Abstract

The prevalence of anemia is quite high, so teenagers should pay more attention to their own health. Indonesia in 2019 showed that Aceh City was among the four provinces that had not met the target for providing TTD, amounting to 20.29%, while Indonesia nationally had a strategic plan target of 30%. The number of young women who do not consume or drink blood supplement tablets is unknown. There needs to be a more in-depth study of teenagers who consume Fe tablets. This is the first step to prevent anemia in young women. 307 young female students at SMA N I and SMP N I Syamtalira Bayu District were recorded, with the answer being that they never consumed TTD every week, but when they felt their bodies were weak, tired and felt dizzy. Purpose of Service; early detection of anemia by using a basic compliance questionnaire and providing education to young women from SMA N I and SMP N I in Syamtalira Bayu District. Devotion Method; This activity was carried out on female students at SMA N I and SMP N I in Syamtalira Bayu District, detecting them early using a basic compliance questionnaire and providing education to young women. Participants in this activity were 307 young women from SMP N I v Classes VII, VIII, IX and SMA Classes X, XI, XII aged 13-18 years. Abstract

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in protecting marine and coastal ecosystems and reducing the risk of natural disasters can be achieved through mangrove planting activities at Cemara Beach. Mangroves are useful in maintaining ecosystem balance, protecting the coastline from abrasion and absorbing carbon dioxide which can reduce the impact of climate change. Mangrove planting activities involve local communities in the planting and maintenance process, and contribute to improving community welfare and environmentally-based economic development. Mangrove planting activities use seedlings aged 3 to 6 months. Mangrove planting is in a location with a water depth of 10 to 50 cm. The size of the mangrove seedlings planted is 15 to 30 cm. The type of mangrove planted at Cemara Beach is Rhizophora. Mangrove planting activities support SDGs 13, 14, dan 15 tentang climate action, life below water, and life on land.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the Indonesian economy, including in job creation, improving people's welfare, and strengthening the national economic structure. One effective solution to address these challenges is through training on cost of goods produced (COGS) calculation and selling price determination. This study focuses on the training provided to MSMEs in Alai Village, with the aim of improving the understanding of business actors regarding the components of COGS and effective selling price setting strategies. The method used in this research is the field practice method which goes through three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results showed that participants gained better knowledge about COGS calculations and were able to set competitive selling prices, thereby increasing operational efficiency and profit margins. This was proven when researchers conducted periodic research at 2 stages, namely before the presentation of the material (pretest) and after the presentation of the material (posttest). Thus, this training makes a positive contribution to business sustainability and the economic welfare of local communities, increases the competitiveness of MSMEs, and has a positive impact on local economic growth

Abstract

Ikatan Ahli Boga Indonesia (Ikaboga Indonesia) was established in 1987. It is the first and oldest organization for Indonesian Culinary Experts. This organization is neither commercial nor political. They are currently experiencing challenges such as the weak commitment of its members, especially in terms of setting aside time, energy, and materials. As a result, many organizational tasks are not carried out according to their duties. This organization is also weak in managing digital communication media. In the digital era, many organizations compete to build stakeholder trust and reputation through digital media. This is the background to this PKM. By paying attention to the three main principles of the SDGs, namely universal, integration, and inclusive, this PKM focuses on and aims to improve the skills (technology and management) of the administrators and members of Ikaboga Indonesia. Such as skills in organizational communication management and the design and management of digital communication media to build stakeholder trust and the reputation of Ikaboga Indonesia. This program is carried out by elaborating ten methods: learning methods, question and answer and discussion methods, demonstration methods, problem-solving methods, practice or skills training methods, design methods, discovery methods, inquiry methods, mind mapping methods, and role-sharing methods. As a result, this activity was positively influenced; 71% of participants attended because they were interested and wanted to learn. This PKM was also considered to impact 81.2% of participants' cognitive changes significantly. The causal factors did not have a 100% effect on increasing participants' cognitive abilities due to obstacles of 56.5% lost and intermittent sound due to signal.; 43.5% had a wrong signal.; 21.77% due to distance obstacles, and 17.4% due to technological barriers, hunger, and other work, so they could not focus.

Abstract

Science learning is a subject at the Junior High School level whose material is an integration of biology, chemistry and physics. However, there are still many teachers who do not have a science education background. This can be seen in the Eastern Indonesia region, where science teachers come from a certain discipline background, namely Biology, Physics and Chemistry. This is very disruptive in improving students' conceptualization. For example, biology teachers must teach physics concepts or vice versa. This situation makes it impossible to improve the quality of students, especially in physics learning. This is a concern and a separate note from the Government. Therefore, one of the activities carried out to improve students' conceptualization in physics is throughCommunity service activities (PKM). This activity is in the form of training with the aim of improving students' conceptualization in learning physics, especially Newton's law which is still a mistake and debate among students. This activity was carried out face-to-face for 84 students and accompanied by the principal and science teachers. The result of this activity is that students' conceptualization of Newton's Law increased, where students were able to answer several questions in the form of several physics cases from lecturers as activity speakers. In addition, there were many critical and unique questions given by students related to the phenomena they encountered in their environment related to Newton's Law.

Abstract

Semarang City is one of the areas in Central Java Province that has various potential superior regional products, one of which is soybean processing in Sumurrejo Village, Gunungpati District. The abundant potential for soybean processing has made Sumurrejo Village designated as a Thematic Soybean Processing Village (OKE Village). There are a total of 16 soybean processing producers divided into 8 tofu producers and 8 tempeh producers, including Berkah Hambida and UD Jaya Makmur which focus on tofu processing. The problems faced by the two producers include the production aspect, namely the lack of standardized and adequate infrastructure, the absence of Appropriate Technology (TTG) and the lack of hygiene in the production area. In addition, problems in terms of quality, marketing and the environment are also still very minimal. There is no standardized Wastewater Treatment Plant (IPAL) and the market segment is still limited to the local and regional scope. The purpose of community service is to overcome problems in terms of production and marketing. More specifically, these problems include aspects of production, quality, hygiene and environmental aspects. The service methods used are through socialization, training, technology application, mentoring and evaluation as well as program sustainability. The results of the service in the 1st year (2024) were to create and implement 1 unit of steam boiler machine, 1 set of food grade stainless steel boiling pans and optimization of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (IPAL).
