This study was conducted to analyze the level of metacognitive ability in mathematical problem solving in terms of Honey-Mumford learning style in class XI students. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The results obtained in this study through test data, Think aloud, and interviews that have been conducted by the eight subjects are found that the eight subjects are able to determine the information contained in the problem given. The eight subjects were also able to develop a solution plan, even making conclusions from the given solution steps. However, all eight subjects had weaknesses in re-examining the answers, and only some of the subjects were able to correct the mistakes made. Therefore, the conclusion that can be given in this study related to the level of metacognitive abilities in mathematical problem solving in terms of Honey-Mumford's learning style is that and subjects are at the Strategic use metacognitive ability level. While and subjects are at the Reflective use metacognitive ability level.

In the 2013 curriculum, the learning process is more emphasized using a scientific approach. The scientific approach is learning that encourages children to perform scientific skills, namely: observing, asking questions, collecting information, associating, and communicating. This study aims to determine the learning process of mathematics by implementing the curriculum 2013 in MTs Al Washliyah Bangun Purba. The subjects of this study were 1 Mathematics teacher, and 1 student representative from Class VII and Class VIII. Data collected in the form of observation of the implementation of learning, interviews of teachers and students. Based on the results obtained from the analysis of the learning process of mathematics by implementing the curriculum in 2013 in Mts Al Washliyah Bangun Purba is based on descriptive data and the percentage of RPP observations above obtained a percentage of 80,8% with the assessment criteria of “good”. And based on descriptive data and the percentage of learning implementation above in Class VII obtained a percentage of 85.5% with the assessment criteria of “good” and Class VIII obtained a percentage of 82.5% with the assessment criteria of “good”.

The aim of this research is to develop and produce Android-based learning materials on algebraic elements. This research includes development research using the ADDIE model which includes analyze, design, development, implement, and evaluation. The instruments used in the research were material expert validation questionnaires, media expert validation, and student response questionnaires. The research results show: (1) The media expert validation results obtained an average score of 95% with a very valid classification, while the material expert validation results obtained an average score of 92% with a very valid classification; (2) Media practicality results in a small-scale trial with research subjects consisting of 10 respondents with an average score of 87% in the very practical category. Thus, Android-based UNBAR learning media tends to be considered to meet the requirements as valid and practical media.

The focus of this study is to ascertain the differences, also how much influence the TAI learning model has on students' mathematical creative thinking skills on pictogram material in class V of SDN 86 Singkawang. The study is quantitative in nature and utilizes a posttest-only control group design, which is a true experimental design. The population of this study was all students of class V of SDN 86 Singkawang totaling 46 students. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, the sample in this study were students of class VB as the experimental class, also VA as the control class. The data collection technique was a measurement technique with a post-test question sheet for mathematical creative thinking skills. The data analysis technique was the T-Test & Effect Size. The outcomes of the study were: 1) there was a difference in mathematical creative thinking skills between students who received the TAI learning model and students who applied the direct learning model to the pictogram material in class V of SDN 86 Singkawang. 2) the TAI learning model had a high impacy on students' mathematical creative thinking skills on the pictogram material in class V of SDN 86 Singkawang with a value of 0.91. From the research outcomes, it was inferred that the TAI learning model has a significant impact on the mathematical creative thinking abilities of class V students at SDN 86 Singkawang.

EEducation is a planned and conscious process aimed at guiding students to optimally develop their physical and spiritual potentials. In this context, mathematics education plays a crucial role in shaping students' critical and creative thinking abilities. However, many students struggle with and dislike mathematics, as observed at SMP Negeri 2 Salatiga. This study aims to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes by applying the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach supported by the Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) cooperative learning model on the topic of lines and angles. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) utilized the Kemmis and Taggart model, consisting of two action cycles. Data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation, and analyzed descriptively. The results showed a significant increase in the average mathematics scores from 55.85 in the pre-cycle to 70.42 in the first cycle, and 80.78 in the second cycle. Student activities also improved from "poor" in the first cycle to "good" in the second cycle. The application of CRT with the STAD cooperative learning model effectively enhanced students' understanding and mathematics learning outcomes. This approach integrates local culture into the learning process, making the material more relevant and easier for students to comprehend. This research provides valuable insights into the development of creative and innovative teaching methods to improve the quality of mathematics education in schools

Students claim to be quite difficult to understand the concept of faroidh fractional numbers, therefore it is necessary to carry out more in-depth research related to the ability to understand the concepts of students. The purpose of this study is to describe the understanding of students' concepts based on metacognition abilities on faroidh fractional number material carried out at MA Al Muhsin Metro. This type of research is qualitative research. In this study, subjects were obtained using the purposive sampling method. The subjects used were 6 students. The instruments used are questionnaires, questions and interviews. The results of this study showed that subjects with high metacognition abilities were able to meet all indicators of concept understanding. Subjects with moderate metacognition abilities did not meet all indicators of concept understanding on some questions. Subjects with low metacognition abilities are unable to meet the indicators of concept understanding, namely developing necessary conditions and applying problem-solving concepts.

Several previous studies have stated that the ability of students in Indonesia is still relatively low in solving real mathematical problems, therefore learning mathematics needs to be related to the environment around students. This study aims to explore and analyze some mathematical concepts contained in the object of the Kudus Tower building in Kudus Regency. The research method used is an explorative-descriptive method with an ethnographic approach with the aim of exploring and analyzing some of the mathematical concepts contained in the ornaments or buildings of the Holy Tower. The data collection technique used an interactive model, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion making. Triangulation was also carried out by researchers to check the validity of the data. The results showed that on the object of the Kudus Tower building in Kudus Regency there are ethnomathematics concepts consisting of (a) Circle concept; (b) rhombus; (c) square; (d) rectangle; (e) equilateral triangle; (f) isosceles triangle; (g) trapezoid; (h) cube; (i) beam, (j) trapezoidal prism, and (k) quadrilateral pyramid. Some of these ethnomathematics concepts have relevance to mathematics learning at the primary and junior secondary education levels in geometry material.

In learning mathematics, there are several abilities that must be possessed in learning it, one of which is problem solving ability. The problem solving ability at MTsN 1 Lamongan is still not optimal. This was demonstrated through interviews conducted with mathematics teachers at MTsN 1 Lamongan. Therefore, the aim of this research is to describe the mathematical problem solving abilities of MTsN 1 Lamongan students in terms of the type of MTsN 1 Lamongan program. The method used by the author is a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection techniques used were through tests and interviews. The instrument used in this research is the problem solving ability instrument according to Polya. The data analysis technique is through analyzing student test results and then adjusting them to indicators of problem solving abilities. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the following results are obtained, in the SKS class program students are still unable to identify problems and implement strategies and are unable to formulate strategies and verify solutions. Meanwhile, in the superior program, students have been able to implement strategies but have not been able to identify problems and formulate strategies, and have not verified solutions. Lastly, regular program students have been able to formulate strategies but have not been able to identify problems and implement strategies, and have not verified solutions.

This research aims 1) To find out whether there is an increase in the ability to understand concepts after implementing the NeedHam learning model for fifth grade students at SDN 93 with fraction counting operation material; 2) To find out how students' activities are during learning using the NeedHam learning model for class V students at SDN 93 Singkawang with fraction counting operation material; 3) To find out how the NeedHam learning model is implemented for class V students at SDN 93 Singkawang regarding fraction counting operations. The type of research is quantitative research with experimental methods and the design in this research is One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The population in this study were fifth grade students at SDN 93 Sigkawang. Samples were taken using saturated sampling. The data collection technique uses a test technique in the form of the ability to understand concepts and an observation technique using activity sheets and the implementation of the Needham model in the operation of calculating multiplication of fractions. The data analysis technique uses the N-Gain test, percentage of student learning activities and percentage of implementation. The results of the research show 1) There is an increase in students' understanding of mathematical concepts after implementing the Needham learning model to facilitate the ability to understand mathematical concepts in fraction multiplication calculation operation material in class V students at SDN 93 Singkawang; 2) Student learning activity is relatively high after implementing the Needham learning model in class V at SDN 93 Singkawang. This is proven by the results of the calculation of the average percentage obtained by the average value of the percentage of student learning activities for the first and second meetings, namely the calculation results obtained were 71.83%, which is in the high category; 3) the implementation of the Needham learning model was carried out well in the material on the operation of calculating multiplication of fractions in class V at SDN 93 Singkawang.

Latar belakang masalah penelitian ini adalah kurangnya kemampuan peserta didik dalam mengingat rumus volume bangun ruang sisi datar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 5 Lubuklinggau setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning berbantuan media Magic Shape pada materi bangun ruang sisi datar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian One Grup Pre-test and Post-test. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 233 peserta didik. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling dan menggunakan satu kelas eksperimen. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tes. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji-t dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selisih antara nilai rata-rata pre-test dan post-test sebesar 66,13. Hasil uji t menunjukkan (35,213) > (2,042), sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. Jadi, hasil belajar peserta didik meningkat secara signifikan setelah diterapkan model
