Abstract

Teacher empowerment policy is a strategic step to improve the quality of education, especially in private schools that face challenges such as teacher shortage and skills mismatch with curriculum needs. The principal's role as a manager and motivator is crucial in formulating policies that support teachers' well-being, competence, and professionalism to achieve optimal quality of education. This study examines the implementation of teacher empowerment policies in improving the quality of education at MTS Al-Ittihadiyah Mamiyai. It uses a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze the strategies, challenges, and impacts of the policy. Teacher empowerment is carried out through an annual training program that includes workshops, seminars, and technical skills enhancement tailored to teachers' professional needs. Collaboration between schools, the Ministry of Religious Affairs, and foundations strengthens this initiative by focusing on improving curriculum mastery, classroom management, and the use of technology. Results show that empowering teachers has significantly improved the learning environment by encouraging innovative teaching strategies, increasing student engagement, and creating a more interactive classroom dynamic. Challenges such as limited facilities, inconsistent supervision, and uneven participation in training programs hinder long-term success. Overcoming these challenges requires a comprehensive approach that involves systematic collaboration among stakeholders. This study confirms the importance of teacher empowerment as a long-term investment in improving educational standards, while identifying areas for further improvement. Abstrak Kebijakan pemberdayaan guru adalah langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, khususnya di sekolah swasta yang menghadapi tantangan seperti kekurangan guru dan ketidaksesuaian keterampilan dengan kebutuhan kurikulum. Peran kepala sekolah sebagai manajer dan motivator sangat penting dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang mendukung kesejahteraan, kompetensi, dan profesionalisme guru untuk mencapai kualitas pendidikan yang optimal. Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan kebijakan pemberdayaan guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di MTS Al-Ittihadiyah Mamiyai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk menganalisis strategi, tantangan, dan dampak kebijakan tersebut. Pemberdayaan guru dilakukan melalui program pelatihan tahunan yang mencakup pelatihan, seminar, dan peningkatan keterampilan teknis yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan profesional guru. Kolaborasi antara sekolah, Kementerian Agama, dan yayasan memperkuat inisiatif ini dengan fokus pada peningkatan penguasaan kurikulum, manajemen kelas, dan penggunaan teknologi.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan guru telah secara signifikan meningkatkan lingkungan pembelajaran dengan mendorong strategi pengajaran yang inovatif, meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, dan menciptakan dinamika kelas yang lebih interaktif. Tantangan seperti keterbatasan fasilitas, pengawasan yang tidak konsisten, dan partisipasi yang tidak merata dalam program pelatihan menghambat keberhasilan jangka panjang. Mengatasi tantangan ini memerlukan pendekatan komprehensif yang melibatkan kolaborasi sistematis di antara pemangku kepentingan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pemberdayaan guru sebagai investasi jangka panjang dalam meningkatkan standar pendidikan, sekaligus mengidentifikasi area yang perlu perbaikan lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Humans, as creations in this world, have two main purposes: to live in worship of Allah by fulfilling His commands, and to act as social beings with the responsibility of managing this world. The Islamic perspective holds that humans are born with fitrah (innate potential), in contrast to the tabula rasa theory, which asserts that humans are born without any inherent potential, akin to a blank slate. This study aims to explore the concept of fitrah in Islam and compare it with John Locke's tabula rasa theory. The research adopts a library research methodology and utilizes a literature review approach. The findings indicate that human nature consists of innate, natural potential created by God, encompassing both physical and spiritual aspects. This nature has its own foundation, character, and manner of functioning, which has been inherent since the time of creation. In contrast, Locke's tabula rasa theory posits that human character is formed primarily through external experiences, denying the existence of innate abilities inherited from one's parents, and contends that every soul is born as a blank slate. Abstrak Manusia, sebagai makhluk ciptaan di dunia ini, memiliki dua tujuan utama: hidup untuk menyembah Allah dengan melaksanakan segala perintah-Nya, dan menjadi makhluk sosial yang bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola dunia ini. Dalam perspektif Islam, manusia dilahirkan dengan fitrah (potensi bawaan), yang berbeda dengan teori tabula rasa yang berpendapat bahwa manusia lahir tanpa potensi bawaan, seperti lembaran kosong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep fitrah dalam Islam dan membandingkannya dengan teori tabula rasa John Locke. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan dan pendekatan tinjauan pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kodrat manusia terdiri dari potensi alami dan bawaan yang diciptakan oleh Allah, baik secara fisik maupun spiritual. Potensi ini memiliki dasar, karakter, dan cara kerja yang sudah ada sejak awal penciptaannya. Sebaliknya, teori tabula rasa John Locke berpendapat bahwa karakter manusia terbentuk melalui pengalaman-pengalaman eksternal, dan tidak mengakui adanya kemampuan bawaan yang diturunkan dari orang tua, serta berpendapat bahwa setiap jiwa dilahirkan sebagai lembaran kosong.

Abstract

In toxic relationships, adolescents may experience diminished self-esteem, emotional distress, and other psychological issues. Maladaptive dependency, where adolescents struggle to extricate themselves from harmful relationships, exacerbates these conditions. Given that adolescence is a critical period for personal and social development, this study aims to explore the experiences and impacts of toxic relationships and maladaptive dependency among adolescent girls. The primary focus is to understand the role of religiosity and coping strategies in mitigating these negative effects. This research employs a narrative inquiry approach, with in-depth interviews conducted with three adolescent girls involved in toxic relationships. The data were analyzed qualitatively using a thematic approach. The results reveal that toxic relationships significantly impact the mental and physical health of adolescents, hinder social development, and foster maladaptive dependency. Religiosity serves as a strong emotional support system, while coping strategies involving both problem-focused and emotion-focused approaches help adolescents manage the psychological stress they face. These findings underscore the importance of integrating religiosity-based interventions with social support and psychological counseling to address maladaptive dependency. Abstrak Dalam hubungan toxic, remaja dapat mengalami penurunan harga diri, stres emosional, dan gangguan psikologis lainnya. Ketergantungan maladaptif, di mana remaja kesulitan melepaskan diri dari hubungan merugikan, memperburuk kondisi ini. Mengingat masa remaja adalah periode penting dalam perkembangan pribadi dan sosial, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman dan dampak dari hubungan toxic dan ketergantungan maladaptif pada remaja perempuan. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami peran religiusitas dan strategi coping dalam mengatasi dampak negatif tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan narrative inquiry dengan wawancara mendalam pada tiga remaja perempuan yang terlibat dalam hubungan toxic. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan toxic memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kesehatan mental dan fisik remaja, memperburuk perkembangan sosial, dan memperkuat ketergantungan maladaptif. Religiusitas berfungsi sebagai sumber dukungan emosional yang kuat, sementara strategi coping yang melibatkan pendekatan problem-focused dan emotion-focused membantu remaja mengelola tekanan psikologis yang dihadapi. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya intervensi berbasis religiusitas yang diintegrasikan dengan dukungan sosial dan intervensi psikologis untuk mengatasi ketergantungan maladaptif.

Abstract

With the advancement of technology and globalization, educational institutions are increasingly required to implement entrepreneurship education programs to address issues such as unemployment and limited job opportunities. One of the educational institutions that has adopted an entrepreneurship-based curriculum is SMA Negeri 1 Ingin Jaya Aceh Besar. This school has significant potential for implementing entrepreneurship programs, supported by adequate internal resources, including human resources, facilities, and infrastructure. The objective of this study is to analyze the implementation of the entrepreneurship-based curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Ingin Jaya Aceh Besar. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with subjects including the school principal, entrepreneurship guidance teachers, and students. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the implementation of the entrepreneurship curriculum follows three main stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning. Each stage shows significant adaptation and development in response to the needs and conditions of the school. The findings highlight the importance of internal school support in the successful implementation of the entrepreneurship curriculum. Abstrak Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan globalisasi, lembaga pendidikan semakin dituntut untuk menyelenggarakan program pendidikan kewirausahaan guna mengatasi masalah pengangguran dan terbatasnya lapangan kerja. Salah satu satuan pendidikan yang menerapkan kurikulum kewirausahaan adalah SMA Negeri 1 Ingin Jaya Aceh Besar. Sekolah ini memiliki potensi besar dalam implementasi kewirausahaan, didukung oleh sumber daya internal yang memadai, baik dari aspek sumber daya manusia maupun sarana dan prasarana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kurikulum berbasis kewirausahaan di SMA Negeri 1 Ingin Jaya Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru pembimbing kewirausahaan, dan siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kurikulum kewirausahaan dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan utama: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Setiap tahapan menunjukkan adanya adaptasi dan pengembangan yang mendalam sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi sekolah. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya peran dukungan internal sekolah dalam keberhasilan implementasi kurikulum kewirausahaan.

Abstract

This study explores the digital literacy competencies of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) teachers in Sabang City. It also examines the role of Teacher Working Groups (KKG) in enhancing these competencies, as well as the strategies implemented by KKG to support teacher development. A mixed-methods approach was adopted, involving data collection through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The findings indicate that the digital literacy competencies of IRE teachers vary, from basic technology usage to the creative and effective integration of technology in teaching. Factors influencing the development of digital literacy competencies include, such as, experience, training, and institutional support. The KKG program significantly contributes by implementing developmental initiatives such as technology-based training, workshops, seminars, and sharing best practices in digital media usage. The strategies applied by KKG include developing curricula for technology-based training, mentoring teachers, and providing continuous monitoring to ensure effective implementation. Furthermore, KKG promotes collaboration among teachers, which enhances the effectiveness of digital learning and mastery of digital media as teaching tools. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kompetensi literasi digital guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di Kota Sabang, peran Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) dalam meningkatkan kompetensi tersebut, dan strategi yang diterapkan oleh KKG. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran, dengan pengupulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi literasi digital guru PAI bervariasi, mulai dari kemampuan dasar penggunaan teknologi hingga kemampuan mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran secara kreatif dan efektif. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pengembangan kompetensi literasi digital guru PAI meliputi pengalaman, pelatihan, dan dukungan institusi. Program KKG berkontribusi signifikan melalui inisiatif pengembangan, seperti pelatihan berbasis teknologi, lokakarya, seminar, dan berbagi praktik terbaik dalam penggunaan media digital. Strategi yang diterapkan KKG meliputi pengembangan kurikulum pelatihan berbasis teknologi terbaru, pendampingan kepada guru, serta pemantauan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan penerapan yang efektif. Selain itu, KKG mendorong kolaborasi antar guru yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan efektivitas pembelajaran digital dan penguasaan media digital sebagai alat pengajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explore the integration of peace education values in the teaching of Akidah Akhlak at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) in Pidie Regency. Peace education is expected to shape students’ character, not only making them religiously devout but also tolerant and sensitive to diversity. This research employs a qualitative approach with data collection methods including observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings of the study indicate that peace education values, such as tolerance, mutual respect, harmony, and ethics in sosial interaction, have been integrated into the planning of Akidah Akhlak lessons at MA Pidie, through both the syllabus and Lesson Plans (RPP). In the teaching process, teachers impart these values through methods involving group discussions and interactive activities. The assessment of students’ attitudes is carried out using rubrics that encompass aspects of honesty, responsibility, discipline, and cooperation, which reflect peace education values. This study concludes that the integration of peace education values in Akidah Akhlak lessons can contribute to shaping students’ better character and creating a harmonious learning environment. This research contributes to the development of a more responsive religious education curriculum and serves as a reference for educators and policymakers in designing teaching strategies based on peace values. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengeksplorasi integrasi nilai-nilai pendidikan damai dalam pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak di Madrasah Aliyah  Pidie. Pendidikan damai diharapkan dapat membentuk karakter siswa yang tidak hanya taat beragama, tetapi juga toleran dan peka terhadap keberagaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai pendidikan damai, seperti toleransi, saling menghargai, kerukunan, dan etika bergaul, telah terintegrasi dalam perencanaan pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak di MA Pidie, baik melalui silabus maupun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, guru mengajarkan nilai-nilai tersebut melalui metode yang melibatkan diskusi kelompok dan aktivitas interaktif. Penilaian sikap siswa dilakukan menggunakan rubrik yang mencakup aspek kejujuran, tanggung jawab, disiplin, dan kerja sama, yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai pendidikan damai. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai pendidikan damai dalam pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak dapat membantu membentuk karakter siswa yang lebih baik dan menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang harmonis. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan agama yang lebih responsif terhadap tantangan zaman, serta sebagai referensi bagi pendidik dan pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran berbasis nilai-nilai damai.

Abstract

The Alpha Generation, born in the digital era, presents significant challenges in shaping noble character, especially amidst the influence of technology and social media. This study aims to explore the strategies, challenges, and solutions in fostering noble character in the Alpha Generation by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers at elementary schools in Sabang City. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The study found that PAI teachers implement an integrative strategy, combining religious and moral values into the learning process. Methods employed include role modeling, lectures, discussions, and religious activities such as congregational prayers and Quranic studies. Teachers also encourage student participation in extracurricular activities focused on character development, aiming to internalize noble character in students’ daily lives. The primary challenges faced include the negative influence of technology and social media, which often expose students to content that conflicts with moral values. Additionally, a lack of active student involvement in character-building activities and differences in parenting styles at home further hinder consistent application of moral values. To address these challenges, PAI teachers enhance collaboration with parents to ensure that character development aligns between school and home. Technology is also leveraged to provide positive content through educational platforms. Teachers regularly evaluate students' character development through reflective activities. This holistic approach effectively reduces obstacles and strengthens students’ character amidst the wave of digitalization.   Abstrak Generasi Alpha yang lahir di era digital menghadirkan tantangan besar dalam pembentukan akhlak mulia, terutama di tengah pengaruh teknologi dan media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi, tantangan, dan cara mengatasi kendala dalam pembinaan akhlak mulia generasi Alpha oleh guru PAI di Sekolah Dasar Kota Sabang. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan Observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI menerapkan strategi integratif, menggabungkan nilai-nilai agama dan moral dalam pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan meliputi keteladanan, ceramah, diskusi, serta kegiatan keagamaan seperti shalat berjamaah dan pengajian. Guru juga mendorong partisipasi siswa dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler berbasis pengembangan karakter, bertujuan menginternalisasi akhlak mulia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah pengaruh negatif teknologi dan media sosial, yang sering kali menyajikan konten bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai moral. Selain itu, kurangnya keterlibatan siswa dalam kegiatan pembinaan akhlak serta perbedaan pola asuh di rumah turut menjadi penghambat. Hal ini menyulitkan penerapan nilai-nilai akhlak secara konsisten.  Untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, guru PAI meningkatkan kolaborasi dengan orang tua agar pembinaan akhlak dapat berjalan selaras antara sekolah dan rumah. Teknologi juga dimanfaatkan untuk menyediakan konten positif melalui platform edukatif. Guru secara berkala mengevaluasi perkembangan akhlak siswa melalui kegiatan refleksi bersama. Pendekatan holistik ini efektif dalam mengurangi kendala dan memperkuat karakter siswa di tengah arus digitalisasi.

Abstract

Islamic Sharia education holds a vital role in sustaining the religious and cultural identity of Acehnese society, this is based on the implementation of Islamic Sharia as the applicable law in Aceh. However, since the declaration of the implementation of Islamic Sharia in 2002, until now there are still various problems in its implementation. This research aims to explore more deeply related to Islamic Sharia Education in Aceh by identifying the implementation process and its challenges. The research method uses Descriptive Qualitative method. Data sources were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that: 1) In the implementation of Islamic Sharia in Aceh, until now there has been no Islamic Sharia education aimed at generations at every level of education, both formal and informal. The implementation of Islamic law itself is also still full of violations that occur with various variations. 2) Challenges in the implementation of Islamic Sharia in Aceh include the Aceh government's policy that seems not serious in taking action against various violations that occur. Furthermore, it is caused by the absence of Islamic sharia education for the next generation, on the other hand the current development of the times and westernization is also a challenge in the life of the people of Aceh. Abstrak Pendidikan Syariat Islam memiliki nilai penting dalam keberlangsungan hidup masyarakat Aceh, hal ini didasarkan atas pemberlakuan syariat Islam sebagai hukum yang berlaku di Aceh. Namun, sejak dideklarasikannya pemberlakuan syariat Islam pada 2002 silam, hingga saat ini masih menyisakan berbagai permasalahan dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi lebih dalam terkait dengan Pendidikan Syariat Islam di Aceh dengan mengidentifikasi proses pelaksanaan dan tantangannya. Metode Penelitian menggunakan metode Kualitatif Deskriptif. Sumber data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Dalam implementasi syariat Islam di Aceh, sampai saat ini belum adanya pendidikan syariat Islam yang ditujukan pada generasi pada setiap jenjang pendidikan, baik formal maupun informal. Implementasi syariat Islam itu sendiri juga masih penuh dengan pelanggaran yang terjadi dengan berbagai variasi. 2) Tantangan dalam implementasi syariat Islam di Aceh antara lain dari kebijakan pemerintah Aceh yang terkesan tidak serius dalam menindak berbagai pelanggaran yang terjadi. Selanjutnya disebabkan oleh tidak adanya pendidikan syariat Islam bagi generasi penerus, disisi lain arus perkembangan zaman dan westernisasi juga menjadi satu tantangan tersendiri dalam kehidupan masyarakat Aceh.

Abstract

Islamic education plays a crucial role in shaping the character of individuals and communities through the internalization of religious values. Local traditions serve as an effective medium for instilling these values practically in everyday life. This study analyzes the crystallization of Islamic educational values within the maritime tradition (adat laot) in Teunom District, Aceh Jaya, focusing on three main aspects: (1) The existence of the maritime tradition in the community; (2) The substance of educational values within the maritime tradition; and (3) The essence of Islamic educational values in the maritime tradition. This research employs a qualitative approach, with descriptions presented in a descriptive-analytical manner. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with traditional leaders, religious figures, fishermen, and local community members, as well as through participatory observation and documentary studies. Data analysis was conducted thematically using the Miles & Huberman approach to identify patterns of Islamic value internalization. The findings reveal that the existence of the maritime tradition is reflected in three main aspects: (1) The aspect of prohibited fishing days, which carries the nuance of beu ta jaga (must be observed), reflecting adherence to traditional and religious rules; (2) The aspect of social activities among fishermen, which embodies beu ta ingat (must be remembered), fostering solidarity and social care; and (3) The aspect of customary social sanctions, which embodies beu ta thee droe (must be self-aware), reinforcing justice and collective agreement. From these three aspects, five essences of Islamic educational values were identified: (1) The value of obedience in worship; (2) The value of ta’awun (mutual assistance) and ukhuwah islamiyyah (Islamic brotherhood); (3) The value of al-‘adl (justice) and shura (consultation); (4) The value of hifz al-bi’ah (environmental preservation); and (5) The value of gratitude. The crystallization of Islamic educational values occurs through three stages: (1) Internalization of values through social interaction and exemplary behavior; (2) Transformation of values in daily life; and (3) Institutionalization of values into deeply rooted customary norms. Thus, the maritime tradition in Teunom serves as a vehicle for Islamic education based on local wisdom, remaining relevant in shaping the character of coastal communities. Abstrak Pendidikan Islam berperan penting dalam membentuk karakter individu dan masyarakat melalui internalisasi nilai-nilai keagamaan. Tradisi lokal berperan sebagai medium pendidikan yang efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai secara praktis dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menganalisis kristalisasi nilai pendidikan Islam dalam tradisi melaut (adat laot) di Kecamatan Teunom, Aceh Jaya, dengan fokus pada tiga aspek utama: (1) Eksistensi tradisi melaut dalam masyarakat; (2) Substansi nilai pendidikan dalam tradisi melaut; dan (3) Esensi nilai pendidikan Islam dalam tradisi melaut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dimana uraian yang dilakukan secara deskriptif-analitis. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan tokoh adat, tokoh agama, nelayan, dan masyarakat setempat, serta melalui observasi partisipatif dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik guna mengidentifikasi pola kristalisasi nilai-nilai Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa eksistensi tradisi melaut tercermin dalam tiga aspek utama: (1) aspek hari-hari pantangan melaut bernuansa beu ta ingat untuk merefleksikan kepatuhan terhadap aturan adat dan keagamaan; (2) aspek aktivitas sosial sesama nelayan berdimensi beu ta jaga yang menumbuhkan solidaritas dan kepedulian sosial; (3) aspek sanksi adat sosial yang berdimensi beu ta thee droe untuk memperkuat keadilan dan kesepakatan bersama. Dari ketiga aspek ini, teridentifikasi lima esensi nilai pendidikan Islam, (1) nilai ketaatan dalam ibadah; (2) nilai ta’awun dan ukhuwah islamiyyah; (3) nilai al-‘adl dan syura; (4) nilai hifz al-‘alam; (5) nilai syukur. Kristalisasi nilai pendidikan Islam dalam tradisi melaut terjadi melalui tiga tahapan: (1) Internalisasi nilai melalui interaksi sosial dan keteladanan; (2) Transformasi nilai dalam kehidupan sehari-hari; dan (3) Institusionalisasi nilai dalam norma adat yang mengakar dalam masyarakat. Kesimpulannya, tradisi melaut di Teunom berperan sebagai medium kristalisasi pendidikan Islam berbasis kearifan lokal yang relevan dalam membentuk karakter masyarakat.

Abstract

The literacy program is an initiative implemented in schools aimed at increasing students' interest in reading and writing. Specifically, at SD-TQ Muadz Bin Jabal Kendari, several activities are carried out to support the literacy program, including 15 minute reading sessions, reading in the library or reading corners, and the integration of literacy into subjects, particularly Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the School Literacy Movement (GLS) program at SD-TQ Muadz Bin Jabal Kendari and its application within the Islamic Religious Education learning process. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The subjects of the study are the teachers (ustadz and ustadzah) and students of SD-TQ Muadz Bin Jabal Kendari. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data display, and verification or conclusion drawing. The research findings reveal that the literacy program at SD-TQ Muadz Bin Jabal Kendari consists of several activities, such as reading in classroom reading corners or the library, and 15 minute reading sessions before lessons begin. The evaluation of the GLS program implementation includes: context evaluation literacy implementation is regulated by the principal's decree, establishing a literacy team; input evaluation the school is well prepared in terms of human resources (teachers and students), facilities (library and classrooms), and external support, particularly through collaboration with Nyalanesia to enhance school literacy; process evaluation literacy activities have been carried out fairly well, though further development and variation are needed to maintain student interest; product evaluation the GLS program has improved student learning outcomes, as shown by the 53% mastery rate in class 2C (which used literacy based learning) compared to only 33% in class 2D (which used conventional learning methods).
