Abstract

Abstrac. Children and adolescents with disabilities in SLB need to have knowledge about coping stress strategies and understand about sexual violence and its prevention. Training of trainers (ToT) training for teachers in SLB on coping stress and prevention and handling of sexual violence was done for the purpose to provide knowledge for students in SLB on how to overcome stress and prevent sexual violence that are susceptible to be experienced by children and adolescents with disabilities. This training activity is a form of community service carried out on teachers at SLB Negeri Lobalain, Rote-Ndao Regency. A total of 17 teachers participated in this community service activity. A quasi-experimental study with one-group pretest-posttest design was conducted to measure the effectiveness of the training. The results of the hypothesis testing showed that the training has a significant effect on participants' understanding, t(16) = -5.738, p 0.001, d = -1.392. Abstrak. Anak dan remaja penyandang disabilitas di SLB perlu memiliki pengetahuan tentang strategi coping stres dan memahami tentang kekerasan seksual dan pencegahannya. Pelatihan training of trainers (ToT) bagi para guru di SLB tentang coping stres dan pencegahan serta penanganan kekerasan seksual dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan bagi para siswa di SLB tentang bagaimana mengatasi stres dan mencegah kekerasan seksual yang rentan dialami oleh anak dan remaja penyandang disabilitas. Kegiatan pelatihan ini merupakan suatu bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan pada para guru di SLB Negeri Lobalain, Kabupaten Rote-Ndao. Sebanyak 17 orang guru mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini. Penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan one-group pretest-posttest design dilakukan untuk mengukur efektivitas pelatihan. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan yang diberikan berpengaruh signifikan pada pemahaman peserta, t(16) = -5.738, p 0.001, d = -1.392.

Abstract

Banten Province has a coastline of 896.063 km and a sea area of 11,500 km², making it a region with great fisheries potential. However, fishermen in this area, especially in Serang City, face economic challenges due to a lack of knowledge and access to technology for processing their catch. Most of the catch is sold directly at low prices without any processing. To improve the welfare of the fishing community, a community service team organized seminars and training sessions in Pekapuran Village. These activities taught fishermen’s wives how to process mackerel into high-value dim sum and introduced them to long-lasting packaging technology. The training involved 35 fishermen’s wives and used assessment methods including surveys, observation, interviews, and counseling. The results showed a significant increase in participants’ knowledge and interest in entrepreneurship. Understanding of women’s empowerment increased by 4.63%, interest in entrepreneurship rose by 8.42%, and knowledge of digital-based businesses increased by 13.52%. The training successfully boosted participants’ motivation and confidence to utilize local potential and digital technology to increase family income. This activity has the potential to drive economic growth for fishermen’s families in line with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) number 2 (no poverty) and number 8 (sustainable economic growth). Abstrak. Provinsi Banten memiliki garis pantai sepanjang 896,063 km dan perairan laut seluas 11.500 km², yang menjadikannya wilayah dengan potensi perikanan besar. Namun, nelayan di wilayah ini, khususnya di Kota Serang, menghadapi tantangan ekonomi karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan akses teknologi pengolahan hasil tangkapan. Kebanyakan hasil tangkapan dijual langsung dengan harga rendah tanpa pengolahan. Untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan komunitas nelayan, tim pengabdian masyarakat mengadakan seminar dan pelatihan di Kampung Pekapuran. Kegiatan ini mengajarkan istri-istri nelayan cara mengolah ikan kembung menjadi dimsum bernilai jual tinggi, serta memperkenalkan teknologi pengemasan tahan lama. Pelatihan ini melibatkan 35 istri nelayan dengan metode assessment yang mencakup survei, observasi, wawancara, dan penyuluhan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan minat berwirausaha peserta. Pemahaman tentang pemberdayaan perempuan meningkat sebesar 4,63%, minat berwirausaha naik 8,42%, dan pengetahuan tentang usaha berbasis digital meningkat 13,52%. Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan motivasi dan kepercayaan diri peserta dalam memanfaatkan potensi lokal dan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Kegiatan ini berpotensi mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi keluarga nelayan sesuai dengan tujuan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) nomor 2 tanpa kemiskinan dan nomor 8 mengenai pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Abstract. Tanaman obat tradisional telah lama dimanfaatkan Masyarakat Indonesia untuk pemelihaaraan Kesehatan, salah satunya adalah serai (Cymbopogon citratus) yang kaya akan alkaloid, flavonoid, dan monoterpene dengan berbagai manfaat farmakologis. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pengetahuan dan nilai guna sebuah produk warga Desa Kampung Melayu RT.06 Kota Banjarmasin dalam mengolah serai menjadi serbuk instan yang lebih awet dan praktis saat digunakan. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi pemaparan materi, pelatihan dan praktek secara langsung, dan evaluasi pretest-posttest pada 25 orang masyarakat yang berpartisifasi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta sebesar 62% dalam pembuatan serbuk instan serai. Kegiatan ini juga membekali peserta dengan edukasi pemasaran produk herbal. Pelatihan ini terbukti efektif meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat dalam pengolahan produk herbal berbasis potensi lokal dimana masyarakat sangat antusias saat pelaksanaan.  Abstrak. Traditional medicinal plants have long been used by Indonesian people for health maintenance, one of which is lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) which is rich in alkaloids, flavonoids, and monoterpenes with various pharmacological benefits. This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of knowledge and the utility value of a product of the residents of Kampung Melayu Village RT.06 Banjarmasin City in processing lemongrass into instant powder that is more durable and practical when used. The methods used are socialization of material presentation, direct training and practice, and pretest-posttest evaluation on 25 participating people. The results of the training showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills by 62% in making instant lemongrass powder. This activity also provides participants with education on marketing herbal products. This training has proven effective in increasing community capacity in processing herbal products based on local potential where the community is very enthusias during the implementation.

Abstract

Abstract. This Community Service activity was held at the Insan Cendekia Mandiri Islamic Boarding School Junior High School in Sidoarjo, East Java. The main objective was to equip students with entrepreneurial skills, specifically in developing herbal drinks made from ginger, lemongrass, and lemon, utilizing the potential of the school's land. The novelty of this activity lies in the integration of local resources (herbal plants) into competitive MSME products, while also building student independence in procuring raw materials through planting practices. The method we employed involved a series of stages: a pre-test to measure students' initial understanding of entrepreneurship, followed by a Business Model Canvas (BMC) conceptual briefing, hands-on practice in making herbal drinks, and practical experience planting ginger, lemongrass, and lemon. The final stage was a post-test to begin developing students' understanding. The results showed a significant increase in students' understanding of business concepts and practical skills in producing herbal drinks. Furthermore, students gained knowledge about plant cultivation as a means of procuring raw materials. This activity significantly contributed to fostering students' entrepreneurial spirit and opening up opportunities for them to develop MSME products based on local potential.  Abstrak. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SMP Insan Cendekia Mandiri Boarding School, Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Tujuan utama pelaksanaan ini adalah untuk membekali siswa dengan kemampuan kewirausahaan, khususnya dalam pengembangan minuman herbal berbahan dasar jahe, sereh, dan lemon, dengan memanfaatkan potensi lahan sekolah. Kebaruan dari kegiatan ini terletak pada integrasi pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal (tanaman TOGA) menjadi produk UMKM yang berdaya saing, serta membangun kemandirian siswa dalam pengadaan bahan baku melalui praktik penanaman. Metode yang kami terapkan meliputi serangkaian tahapan: diawali dengan pre-test untuk mengukur pemahaman awal siswa mengenai kewirausahaan , dilanjutkan dengan penyuluhan konsep Business Model Canvas (BMC) , praktik langsung pembuatan minuman herbal , serta praktik penanaman jahe, sereh, dan lemon. Tahap akhir adalah post-test untuk mengevaluasi peningkatan pemahaman siswa. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman siswa mengenai konsep bisnis dan keterampilan praktis dalam memproduksi minuman herbal. Selain itu, siswa juga mendapatkan pengetahuan mengenai budidaya tanaman sebagai upaya keberlanjutan penyediaan bahan baku. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan siswa dan membuka peluang mereka untuk mengembangkan produk UMKM berbasis potensi lokal.

Abstract. Stunting is a disorder of growth and development in children due to chronic malnutrition and repeated infections, which is characterized by their length or height being below the established standard. The toddler group needs attention because they are a group that is vulnerable to malnutrition. Malnutrition is still a major problem in infants and children under five years of age (toddlers) globally. In 2025, the world of nutrition is expected to face a number of new complex issues. Not only challenges in terms of nutritional problems, such as multiple malnutrition, obesity, and stunting, but also changes in education models and nutritional intervention approaches. The incidence of stunting in North Sumatra Province in 2023 reached 19,298 people with details of toddlers with stunting as many as 18.9%, malnutrition 7.9%, undernutrition 13.2% and overnutrition 3.5%. The incidence of stunting in Pematang Siantar City was 303 people, with the number of toddlers with stunting as many as 7.7%, malnutrition 4.2%, undernutrition 7.2% and overnutrition 4.2%. The implementation of community service carried out in the form of providing education on providing additional food for toddlers. The target of this activity was mothers with toddlers in the working area of the UPTD Martimbang Pematangsiantar Health Center as many as 12 people. The results of community service obtained that before education, the majority of the knowledge of the education participants was sufficient as many as 7 people (58.3%) and after receiving education, the majority of knowledge became good as many as 10 people (83.3%). Community service activities received a good and positive response from the participants and there was an increase in the knowledge of mothers who have children and children will be healthy according to their growth and development. Abstrak. Stunting merupakan gangguan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak akibat kekurangan gizi kronis dan infeksi berulang, yang ditandai dengan panjang atau tinggi badannya berada dibawah standar yang ditetapkan. Kelompok balita perlu mendapat perhatian karena merupakan kelompok yang rawan terhadap kekurangan gizi. Malnutrisi masih menjadi permasalahan utama pada bayi dan anak di bawah lima tahun (balita) secara global. Pada tahun 2025, dunia gizi diperkirakan akan menghadapi sejumlah isu baru yang kompleks. Tidak hanya tantangan dari sisi masalah gizi, seperti malnutrisi ganda, obesitas, dan stunting, tetapi juga perubahan dalam model pendidikan dan pendekatan intervensi gizi.  Angka kejadian stunting di Provinsi Sumatera Utara tahun 2023 mencapai 19.298 orang dengan rincian balita dengan stunting sebanyak 18,9%, gizi buruk 7,9%, gizi kurang 13,2% dan gizi lebih 3,5%. Angka kejadian stunting di Kota Pematang Siantar sebanyak 303 orang, dengan jumlah balita stunting sebanyak 7,7%, gizi buruk 4,2%, gizi kurang 7,2% dan gizi lebih 4,2%. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan berupa pemberian edukasi pemberian makanan tambahan pada balita. Sasaran pada kegiatan ini adalah ibu dengan balita di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Martimbang Pematangsiantar sebanyak 12 orang. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat diperoleh bahwa sebelum edukasi mayoritas pengetahuan peserta edukasi adalah cukup sebanyak 7 orang (58,3%) dan setelah memperoleh edukasi mayoritas pengetahuan menjadi baik sebanyak 10 orang (83,3%). Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat memperoleh respon yang baik dan positif dari peserta kegiatan dan terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan  ibu yang memiliki anak serta anak akan menjadi sehat sesuai dengan pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the management of special guidance and counseling (GC) services at SMPN 33 Bandar Lampung. The main focus of this research includes planning, implementation, evaluation, and challenges in the implementation of GC services. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through interviews with GC teachers, observations, and analysis of school documents. The results show that GC services at SMPN 33 Bandar Lampung are well-structured but still face several obstacles such as limited resources and lack of active student participation. Therefore, innovative strategies are needed in managing GC services to be more effective in supporting students' academic and psychosocial development. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen layanan khusus bimbingan dan konseling (BK) di SMPN 33 Bandar Lampung. Fokus utama penelitian ini mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, serta tantangan dalam implementasi layanan BK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan guru BK, observasi, serta analisis dokumen sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan BK di SMPN 33 Bandar Lampung telah terstruktur dengan baik, namun masih menghadapi beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan kurangnya partisipasi aktif siswa. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi inovatif dalam pengelolaan layanan BK agar lebih efektif dalam mendukung perkembangan akademik dan psikososial siswa.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a critical need for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially those in rural areas, to remain competitive in today’s market. This community service program was designed to enhance the digital marketing capabilities of MSMEs in Kragan Village, Gedangan Subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. The program was initiated in response to the low levels of digital literacy, limited access to online platforms, and the challenges MSMEs face in adapting to the evolving digital economy. Using a participatory approach, this initiative provided targeted training on social media marketing, e-commerce platforms, content creation, and basic digital tools such as WhatsApp Business and Canva. The methodology consisted of three phases: (1) problem identification and proposal submission, (2) implementation of workshops and hands-on mentoring, and (3) post-program evaluation through surveys and interviews. Results showed significant improvements in participants’ ability to utilize digital platforms, increased confidence in online business promotion, and a rise in customer engagement. Moreover, the training fostered knowledge sharing among MSME actors and strengthened their awareness of digital branding. The theoretical framework draws upon the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), highlighting how perceived usefulness and ease of use influence digital adoption. The program also applied the Community of Practice (CoP) approach to encourage peer learning and collaboration. This initiative demonstrates that with proper support and contextualized training, rural MSMEs can transition toward digital platforms effectively. The project also produced an Intellectual Property (IP) output in the form of training modules and digital marketing guides tailored for MSMEs. The findings call for ongoing mentorship, policy support, and infrastructure investment to ensure sustainability.

Abstract. Kragan Village, located in Gedangan District, Sidoarjo Regency, is an area with significant local potential, but still faces several challenges in entrepreneurship development, particularly in the use of digital technology. Low levels of digital literacy and managerial skills are major barriers for aspiring entrepreneurs in effectively managing and marketing their products. Therefore, this community service program aims to strengthen the capacity of entrepreneurs through training in business skills and digital marketing. The methods used include planning, training implementation, ongoing mentoring, and participatory evaluation. The results of this program indicate that the village community is beginning to recognize the strategic benefits of digital marketing and is able to apply it in managing their businesses. This program has successfully increased technology awareness, expanded market access, and supported the sustainable strengthening of the village economy. This activity also aligns with the institution's research roadmap and the scientific direction of the Management study program and is expected to serve as an example of community empowerment that focuses on local potential and digital technology. Abstrak. Desa Kragan Gedangan yang terletak di Kecamatan Gedangan, Kabupaten Sidoarjo adalah daerah dengan potensi lokal yang besar, namun masih menghadapi beberapa tantangan dalam aspek pengembangan kewirausahaan, terutama dalam hal penggunaan teknologi digital. Rendahnya tingkat pemahaman digital dan keterampilan manajerial menjadi penghalang utama bagi para wirausaha pemula untuk mengelola dan memasarkan produk mereka dengan baik. Oleh sebab itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas para wirausaha melalui pelatihan dalam bidang keterampilan bisnis dan pemasaran digital. Metode yang digunakan mencakup langkah-langkah perencanaan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, pendampingan secara berkelanjutan, dan evaluasi partisipatif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat desa mulai menyadari keuntungan strategis dari pemasaran digital, serta dapat menerapkannya dalam pengelolaan usaha mereka. Program ini telah berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap teknologi, memperluas akses pasar, dan mendukung penguatan ekonomi desa secara berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini juga sejalan dengan peta jalan penelitian lembaga dan arah keilmuan program studi Manajemen, serta diharapkan dapat menjadi contoh pemberdayaan masyarakat yang berfokus pada potensi lokal serta teknologi digital.

Abstract. This activity is motivated by the low digital literacy of educators in the village, which has resulted in suboptimal development of social skills and emotional expression in early childhood. The implementation of Wordwall was chosen because it supports creative and enjoyable learning in the digital era. This community service aims to improve the skills of early childhood education (PAUD) teachers in Jabaran Village in utilizing the Wordwall platform as an interactive digital-based learning medium. The method uses a participatory approach with three stages: needs identification through surveys and interviews, conducting theory and practical Wordwall training over three days, and evaluating the impact on teaching practices. The training participants consisted of PAUD teachers in Jabaran Village who actively engaged in all stages. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and interviews, then analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results showed a significant increase in teachers' understanding and skills in using Wordwall, from 30% previously to 95%. Children showed increased active engagement in class, with participation and positive response indicators rising by more than 40%. Teachers became more innovative and confident in developing game-based learning media. This training proved effective in reducing the digital gap and supporting children's social-emotional development. The activity demonstrated that digital training based on edugames can be an effective strategy for empowering village communities, especially in early childhood education. It is hoped that this program will serve as a model for developing similar training in other villages as an effort to support equitable access to education in the digital era.  Abstrak. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya literasi digital pendidik di desa yang berdampak pada kurang optimalnya pengembangan keterampilan sosial dan ekspresi emosi anak usia dini. Penerapan Wordwall dipilih karena mampu mendukung pembelajaran yang kreatif dan menyenangkan di era digital. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan guru PAUD di Desa Jabaran dalam memanfaatkan platform Wordwall sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis digital.Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dengan tiga tahapan: identifikasi kebutuhan melalui survei dan wawancara, pelaksanaan pelatihan teori dan praktik Wordwall selama tiga hari, serta evaluasi dampak terhadap praktik pengajaran. Peserta pelatihan terdiri dari guru-guru PAUD di Desa Jabaran yang secara aktif terlibat dalam semua tahapan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, angket, dan wawancara, lalu dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan Wordwall, dari sebelumnya 30% menjadi 95%. Anak-anak menunjukkan peningkatan keterlibatan aktif di kelas, dengan indikator partisipasi dan respons positif meningkat lebih dari 40%. Guru menjadi lebih inovatif dan percaya diri dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis permainan. Pelatihan ini terbukti efektif dalam mengurangi kesenjangan digital serta mendukung perkembangan sosial-emosional anak. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan digital berbasis edugame dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat desa, khususnya di bidang pendidikan anak usia dini. Diharapkan program ini menjadi model bagi pengembangan pelatihan serupa di desa lain sebagai upaya mendukung pemerataan akses pendidikan di era digital.

Abstract

Abstract. This community service program aims to enhance the capacity of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Kragan Village, Sidoarjo, by providing digital marketing training. This initiative addresses the limited digital literacy among local entrepreneurs, most of whom still rely on traditional promotion methods despite the village’s strong entrepreneurial spirit. The training includes practical workshops on utilizing social media, managing online marketplaces, and graphic design using tools such as Canva. The program is based on the importance of digital literacy for the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs in the digital era. Participants demonstrated significant engagement, with activities structured around planning, implementation, evaluation, and ongoing support through a WhatsApp group. Evaluation results showed marked improvements in participants’ understanding and practical application of digital marketing strategies. The program demonstrates that with proper training and community involvement, rural entrepreneurs can effectively adopt modern digital strategies. The findings also indicate that integrating religious values into digital marketing can foster customer trust and add value to businesses. Recommendations include further community engagement initiatives to build a sustainable local digital ecosystem that supports ongoing development and collaboration with local government and businesses. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Desa Kragan, Sidoarjo, melalui pemberian pelatihan pemasaran digital. Prakarsa ini mengatasi keterbatasan literasi digital di kalangan wirausahawan lokal, yang sebagian besar mengandalkan metode promosi tradisional meskipun desa tersebut memiliki semangat kewirausahaan yang tinggi. Pelatihan ini mencakup lokakarya praktis tentang pemanfaatan media sosial, pengelolaan pasar daring, dan desain grafis melalui alat seperti Canva. Program ini berlandaskan pada pentingnya literasi digital bagi daya saing dan keberlanjutan UMKM di era digital. Peserta menunjukkan keterlibatan yang signifikan, dengan kegiatan yang terstruktur dalam perencanaan, implementasi, evaluasi, dan dukungan berkelanjutan melalui grup WhatsApp. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan nyata dalam pemahaman peserta dan penerapan praktis strategi pemasaran digital. Program ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan pelatihan yang tepat dan keterlibatan masyarakat, wirausahawan pedesaan dapat secara efektif mengadopsi strategi digital modern. Temuan tersebut juga menunjukkan bahwa mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keagamaan ke dalam pemasaran digital dapat menumbuhkan kepercayaan pelanggan dan menambah nilai bagi bisnis. Rekomendasi mencakup inisiatif keterlibatan masyarakat lebih lanjut untuk membangun ekosistem digital lokal berkelanjutan yang mendukung pengembangan berkelanjutan dan kolaborasi dengan pemerintah dan perusahaan setempat.
