This journal is published by the Faculty of Islamic Studies, Ibn Khaldun University of Bogor, in partnership with in partnership with HSPAI (Scholars of Islamic Education), an affiliate of ISPI (Association of Indonesian Scholars of Education) and PSPII (Perkumpulan Sarjana Pendidikan Islam Indonesia). Editors welcome scholars, researchers and practitioners of Islamic Education around the world to submit scholarly articles to be published through this journal. Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan diiringi dengan munculnya perubahan sosial, budaya, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan bukti bahwa teknologi dan informasi di indonesia mulai tumbuh ke arah positif. Sufisme telah melahirkan berbagai kepribadian yang besar dan mempunyai intelektual serta gagasan yang hebat salah satunya yaitu memberikan penawaran gagasan pembebasan kepada masyarakat. Keagungan sufi seringkali diukur melalui kebenaran yang diterimanya dan memiliki jalan spiritual yang bersumber pada Al-Qur’an dan sunnah nabi. Terdapat beberapa doktrin yang disusun oleh para sufi diantaranya yaitu doktrin yang mengkonfirmasi dan menjabarkan kebenaran sesuai dengan Al-Qur’an dan Sunnah. berkepanjangan ditambah dengan menurunnya bimbingan spiritual sehingga menyebabkan berbagai bentuk perilaku asusila yang meningkat secara drastis. Selain itu juga ditambah dengan berbagai macam situasi perkembangan zaman. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran tarekat dalam membangun spiritualitas umat islam kontemporer. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu tarekat memiliki peranan dalam membangun spiritualitas seperti moral, pendidikan, kesabaran, ketaatan, memperbaiki hubungan dengan Allah, memperbaiki hubungan dengan sesama.

Abstract

Pemetaan gaya belajar dan kecerdasan majemuk penting dilakukan untuk mengetahui profil setiap peserta didik sehingga potensi akademiknya dapat dikembangkan secara optimal. Penerapan pemetaan gaya belajar dan kecerdasan majemuk selaras dengan prinsip pendidikan holistic dan humanis dalam Islam yang menekankan pengembangan beranekaragam potensi individu. Teladan pendidikan Rasulullah SAW mencontohkan perhatian pada keunikan setiap individu dalam proses pembelajaran dan pendidikan. Peran pendidik sangat vital dalam implementasi pemetaan gaya belajar peserta didik di sekolah/ madrasah demi tercapainya optimalisasi prestasi akademik. Diperlukan dukungan sistem, sumber daya manusia, dan budaya sekolah agar program pemetaan gaya belajar dapat terlaksana secara efektif dan berkelanjutan. Dengan pemetaan gaya belajar yang tepat, potensi setiap peserta didik dapat dikembangkan secara optimal sehingga prestasi akademik secara holistic dan humanis dapat meningkat.Asesmen awal diperlukan untuk menggali data profil peserta didik. Informasi ini kemudian dijadikan dasar untuk merancang pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan individu masing-masing. Pemetaan ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasikan gaya belajar peserta didik yang sesuai dengan kecerdasan majemuk yang dimilikinya. Pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran, sejalan dengan nilai-nilai Islam yang menekankan pentingnya pendidikan holistik dan humanis. Pentingnya memahami perbedaan gaya belajar peserta didik dan bagaimana mengakomodasikannya dengan pendekatan yang sesuai, sehingga dapat merangsang perkembangan potensi peserta didik secara optimal dalam kerangka kecerdasan majemuk dan nilai-nilai Islam.

Abstract

Inovasi dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) menjadi kebutuhan penting untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna dan efektif seiring perkembangan zaman. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi strategi efektif untuk pembelajaran aktif dalam Pendidikan Islam dengan mengintegrasikan pendekatan pembelajaran aktif, pemanfaatan teknologi, dan strategi kontekstual. Melalui studi literatur, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi teori-teori dan temuan penelitian terkait, seperti teori pembelajaran aktif, teori kontekstual, dan teori penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya mengintegrasikan metode interaktif, seperti diskusi kelompok, simulasi, dan permainan peran (role-playing), untuk meningkatkan partisipasi peserta didik dalam memahami dan membantu mereka menanamkan nilai-nilai Islam. Selain itu, pemanfaatan teknologi, seperti platform daring, aplikasi mobile, dan konten multimedia, dapat meningkatkan aksesibilitas, daya tarik, dan fleksibilitas pembelajaran agama Islam. Strategi kontekstual yang mengaitkan ajaran agama dengan kehidupan sehari-hari juga menjadi aspek penting dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang sesuai dan bermakna.  Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kombinasi pendekatan pembelajaran aktif, teknologi, dan strategi kontekstual dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran agama Islam dalam membentuk generasi yang mampu mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai agama dalam menghadapi tantangan zaman.

Abstract

The case of the teacher who dared to reprimand a student for smoking is a clear example of how the partnership between parents and schools can be a decisive factor in overcoming problems that arise in the world of education. This incident illustrates the role of parents who are active in supporting their children's educational process, as well as schools that are committed to character building and student discipline. The purpose of this study is to explain the Urgency of Parent and School Partnerships in Improving Student Discipline (Case Study of Teacher Reprimanded by Parents for Reprimanding Smoking Students). The method used in this study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The case study approach is a powerful tool for exploring a particular situation or event carefully, deeply, and in detail. This approach allows researchers to gain a better understanding of the complexity and dynamics of a phenomenon or problem in a real context. The results of this study indicate that the Urgency of Parent and School Partnerships in Improving Student Discipline. These partnerships have a significant impact in shaping student character and creating an effective educational environment are Strengthening Values and Discipline, Holistic Approach to Education, Open and Constructive Communication, Key Support in Rule Implementation, Improved Academic Performance, Better Monitoring and Support, Reducing Rule Breaking, Teaching Cooperation and Responsibility.

Abstract

Di era Iptek, penggunaan medsos hampir tidak bisa dibatasi karena sangat cepat melintasi ruang, waktu dan tempat, sehingga ummat Islam semakin dihadapkan dengan berbagai persoalan, baik yang langsung menyentuh ajaran Islam maupun masalah lain yang masih ada kaitannya dengan keislaman dan persoalan itu membutuhkan instrumen penyelesaian dan salah satu  instrumen itu adalah ajaran/hukum Islam. Salah satu persoalan yang saat ini marak terjadi adalah penggunaan media sosial untuk menyebarkan hoaks serta ujaran kebencian yang berdampak pada instabilitas nasional, media sosial seperti FB, WA, Instagram, Twiter dan sebagainya yang semakin memudahkan pertemuan di dunia maya. Untuk menjaga agar tidak terjadi hal berdampak negatif pada penggunaan media sosial dibutuhkan budaya literasi untuk semua pengguna medsos tersebut, karena dengan penguatan buadaya literasi maka saya, anda dan kita semua akan mampu memfilter, menyeleksi setiap berita yang  disebarkan oleh oran-orang  yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of impression management and professional competence of Arts and Culture teachers on students' learning attitudes. The population in this study is students of SMAN 1 Tangerang and SMAN 30 Tangerang in 2024, with a research sample of 87 students taken using the solvin formula. The data collection technique was through a questionnaire, with instruments as many as 41 statement items. Meanwhile, the data analysis is quantitative with descriptive statistical techniques, simple regression correlation analysis, and multiple regression correlation analysis. The results of the study were: there was a significant influence of impression management on students' learning attitudes by 51.5%, there was a significant influence of professional competence of cultural arts teachers on students' learning attitudes by 55.9%, and there was a significant influence of impression management and professional competence of cultural arts teachers simultaneously on students' learning attitudes by 62.8%. These results show that impression management and professional competence of cultural arts teachers have a considerable impact on the positive change of students' learning attitudes.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of the results of analysis of educational report cards and classroom observations in preparing Data Based Planning (PBD) at SMKN 3 Tasikmalaya, Tasikmalaya City, West Java Province. The focus is to assess the integration of findings from education report cards into school budget work plans (RKAS).  A qualitative descriptive method was used, with data collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that although SMKN 3 Tasikmalaya has identified problems through education report cards, the integration of the findings into the RKAS has not been effective. Budget allocations do not fully address identified needs, such as improving reading and math skills and improving the school safety climate. Recommendations include improving RKAS preparation through systematic planning, deeper data analysis, and stakeholder involvement. This study emphasizes the importance of data integration in education management and provides recommendations for improving the quality of education through better financial management.

Abstract

The Archipelago Capital (IKN), envisioned as a city of the future not only for Indonesia but for the world, has captured widespread attention. Located in East Kalimantan, IKN has sparked both support and opposition from various groups. Supporters believe that IKN will enhance the local economy, while opponents argue that it will harm the environment and threaten cultural traditions. One major concern with large-scale migration to IKN is the potential for conflicts between newcomers and local residents. This study adopts a library research approach, drawing data from primary literature on IKN and religious moderation, as well as other supporting sources. The data is then analyzed to formulate insights relevant to addressing challenges associated with the establishment of IKN. The findings indicate that IKN has the potential to trigger conflict; thus, a religious moderation approach is essential for mitigation. Key approaches include fostering national integration of religion and culture, educating about moderation values through religious teachings, and using symbols that embody the principles of religious moderation.

Abstract

This article discusses the integration of moderation and tolerance values in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) as an effort to shape students' moderate and tolerant character in society. Through a comprehensive study approach, this research explores teaching methods such as contextual, collaborative, value-based learning, as well as dialogue and simulation methods. The analysis results indicate that integrating these values strengthens mutual respect and appreciation for differences, while preventing extremism and intolerance. By instilling principles of balance and respect for diversity, Islamic religious education contributes to creating social harmony and noble character.

Abstract

Organizational culture is the foundation that shapes the way work is conducted, interactions, and the values upheld by an organization. In this regard, the organizational culture in Islamic educational institutions must reflect these religious values. A strong organizational culture aligned with Islamic principles is believed to create an environment that supports the intellectual and spiritual growth of students, as well as fosters character development based on Islamic teachings. This research is a qualitative study conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 in Bandung in September 2024. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation using Miles and Huberman's model of analysis through data reduction, data display, and drawing/verification. The results of this study indicate that the organizational culture at MAN 2 Bandung plays a crucial role in internalizing Islamic values among students, providing a strong foundation for the development of Islamic character. Teaching and learning activities, as well as routine religious activities such as a 15-minute recitation of the Qur'an before classes, congregational prayers, and Qur'an comprehension activities, serve as examples of organizational culture artifacts that not only reflect the institution's commitment to shaping Islamic behavior in students.
