dengan melakukan pendampingan terhadap mitra maka kinerja mitra semakin meningkat.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service-based research aims to find out the application of customary law for immigrant communities in Sorong City, identify and find stakeholder efforts towards the application of customary law for immigrant communities in Sorong City. This service-based research was carried out in the city of Sorong, with the type of research assistance using the Participation Action Research (PAR) approach. The assisted object is the Bugis Tribe as one of the Migrant Tribes. The Bugis tribe is one of the tribes in Sorong City which is often the perpetrators and victims of OAP. Owned Resources are KKM Bone Management and the Bone Community in Sorong City. The parties involved in this research were the Research Team, Head of Traditional Actors and Victims, Sorong City Religious Leaders, and Sorong City Community Leaders. The results of this devotion-based research show: First, the application of OAP customary law for immigrant communities in Sorong City is paying fines to victims of OAP in the form of money agreed upon by the traditional leaders of both parties and facilitated and witnessed by the Police. Pay the fine as a form of restriction, protection and self-esteem for OAP. Second, the efforts of stakeholders towards the application of customary law for immigrant communities in Sorong City are carrying out socialization activities for Papuan customary law, workshops on Papuan customary law, and prevention activities.]]>

<![CDATA[Styrofoam waste is a type of waste that is hazardous for human health and environmental damage causes. The main of problem to community people objects is waste, because traders and residents still use Styrofoam packaging for food. The aim of this research is to raise health awareness and love for the environment by reducing the use of Styrofoam and to improve the economy of occupant. Activity is begin after obtaining permission from the Kebagusan sub-district as an object. The activity is carried out through counseling and training related to Styrofoam products. Counseling provides information regarding the negative impacts on health and the environment due to Styrofoam. Participants give acquire to make various kinds of handicraft products from Styrofoam and then learn to market through social media to improve family's income. Implementation process of community service is successfully through counseling and training so that the Participant realize related Styrofoam negative impact on health and the environment. Beside, able to make various kinds of handicraft products from Styrofoam.]]>

<![CDATA[Community service activities with the theme of political education targeting youth in Handil Bakti Urban Village as target groups in the form of socialization. This service activity is included in the direct political socialization theme like the development of Indonesia politics, media and politics and political communication because the evolution of Indonesian political campaign nowadays. Survey and socialising are the two steps of this service's implementation. The survey was conducted to learn more about the target group's perceptions of political engagement, and the socialisation process sought to improve political literacy and raise awareness of young people's responsibilities as citizens. Because political engagement is one of the key indicators of democracy and is crucial to renewing a nation's democratic spirit, the goal of this political education is to increase both the quantity and quality of involvement in the election cycle.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this service activity is to inform the relevant community about the inheritance rights of adopted children according to Islamic law. This dedication will benefit the people of Cilamaya Village, Karawang Regency because the large enough population does not rule out the possibility of inheritance problems, including the inheritance rights of adopted children. It can also increase opportunities and problems in the field of education, which is at the core of community service. In addition to conducting socialization, service implementers also help MSMEs in Cilamaya village. This program was carried out offline and was attended by village officials and PKK mothers. The socialization activities carried out by the service implementers during the minggonan discussed the inheritance of adopted children and MSMEs. Lectures, focused discussions with the community, and Q&A attended by all parties involved are used. The development of Islamic law (Tahrij al-ahkam 'alanash qanun) in rulings (jurisprudence) and ijtihad of judges of Religious Courts on the development of inheritance law in the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) can serve as a source of law, and this is relevant in the field of building legal material regarding inheritance in accordance with Islamic inheritance law. Therefore, the decision of the Religious Court judge greatly affects the legal protection of the Muslim community in the implementation of inheritance in accordance with Islamic inheritance law. In the case of MSMEs, this community service begins with material about productivity and competitiveness. Then, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to MSMEs will be discussed further. The goal is to blend theory with reality in the real world. Therefore, conclusions can be made and the best solution for MSMEs to remain competitive in running their business.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service activity is intended to: 1) improve students' ability to provide classroom assistance, 2) improve students' ability to develop students' literacy and numeracy, and 3) improve students' ability to adapt technology to students' learning and academic activities. The mentoring method is carried out through 4 stages, namely: 1) planning stage, 2) implementation stage, 3) evaluation and monitoring, and 4) reporting. The results of this mentoring activity have significantly improved students' abilities in: 1) providing classroom assistance, 2) developing student literacy and numeracy, and 3) adapting technology to student learning and academic activities. These indicators can be seen from the various activities that have been carried out by students in an effort to strengthen literacy, numeracy, and technology adaptation at SMK Negeri 2 Kayuagung.]]>

<![CDATA[So far, the management of orphan funds at Al-Inayah mosque has been made bookkeeping globally so that there are difficulties in making financial reports to the community, planning and managing funds that are not neatly organized so that the management is considered unaccountable and transparent. So that a mentoring activity or counselor is needed that can help managers more precisely in choosing and sorting out various priorities for orphan needs, can plan the use of funds properly, carry out appropriate activities, correct evaluation, neat organization, compile financial statements in accordance with financial accounting standards, accountable and transparent. The methods used are problem analysis, formation & socialization of new management, provision of financial management materials &; financial transparency, coordination of orphan guardians & account creation, and evaluation. The result obtained is that the implementation of assistance in the management of orphan funds at the Al-Inayah mosque in Melik hamlet, Parijatah Kulon village has gone according to plan, runs in an orderly manner, smoothly and is able to provide benefits and convenience to mentoring participants and orphans. This community service activity needs to be continued in the future so that the ability to manage orphans' funds becomes even better.]]>

<![CDATA[This service aims to provide assistance in developing the Annual Work Plan for Character-Based Schools at TK Bustanul Falah Kembiritan Genteng, Banyuwangi. This initiative is driven by the need to meet the standards set by the National Education System, which emphasizes effective school management and quality education. The methodology of this service involves a collaborative approach between the PKM team from the Faculty of Tarbiyah at IAI Ibrahimy Genteng Banyuwangi and the stakeholders of the school, including preparation, implementation, and evaluation, which are then packaged in the form of seminars, training sessions, and structured discussions to enhance understanding of preparing the annual work plan in accordance with national education standards. The results of this service have yielded a better understanding of preparing the annual work plan among school principals and teaching staff. Through mentoring and consultation, the school has successfully developed a comprehensive annual work plan tailored to its needs and ready for implementation in the upcoming academic year. As for the sustainability of this service, it emphasizes continuous mentoring and consultation. This support will enable schools to maintain the quality of their annual work plans and effectively implement them in the subsequent academic years, contributing to an overall improvement in school management and educational quality.]]>

<![CDATA[In the teaching and learning process, the creativity of the teaching staff is needed, one of the teaching methods is to use learning media. Moreover, it is supported by the development of information technology which is very advanced and rapidly developing as it is today. This community service activity discusses the application of android-based solar system educational games for elementary school students. The purpose of this activity is to introduce an innovative approach to solar system learning that involves technology. This activity includes a description of the development and application of android-based educational games specifically designed for students of SDN 4 Plajan, Jepara Regency. The method of implementing this activity begins with a survey of the needs of the students, activity planning, activity implementation and activity evaluation. The results of this activity open up new opportunities in education by providing learning methods that are interesting, effective, and stimulate student interest in exploring solar system science.]]>
