Jubaedah Journal managed by Faculty of Teacher Training and Education and published by LP2M, Bina Bangsa University, Indonesia. It is at the national level that covers a lot of common problems or issues related to community services.

Abstract

This study discusses the impact and changes that have occurred on the resilience method of community economic empowerment during the Covid-19 pandemic. As we all know, at the end of 2019, the world was worried by a disease called Corona or Covid-19. Even though almost all sectors are affected by Covid-19, community economic activities must still be carried out, including other resilience sectors, namely community economic empowerment. The research method used in this study is by using a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach that emphasizes the analysis of the dynamics of the relationship between the observed phenomena, using scientific logic. Some of the findings resulting from this study are that the impact of Covid-19 on economic resilience and empowerment is giving birth to a new method, namely the online entrepreneurship method. Likewise, in the empowerment of the sharia economy, there is an impact of the same change, that as an alternative method of muamalah practice which was originally directly changed to an online system

Abstract

Until now anemia in adolescent girls is still the main problem of adolescent health in Indonesia. The problem of anemia in adolescent girls every year continues to increase around 1 in 5 adolescents. In 2013, as many as 32% of adolescents had anemia. Given the magnitude of the impact of anaemia on adolescent girls, various interventions have been made by the government that focus on providing iron tablets, micronutrients, increasing food diversity and food security. This service activity was carried out at Vocational High School Karya Ruteng. The purpose of this service activity is to increase the knowledge of adolescent girls about anemia and increase the awareness of adolescents to consume iron tablets, especially during menstruation, and to detect early adolescent girls with anemia status through haemoglobin examination. The results of this activity have a positive impact on adolescents, during counseling activities adolescents are very enthusiastic about listening to the material explained and the results of the adolescent posttest about anemia are mostly good knowledge 83% while the results of the Hb level examination are known from 30 adolescents who are examined 33.3% with anemia. The results of this activity are expected to be an input for adolescent women about the importance of consuming blood-boosting tablets, especially during the menstrual period

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the implementation of Green Accounting as a financial management strategy in schools. Green Accounting, or environmental accounting, is an approach that integrates environmental aspects into the financial management process, with the primary goal of improving resource efficiency and minimizing negative environmental impacts. Through a case study in several schools in Indonesia, this research identifies various Green Accounting practices that have been implemented and measures their positive impact on school financial management. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Green Accounting can increase environmental awareness among students and school staff, and significantly contribute to reducing operational costs through more efficient resource management. Additionally, schools adopting this approach also demonstrate improvements in waste management and energy usage. These findings indicate that Green Accounting is not only beneficial for the environment but also provides economic benefits for educational institutions. Therefore, this research suggests that schools integrate Green Accounting into financial management policies and practices as a strategic step towards sustainability. The implementation of this approach is expected to cultivate a younger generation that is more environmentally conscious and capable of managing resources wisely in the future

Abstract

The United Kingdom storytelling training is an effort made to increase the interest and storytelling skills of Sint Carolus Kupang Catholic High School (SMA) students. This school has difficulty managing United Kingdom storytelling activities as one of its extracurricular activities due to the lack of competent Human Resources (HR) so that this activity is not in great demand by students. Storytelling is the activity of telling an event in an interactive way. The activity began by providing an explanation of storytelling and the ability to speak United Kingdom. After that, the speaker practiced United Kingdom storytelling directly in front of the participants and ended with the speaker inviting participants to participate in the storytelling practice by demonstrating storytelling in front of the class. It is hoped that this storytelling training can motivate students to improve their storytelling skills in United Kingdom and also motivate teaching staff in managing and presenting teaching materials for United Kingdom extracurriculars, especially storytelling

Abstract

Young business groups in Indonesia face challenges in developing their enterprises, focusing on business growth and stability. One of the main obstacles they encounter is limited understanding of financial concepts and access to formal financial services. This research aims to enhance financial literacy and financial inclusion among young business groups through community service programs. The methods employed in this program include conducting financial planning literacy training focused on cash management, emergency fund management, and debt management. The program is conducted at the Youth Forum, Yayasan Panti Nugraha, South Jakarta, which partners in this initiative. The results of this community service initiative demonstrate a significant improvement in participants' understanding and readiness in managing their business finances. Participants show increased understanding in financial planning, risk management, and identifying key challenges faced by young business groups. Recommendations for further development include deepening participants' understanding in financial risk management, expanding collaboration networks with local and national financial institutions to enhance access to financial products, and conducting regular monitoring and evaluation of program implementation. These steps are expected to strengthen the financial capacity of young business groups and support sustainable business growth

Abstract

SDN 3 Aliyan is an elementary school located in RT.03 RW.02 Aliyan Village, Rogojampi District, Banyuwangi Regency. The physical condition of this school is improper because some classes are put in the same room which is only separated using a board. Even the total number of students in this school is only 36 students. Not only improper condition of the physical condition of the school, but human resources in this school is also limited. Thus, many incompetent teachers have to teach subjects that they are not mastered. The absence of the government in solving this problem makes the researchers eager to conduct an activity that can improve the professional competence of the teachers there. This activity is a form of dedication from the Banyuwangi State Polytechnic which aims to improve the professional abilities of teachers at SDN 3 Aliyan. This activity is carried out through workshops on mathematics subjects and training for teachers in making learning media. It is hoped that after this activity is carried out, the competence of teachers in this school will increase, especially in mathematics, so that the teaching and learning process will be better. After the activity is finished, the researcher will continue to observe the results of the program by visiting schools at certain times. This is done so that what has been taught to the teachers can continue to be applied in the next learning process

Abstract

Field Experience Practices (PPL) is one of the compulsory subjects for all students majoring in Information Technology Education at Bina Bangsa University. This field experience practices is intended to train in the application of scientific methods that have been received by Bina Bangsa University students majoring in information technology education. Training as teaching staff in the form of service is held at Mts Ponpes Daar Al Ilmi University of Bina Bangsa for the academic year 2023/2024 is a socialization and training activity to student for information and communication technology subjects. The implementation of the field experience practices program at Mts Ponpes Daar Al Ilmi aims to increase student motivation in information and communication techmology subjects with learning media and implementing practices using available facilities so as to increase significant learning outcomes. The result of this field experience practices : 1) increase students learning motivation and 2) increase students knowledge of information and communication technology. Abstract

Collaboration and student-centred learning must be made into a culture in the learning process. Lesson study activities are movements that can facilitate this so that lesson study needs to be known in the school environment, especially teachers and students. Based on these problems, it is essential to carry out a model for developing the teaching profession by implementing lesson study. The method used in carrying out this activity is the method of discussion, mentoring and direct practice in class. The results of this activity are: 1) Improving the ability of teachers to develop learning tools that emphasize students' 4C (Critical Thinking, Creative, Communicative and Collaborative) abilities. 2) Improving teachers' abilities in developing IT-based learning media, 3) Improving the teacher's ability to manage learning in the classroom so that learning is no longer conventional, students actively discuss and work on assignments in collaboration. This activity was carried out at a junior high school in Gresik and was carried out according to the set targets. This activity impacts math teachers so that they can understand the concept of lesson study and practice the designs that have been designed in the Open Class activities. Activities are carried out to improve the quality of the learning process and the school. All teachers participating in the assistance can apply Lesson Study so that it is targeted to encourage increased learning and students' abilities in mathematics

Abstract

Safety riding is a safe driving behavior that can help to avoid traffic accidents. The purpose of safety riding is to increase rider awareness of all possibilities that may occur while driving. The stages of implementing this activity include: 1) Program needs analysis, 2) Activity planning. There have been several preparations made including intensive coordination with related local residents, the location of the program activities, and the time of program implementation. Everything is done by making a schedule to facilitate the implementation of further activities., 3) Implementation of activities by exposing safety riding material about driving safely and comfortably. Based on the results that have been carried out from planning, implementation to evaluation, it can be stated that community service activities are going well. From the results of the user questionnaire 1) Mastery of resource materials with a percentage score of 87 percent, 2) Timeliness of activities with a percentage score of 85 percent, 3) Material utilization with a percentage score of 95 percent, and 4) Participant satisfaction with a percentage score of 97 percent. Likewise with the results of the questionnaire the response of the participants averaged more than 75 percent. This shows that the activity went very well and satisfied the participants

Abstract

In the study of law there is always concern about the applicability of a statutory regulation. The concern, if explored further, is the inability to carry out responsibilities which can be caused by many things, including ignorance of what is being faced, inability to resolve legal issues resulting in rejection, inability due to cases that affect. Community service activities are carried out from January to February 2023. The purpose of community service is ultimately to provide an understanding for Candipari Village that receiving grants from universities is actually very helpful for the village in implementing its program. The grant funds referred to are like the Matching Fund where there are provisions in kind that villages generally already have so that the achievement of the program according to the current year's APBDes is achieved more quickly
