Abstract

This study aims to enhance the understanding of land administration procedures among residents of Langensari Village, Karang Tengah District, Cianjur Regency, West Java, through legal training and assistance. The main issue identified is the community's limited knowledge of land management procedures, which has led to a high percentage of uncertified land ownership (65%) and an increase in land disputes (27% over the past five years). The research employs a normative juridical method using statutory and conceptual approaches. Data were collected through both library research and fieldwork, including observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The legal training and assistance program was implemented in four stages: public outreach, technical workshops, legal consultations, and direct legal assistance. The results indicate a significant improvement in community understanding of land registration procedures (from 23% to 78%), types of land rights (from 18% to 65%), and land registration documentation (from 32% to 81%). Positive outcomes of the program include increased public interest in obtaining land certificates, a 15% reduction in land disputes, and improved access to financing for residents. The training and legal assistance model developed in this study shows strong potential for replication in other rural areas with similar characteristics. The findings underscore the need to integrate land law awareness programs into broader village development strategies and to establish an accessible, integrated land database system for the community

Abstract

This research is motivated by the potential role of zakat, infaq, and shodaqoh (ZIS) in supporting poverty alleviation programs in Central Lampung District. When managed properly by amil institutions that have earned the trust of muzakki (donors), ZIS can significantly assist the government in reducing poverty. This study aims to analyze the influence of NU Care-LAZISNU on muzakki trust in Central Lampung by examining three variables: program quality, quality of public relations, and quality of rebranding. The research uses a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms, and a Simple Random Sampling technique involving 100 respondents. The analysis includes validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression, hypothesis testing using t-tests and f-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²) analysis, with data processed using SPSS version 21.00 for Windows. The results show that the Adjusted R² value is 0.521, meaning 52.1% of the variation in muzakki trust can be explained by the variables of program quality, public relations quality, and rebranding quality, while the remaining 47.9% is influenced by other factors outside the model. This study demonstrates that NU Care-LAZISNU’s efforts to improve service quality, transparency, and rebranding significantly enhance muzakki trust, thereby increasing zakat participation and supporting poverty alleviation in Central Lampung.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to empower youth-led MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) groups in Todanan Village, Blora Regency, through training in premium product packaging design that aligns with current digital market trends. The initiative was driven by the low competitiveness of local MSME products, often caused by unprofessional packaging design and limited youth awareness of the importance of product visualization in enhancing market value. The training was conducted collaboratively by lecturers and students from the Community Service Program (KKN) of STAI Muhammadiyah Blora, in partnership with BLKK PD Muhammadiyah Blora, using a participatory approach involving observation, interviews, hands-on training, and technical assistance. The training materials covered the basics of graphic design, logo and label creation, as well as product marketing strategies through social media and e-commerce platforms such as Shopee. The results show that participants successfully produced more appealing and functional packaging designs and began marketing their products digitally. This training significantly enhanced the participants’ design creativity, product branding understanding, and strengthened the role of youth in promoting local economic growth through MSME development. This program contributes to the development of practical design and digital marketing skills among rural youth, offering a replicable model for community empowerment through creative economy initiatives. It also demonstrates how academic institutions can play a vital role in bridging knowledge and skill gaps within local entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of agribusiness vocational training in improving market access for farmers, particularly in the Lampung region, in 2021. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. The results indicate that this training had a positive impact on changing farmers' behavior in marketing agricultural products, particularly through improved packaging skills, digital promotion, and the use of online platforms such as social media and e-commerce. Farmers who participated in the training were able to expand their marketing networks, improve product competitiveness, and increase income. However, the success of the training is highly dependent on local institutional support, digital literacy, and the availability of technological infrastructure. This study concludes that agribusiness vocational training is an effective empowerment strategy for promoting farmer economic independence, but it needs to be complemented by ongoing mentoring and policy integration at the local level.

Abstract

This study aims to examine respondents' perceptions of various aspects of vocational education in supporting community skill development. The research involved seven key variables: skill-based curriculum, availability of training facilities, quality of instructors, practical and applicable learning methods, internship or field practice programs, collaboration with local stakeholders, and alignment of training with local needs. The results show that the majority of respondents rated the quality of instructors (93.3%), practical learning methods (86.7%), and training relevance to local needs (83.3%) as good. However, lower satisfaction was found in the availability of training facilities (60.0%), internship programs (60.0%), and stakeholder collaboration (66.7%). These findings indicate that vocational education has a positive impact on enhancing local human resources, but improvements are still needed in infrastructure and partnerships with the industry to increase its effectiveness and sustainability.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model specifically designed for vocational agribusiness education to address the issue of conventional and less contextual learning approaches that hinder students' engagement and competence development. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method, adopting a modified Borg and Gall model consisting of seven stages: preliminary study, model planning, initial product development, limited trial, product revision, field testing, and final product refinement. The research was conducted at SMK Karya Bhakti Pringsewu, involving students of the agribusiness expertise program. Data were collected through observation, interviews, expert validation sheets, student learning outcome tests (pre-test and post-test), and perception questionnaires. The results indicate that the developed model is both feasible and effective. Expert validation showed that the model met content and design standards with a "good" category, The implementation of the model significantly improved student learning outcomes, increased active participation, and enhanced vocational competencies, particularly in entrepreneurial attitudes and real-world problem-solving. Furthermore, students and teachers gave positive responses regarding the practicality and meaningfulness of the learning experience. The study concludes that Project-Based Learning is a suitable and impactful model for improving the quality of vocational education in agribusiness.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of digital learning in vocational agricultural education, focusing on its challenges and opportunities at SMK Pertanian Alam Nusantara in Central Lampung Regency, Indonesia. As the global education landscape undergoes digital transformation, vocational schools are expected to adapt to ensure that students acquire relevant competencies for the 21st century. This qualitative research employed descriptive methods through observations, interviews, and documentation to analyze the dynamics of digital learning implementation. The findings revealed several key challenges, including limited infrastructure, low digital literacy among teachers and students, and unstable internet connectivity. However, these obstacles were counterbalanced by significant opportunities such as increased student learning autonomy, the transformation of teacher roles into facilitators, and the development of virtual collaborations with industries. The integration of digital platforms also supported the contextualization of learning materials and the development of critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students. In conclusion, while challenges remain, digital learning integration in vocational agribusiness education offers strategic benefits for enhancing the quality and relevance of learning. It requires long-term commitment, strong policy support, and collaboration among schools, industries, and government to build a sustainable digital learning ecosystem

Abstract

farmer productivity within the context of the 2021 vocational agribusiness education program in Labuhan Ratu. The research employs a quantitative approach using explanatory research to explain causal relationships between variables through inferential statistical analysis. A total of 100 respondents were selected using the Slovin formula, and data were collected through a structured questionnaire. Data analysis included validity and reliability tests, t-test, and R² test using the Smart PLS software. The results show that agricultural technology training has a positive and significant effect on increasing farmer productivity, with a T-statistic value of 16.109 and a P-value of 0.000. These findings indicate that the higher the quality and intensity of training received, the greater the resulting agricultural productivity. The training not only enhances technical knowledge but also transforms behavior and improves farmers' skills in adopting new technologies. Therefore, vocational agribusiness education plays a strategic role as a center for developing agricultural human resources that are responsive to technological advancements and the challenges of modern agriculture.

Abstract

This study aims to emphasize the importance of equipping farmers with enhanced capabilities to maximize the potential of their available resources. As one of the foundational pillars of national development, farmers play a critical role in ensuring food security through their agribusiness activities. To improve both the quantity and quality of agricultural output, effective farmer management systems must be developed based on real-world challenges faced in the field. Enhancing farmer welfare requires the optimal application of modern and renewable scientific knowledge. This research adopts a qualitative, literature-based approach, drawing on peer-reviewed scientific references and prior studies. The findings highlight that improving farmer performance depends on several key factors: skill development, increased discipline, enhanced productivity, and better overall management practices. This study contributes to the body of knowledge by synthesizing prior research into a practical framework for enhancing farmer performance. It offers insights for policymakers, agricultural trainers, and development practitioners on how to structure farmer empowerment programs rooted in field realities and scientific evidence.
