The method used is descriptive qualitative with analysis tools, uses an interactive analysis model through a selection or reduction model, namely summarizing data obtained through direct contact with informants, events and situations at the research location. The real implication of this research is to find out what factors support and hinder the role of the Village Government in Providing Public Services to the Community in Galangpengampon Village, Wonopringgo District, Pekalongan Regency. So that way it can provide input for the village to improve services to the community. Abstract

The policy of decentralization and regional autonomy in Indonesia aims to promote regional development by granting authority to regions to administer governance and development. However, the implementation of this policy still faces various challenges, including limited community involvement, low cooperation among regional governments, as well as constraints in regional capacity and finances. This research aims to optimize the role of regional institutions in regional development, focusing on five districts in Garut Regency. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis, aiming to comprehensively describe the role of regional institutions in regional development. The findings of this research conclude that regional governance in Indonesia has undergone significant changes after implementing decentralization. Sub-districts, previously considered ordinary regional entities, have now become more significant entities within the framework of regional governance. This change reflects efforts to provide greater autonomy to regions in managing local governance and development affairs. Thus, sub-districts play a more proactive role in formulating policies, managing resources, and advancing development at the local level. However, these changes also bring implications such as potential conflicts among institutions and challenges in optimizing the effectiveness of regional governance as a whole. The optimal effectiveness of institutions will function well when there is strong commitment from regional leaders to ensure that these changes align with the goals of regional development and the interests of the communities they serve.

Abstract

One of the strategic and priority programs of the Indonesian government is the Family Hope Program (PKH) under the Ministry of Social Affairs. PKH itself is a program designed to alleviate poverty with poverty levels ranging from 0% to 10%. There is a PKH social assistant who is a program implementer with the function of carrying out socialization, validating data, verifying commitment to recipients of PKH social assistance in education, health, and social welfare services, updating data, facilitating, mediating and advocating to receive complementary program assistance, and hold family capacity building meetings (P2K2). This research uses library research through a methodology that combines the characteristics of various scientific sources accurately and validly to analyze facts by taking previous literature and reporting new facts and analysis. Primary, secondary, and tertiary materials to process and analyze data by describing and combining it so that it is presented in a journal manuscript. Data shows that the family capacity building meetings (P2K2) held every month by PKH social assistants for beneficiary families (KPM) who are members of groups in each assisted area receive a good response because KPMs receive non-formal education from health and Nutrition Module, ModuleEducation and Child Care, Family Financial Management Module, Child Protection Module, Social Welfare Module, and Prevention and TreatmentStanting. 6 Modules that are provided continuously every month can increase positive practices and then gradually change the behavior of beneficiary families. The Hope Family Programme in Indonesia will be a model for how to develop the capacity of people in different countries by means of meetings to enhance the ability of families. (P2K2).

Abstract

Whether a student is successful or not in undergoing lectures really depends on the role of the tutor in guiding the student. In this regard, the role of the tutor is very important because the tutor is a facilitator of learning for students. The problem currently occurring at the Universitas Terbuka is that there are many tutors who teach not in accordance with student expectations, such as not assessing discussions and assignments, not responding quickly to obstacles faced by students, not opening up discussion space and so on. For this reason, there needs to be a perception from students as a form of evaluation of the role of tutors in providing academic services to students so that they become quality graduates and can compete internationally. The aim of this research is to analyze student perceptions of the role of tutors in office administration courses as an effort to improve the quality of tutors' academic services to students. The research method used is quantitative. Research data was obtained directly from the field through a survey, namely by filling in a Google form. The selection of informants was based on purposive sampling. As for data analysis, researchers used interactive analysis. The research results show that students' perceptions of the role of tutors in Office Administration courses at the Universitas Terbuka are generally positive. The students assessed that the tutor was able to clearly convey the objectives and plans for learning activities, explain important concepts, and provide initiation materials equipped with supporting media such as video, audio or relevant articles. This shows that tutors play an important role in helping students understand the material and improving the quality of academic services, which ultimately supports students in competing on the international stage.

Abstract

Security convergence in the Southeast Asian region has become an important focus, particularly with Indonesia's initiative in ASEAN Our Eyes (AOE) in 2017. In this regard, the purpose of this research is to identify Indonesia's interest in initiating ASEAN Our Eyes (AOE) as a strategic step in enhancing regional security in the Southeast Asian Region and highlight the importance of intelligence cooperation in the context of cyber defence as well as add to the understanding of new strategies to enhance regional security stability in the Southeast Asian Region. The support for this initiative was triggered by a series of terrorism and cyber events in the region, including bomb attacks and global malware such as WannaCry and Fireball in the same year. In this study, a qualitative approach with a literature study technique was used to identify Indonesia's interest in the AOE and its impact on regional security. The results show that through regional intelligence cooperation, Indonesia can access crucial information to counter threats, as well as strengthen its domestic intelligence capacity. Furthermore, the exchange of information and best practices in intelligence is expected to enhance Indonesia's ability to detect, prevent, and respond to security threats. Thus, Indonesia's participation in the AOE is not only in its national interest, but also to support regional security stability in Southeast Asia. This highlights the importance of cyber diplomacy and intelligence collaboration in dealing with modern security challenges.
